本发明的技术方案是这样实现的：

如图1、图2、图3和图4所示，一种异形头涂抹装置，包括用于容纳化妆品的一端开口的容器1、用于打开或封闭所述容器开口的盖子2、从盖子向容器内延伸形成的刷杆3，还包括涂抹本体4和内塞5，所述涂抹本体固接于所述刷杆的末端，且所述涂抹本体的径向截面为非圆形的异形；所述内塞包括固设于所述容器开口的固定部51和周向转动其他方向止动设于所述固定部下端的旋转部52，所述旋转部轴向形成一供 所述刷杆贴紧穿过、用于拭去所述涂抹本体上过量化妆品的刮料孔521，所述刮料孔的径向截面形状、所述刷杆的径向截面形状均与所述涂抹本体的截面形状相匹配；盖子打开或封闭时，所述盖子能够带动所述刷杆及所述旋转部相对所述固定部转动。上述结构中，涂抹装置具有径向截面为非圆形的异形的涂抹本体，通过将刷杆及内塞的刮料孔设计成与异形涂抹本体相匹配的形状，并将内塞设计成可旋转的上下层结构，能够解决异形头刮料不干净及积料的问题。其工作原理如下：由于涂抹本体的径向截面为非圆形的异形，而刷杆及内塞的刮料孔为圆孔，因此，内塞刮料孔对涂抹本体刮料时会存在不干净的问题。为了实现刮料干净，本发明将刷杆及内塞的刮料孔设计成与涂抹本体相匹配的异形，但是，异形的刷杆会造成盖与刷杆的组合无法相对圆孔的内塞旋转，为此，本发明将内塞设计成上下两层，上层为固定部，固设于容器开口上，下层为旋转部，相对固定部及容器可周向旋转，这样，盖及刷杆在旋转过程中，内塞的下层随着同步转动，不影响使用。
优选的，所述刷杆、所述刮料孔、所述涂抹本体的径向截面形状均为椭圆形或三角形或方形或正五边形。作为一种优选设计方案，可将刷杆、内塞刮料孔及涂抹本体均设计成椭圆形、三角形、方形、正五边形等非圆形的异形，但不限于此，还可以是其他不规则形状的异形，以满足涂抹装置不同形状涂抹本体的需要。图5示出了具有椭圆形刮料孔的内塞结构；图6示出了具有正五边形刮料孔的内塞结构；图7示出了具有三角 形刮料孔的内塞结构；图8示出了具有方形刮料孔的内塞结构。
优选的，所述涂抹本体为用于涂抹睫毛的睫毛刷头或用于涂抹口唇的棉头或用于涂抹眼线的眼线刷头。涂抹本体可以根据实际需要设计成不同功能的异形头，以组成不同功能的涂抹装置，比如睫毛膏装置、口唇油装置和眼线液装置等。
优选的，所述涂抹本体为睫毛刷头，所述涂抹本体的径向截面形状为燕尾形，参见图9。作为睫毛膏装置的一种特殊需要，可以将睫毛刷头的径向截面形状设计成燕尾形，即去除圆形相对两边的部分形成的形状。
优选的，所述睫毛刷头包括铁丝41和缠绕在所述铁丝上构成燕尾形的多根尼龙毛42，每根尼龙毛的末端都有弧度,且在圆周方向均匀分布。这样，消费者更容易上妆。
优选的，所述盖子一端内周侧与所述容器开口外周侧螺纹密封连接。
优选的，所述固定部下端形成有卡钩511，所述旋转部上端具有与所述卡钩配合的卡环522，所述卡环相对所述卡钩周向转动，其他方向止动。通过卡钩与卡环的配合，能够实现固定部与容旋转部的周向转动，其他方向止动的功能。
优选的，所述刷杆的末端形成有插孔31，所述涂抹本体一端具有插杆43，所述插杆插置定位于所述插孔内。通过插杆与插孔的配合，可实现涂抹本体与刷杆的固定连接。
综上，本发明提供一种异形头涂抹装置，具有径向截面为 非圆形的异形的涂抹本体，通过将刷杆及内塞的刮料孔设计成与异形涂抹本体相匹配的形状，并将内塞设计成可旋转的上下层结构，能够解决异形头刮料不干净及积料的问题。
以上实施例是参照附图，对本发明的优选实施例进行详细说明。本领域的技术人员通过对上述实施例进行各种形式上的修改或变更，但不背离本发明的实质的情况下，都落在本发明的保护范围之内。

Claims (8)

  1. 一种异形头涂抹装置，包括用于容纳化妆品的一端开口的容器(1)、用于打开或封闭所述容器开口的盖子(2)、从盖子向容器内延伸形成的刷杆(3)，其特征在于：还包括涂抹本体(4)和内塞(5)，所述涂抹本体固接于所述刷杆的末端，且所述涂抹本体的径向截面为非圆形的异形；所述内塞包括固设于所述容器开口的固定部(51)和周向转动其他方向止动设于所述固定部下端的旋转部(52)，所述旋转部轴向形成一供所述刷杆贴紧穿过、用于拭去所述涂抹本体上过量化妆品的刮料孔(521)，所述刮料孔的径向截面形状、所述刷杆的径向截面形状均与所述涂抹本体的截面形状相匹配；盖子打开或封闭时，所述盖子能够带动所述刷杆及所述旋转部相对所述固定部转动。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的异形头涂抹装置，其特征在于：所述刷杆、所述刮料孔、所述涂抹本体的径向截面形状均为椭圆形或三角形或方形或正五边形。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的异形头涂抹装置，其特征在于：所述涂抹本体为用于涂抹睫毛的睫毛刷头或用于涂抹口唇的棉头或用于涂抹眼线的眼线刷头。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的异形头涂抹装置，其特征在于：所述涂抹本体为睫毛刷头，所述涂抹本体的径向截面形状为燕尾形。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的异形头涂抹装置，其特征在于：所述睫毛刷头包括铁丝(41)和缠绕在所述铁丝上构成燕尾形的多根尼龙毛(42)，每根尼龙毛的末端都有弧度,且在圆周方向均匀分布。
  6. 根据权利要求1所述的异形头涂抹装置，其特征在于：所述盖子一端内周侧与所述容器开口外周侧螺纹密封连接。
  7. 根据权利要求1所述的异形头涂抹装置，其特征在于：所述固定部下端形成有卡钩(511)，所述旋转部上端具有与所述卡钩配合的卡环(522)，所述卡环相对所述卡钩周向转动，其他方向止动。
  8. 根据权利要求1所述的异形头涂抹装置，其特征在于：所述刷杆的末端形成有插孔(31)，所述涂抹本体一端具有插杆(43)，所述插杆插置定位于所述插孔内。
