Abstract
本发明涉及一种智能装置及其实现人数统计的方法。该智能装置包括:无线连接单元,用于将用户终端无线连接至智能装置;商家活动单元,用于推送商家网页至用户终端,供用户浏览广告,参与在线活动或在线交易;及统计单元,用于统计每一次活动的用户参与人数情况,浏览商家广告人数、在线进行交易人数并将它反馈到商家。该方法包括:将智能装置与外部网络建立通讯连接;适配用户终端的设置及参数;将用户终端通过无线网络连接至智能装置;推送商家网页至用户终端,供用户浏览广告,参与在线活动或在线交易;及统计每一次活动的用户参与人数情况,浏览商家广告人数、在线进行交易人数并将它反馈到商家。从而帮助商家实现精准营销、个性化服务。
Description
本发明涉及一种智能装置及其实现人数统计的方法,尤其涉及一种可以让用户无线连接网络并进入商家网页进行购物及实现人数统计的智能装置及方法。
中国手机购物的正式兴起是2008年。2008年,中国3G政策已经明朗,相关政府部门和移动运营商明确从2009年开始大力发展3G服务。此后,随着手机用户数量的快速增长和手机支付安全性的不断提高,手机购物的流行速度飙升。时至今日,已成为最热门的手机应用之一。数据显示,有约46.00%的用户曾经有过手机购物的体验,21.50%的用户表示准备尝试手机购物,表明手机电子商务在我国拥有十分广阔的前景。针对这种情况,京东、当当、凡客、中国购、淘宝、1号店大型电子商务网站纷纷推出或完善了自身的手机购物门户,同时研发或升级自己的手机购物终端,努力改善用户体验。手机购物大大的为用户提供了便利,但是,目前它还不能快速收集用户进入商家网页浏览广告及在线交易等数据以反馈至商家来帮助它调整营销策略。
基于此,有必要提供一种能够实现人数统计的智能装置及方法。
该智能装置,其连接至少一用户终端,其特征在于,该智能装置包括:
适配单元,用于适配用户终端的设置及参数;
无线连接单元,用于将用户终端无线连接至智能装置;
商家活动单元,用于当用户终端连接智能装置时,推送商家网页至用户终端,供用户浏览广告,参与在线活动或在线交易;及
统计单元,用于统计每一次活动的用户参与人数情况,浏览商家广告人数、在线进行交易人数并将它反馈到商家。
在其中一个实施例中,所述商家活动单元,还用于根据用户消费喜好及以往购物明细资料进行商品及对应优惠卷的关联推荐。
在其中一个实施例中,所述智能装置还包括一网络接收及发射单元,用于发射以及接收网络信号,以提供智能装置网络环境。
该实现人数统计的方法包括以下步骤:
将智能装置与外部网络建立通讯连接;
适配用户终端的设置及参数;
将用户终端通过无线网络连接至智能装置;
推送商家网页至用户终端,供用户浏览广告,参与在线活动或在线交易;及
统计每一次活动的用户参与人数情况,浏览商家广告人数、在线进行交易人数并将它反馈到商家。
本智能装置及其实现人数统计的方法实现了对线下用户终端无线连接网络,推送商家网页至用户终端并且统计浏览商家网页的人数及广告阅读及在线交易人数、及每一次参与活动的人数等信息以帮助商家实现精准营销、个性化服务。
通过附图中所示的本发明的优选实施例的更具体说明,本发明的上述及其它目的、特征和优势将会变得更加清晰。

为使本发明的上述目的、特征和优点能够更加明显易懂,下面结合附图对本发明的具体实施方式做详细的说明。在下面的描述中阐述了很多具体细节以便于充分理解本发明。但是本发明能够以很多不同于在此描述的其它方式来实施,本领域技术人员可以在不违背本发明内涵的情况下做类似改进,因此本发明不受下面公开的具体实施的限制。
请参阅图1,是本实施例的架构示意图,其中一智能装置1,连接至少一云端服务器3。该智能装置1可以通过有线、2G(Second
Generation
