图7是图1所示手电筒的充电座的分解图。
其中:1、壳体;2、电池盒;3、固定架;4、弹簧;5、导电触头;6、导电件;7、镜头盖;8、第一感应线圈;9、灯座支架;10、LED灯;11、指示灯;12、LED电路板;13、灯罩;14、聚光镜片;15、开关组件;16、底盖;17、开关电路板;18、开关键;19、开关支撑块;20、充电座;21、第二感应线圈;22、插头;23、充电电路板;24、充电孔;25、底盖导电件;26、电路板支撑座;27、橡胶圈。
【具体实施方式】
下面结合附图和较佳的实施例对本发明作进一步说明。
图1、图2和图3示出了本发明手电筒的一个实施例。手电筒包括壳体1,在壳体1一端设置有带LED灯10和指示灯11的LED电路板12,有一圆锥形结构的灯罩13与LED电路板12顶接,灯罩13上开有两个被LED灯10和指示灯11穿过的通孔,从而该灯罩13即可保护LED灯10与指示灯11,也可对LED灯10和指示灯11的光线起到汇聚作用。在灯罩13一端设置有固定圈,其用于与聚光镜片14卡接,从而限定聚光镜片14的位置。该聚光镜片14可用来对LED灯10的光线进行汇聚,以提高手电筒的光线亮度。在手电筒一端连接有设置有通孔的镜头盖7,镜头盖7与壳体1一端螺纹旋扭连接,聚光镜片14位于该镜头盖7的通孔内,并被镜头盖7卡紧。LED电路板12远离灯罩的一侧与灯座支架9固定连接,该灯座支架9上套接有第一感应线圈8。灯座支架9的一端与设置有四个通孔的固定架3连接,该固定架3的每个通孔内安装有相互顶接的弹簧4和导电触头5,将弹簧4和导电触头5插入固定架3的通孔后中,再将固定架3与灯座支架9连接,即可将弹簧4和导电触头5的位置限定在固定架3的通孔内。其中弹簧4位于固定架3靠近灯座支架9的一端,导电触头5的一部分露出固定架3的通孔,如图4和图5所示。弹簧4具有提供弹力与导电作用,是导电弹性部件的一种方案,当然也可用导电泡棉等其他方案代替弹簧。
将LED电路板12与灯座支架9和固定架3组装好后从壳体1的一侧装入壳 体1内,该三者被设置壳体1中部内的隔板限定位置,再依次将灯罩13与聚光镜片14安装进壳体1中,最后将镜头盖7与壳体1旋紧,即可通过镜头盖7与设置在壳体1中部的隔板的共同作用将固定架3、灯座支架9、LED电路板12、灯罩13以及聚光镜片14固定在壳体1内。而壳体1内的隔板上设置有供导电触头5通过的通孔。当然,该设置在壳体1内的带通孔的隔板可用替他方案代替,如凸出壳体1内侧面的凸块,甚至不设置该隔板也是可行的,只通过镜头盖7和电池盒2的共同作用限定两者之间的LED电路板12、灯座支架9和固定架3的组合部件。
在壳体远离镜头盖7的一端亦有一空腔,有一可与壳体1拆装的电池盒2安装进该空腔内。由图6可知,该电池盒2包括上盖和下盖,电池盒2内部安装有3个电池,当然,也可以是其他数目的电池。在电池盒2两端设置有导电件6,该导电件6为五金弹片材料,也可用其他导电材料替代,如导电橡胶和石墨垫片等。其中电池盒2的一端的导电件6为四小块五金弹片。将电池盒2从壳体1远离镜头盖的一端装入壳体1中,将该四小块五金弹片分别与已安装进壳体1内的四根导电触头5接触,从而实现电池盒2内的电池与导电触头5电连接。弹簧4为该电池盒2提供了缓冲效果,并且第一感应线圈8通过弹簧4、导电触头5与电池盒的电池电连接。通过电池感应,该第一感应线圈可为电池盒2内的电池充电。在固定架3和灯座支架9的中部还相应地设置有可通电线的线路通孔,电池盒2内的电池通过这些穿过前述线路通孔的电线与LED电路板电连接,从而为LED灯和指示灯提供电能。本实施例设置了4组弹簧与导电触头的组合,可为电池盒提供对称的作用力,使电池盒2的安装更稳定。在壳体与电池盒上分别设置对应的限位结构,如限位槽与限位件,可限定电池盒2在壳体1内的相对转动,从而使电池盒上的四小块五金弹片能与四根导电触头准确连接。作为电路连接的替代方案,弹簧与导电触头的组数可为3、5或其他的数目。也可用其中的某些弹簧与导电触头组合替代穿过固定架中部通孔的电路,然后与沿灯座支架9的电路连接,从而实现电池盒内的电池对LED电路板的供电。或 者第一感应线圈通过通过线路通孔的电线为电池盒内的电池充电,该电池通过弹簧4和导电触头5为LED电路板12提供电能也是可行的。
在壳体1远离镜头盖的一端设置有开关组件15,其包括:底盖16、开关电路板17、开关键18、电路板支撑座26、开关支撑块9以及第二电路连接件25。在底盖16中部开有通孔,开关键18通过该通孔。在底盖16内部设置有电路板支撑座26。开关电路板17安装在该电路板支撑座26内。在开关电路板17与开关键18设置有连接两者的开关支撑块9,开关支撑块9设置在开关键18设置的圆形凹槽内。在电路板支撑座26面向电池盒的一端设置有环形的底盖导电件25,其能联通开关组件15的线路。在电池盒靠近开关组件的一端也设置有导电件6,其联通电池盒2内的电路。开关组件15通过设置在其上的弹簧与电池盒2的导电件电连接,弹簧可使开关组件和电池盒接触更充分并提供导电功能。使用者可通过动作开关键18控制手电筒的LED灯的开关。将开关组件15设置在壳体1远离镜头盖7的一端即方便使用者动作开关键18,同时也可用于固定电池盒2在手电筒壳体1内的位置,并且使壳体内的零件布局更简化,可谓一举多得。
