Description

园林用高效光照栽培器 技术领域
本实用新型涉及一种栽培器,更确切的说是一种园林用高效光照栽培器。
背景技术
无土栽培是以草炭或森林腐叶土、膨胀蛭石等轻质材料做育苗基质固定植株,让植物根系直接接触营养液,采用机械化精量播种一次成苗的现代化育苗技术。选用苗盘是分格室的,播种一格一粒,成苗一室一株,成苗的根系与基质互相缠绕在一起,根坨呈上大下小的塞子形,一般叫穴盘无土育苗。
现有的无土栽培装置的照明灯位于无土栽培装置的上部,由于上层植株和无土栽培管的遮挡,下层的植株接受光照不足。
实用新型内容
本实用新型的目的是提供一种园林用高效光照栽培器,能够解决上述的问题。
本实用新型为实现上述目的,通过以下技术方案实现:
园林用高效光照栽培器,包括底座,底座上部安装支撑架、输水管、水泵和工控仪,支撑架的侧部平行安装数个透明板,相邻透明板的间距相 等,透明板的上部安装光敏传感器,透明板的下部安装LED灯,支撑架的下部一侧安装加热装置,输水管的侧部平行安装数个连接管,连接管的一端与输水管连接,连接管的另一端连接无土栽培管,每个无土栽培管位于LED灯下方,水泵通过导管连接输水管,工控仪通过导线分别连接光敏传感器、LED灯和水泵。
为了进一步实现本实用新型的目的,还可以采用以下技术方案:所述底座的底部安装数个连接块,连接块的中部开设螺纹孔,螺纹孔内安装螺杆,螺杆的下端安装垫块。所述垫块的底部安装防滑垫。
本实用新型的优点在于:本实用新型在每一个无土栽培管的上部设置有LED灯,LED灯发出的灯光可以不被遮挡的照射在植株上,从而避免了下层的植株接受光照不足。本实用新型的透明板可以透过光线,从而可以大大提高了阳光的利用率。本实用新型的光敏传感器可以检测外部光照强度,当外部光照强度不足时,光敏传感器向工控仪发送电信号,工控仪根据光敏传感器发出的电信号控制LED灯开启,从而在节约能源的同时为植株保证充足的光照。本实用新型的加热装置可以在白天为无土栽培管上的植株加热,提高植株的光合作用效率。本实用新型还具有结构简洁紧凑、制造成本低廉和使用简便的优点。

具体实施方式
以下结合附图对本实用新型的优选实施例进行说明,应当理解,此处所描述的优选实施例仅用于说明和解释本实用新型,并不用于限定本实用新型。
园林用高效光照栽培器,如图1所示,包括底座11,底座11上部安装支撑架7、输水管12、水泵9和工控仪10,支撑架7的侧部平行安装数个透明板2,相邻透明板2的间距相等,透明板2的上部安装光敏传感器1,透明板2的下部安装LED灯3,支撑架7的下部一侧安装加热装置8,输水管12的侧部平行安装数个连接管5,连接管5的一端与输水管12连接,连接管5的另一端连接无土栽培管6,每个无土栽培管6位于一个LED灯3下方,水泵9通过导管连接输水管12,工控仪10通过导线分别连接光敏传感器1、LED灯3和水泵9。
本实用新型在每一个无土栽培管6的上部设置有LED灯3,LED灯3发出的灯光可以不被遮挡的照射在植株上,从而避免了下层的植株接受光照不足。本实用新型的透明板2可以透过光线,从而可以大大提高了阳光的利用率。本实用新型的光敏传感器1可以检测外部光照强度,当外部光照强度不足时,光敏传感器1向工控仪10发送电信号,工控仪10根据光 敏传感器1发出的电信号控制LED灯3开启,从而在节约能源的同时为植株保证充足的光照。本实用新型的加热装置8可以在白天为无土栽培管6上的植株加热,提高植株的光合作用效率。
所述底座11的底部安装数个连接块26,连接块26的中部开设螺纹孔27,螺纹孔27内安装螺杆28,螺杆28的下端安装垫块29。本实用新型的螺杆28可以通过旋转调整露出螺纹孔27的长度,从而调整园林用高效光照栽培器的整体高度,方便园林用高效光照栽培器操作人员使用。
所述垫块29的底部安装防滑垫30。本实用新型的防滑垫30可以增大园林用高效光照栽培器与放置平台的摩擦力,避免园林用高效光照栽培器在放置平台上滑动。

  1. 园林用高效光照栽培器,其特征在于:包括底座(11),底座(11)上部安装支撑架(7)、输水管(12)、水泵(9)和工控仪(10),支撑架(7)的侧部平行安装数个透明板(2),相邻透明板(2)的间距相等,透明板(2)的上部安装光敏传感器(1),透明板(2)的下部安装LED灯(3),支撑架(7)的下部一侧安装加热装置(8),输水管(12)的侧部平行安装数个连接管(5),连接管(5)的一端与输水管(12)连接,连接管(5)的另一端连接无土栽培管(6),每个无土栽培管(6)位于一个LED灯(3)下方,水泵(9)通过导管连接输水管(12),工控仪(10)通过导线分别连接光敏传感器(1)、LED灯(3)和水泵(9)。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的园林用高效光照栽培器,其特征在于:所述底座(11)的底部安装数个连接块(26),连接块(26)的中部开设螺纹孔(27),螺纹孔(27)内安装螺杆(28),螺杆(28)的下端安装垫块(29)。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的园林用高效光照栽培器,其特征在于:所述垫块(29)的底部安装防滑垫(30)。
