目前,用户需要了解节目的相关信息时,主要是通过电子节目菜单(Electronic Program Guide,简称EPG)界面来获取,如节目内容简介、播放时间等信息。随着数字化的发展,数字电视节目内容非常丰富且数量较多,用户需要了解的节目相关信息也越来越多。然而,由于终端的显示界面毕竟有大小的限制和局限,现有的电子节目菜单界面中只能提供一些非常有限的节目信息,在电子节目菜单界面中无法向用户提供更多的节目相关信息,无法满足用户的需求。
发明内容
本发明的主要目的在于提供一种电子节目菜单界面中的信息推送方法、终端及系统,旨在通过电子节目菜单界面向用户推送更多的节目相关信息。
为实现上述目的,本发明提供的一种电子节目菜单界面中的信息推送方法,所述方法包括以下步骤:
终端获取节目源中包含各节目的节目信息及与各节目对应的预设二维码,所述预设二维码中承载了与各节目相关联的业务信息;
根据所述节目信息中各节目及对应的所述预设二维码生成电子节目菜单界面;
当接收到查看电子节目菜单指令时,所述终端在电子节目菜单界面显示所述节目信息中各节目对应的所述预设二维码,以供用户扫描所述预设二维码获取与所述节目信息中各节目相关联的业务信息。

终端接收到节目服务器发送节目传输流后,对该节目传输流进行解复用,获取各节目数据、节目信息、预设二维码及关联信息,根据节目数据可直接进行节目播放,根据所述关联信息获取节目源节目信息中各节目及其相关联的预设二维码。需要说明的是,本实施例中,所述节目信息中各节目与预设二维码的对应关系可以是一一对应的,如每一节目均对应有一预设二维码;所述节目信息中各节目与预设二维码的对应关系也可以不是一一对应的,如当多个节目相关联的业务信息相同时,多个节目可均对应同一预设二维码。
本实施例中,由于根据节目源中的节目生成节目信息、预设二维码等操作是在节目服务器中进行,终端只需对节目服务器发送的节目传输流进行解复用即可获取节目信息、预设二维码等信息,占用终端的系统资源较少,而且节目服务器在传输节目源至终端时只需增加生成的节目信息、预设二维码等数据量较小的信息,占用的网络资源较少,更加有利于节目服务器与终端之间的数据传输。

