In a second aspect, the present invention provides a process for preparing a lip composition having a volumizing and moisturizing effect according to the first aspect, the process comprising the steps of:
(1) heating and stirring the grease to obtain a grease phase;
(2) and (2) adding a water-absorbing polymer and an oil phase thickening agent into the oil phase obtained in the step (1), and mixing and stirring to obtain the lip composition with the plump and moisturizing effects.
Preferably, the heating and stirring temperature in step (1) is 70-80 deg.C, such as 70 deg.C, 71 deg.C, 72 deg.C, 73 deg.C, 74 deg.C, 75 deg.C, 76 deg.C, 77 deg.C, 78 deg.C, 79 deg.C, 80 deg.C.
Preferably, the heating and stirring time in step (1) is 10-20min, such as 10min, 11min, 12min, 13min, 14min, 15min, 16min, 17min, 18min, 19min, 20 min.
Preferably, the mixing and stirring temperature in step (2) is 40-60 deg.C, such as 40 deg.C, 42 deg.C, 44 deg.C, 46 deg.C, 48 deg.C, 50 deg.C, 52 deg.C, 54 deg.C, 56 deg.C, 58 deg.C, 60 deg.C.

Preferably, the preparation method comprises the following steps:
(1) mixing oil, surfactant and emollient, heating and stirring at 70-80 deg.C for 10-20min to obtain oil phase;
(2) and (2) adding a water-absorbing polymer, an oil phase thickener and a powder filler into the grease phase obtained in the step (1), and mixing and stirring at 40-60 ℃ for 10-20min to obtain the lip composition with the plump and moisturizing effects.
In a third aspect, the present invention provides the use of a lip composition according to the first aspect having a volumizing and moisturizing effect in the manufacture of a cosmetic product.
The lip cosmetic composition may be a solid, paste or soft anhydrous gel, and the water content in the air and the water-absorbent polymer in the composition are wetted by saliva after the lip cosmetic composition is applied to the lips to achieve a swelling effect, or mineral water is used to wet the cosmetic cotton for achieving a plumping effect more quickly, or the cosmetic composition is made into a spray, and the water content is used to wet the water-absorbent polymer after the lip cosmetic composition is applied to the lips to achieve a quick swelling effect. Can be pure water, water-based lip care cream, water-based lip care gel and water-based lip care balm, can further beautify two lips, enables the lips to be fuller and smoother, and has a plurality of functions of moistening and preserving moisture and the like.
In a fourth aspect, the present invention provides a cosmetic comprising the composition for lips according to the first aspect having a volumizing and moisturizing effect.
Preferably, the lip composition having a volumizing and moisturizing effect is added in an amount of 40 to 99% by mass of the total cosmetic mass, for example, 40%, 42%, 44%, 46%, 48%, 50%, 55%, 60%, 65%, 70%, 75%, 80%, 85%, 90%, 91%, 92%, 93%, 94%, 95%, 96%, 97%, 98%, 99%.
Preferably, the cosmetic comprises a base makeup, lip glaze, lip gloss, lipstick, or lipstick.
Compared with the prior art, the invention has the following beneficial effects:
(1) the lip composition with the plumping and moisturizing effects has the advantages that the cooperation of the water-absorbing polymer, the grease and the oil phase thickener is utilized to realize the synergistic effect, after the lipstick is coated on the lips, the water in the air and the water-absorbing polymer in the composition are wetted by saliva to achieve the expansion effect, so that the lip brightness and the plumping effect can be effectively improved, the lip thickness can be effectively improved, the lips can be moistened, compact and elastic, and the phenomena of dryness, dryness and crack of the lips and dull color and luster can be effectively avoided.
(2) The lip composition with the plumping and moisturizing effects is green and healthy in components, does not cause any side effect on the body, can quickly moisten the skin of the lips and lock the moisture of the skin, is mild and non-irritant, does not cause any adverse reaction, and does not bring any burden to the skin.

