园林用可自由调整角度栽培器 技术领域
本实用新型涉及一种栽培器,更确切的说是一种园林用可自由调整角度栽培器。
背景技术
无土栽培是以草炭或森林腐叶土、膨胀蛭石等轻质材料做育苗基质固定植株,让植物根系直接接触营养液,采用机械化精量播种一次成苗的现代化育苗技术。选用苗盘是分格室的,播种一格一粒,成苗一室一株,成苗的根系与基质互相缠绕在一起,根坨呈上大下小的塞子形,一般叫穴盘无土育苗。
现有的无土栽培装置不能很好的调整角度以方便植株以合适的角度接受光照。
实用新型内容
本实用新型的目的是提供一种园林用可自由调整角度栽培器,能够解决上述的问题。
本实用新型为实现上述目的,通过以下技术方案实现:
园林用可自由调整角度栽培器,包括底座,的上部安装连接杆和旋转座,旋转座的一侧与底座铰接,旋转座上安装输水管,输水管上安装数个 排成一排的无土栽培管,连接杆的下端与底座铰接,连接杆的上端安装轴承,轴承的内圈与连接杆连接,轴承的外圈连接固定板,固定板上安装两个加长板,加长板与固定板所在平面垂直,加长板的上端安装螺母,螺母上安装丝杆,丝杆的上端与旋转座铰接。
为了进一步实现本实用新型的目的,还可以采用以下技术方案:所述底座的底部安装数个连接块,连接块的中部开设螺纹孔,螺纹孔内安装螺杆,螺杆的下端安装垫块。所述垫块的底部安装防滑垫。
本实用新型的优点在于:本实用新型通过丝杆与螺母的配合使旋转座可以自由调整角度,使无土栽培管上的植株可以以合适的角度接受光照,大大提高了植株的种植质量。本实用新型的加长板可以使丝杆可以有更大的伸长余量,大大提高了旋转座旋转的范围。本实用新型的轴承在方便固定板与连接杆连接的同时可以方便加长板、螺母和固定板的旋转。本实用新型还具有结构简洁紧凑、制造成本低廉和使用简便的优点。

具体实施方式
以下结合附图对本实用新型的优选实施例进行说明,应当理解,此处所描述的优选实施例仅用于说明和解释本实用新型,并不用于限定本实用新型。
园林用可自由调整角度栽培器,如图1所示,包括底座4,的上部安装连接杆10和旋转座3,旋转座3的一侧与底座4铰接,旋转座3上安装输水管2,输水管2上安装数个排成一排的无土栽培管1,连接杆10的下端与底座4铰接,连接杆10的上端安装轴承9,轴承9的内圈与连接杆10连接,轴承9的外圈连接固定板8,固定板8上安装两个加长板6,加长板6与固定板8所在平面垂直,加长板6的上端安装螺母7,螺母7上安装丝杆5,丝杆5的上端与旋转座3铰接。
本实用新型通过丝杆5与螺母7的配合使旋转座3可以自由调整角度,使无土栽培管1上的植株可以以合适的角度接受光照,大大提高了植株的种植质量。本实用新型的加长板6可以使丝杆5可以有更大的伸长余量,大大提高了旋转座3旋转的范围。本实用新型的轴承9在方便固定板8与连接杆10连接的同时可以方便加长板6、螺母7和固定板8的旋转。
所述底座4的底部安装数个连接块26,连接块26的中部开设螺纹孔27,螺纹孔27内安装螺杆28,螺杆28的下端安装垫块29。本实用新型的螺杆28可以通过旋转调整露出螺纹孔27的长度,从而调整园林用可自由调整角度栽培器的整体高度,方便园林用可自由调整角度栽培器操作人员使用。
所述垫块29的底部安装防滑垫30。本实用新型的防滑垫30可以增大 园林用可自由调整角度栽培器与放置平台的摩擦力,避免园林用可自由调整角度栽培器在放置平台上滑动。

  1. 园林用可自由调整角度栽培器,其特征在于:包括底座(4),的上部安装连接杆(10)和旋转座(3),旋转座(3)的一侧与底座(4)铰接,旋转座(3)上安装输水管(2),输水管(2)上安装数个排成一排的无土栽培管(1),连接杆(10)的下端与底座(4)铰接,连接杆(10)的上端安装轴承(9),轴承(9)的内圈与连接杆(10)连接,轴承(9)的外圈连接固定板(8),固定板(8)上安装两个加长板(6),加长板(6)与固定板(8)所在平面垂直,加长板(6)的上端安装螺母(7),螺母(7)上安装丝杆(5),丝杆(5)的上端与旋转座(3)铰接。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的园林用可自由调整角度栽培器,其特征在于:所述底座(4)的底部安装数个连接块(26),连接块(26)的中部开设螺纹孔(27),螺纹孔(27)内安装螺杆(28),螺杆(28)的下端安装垫块(29)。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的园林用可自由调整角度栽培器,其特征在于:所述垫块(29)的底部安装防滑垫(30)。
