Description

一种改进可调节蒸汽流量的电热水壶 技术领域
本发明涉及一种电热水壶技术领域,尤其是一种改进可调节蒸汽流量的电热水壶。
背景技术
目前,城市中的人喝的都是自来水,普通的江湖水在送入自来水厂后,要经过氯化处理,以清除微生物等杂质。但同时,氯与水中残留的有机物相互作用,会形成卤代烃、氯仿等有毒的致癌化合物。
研究证明,卤代烃、氯仿含量与水温变化及沸腾持续时间长短密切相关。水温达到90℃时,卤代烃含量由原来的每升53微克上升到191微克,氯仿由每升43.8微克上升到177微克,均超过国家标准2倍。当水温升到100℃,卤代烃和氯仿的含量分别下降到110微克和99微克,仍超过国家标准。如果继续沸腾,持续3分钟后,卤代烃和氯仿含量分别降至9.2微克和8.3微克,此时才成为安全的饮用水。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于解决上述现有技术的不足,而提供一种结构简单、合理的可调节蒸汽流量的电热水壶。
本发明解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是:
一种改进可调节蒸汽流量的电热水壶,包括壶体和壶盖,其特征在于,所述壶盖设有开口,开口上安装有打开或关闭开口的遮挡结构。
采用该结构的电热水壶,调节遮挡结构控制开口的大小,从而控制蒸汽的排气量,增大水蒸气的排气量,延长开水沸腾的时间,让水中部分残留的挥发性有机物(氯气、有害物质、亚硝酸盐等)挥发出去,使开水烧开后延长2-3分钟后再停止加热。
所述壶盖包括顶板和底板,顶板上设有上开孔,底板上设有与上开孔对应的下开孔,上、下开孔之间设有侧围板,上开孔、下开孔以及侧围板共同构成开口,侧围板上水平活动连接有挡板,挡板向上一体式延伸有拨动板,拨动板和挡板共同构成遮挡结构。
采用该结构的电热水壶,该结构紧凑,操作简单可靠,减少配件损坏率,减低工厂生产成本,提高效率。
所述底板上设有滑道,下开孔开设在滑道上,挡板滑设在滑道上,通过拨动板使挡板沿滑道滑动,使下开孔构成打开或关闭。
采用该结构的电热水壶,通过用手操作拨动板,使挡板沿滑道上滑动,实现开孔的打开或关闭,其结构简单、紧凑,安装方便,方便易用,制造成本低。
所述开口上可以呈开合式安装有开合挡板,开合挡板通过打开或关闭,可以打开或关闭开口,同样可以实现除氯功能。
所述开口可以呈伸缩式或弹性安装密封塞,密封塞上可以设置排气槽(或排气孔);不使用时,可以将密封塞密封在开口;如需要排气除氯时,可以通过按压或其他形式的安装连接,取出密封塞,或是密封塞伸出开口外侧,使排气槽或排气孔与外界连通; 同样可以实现除氯功能。
本发明的有益效果是:
本发明多功能的电热水壶,调节遮挡结构控制开孔的大小,从而控制水蒸汽的排气大小,有效延长水沸腾的时间,减少水中的余氯。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图和实施例对本发明进一步说明。
第一实施例:如图1至2所示,一种改进可调节蒸汽流量的电热水壶,包括壶体1和壶盖2,其特征在于,所述壶盖2设有开口3,开口3上安装有打开或关闭开口3用的遮挡结构4。
采用该结构的电热水壶,调节遮挡结构4控制开口3的大小,从而控制蒸汽的排气量,使水蒸气排出的速度加快,加长自来水沸腾的时间,减少自来水沸腾后的余氯。
所述壶盖2包括顶板21和底板22,顶板21上设有上开孔31,底板22上设有与上开孔31对应的下开孔32,上开孔31、下开孔32之间设有侧围板5,上开孔31、下开孔32以及侧围板5共同构成开口3,侧围板5上水平活动连接有挡板41,挡板41向上一体式延伸有拨动板42,拨动板42和挡板41共同构成遮挡结构4。
采用该结构的电热水壶,该结构紧凑,操作简单可靠,减少配件损坏率,减低工厂生产成本,提高效率。
所述底板22上设有滑道6,下开孔32开设在滑道6上,挡板41滑设在滑道6上,通过拨动板42使挡板41沿滑道6滑动,使下开孔32构成打开或关闭。
采用该结构的电热水壶,通过用手操作拨动板42,使挡板41沿滑道6上滑动,实现开口3的打开或关闭,其结构简单、紧凑,安装方便,方便易用,制造成本低。
第二实施例,如图3所示,与第一实施例结构相似,不同之处在于,所述开口3上可以呈开合式安装有开合挡板7,开合挡板7通过打开或关闭,可以打开或关闭开口3,同样可以实现除氯功能,标记2同样是壶盖,标记1同样壶体。
进一步地,调节开口3的大小,从而控制蒸汽的排气量,使水蒸气排出的速度加快,加长自来水沸腾的时间,减少自来水沸腾后的余氯。
第三实施例,如图4至图5所示,所述开口3可以呈伸缩式或弹性安装密封塞8,密封塞8上可以设置排气槽801(或排气孔);不使用时,可以将密封塞8密封在开口3;如需要排气除氯时,可以通过按压或其他形式的安装连接,取出密封塞8,或是密封塞8伸出开口3外侧,使排气槽801或排气孔与外界连通;同样可以实现除氯功能,标记2同样是壶盖,标记1同样壶体。
进一步地,调节开口3的大小,从而控制蒸汽的排气量,使水蒸气排出的速度加快,加长自来水沸腾的时间,减少自来水沸腾后的余氯。

  1. 一种改进可调节蒸汽流量的电热水壶,包括壶体(1)和壶盖(2),其特征在于,所述壶盖(2)设有开口(3),开口(3)上安装有打开或关闭开口(3)用的遮挡结构(4)。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述一种改进可调节蒸汽流量的电热水壶,其特征在于,所述壶盖(2)包括顶板(21)和底板(22),顶板(21)上设有上开孔(31),底板(22)上设有与上开孔(31)对应的下开孔(32),上、下开孔之间设有侧围板(5),上开孔(31)、下开孔(32)以及侧围板(5)共同构成开口(3),侧围板(5)上水平活动连接有挡板(41),挡板(41)向上一体式延伸有拨动板(42),拨动板(42)和挡板(41)共同构成遮挡结构(4)。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述一种改进可调节蒸汽流量的电热水壶,其特征在于,所述底板(22)上设有滑道(6),下开孔(32)开设在滑道(6)上,挡板(41)滑设在滑道(6)上,通过拨动板(42)使挡板(41)沿滑道(6)滑动,使下开孔(32)构成打开或关闭。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述一种改进可调节蒸汽流量的电热水壶,其特征在于,所述开口(3)上呈开合式安装有开合挡板(7),开合挡板(7)通过打开或关闭,可以打开或关闭开口(3)。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述一种改进可调节蒸汽流量的电热水壶,其特征在于,所述开口(3)呈伸缩式或弹性安装密封塞(8),密封塞(8)上设置排气槽(801)。
