一种多照射方向LED灯,包括灯壳(1)、电路板和灯座(2),灯壳(1)和电路板均安装在灯座(2)上,电路板包括第一电路板(3)和第二电路板(4),第一电路板(3)和第二电路板(4)上贴有LED光源(6),两者分别与灯座(2)和灯壳(1)构成三角形结构,灯壳(1)上设有若干散热片(5)。通过两个电路板(3,4)与灯座(2)角度的合理设计,使LED灯的发光范围增大,同时灯壳(1)上散热片(5)的设计使得LED灯散热效果提高,加大LED灯的使用时间。

Description

多照射方向的LED灯 技术领域
本实用新型涉及到灯具设计领域,具体涉及到一种多照射方向的LED灯。
背景技术
现在是个能源节约型社会,普通的白炽灯散热量大、耗电多且使用时间短,而且当人们大量使用后,造成的污染和灯损坏后产生的废弃量是相当可怕的。近年来,LED灯作为光源运用于室内照明领域得到了快速的发展,逐渐替代了白炽灯。LED灯具有体积小、耗电量低、使用寿命长等优点,但仍存在光照范围窄等问题。
发明内容
针对上述问题,本实用新型所要解决的技术问题是提供一种多照射方向的LED灯,其能使LED灯的照射范围增大。
为了解决上述技术问题,本实用新型采用的技术方案是,一种多照射方向的LED灯,包括灯壳、电路板和灯座,所述灯壳和电路板均安装在灯座上,其结构特点是,所述电路板包括第一电路板和第二电路板,所述第一电路板和第二电路板上贴有LED光源,且两者分别与灯座和灯壳构成三角形结构;而所述灯壳上设有若干散热片。
进一步地,所述第一电路板和第二电路板与灯座所形成的夹角为5-20度。将传统的一个电路板分为两块倾斜的电路板,使得电路板上的LED光源的照射方向从原来的垂直照射变成斜射,增加了光照范围。
进一步地,所述第一电路板和第二电路板大小相同,且两者相交于灯座的中间。
本实用新型通过对两个电路板与灯座角度的合理设计,使得该LED灯的发光范围增大;同时灯壳上散热片的设计使得LED灯散热效果提高,从而加大LED灯的使用时间。

具体实施方式
为详尽本实用新型之技术内容、结构特征、所达成目的及功效,以下兹例举实施例并配合附图进行详细说明。
参照图1和图2所示,本实用新型多照射方向的LED灯,包括灯壳1、电路板和灯座2,其中,灯壳1和电路板均安装在灯座2上,而电路板由原来的一块电路板分割成两块,分别是第一电路板3和第二电路板4,在第一电路板3和第二电路板4上贴有LED光源6,且两者分别与灯座2和灯壳1构成三角形结构;而在灯壳1上设有若干散热片5,其可将LED光源6产生的热量尽快散去,可延长本实用新型装置的使用时间。
继续参照图1和图2所示,当第一电路板3和第二电路板4大小相同,且两者相交 线位于灯座2中间时,光照范围较佳;而第一电路板3和第二电路板4与灯座2所形成的夹角设置为5-20度时,光照范围最佳。

  1. 一种多照射方向的LED灯,包括灯壳(1)、电路板和灯座(2),所述灯壳(1)和电路板均安装在灯座(2)上,其特征在于:所述电路板包括第一电路板(3)和第二电路板(4),所述第一电路板(3)和第二电路板(4)上贴有LED光源(6),且两者分别与灯座(2)和灯壳(1)构成三角形结构;而所述灯壳(1)上设有若干散热片(5)。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的多照射方向的LED灯,其特征在于:所述第一电路板(3)和第二电路板(4)与灯座(2)所形成的夹角为5-20度。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的多照射方向的LED灯,其特征在于:所述第一电路板(3)和第二电路板(4)大小相同,且两者相交于灯座(2)的中间。