)、3G或4G网络与云端服务器3连接。该智能装置1可应用于商场超市、餐厅、影院等各种消费场所或者活动场所。该智能装置1可以针对线下多个终端用户2进行各种参数及设置的适配,让用户终端2通过WIFI(Wireless
Fidelity
)与该智能装置1相连接。所述云端服务器3存储了每次用户参与商家活动的用户数据,人数,商家二维码,以及商家策划的每一次营销活动信息等。所述用户终端2是一个可以连接网络的电子装置,例如,智能手机,IPAD等。用户终端2通过微信或者其它方式连接智能装置1,然后登录至一商家网页,可以关注商家公众号以成为商家的粉丝,从而实现浏览广告,长期关注商家促销活动,参与活动或者在线交易等,还可以获得每次消费的电子账单、商品明细、消费总价、支付方式、小票订单号、交易时间等消费信息。
所述智能装置1将商家网页发送至用户终端2,还可以将关联推荐用户可能喜欢的商品及对应的优惠卷;并将关联推荐的商品及对应的优惠卷发送至用户终端。用户收到该推送的关联商品及对应的优惠卷可以根据自己喜好及需求进行购物,也可将收到的优惠卷进行好友间的分享。
此外,该智能装置1统计浏览商家网页的人数及广告阅读及在线交易人数、及每一次参与活动及在线交易人数等信息。
由于本智能装置1实现对线上每一次参与活动人数、浏览网页及广告阅读人数及在线交易的统计,以帮助进行精准的关联商品推荐及优惠卷的派送,帮助商家实现精准营销、个性化服务。
请参阅图2,是图1中所述智能装置1的功能单元图,其包括网络接收及发射单元101、适配单元102、无线连接单元103、商家活动单元104、及统计单元105。
所述网络接收及发射单元101用于实现所述智能装置1通过有线、2G(Second Generation
)、3G或4G网络与云端服务器3或者其它外部设备进行连接。
所述适配单元102用于当有用户终端2发出连接请求时,适配用户终端2设置及参数。所述参数包括帐号及密码等信息。
所述无线连接单元103用于当用户的输入的帐号及密码符合完全符合时,无线连接智能装置1及用户终端2。
所述商家活动单元104用于当用户终端2连接智能装置1时,推送商家网页至用户终端2。用户登录商家网页,可以关注商家平台成为商家粉丝,并可以浏览广告,参与在线活动,及在线交易等。
所述统计单元105用于统计每一次活动的用户参与人数情况,浏览商家广告、在线进行交易人数等以将它反馈到商家,以便于商家进行营销活动的调整及策划等。
在另一实施例中,所述商家活动单元104还可以根据用户消费喜好及以往购物明细等资料进行个性化商品的关联推荐,同时根据以往购物明细等信息进行个性化的商品优惠卷的关联推荐。例如,在用户以往购物明细中发现用户购买过某品牌的智能手机一台,所述商家活动单元104会根据这个购物明细来给用户关联推荐适用于这一品牌智能手机的皮套,贴膜,充电器等相关产品。同时,所述商家活动单元104还会推送这些产品的相关优惠卷,以便于促进用户进一步消费。用户可以将该优惠卷分享给好友也可以自己使用。
在另一实施例中,所述商家活动单元104还可用于当用户领取优惠卷,并在支付时使用相关优惠卷进行支付时减免金额并进行该使用过的优惠卷的核销。例如,用户甲在购买手机皮套时使用一张“5”元优惠卷,商家活动单元104会在支付时进行金额时自动减免并核销用户甲的这张“5”元优惠卷,使它处于已使用状态。
在另一实施例中,所述智能装置1还包手一显示屏106,该显示屏106是触屏双显示屏,例如,X86主板触屏双显示屏、ARM(Acorn RISC
Machine)触屏显示屏等,其用于确认消费交易总价、广告展示、卡券核销等功能。
请参阅图3,是本实施例关于实现所述智能装置1实现人数统计的方法以帮助商家实现精准营销的流程图。