本实施例中,在电子节目菜单界面中显示节目信息中各节目与其对应的预设二维码后,还可由终端对电子节目菜单界面中显示的预设二维码进行解析,得到所述预设二维码中承载的与所述节目信息中各节目相关联的业务信息;若解析出预设二维码中承载的与所述节目信息中各节目相关联的业务信息为业务内容,则直接在终端上显示所述业务内容;若解析出预设二维码中承载的与所述节目信息中各节目相关联的业务信息为业务内容对应的链接地址,则通过所述链接地址在业务服务器上获取对应的业务内容,并在终端上显示所述业务内容。从而通过终端向用户显示所述预设二维码中承载的与所述节目信息相关联的业务内容。
此外,当用户扫描所述预设二维码并进行解析后,若解析出预设二维码中承载的与所述节目信息中各节目相关联的业务信息为业务内容对应的链接地址,则用户设备可根据业务内容对应的链接地址向业务服务器发送请求,但用户设备并不直接获取该链接地址对应的业务内容,而是由业务服务器根据用户设备发送的请求将该链接地址对应的业务内容发送至终端,在终端上显示该链接地址对应的业务内容,以方便用户在显示效果更好的终端上来查看业务内容。
本发明进一步提供一种电子节目菜单界面中推送信息的终端。
参照图3,图3为本发明电子节目菜单界面中推送信息的终端第一实施例的功能模块示意图。
在第一实施例中,该电子节目菜单界面中推送信息的终端包括:
获取模块01,用于获取节目源中包含各节目的节目信息及与各节目对应的预设二维码,所述预设二维码中承载了与各节目相关联的业务信息;
本实施例中,首先由终端获取节目源中包含各节目的节目信息及与各节目对应的预设二维码,其中,所述节目信息包括各节目名称、分类等基本信息,所述预设二维码中承载了与所述节目信息中各节目相关联的业务信息,如节目内容简介、播放时间等相关信息。该预设二维码既可由终端自身根据与所述节目信息中各节目相关联的业务信息来生成,也可以由终端之外的其他装置如节目服务器在制作节目源时根据各节目及与各节目相关联的业务信息来生成,终端只需从节目服务器发送的节目源中直接获取包含各节目的节目信息及对应的预设二维码。
生成模块02,用于根据所述节目信息中各节目及对应的所述预设二维码生成电子节目菜单界面;
显示模块03,用于当接收到查看电子节目菜单指令时,在电子节目菜单界面显示所述节目信息中各节目对应的所述预设二维码,以供用户扫描所述预设二维码获取与所述节目信息中各节目相关联的业务信息。
当终端接收到用户输入的查看电子节目菜单指令时,在显示电子节目菜单界面的同时,在电子节目菜单界面中显示所述节目信息中各节目对应的所述预设二维码。这样,用户只需对电子节目菜单界面中显示的预设二维码进行扫描即可获取与相应节目相关联的业务信息,从而实现在电子节目菜单界面中通过二维码向用户推送节目相关的业务信息。由于二维码能够承载大量信息,且以简单的图片形式呈现,利用二维码在电子节目菜单界面中向用户推送节目的相关信息不仅能使用户方便的获取二维码中承载的大量信息,且使得电子节目菜单界面简洁美观。
本实施例通过将包含各节目的节目信息及承载了与各节目相关联业务信息的预设二维码显示在电子节目菜单界面中,使用户只需扫描所述预设二维码即可获取与各节目相关联的业务信息,实现了在电子节目菜单界面中通过二维码向用户推送节目相关的业务信息,能通过二维码在电子节目菜单界面中向用户推送大量丰富的业务信息,满足用户获取更多节目相关业务信息的需求。
进一步地,在其他实施例中,上述获取模块01还可以用于:
接收节目服务器发送的节目传输流,所述节目传输流中包含所述节目服务器根据节目源中的各节目生成的节目信息、预设二维码及记录各节目与所述预设二维码之间关联关系的关联信息,所述预设二维码中承载了与各节目相关联的业务信息;对所述节目传输流进行解析获取节目信息、预设二维码及关联信息,根据所述关联信息获取所述节目信息中各节目及对应的预设二维码。
本实施例中,首先由节目服务器对节目源中的节目进行处理,根据节目源中的节目数据生成基本的如包含各节目名称的节目信息、预设二维码及关联信息,其中,预设二维码为节目服务器根据从业务服务器上获取的与所述节目信息中各节目相关联的业务信息生成的,也即所述预设二维码中承载了所述节目服务器从业务服务器上获取的与所述节目信息中各节目相关联的业务信息。需要说明的是,本实施例中,所述预设二维码中承载的业务信息可以是与所述节目信息中各节目相关联的业务内容,也可以是所述业务内容对应的链接地址;若所述预设二维码中承载的业务信息为所述节目服务器自身存储的信息,则此时所述节目服务器相当于业务服务器,即预设二维码由节目服务器根据自身存储的与所述节目信息中各节目相关联的业务信息生成;关联信息中记录有所述节目信息中各节目与所述预设二维码之间的关联关系,以将不同节目与其相关联的预设二维码之间形成对应关系。节目服务器将各节目数据、节目信息、预设二维码及关联信息进行打包、复用处理形成节目传输流,并将生成的节目传输流发送至终端。
终端接收到节目服务器发送节目传输流后,对该节目传输流进行解复用,获取各节目数据、节目信息、预设二维码及关联信息,根据节目数据可直接进行节目播放,根据所述关联信息获取节目源节目信息中各节目及其相关联的预设二维码。需要说明的是,本实施例中,所述节目信息中各节目与预设二维码的对应关系可以是一一对应的,如每一节目均对应有一预设二维码;所述节目信息中各节目与预设二维码的对应关系也可以不是一一对应的,如当多个节目相关联的业务信息相同时,多个节目可均对应同一预设二维码。
本实施例中,由于根据节目源中的节目生成节目信息、预设二维码等操作是在节目服务器中进行,终端只需对节目服务器发送的节目传输流进行解复用即可获取节目信息、预设二维码等信息,占用终端的系统资源较少,而且节目服务器在传输节目源至终端时只需增加生成的节目信息、预设二维码等数据量较小的信息,占用的网络资源较少,更加有利于节目服务器与终端之间的数据传输。