将电池盒2装入壳体1的腔体内,再将开关组件15的底盖16与壳体1旋紧。则电池盒2的位置得到了固定。因弹簧4的伸缩作用,电池盒2可与导电触头5、开关组件15充分接触,保证了这些部件之间充分的电连接。因固定架3的通孔可按需要设计其孔径及长度,并且固定架3的长度、直径以及在手电筒中部的安装位置可以有一定的设计自由,从而本手电筒选用的弹簧4可以选择更大的伸缩量的,从而进一步地使电池盒2与开关组件15能更充分地接触,另一方面,这使电池盒、开关组件等部件的制造精度要求得以降低,从而降低成本。而导电触头5的设置,即能固定弹簧的位置,又与电池盒的导电件6具有优异的电连接效果。将弹簧4和导电触头5设置在固定架3的通孔内,避免了导电的弹簧4和导电触头5与外界的过多接触,使这两者的被腐蚀影响得到降低,提高了两者的使用寿命,这对导电零件来说是十分重要的。本实施例的导电触头为柱形结构,当然也可用其他方案代替,如设计成片状的触头形式或小块件等。
在壳体1外还可以设置橡胶圈27,用以防滑。
手电筒可通过充电座20对电池盒2的电池实现充电,如图1、图3所示。由图7可知,充电座20的壳体分为两部分,充电座壳体的中部中空部分为充电孔24,其为一直径与手电筒的壳体1的直径对应的圆形通孔。在充电座20内部,沿充电孔24设置有第二感应线圈21,在充电座20的一端设置有插头22,第二感应线圈21通过设置在充电座20内的充电电路板23电连接。当手电筒插入充电座20的充电孔后,当第一感应线圈与第二感应线圈对置时,充电座20可卡住并固定手电筒的位置,因第一感应线圈设置在壳体1中部,即手电筒与充电座的卡定位置在壳体中部,手电筒相对充电座两端的重量分布较均匀,且卡接具有固定位置作用,从而充电座20的插头22插入插座后的放置位置不受限制,手电筒的壳体都能与充电座20固定稳当。即插头22可插入墙上的插座,使手电筒垂直放置充电,也可插入平放的插座,使手电筒水平放置充电,或者插头22插入其他摆放位置的插座中,都不影响手电筒的充电。此时第二感应线圈21与第一感应线圈8的位置相对峙,从而充电座通电后,第二感应线圈与第一感应线圈产生电磁,对电池盒2的电池实现了无线充电。并且,在携带时,可将手电筒直接卡进充电座内后一起携带,这方便了使用者的携带。需要说明的是,本实施例所说的中部,并非特指壳体1的正中间位置,而是指壳体主体部分,即非两端部分,包括壳体1中间及中间附近部分。
当然,本发明的手电筒还用其他的方案,如最优例手电筒的壳体为圆柱形的,其还可是横截面是正方形、多边形等的柱体结构,设置非柱体结构也形,如橄榄球形的。而开关组件设置在壳体中部或其他地方也是可行的。照明组件除了是LED电路板外还可使灯泡等形式。手电筒壳体1与充电座20除了卡接外也可用限位件限位连接。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种手电筒,包括壳体,可与所述壳体拆装的电池盒,其特征在于,所述壳体内设置有具有通孔的固定架,所述固定架的通孔内设置有相互顶接的导电弹性部件与导电触头,所述导电触头的一部分露出所述固定架的通孔,当所述电池盒装入所述壳体内后,所述导电触头与设置在所述电池盒一侧的导电件顶接并且两者电连接。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的手电筒,其特征在于,所述手电筒远离所述电池盒的一端还包括照明组件,所述固定架与所述照明组件连接,两者可从所述壳体的一端与所述壳体拆装。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的手电筒,其特征在于,所述壳体内设置有灯座支架,所述灯座支架一端与所述照明组件连接,所述灯座支架另一端与所述固定架连接,所述灯座支架上设置有第一感应线圈。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的手电筒,其特征在于,所述灯座支架与固定架中部设置有线路通孔。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述的手电筒,其特征在于,所述导电弹性部件和导电触头各设置有四件,所述电池盒一端的导电件与之相应地设置为四部分。
  6. 根据权利要求1所述的手电筒,其特征在于,所述导电弹性部件为弹簧。
  7. 根据权利要求1所述的手电筒,其特征在于,所述导电触头为柱形结构。
  8. 根据权利要求1所述的手电筒,其特征在于,所述导电件为五金弹片。
  9. 根据权利要求1所述的手电筒,其特征在于,所述壳体靠近所述电池盒的一端设置有控制该手电筒电路开断的开关组件,其包括与所述壳体连接的设置有通孔的底盖,设置在所述底盖内的电路板支撑座,安装在所述电路板支撑座内的开关电路板,穿过所述底盖上的通孔的开关键,所述开关键控制所述开关电路板的通断,所述开关组件通与电池盒电连接。
  10. 根据权利要求2所述的手电筒,其特征在于,所述照明组件为带LED 灯和指示灯的LED电路板,所述手电筒设置有保护所述LED灯和指示灯的灯罩,在所述灯罩远离LED电路板的一端设置有聚光镜片,所述LED电路板与所述灯座支架连接。
