Abstract

L'invention concerne un dispositif (10) pour appliquer un bouchon fileté (11) à un col fileté (12) d'un emballage (13), comprenant une première courroie rotative (24) et une deuxième courroie rotative (25) destinées à venir en prise avec le bouchon (11) et faire tourner celui-ci. Le dispositif comprend au moins un moteur destiné à faire tourner au moins l'une des première et deuxième courroies (24, 25). Le moteur (26, 27) est couplé à un capteur (28, 29) de surveillance de la vitesse et/ou de l'accélération du moteur (26, 27). Le capteur (28, 29) et ledit moteur (26, 27) sont connectés à un dispositif de commande (30) destiné à commander le fonctionnement et à surveiller le couple et/ou le courant du moteur (26, 27). Le dispositif de commande (30) est conçu pour régler le moteur (26, 27) dans un mode de détection d'amorce de filetage dans lequel les première et deuxième courroies (24, 25) font tourner le bouchon (11) dans une direction opposée à une direction de serrage du bouchon. Le dispositif de commande (30) est conçu pour détecter une amorce de filetage en faisant varier la vitesse, l'accélération, le couple et/ou le courant du moteur, et pour régler le moteur (26, 27) dans un autre mode en réponse à la détection de l'amorce de filetage.