步骤S301,将智能装置连接至外部网络,例如2G(Second Generation
)、3G或4G网络。
步骤S302,适配用户终端的各项设置及参数。所述参数包括帐号及密码等信息。
步骤S303,用户终端无线连接到智能装置1,进入商家公众号平台,关注公众号。
步骤S304,用户可关注商家公众号并成为其粉丝,可以登录商家网页浏览广告,长期关注商家促销活动,还可以获得每次消费的电子账单、商品明细、消费总价、支付方式、小票订单号、交易时间等消费信息。此外,用户还可以参与活动或在线交易等。
步骤S305,根据用户消费喜好及以往购物明细等资料进行个性化商品的关联推荐,同时根据上述信息进行个性化的商品优惠卷的关联推荐。例如,在用户的以往购物明细中发现用户购买过某品牌的智能手机一台,所述商家活动单元104会根据这个购物明细来给用户关联推荐适用于这一品牌智能手机的皮套,贴膜,充电器等相关产品。同时,所述商家活动单元104还会推送这些产品的相关优惠卷,以便于促进用户进一步的消费。
步骤S306,用户接收到相关关联推荐商品及对应优惠卷后,可进行优惠卷分享或者根据自身需求和喜好来购物。当用户领取优惠卷并在购物时使用优惠卷减免金额时,优惠卷核销单元105进行金额的支付减免并进行该使用过的优惠卷的核销,让该使用过的优惠卷处于使用过的状态。
步骤S307,统计每一次活动的用户参与人数情况,浏览商家广告、在线进行交易人数等以将它反馈到商家,以便于商家进行营销活动的调整及策划等。
以上所述实施例仅表达了本发明的几种实施方式,其描述较为具体和详细,但并不能因此而理解为对本发明专利范围的限制。应当指出的是,对于本领域的普通技术人员来说,在不脱离本发明构思的前提下,还可以做出若干变形和改进,这些都属于本发明的保护范围。因此,本发明专利的保护范围应以所附权利要求为准。

- 一种智能装置,其连接至少一用户终端,其特征在于,该智能装置包括:适配单元,用于适配用户终端的设置及参数;无线连接单元,用于将用户终端无线连接至智能装置;商家活动单元,用于当用户终端连接智能装置时,推送商家网页至用户终端,供用户浏览广告,参与在线活动或在线交易;及统计单元,用于统计每一次活动的用户参与人数情况,浏览商家广告人数、在线进行交易人数并将它反馈到商家。
- 如权利要求1所述的智能装置,其特征在于,所述参数包括帐号及密码信息。
- 如权利要求1所述的智能装置,其特征在于,所述商家活动单元还用于根据用户消费喜好及以往购物明细资料进行关联推荐。
- 如权利要求3所述的智能装置,其特征在于,所述商家活动单元还用于根据以往购物明细等信息进行个性化的商品优惠卷的关联推荐。
- 如权利要求3所述的智能装置,其特征在于,所述商家活动单元还用于当用户用优惠卷支付减免金额时进行该使用过的优惠卷的核销。
- 如权利要求1所述的智能装置,其特征在于,所述智能装置还包括一网络接收及发射单元,用于发射以及接收网络信号,以提供智能装置网络环境。
- 一种利用如权利要求1中的智能装置来实现人数统计的方法,其特征在于,其包括以下步骤:将智能装置与外部网络建立通讯连接;适配用户终端的设置及参数;将用户终端通过无线网络连接至智能装置;推送商家网页至用户终端,供用户浏览广告,参与在线活动或在线交易;及统计每一次活动的用户参与人数情况,浏览商家广告人数、在线进行交易人数并将它反馈到商家。
- 如权利要求7所述实现人数统计的方法,其特征在于,所述参数包括帐号及密码信息。
- 如权利要求7所述实现人数统计的方法,其特征在于,还包括一步骤:根据用户消费喜好及以往购物明细资料进行商品及对应优惠卷的关联推荐。
- 如权利要求7所述实现人数统计的方法,其特征在于,还包括一步骤:当用户用优惠卷支付减免金额时进行该使用过的优惠卷的核销。