进一步地,当终端接收到查看电子节目菜单指令时,对所述节目信息及预设二维码进行显示,具体的,在一种实施方式中,可在接收到查看电子节目菜单指令时将所述预设二维码对应所述节目信息中的各节目显示在根据所述节目信息生成的基本电子节目菜单界面中,其中,根据所述节目信息中包含的各节目即可生成基本电子节目菜单界面,该基本电子节目菜单界面中仅包括各节目的基本信息,如名称等信息;在另一种实施方式中,也可先将所述预设二维码对应所述节目信息中的各节目嵌入根据所述节目信息生成的基本电子节目菜单界面中形成电子节目菜单界面,在接收到查看电子节目菜单指令时直接调取形成的电子节目菜单界面。此外,在电子节目菜单界面中显示所述节目信息中各节目及预设二维码时,可对所述节目信息中各节目及预设二维码的位置进行编排,将所述节目信息中各节目及预设二维码调整为适合在电子节目菜单界面中显示的图像,并且,可将调整后的所述节目信息中各节目及预设二维码显示在电子节目菜单界面中的预设区域,如角落或边缘区域,以节约电子节目菜单界面的显示空间。
在电子节目菜单界面中显示节目信息中各节目与其对应的预设二维码后,用户即可通过扫描所述预设二维码来获取与所述节目信息中各节目相关联的业务信息,若获取的业务信息为业务内容,则可直接在用户终端上显示所述业务内容;若获取的业务信息为业务内容对应的链接地址,则可由用户终端根据所述链接地址在业务服务器上搜索获取该链接地址对应的业务内容,并进行显示。
如图4所示,本发明第二实施例提出一种电子节目菜单界面中推送信息的终端,在上述第一实施例的基础上,还包括:
解析模块04,用于对所述预设二维码进行解析,得到所述预设二维码中承载的与各节目相关联的业务信息;若所述预设二维码中承载的与各节目相关联的业务信息为业务内容,则在终端上显示所述业务内容;若所述预设二维码中承载的与各节目相关联的业务信息为业务内容对应的链接地址,则通过所述链接地址在业务服务器上获取对应的业务内容,并在终端上显示所述业务内容。
本实施例中,在电子节目菜单界面中显示节目信息中各节目与其对应的预设二维码后,还可由终端对电子节目菜单界面中显示的预设二维码进行解析,得到所述预设二维码中承载的与所述节目信息中各节目相关联的业务信息;若解析出预设二维码中承载的与所述节目信息中各节目相关联的业务信息为业务内容,则直接在终端上显示所述业务内容;若解析出预设二维码中承载的与所述节目信息中各节目相关联的业务信息为业务内容对应的链接地址,则通过所述链接地址在业务服务器上获取对应的业务内容,并在终端上显示所述业务内容。从而通过终端向用户显示所述预设二维码中承载的与所述节目信息相关联的业务内容。
此外,当用户扫描所述预设二维码并进行解析后,若解析出预设二维码中承载的与所述节目信息中各节目相关联的业务信息为业务内容对应的链接地址,则用户设备可根据业务内容对应的链接地址向业务服务器发送请求,但用户设备并不直接获取该链接地址对应的业务内容,而是由业务服务器根据用户设备发送的请求将该链接地址对应的业务内容发送至终端,在终端上显示该链接地址对应的业务内容,以方便用户在显示效果更好的终端上来查看业务内容。
本发明又提供一种电子节目菜单界面中的信息推送系统。
参照图5,图5为本发明电子节目菜单界面中的信息推送系统一实施例的结构示意图。
在一实施例中,该信息推送系统包括:终端1及节目服务器2,其中,节目服务器2根据节目源中的各节目生成节目信息及预设二维码,所述预设二维码中承载了与各节目相关联的业务信息;将节目源中的节目信息及预设二维码发送至终端1;
终端1获取节目源中包含各节目的节目信息及与各节目对应的预设二维码;根据所述节目信息中各节目及对应的所述预设二维码生成电子节目菜单界面;当接收到查看电子节目菜单指令时,在电子节目菜单界面显示所述节目信息中各节目对应的所述预设二维码,以供用户扫描所述预设二维码获取与所述节目信息中各节目相关联的业务信息。
本实施例中,首先由节目服务器2对节目源中的节目进行处理,根据节目源中的节目数据生成基本的如包含各节目名称的节目信息、预设二维码及关联信息,其中,预设二维码为节目服务器根据从业务服务器上获取的与所述节目信息中各节目相关联的业务信息生成的,也即所述预设二维码中承载了节目服务器2从业务服务器上获取的与所述节目信息中各节目相关联的业务信息。需要说明的是,本实施例中,所述预设二维码中承载的业务信息可以是与所述节目信息中各节目相关联的业务内容,也可以是所述业务内容对应的链接地址;若所述预设二维码中承载的业务信息为节目服务器2自身存储的信息,则此时节目服务器2相当于业务服务器,即预设二维码由节目服务器2根据自身存储的与所述节目信息中各节目相关联的业务信息生成;关联信息中记录有所述节目信息中各节目与所述预设二维码之间的关联关系,以将不同节目与其相关联的预设二维码之间形成对应关系。节目服务器2将各节目数据、节目信息、预设二维码及关联信息进行打包、复用处理形成节目传输流,并将生成的节目传输流发送至终端1。
终端1接收到节目服务器2发送节目传输流后,对该节目传输流进行解复用,获取各节目数据、节目信息、预设二维码及关联信息,根据节目数据可直接进行节目播放,根据所述关联信息获取节目源节目信息中各节目及其相关联的预设二维码。具体地,终端1在接收到查看电子节目菜单指令时,将所述预设二维码对应各节目显示在所述电子节目菜单界面中,以供用户扫描所述预设二维码获取与所述节目信息中各节目相关联的业务信息的过程如上所述,在此不再赘述。
本实施例中,由于根据节目源中的节目生成节目信息、预设二维码等操作是在节目服务器2中进行,终端1只需对节目服务器2发送的节目传输流进行解复用即可获取节目信息、预设二维码等信息,占用终端1的系统资源较少,而且节目服务器2在传输节目源至终端1时只需增加生成的节目信息、预设二维码等数据量较小的信息,占用的网络资源较少,更加有利于节目服务器2与终端1之间的数据传输。
本实施例通过将包含各节目的节目信息及承载了与各节目相关联业务信息的预设二维码显示在电子节目菜单界面中,使用户只需扫描所述预设二维码即可获取与各节目相关联的业务信息,实现了在电子节目菜单界面中通过二维码向用户推送节目相关的业务信息,能通过二维码在电子节目菜单界面中向用户推送大量丰富的业务信息,满足用户获取更多节目相关业务信息的需求。

