本实用新型涉及通讯技术领域,更具体地说,是涉及一种插接式连接器接头。
背景技术
如今,在人类生活中,电子行业的进步趋势已与我们人类的生活密不可分。人们的生活质量的要求也根据社会的发展逐步提高,在现在电子信息时代,用于数据传输的连接器接头成为人们工作、生活、信息传递中的工具之一。目前的连接器接头一般采用焊接方式,由于产品轻薄、短、小,而使的焊锡面积过小,导致焊锡困难,从而影响产能与质量。
技术问题
本实用新型的目的在于提供插接式连接器接头,旨在解决现有技术中存在的连接器接头采用焊接方式组装时,焊锡困难,产能低,质量差的问题。
技术解决方案
为解决上述技术问题,本实用新型的技术方案是:提供一种插接式连接器接头,包括由上盖及下盖围合形成的座体、以及插设固定于所述座体内的端子部,所述端子部由第一端子部与第二端子部卡接而成,所述第一端子部包括具有中空腔室的第一绝缘基座、卡接于所述第一绝缘基座后端的第一后盖以及设于所述中空腔室内且由所述第一后盖伸出的若干第一导电端子,所述第二端子部包括第二绝缘基座、卡接于所述第二绝缘基座后端的第二后盖以及设于所述第二绝缘基座内且由所述第二后盖伸出的若干第二导电端子。
可选地,所述第一绝缘基座内的中空腔室底部设有若干第一卡槽,所述第一后盖上设有若干第二卡槽,所述第一导电端子的一端一一对应卡入各所述第一卡槽内,所述第一导电端子的另一端一一对应卡入各所述第二卡槽内。
可选地,所述第一绝缘基座后端下部设有第一卡扣,所述第一后盖前端下部向前延伸与所述第一卡扣配合卡接的第一卡钩。
可选地,所述第一绝缘基座后端上部向后延伸一凸块,所述第一后盖前端上部具有可供所述凸块卡入的缺口。
可选地,所述第二绝缘基座呈块状,所述第二绝缘基座顶部具有若干第三卡槽,所述第二后盖上设有若干第四卡槽,所述第二导电端子的一端一一对应卡入各所述第三卡槽内,所述第二导电端的另一端一一对应卡入各所述第四卡槽内。
可选地,所述第二绝缘基座后端顶部设有第二卡扣,所述第二后盖前端顶部向前延伸与所述第二卡扣配合卡接的第二卡钩。

可选地,所述下盖前端具有可供所述端子部插入的通腔,所述下盖后端上方具有开口,所述上盖盖设于所述开口上,所述下盖后端两侧壁外侧分别设有夹扣,所述上盖的两侧壁分别夹设于所述下盖的夹扣处。
可选地,所述上盖前端上部向下倾斜设置一弹片,所述弹片卡于所述通腔处且抵压所述端子部的后端。
有益效果
本实用新型中,端子部由第一端子部与第二端子部卡接而成,而第一端子部与第二端子部又分别由各绝缘基座、导电端子及后盖卡接组装而成,而端子部又插设在座体内,这样,通过卡接结构将上述各部件组装形成连接器接头,这种组装方式,易操作,只需轻轻推动即可组装到位,而且,这种采用这种结构进行组装,效率高,不易出错,良品率高。