Test example 1
Human body patch experiment
Lip compositions having plumping and moisturizing effects prepared in examples 1 to 10 and lip compositions prepared in comparative examples 1 to 5 were diluted to 10mg/mL with a 20mmol/L PBS solution and were used as sample solutions for future use. 150 volunteers between the ages of 20-40 were selected as subjects and randomized into 15 groups of 10 individuals each. 0.05mL of the sample solution was taken by syringe and placed in a chamber of a spot test tape (PBS solution as a blank control), and the spot test tape with the sample solution was immediately stuck to the normal skin of the left forearm of the subject from the lower part thereof in the longitudinal direction while gently pressing the chamber one by one to remove air and to distribute the sample uniformly. The test site is marked for viewing. The patch was applied every 24 hours and then removed for a second half hour and examined according to the CTFA guidelines for a total of 5 patch tests.
The criteria for the skin irritation test are shown in table 1 below:

According to the test data, the lip composition with the plumping and moisturizing effects is safe and reliable, does not cause any side effect on the body, can quickly moisten and plump the skin of the lips, does not cause any adverse reaction, and does not bring any burden to the skin.
Test example 2
Measurement of moisturizing Effect
With respect to the lip composition having plumping and moisturizing effects provided in examples 1 to 10 and the lip composition prepared in comparative examples 1 to 5, the moisture content of the skin was quantified by a change in conductivity based on the moisture content of the epidermis using a skin moisture tester (Corneometer), and the moisturizing rate was measured at three time points of 0h (immediately after application), 2h and 4h using a TEWL transepidermal water loss rate meter (Tewameter). Before applying the test materials, the electrical conductivity of lips was measured, and the electrical conductivity and TEWL of the lip compositions prepared in examples 1 to 10 and the lip compositions prepared in comparative examples 1 to 5 were measured, and the specific test results are shown in table 3 below.

The above test data show that the conductivity of the lip composition with plumping and moisturizing effects prepared in examples 1 to 10 can reach 38% or more immediately after being applied (0h), 35% or more after 2h, and 32% or more after 4 h; the moisture retention rate can reach more than 58% after 0h, is still more than 55% after 2h, and is more than 54% after 4 h. The fact that the components of the lip composition with the plumping and moisturizing effects are mutually promoted can quickly moisten the skin of the lips and lock the moisture of the skin, is mild and non-irritant, cannot cause any adverse reaction, cannot bring any burden to the skin, and has a synergistic effect and an obvious moisturizing and synergistic effect.
Test example 3
Test of volumizing Effect
Selecting 160 healthy volunteers, wherein 80 male volunteers and 80 female volunteers are 80 years old, have no serious system diseases, immunodeficiency or autoimmune diseases, have no allergy to cosmetics, have no acute inflammation on the face, do not use hormone drugs or immunosuppressants, do not participate in other clinical tests, are not coated with external preparations, are randomly divided into 16 groups, 10 people in each group are used as a blank group, the rest 15 groups are respectively coated with the lip composition with the plumping and moisturizing effects provided by the embodiments 1-10 and the lip composition prepared by the comparative examples 1-5, lip balms are respectively coated on the lip skins of the volunteers in the group, and the effect of the lip skin of the volunteers is detected after 2 hours.
The skin elasticity of the lips was measured using a skin moisture meter, and the result was expressed as the ratio of the springback value Ur to the maximum tensile value Uf of the skin, and the closer the value to 1, the better the skin elasticity. Measuring wrinkle of lip skin with skin wrinkle tester, and calculating average roughness R of skin before and after lip mask cream application3(i.e., R measured for 5 segments of the same length1Taking the arithmetic mean of the values, R1Represents the distance between the peak and the lowest value within a certain length, μm), the result is expressed in Δ R3(i.e., the difference between the average roughness of the skin before and after the lip balm application) indicates that the higher the value, the better the wrinkle improvement effect. The same lip position was photographed using a skin image analyzer to determine the thickness change (μm) of the lips after using the lip balm, and the lip color change was determined using a spectrophotometer (L value indicates the degree of skin blackness, the larger L, the whiter the skin, the difference Δ L between the degree of skin blackness after using the lip balm and before using the lip balm can reflect the change of skin blackness), and the specific test results are shown in table 4:

From the above test data, it can be seen that the lip compositions prepared in the embodiments 1 to 10 can effectively improve the lip elasticity parameter to be more than 0.79 and closer to 1, the average roughness change of the lips is more than 40 μm, the lip color change (Δ L) is more than 3, and can effectively improve the lip brightness, and the coating layer after being coated with the lips is wetted by the moisture in the air and the water-absorbing polymer in the composition by the saliva to achieve the expansion effect, so that not only can the lip brightness be effectively improved, the lips are moist, compact and elastic, and the phenomena of dry cracking and dull color of the lips are effectively avoided, but also the lip thickness can be effectively improved, and the lips are more beautiful.