    终端获取节目源中包含各节目的节目信息及与各节目对应的预设二维码,所述预设二维码中承载了与各节目相关联的业务信息;
    根据所述节目信息中各节目及对应的所述预设二维码生成电子节目菜单界面;
    当接收到查看电子节目菜单指令时,所述终端在电子节目菜单界面显示所述节目信息中各节目对应的所述预设二维码,以供用户扫描所述预设二维码获取与所述节目信息中各节目相关联的业务信息。
  2. 如权利要求1所述的电子节目菜单界面中的信息推送方法,其特征在于,所述终端获取节目源中包含各节目的节目信息及与各节目对应的预设二维码,所述预设二维码中承载了与各节目相关联的业务信息的步骤包括:
    所述终端接收节目服务器发送的节目传输流,所述节目传输流中包含所述节目服务器根据节目源中的各节目生成的节目信息、预设二维码及记录各节目与所述预设二维码之间关联关系的关联信息,所述预设二维码中承载了与各节目相关联的业务信息;
    所述终端对所述节目传输流进行解析获取节目信息、预设二维码及关联信息,根据所述关联信息获取所述节目信息中各节目及对应的预设二维码。

    当接收到查看电子节目菜单指令时,调用生成的电子节目菜单界面显示所述节目信息中各节目对应的所述预设二维码;或者,在接收到查看电子节目菜单指令时,将所述预设二维码对应所述节目信息中的各节目显示在根据所述节目信息生成的基本电子节目菜单界面中。
  4. 如权利要求1所述的电子节目菜单界面中的信息推送方法,其特征在于,所述业务信息包含与所述节目信息中各节目相关联的业务内容和/或所述业务内容对应的链接地址,所述当接收到查看电子节目菜单指令时,所述终端在电子节目菜单界面显示所述节目信息中各节目对应的所述预设二维码,以供用户扫描所述预设二维码获取与所述节目信息中各节目相关联的业务信息的步骤之后还包括:
    终端对所述预设二维码进行解析,得到所述预设二维码中承载的与各节目相关联的业务信息;
    若所述预设二维码中承载的与各节目相关联的业务信息为业务内容,则在终端上显示所述业务内容;
    若所述预设二维码中承载的与各节目相关联的业务信息为业务内容对应的链接地址,则终端通过所述链接地址在业务服务器上获取对应的业务内容,并在终端上显示所述业务内容。