参照图1至图3,本实用新型实施例提供的插接式连接器接头,包括由上盖110及下盖120围合形成的座体100、以及插设固定于座体100内的端子部200,端子部200由第一端子部210与第二端子部220卡接而成,第一端子部210包括具有中空腔室2111的第一绝缘基座211、卡接于第一绝缘基座211后端的第一后盖212以及设于中空腔室2111内且由第一后盖212伸出的若干第一导电端子213,第二端子部220包括第二绝缘基座221、卡接于第二绝缘基座221后端的第二后盖222以及设于第二绝缘基座221内且由所第二后盖222伸出的若干第二导电端子223。
本实施例中,端子部200由第一端子部210与第二端子部220卡接而成,而第一端子部210与第二端子部220又分别由各绝缘基座、导电端子及后盖卡接组装而成,而端子部200又插设在座体100内,这样,通过卡接结构将上述各部件组装形成连接器接头,这种组装方式,易操作,只需轻轻推动即可组装到位,而且,这种采用这种结构进行组装,效率高,不易出错,良品率高。
请再参照图2,本实施例中,第一绝缘基座211呈四方体状,其中空腔室2111贯通设置,在中空腔室2111底部设有若干第一卡槽2112。第一后盖212上设有若干第二卡槽2121。当第一后盖212与第一绝缘基座211组装后,第一导电端子213的一端一一对应卡入各第一卡槽2112内,第一导电端子213的另一端一一对应卡入各第二卡槽2121内。
第一绝缘基座211与第一后盖212之间通过以下结构卡接于一体:具体地,第一绝缘基座211后端下部设有第一卡扣2113,第一后盖212前端下部向前延伸与第一卡扣2113配合卡接的第一卡钩2122。同进,第一绝缘基座211后端上部向后延伸一凸块2114,第一后盖212前端上部具有可供凸块2114卡入的缺口2123。通过上述双重卡接结构,保证第一绝缘基座211与第一后盖212之间可靠连接。
本实施例中,第二绝缘基座221呈块状,第二绝缘基座221顶部具有若干第三卡槽2211,第二后盖222上设有若干第四卡槽2221,当第二绝缘基座221与第二后盖222组装后,第二导电端子223的一端一一对应卡入各第三卡槽2211内,第二导电端的另一端一一对应卡入各第四卡槽2221内。
第一绝缘基座211与第一后盖212之间通过以下结构卡接于一体:具体地,第二绝缘基座221后端顶部设有第二卡扣2212,第二后盖222前端顶部向前延伸与第二卡扣2212配合卡接的第二卡钩2222,同时,第二绝缘基座221后端上部向后延伸有连接柱2213,第二后盖222上设有可供连接柱2213插入固定的插口2223。同样的,通过双重的卡接结构,保证第二绝缘基座221与第二后盖222之间可靠连接。
本实施例中,第一端子部210与第二端子部220之间的连接是通过第一绝缘基座211与第二绝缘基座221之间的卡接来实现。具体地,参照图2、图3,第一绝缘基座211顶部沿其长度方向设有滑槽2115,且滑槽2115的前端设有第五卡槽2116,第二绝缘基座221沿第一绝缘基座211的后端滑设于滑槽2115内,且第二绝缘基座221的前端设有可卡于第五卡槽2116内的卡块2214。
本实施例中,座体100由上盖110与下盖120围合而成。具体地,下盖120前端具有可供端子部200插入的通腔121,下盖120后端上方具有开口122,上盖110盖设于开口122上,下盖120后端两侧壁外侧分别设有夹扣123,上盖110的两侧壁分别夹设于下盖120的夹扣123处。 由于上盖110与下盖120均为弹性塑胶件,故在组装时,利用上盖110的弹性形变,很容易将上盖110的两侧壁分别卡于两夹扣123处。当拆卸时,向内挤压上盖110的两侧壁,即可轻松将上盖110的两侧壁由夹扣123处脱离。
本实施例中,上盖110前端上部向下倾斜设置一弹片111,弹片111卡于通腔121处且抵压端子部200的后端,具体为第二后盖222的上端,这样弹片111对端子部200起到抵压限位作用,避免端子部200于座体100内活动。
本实施例中,插接式连接器接头的组装过程为:将第一导电端子213安装于第一绝缘基座211上,并于第一绝缘基座211后端安装第一后盖212形成第一端子部210;将第二导电端子223安装于第二绝缘基座221上,并于第二绝缘基座221后端安装第二后盖222形成第二端子部220;将第一端子部210与第二端子部220卡接形成端子部200,将端子部200插设于下盖120的通腔121内,并将上盖110安装于下盖120,即组装形成插接式连接器接头。

  1. 一种插接式连接器接头,包括由上盖及下盖围合形成的座体、以及插设固定于所述座体内的端子部,其特征在于:所述端子部由第一端子部与第二端子部卡接而成,所述第一端子部包括具有中空腔室的第一绝缘基座、卡接于所述第一绝缘基座后端的第一后盖以及设于所述中空腔室内且由所述第一后盖伸出的若干第一导电端子,所述第二端子部包括第二绝缘基座、卡接于所述第二绝缘基座后端的第二后盖以及设于所述第二绝缘基座内且由所述第二后盖伸出的若干第二导电端子。
  2. 如权利要求1所述的连接器接头,其特征在于:所述第一绝缘基座内的中空腔室底部设有若干第一卡槽,所述第一后盖上设有若干第二卡槽,所述第一导电端子的一端一一对应卡入各所述第一卡槽内,所述第一导电端子的另一端一一对应卡入各所述第二卡槽内。
  3. 如权利要求1所述的连接器接头,其特征在于:所述第一绝缘基座后端下部设有第一卡扣,所述第一后盖前端下部向前延伸与所述第一卡扣配合卡接的第一卡钩。
  4. 如权利要求3所述的连接器接头,其特征在于:所述第一绝缘基座后端上部向后延伸一凸块,所述第一后盖前端上部具有可供所述凸块卡入的缺口。
