一种用于音箱的立体声结构 技术领域
本发明属于音箱技术领域,尤其涉及一种用于音箱的立体声结构。
背景技术
现有的音箱的立体声系统将喇叭单体的被动辐射器分成两个分开的部分,以实现立体发音效果。近年来,小音箱发展迅速,为了节省空间,大多数音箱采用被动辐射器的音箱设计,为了减小外观体积大小,只好将音箱设计成单声道。此外,音箱要实现低音效果,还需要在被动辐射器上安装配重材料(例如铁或塑料)。
技术问题
本发明所要解决的技术问题在于提供 一种用于音箱的立体声结构,旨在解决现有技术中的小体积音箱无法实现立体发音的问题。
技术解决方案
本发明是这样实现的,一种用于音箱的立体声结构,包括两个主动驱动单元以及被动辐射器,所述被动辐射器安装在音箱的壳体上,所述的两个主动驱动单元固定在所述被动辐射器上。
进一步地,所述被动辐射器上设置有支架,所述的两个主动驱动单元固定在所述支架上。
进一步地,所述立体声结构还包括悬挂系统,所述悬挂系统与所述的两个主动驱动单元以及音箱的壳体固定连接。
进一步地,所述悬挂系统包括弹性组件,所述两个主动驱动单元与音箱壳体之间分别连接有所述的弹性组件,所述两个主动驱动单元之间亦连接有所述的弹性组件。
有益效果
本发明与现有技术相比,有益效果在于: 本发明的立体声结构,直接将两个主动驱动单元固定在被动辐射器上,在实现了立体声及低音效果加强的同时,还节省了音箱内部有限的空间,有利于音箱的小型化发展。此外,两个主驱动单元还充当了被动辐射器的配重材料,从而无需再加配重材料,节省了材料成本。

本发明的实施方式
为了使本发明所要解决的技术问题、技术方案及有益效果更加清楚明白,以下结合附图及实施例,对本实用新型进行进一步详细说明。应当理解,此处所描述的具体实施例仅仅用以解释本发明,并不用于限定本发明。
如图 1 及图 2 所示,为本发明的一较佳实施例,一种用于音箱的立体声结构,包括两个主动驱动单元 1 、被动辐射器 2 以及支架 21 。被动辐射器 2 安装在音箱的壳体 3 上,被动辐射器 2 上设置有支架 21 ,两个主动驱动单元 1 固定在支架 21 上。
上述的立体声结构,将两个主动驱动单元 1 固定在被动辐射器 2 的 支架 21 上,当立体声讯号分别传到两个主动驱动单元 1 ,则分别产生左声道及右声道的立体声,并且产生动能推动被动辐射器 2 振荡。可见本实施例在实现了立体声及低音效果加强的同时,还节省了音箱内部有限的空间,有利于音箱的小型化发展。此外,两个主驱动单元 1 还充当了被动辐射器 2 的配重材料,从而无需再加配重材料,节省了材料成本。而对于音箱的箱体设计依旧如同一般按照喇叭 T/S 参数设计即可,无任何特殊要求,不需要改变现有的设计方法,故现有的设计模拟软件也可共用。
请一同参见图 3 ,为了提高上述立体声结构的支撑功能,上述立体声结构还包括悬挂系统,悬挂系统与两个主动驱动单元 1 以及音箱的壳体 3 固定连接。具体地,悬挂系统包括弹性组件 4 ,两个主动驱动单元 1 与音箱壳体 3 之间分别连接有弹性组件 4 ,两个主动驱动单元 1 之间亦连接有弹性组件 4 。从而,在主动驱动单元 1 振荡过程中,弹性组件 4 可对主动驱动单元 1 起到缓冲的作用,可避免主动驱动单元 1 发生太大的振荡幅度,使系统在大功率时还能稳定工作。

  1. 1 、一种用于音箱的立体声结构,包括两个主动驱动单元以及被动辐射器,所述被动辐射器安装在音箱的壳体上,其特征在于,所述的两个主动驱动单元固定在所述被动辐射器上。
    2 、如权利要求 1 所述的用于音箱的立体声结构,其特征在于,所述被动辐射器上设置有支架,所述的两个主动驱动单元固定在所述支架上。
    3 、如权利要求 1 所述的用于音箱的立体声结构,其特征在于,所述立体声结构还包括悬挂系统,所述悬挂系统与所述的两个主动驱动单元以及音箱的壳体固定连接。
    4 、如权利要求 3 所述的用于音箱的立体声结构,其特征在于,所述悬挂系统包括弹性组件,所述两个主动驱动单元与音箱壳体之间分别连接有所述的弹性组件,所述两个主动驱动单元之间亦连接有所述的弹性组件。