    终端对所述预设二维码进行解析,得到所述预设二维码中承载的与各节目相关联的业务信息;
    若所述预设二维码中承载的与各节目相关联的业务信息为业务内容,则在终端上显示所述业务内容;
    若所述预设二维码中承载的与各节目相关联的业务信息为业务内容对应的链接地址,则终端通过所述链接地址在业务服务器上获取对应的业务内容,并在终端上显示所述业务内容。

    若所述预设二维码中承载的与各节目相关联的业务信息为业务内容对应的链接地址,则终端通过所述链接地址在业务服务器上获取对应的业务内容,并在终端上显示所述业务内容。

    当接收到查看电子节目菜单指令时,所述终端将所述预设二维码对应各节目显示在所述电子节目菜单界面中的预设区域,以供用户扫描所述预设二维码获取与所述节目信息中各节目相关联的业务信息。
  8. 一种电子节目菜单界面中推送信息的终端,其特征在于,所述终端包括:
    获取模块,用于获取节目源中包含各节目的节目信息及与各节目对应的预设二维码,所述预设二维码中承载了与各节目相关联的业务信息;
    生成模块,用于根据所述节目信息中各节目及对应的所述预设二维码生成电子节目菜单界面;
    显示模块,用于当接收到查看电子节目菜单指令时,在电子节目菜单界面显示所述节目信息中各节目对应的所述预设二维码,以供用户扫描所述预设二维码获取与所述节目信息中各节目相关联的业务信息。
  9. 如权利要求8所述的电子节目菜单界面中推送信息的终端,其特征在于,所述获取模块还用于:
    接收节目服务器发送的节目传输流,所述节目传输流中包含所述节目服务器根据节目源中的各节目生成的节目信息、预设二维码及记录各节目与所述预设二维码之间关联关系的关联信息,所述预设二维码中承载了与各节目相关联的业务信息;对所述节目传输流进行解析获取节目信息、预设二维码及关联信息,根据所述关联信息获取所述节目信息中各节目及对应的预设二维码。

    当接收到查看电子节目菜单指令时,调用生成的电子节目菜单界面显示所述节目信息中各节目对应的所述预设二维码;或者,在接收到查看电子节目菜单指令时,将所述预设二维码对应所述节目信息中的各节目显示在根据所述节目信息生成的基本电子节目菜单界面中。

  15. 一种电子节目菜单界面中的信息推送系统,其特征在于,所述系统包括:终端及节目服务器,其中,
    所述节目服务器根据节目源中的各节目生成节目信息及预设二维码,所述预设二维码中承载了与各节目相关联的业务信息;将节目源中的节目信息及预设二维码发送至所述终端;
    所述终端包括:
    获取模块,用于获取节目源中包含各节目的节目信息及与各节目对应的预设二维码,所述预设二维码中承载了与各节目相关联的业务信息;
    生成模块,用于根据所述节目信息中各节目及对应的所述预设二维码生成电子节目菜单界面;
    显示模块,用于当接收到查看电子节目菜单指令时,在电子节目菜单界面显示所述节目信息中各节目对应的所述预设二维码,以供用户扫描所述预设二维码获取与所述节目信息中各节目相关联的业务信息。
  16. 如权利要求15所述的电子节目菜单界面中的信息推送系统,其特征在于,所述获取模块还用于:

  19. 如权利要求15所述的电子节目菜单界面中的信息推送系统,其特征在于,所述显示模块还用于:
    当接收到查看电子节目菜单指令时,将所述预设二维码对应各节目显示在所述电子节目菜单界面中的预设区域,以供用户扫描所述预设二维码获取与所述节目信息中各节目相关联的业务信息。
