Accordingly, the inventors have found that the use of a water-soluble polymer can provide a gloss effect and adhesion while solving the problems of the composition having the existing lip-plumping properties, thereby completing the present invention.

Accordingly, the present invention is to provide a cosmetic composition for the lips to give a gloss and non-sticky adhesion with the lip volume effect by stabilizing the water-soluble polymer without emulsifier in the oil phase.

In order to achieve the above object, the present invention relates to a water-in-oil formulation lip cosmetic composition comprising a water-soluble polymer, wax and paste.

The cosmetic composition for lips of the present invention, unlike the lip-plumping composition that causes local pain, does not irritate the lips while exhibiting an excellent volume increase effect, and has a high glossiness after application and is not sticky and improves the feeling of adhesion. In the case of a lip composition using a water-soluble polymer in the conventional oil phase, the use of an emulsifier was essential in terms of securing the stability of the formulation. In order to stabilize the water soluble polymer in the oil phase of the formulation without using an emulsifier, the present invention allows the water soluble polymer to mix together in an optimal amount of wax and a network of pastes, thereby increasing the viscosity of the composition so that the water present in the composition Stabilize.