The comprehensive effects of the lipsticks prepared in application examples 1 to 3 and application comparative examples 1 to 5 were applied to the lips of female volunteers 20 to 40 years old, 160 people in total, and 8 groups of 20 people were selected by a civil survey evaluation method, and the comprehensive effects of the lipsticks were examined. The product is used twice a day in the morning and at night, and the use time is one month. The using effects of the ingredients are divided into 5 points: the score of 5 is the highest score, which represents good and very satisfactory; 4, the division is better; 3 is acceptable; when the amount is less than 3 points, the results are not acceptable. The average score of each item is as follows. Each group of people is evaluated, and the average is taken and recorded. The specific evaluation results are shown in table 5.

According to data investigated by a civil investigation and grading method, the lip balm prepared from the lip composition with the plumpness and moisturizing effect can make the lips appear plump, is appropriate in fineness and softness, has a good moisturizing effect when being coated on the lips, is light in texture, is moist and not sticky, instantly moistens the lips, and is lasting and full in color.
The applicant states that the present invention is illustrated by the above examples to provide a lip composition with plumping and moisturizing effect, and its preparation method and application, but the present invention is not limited to the above examples, i.e. it does not mean that the present invention must be implemented by the above examples. It should be understood by those skilled in the art that any modification of the present invention, equivalent substitutions of the raw materials of the product of the present invention, addition of auxiliary components, selection of specific modes, etc., are within the scope and disclosure of the present invention.
Claims (24)
1. A lip composition having a volumizing and moisturizing effect, the composition comprising, by weight: 1.5-4% of water-absorbing polymer, 74-90% of grease and 10-16% of oil phase thickener;
the composition is free of water;
the water-absorbing polymer is a crosslinked partially neutralized water-absorbing polymer;
the water-absorbing polymer has a degree of neutralization of 50 to 80%;
the water-absorbing capacity of the water-absorbent polymer is 50 to 1000 times the weight of the water-absorbent polymer;
the water-absorbing polymer is any one or the combination of two of a sodium acrylate cross-linked polymer or an acrylamide/sodium acrylate copolymer;
the grease is a combination of hydrogenated polyisobutene, polybutene and diisostearyl malate or a combination of hydrogenated polyisobutene, polybutene, squalane and cyclomethicone;
the oil phase thickener is selected from the group consisting of ethylene/propylene/styrene copolymer and butylene/ethylene/styrene copolymer combinations.
2. A lip composition having a volumizing and moisturizing effect according to claim 1, further comprising a surfactant.
3. A lip composition having a volumizing and moisturizing effect according to claim 2, wherein the surfactant is present in the composition in an amount of 0.5 to 5% by weight.
4. A lip composition having a volumizing and moisturizing effect according to claim 2, wherein said surfactant is selected from any one of or a combination of at least two of polyglyceryl-3-diisostearate, polyglyceryl-2-dipolyhydroxystearate, polyglyceryl-4-diisostearate, polyhydroxystearate/sebacate, oleyl polyether-3, polyglyceryl-3-isostearate, oleate, cetyl PEG/PPG-10/1 dimethicone, lauryl PEG-9 dimethicone, lauryl PEG-10 tris (trimethylsiloxy) silylethyl dimethicone.
5. A lip composition having a volumizing and moisturizing effect according to claim 1, further comprising an emollient.
6. A lip composition having a volumizing and moisturizing effect according to claim 5, wherein said emollient is present in said composition in an amount of 0.5 to 5% by weight.
7. A lip composition having a volumizing and moisturizing effect according to claim 5, wherein said emollient is selected from any one or a combination of at least two of vegetable oils, ester emollients, or lipid compounds.
8. A lip composition having a volumizing and moisturizing effect according to claim 7, wherein the vegetable oil is selected from any one or a combination of at least two of castor oil, coconut oil, corn oil, jojoba oil, cottonseed oil, soybean oil, walnut oil, wheat germ oil, sunflower seed oil, palm kernel oil, or calendula oil.
9. A lip composition having plumping and moisturizing effects according to claim 8, wherein the vegetable oil is any one or a combination of at least two of castor oil, coconut oil, corn oil or jojoba oil.
10. A lip composition having a plumping and moisturizing effect according to claim 7, wherein the ester emollient is selected from any one or a combination of at least two of isodecyl neopentanoate, tridecyl octanoate, diisostearyl malate, cetyl palmitate, cetyl octanoate, cetyl stearate, or cetyl myristate.
11. A lip composition having a volumizing and moisturizing effect according to claim 7, wherein said lipid compound lanolin and/or lanolin alcohol.
12. A lip composition having a volumizing and moisturizing effect according to claim 1, further comprising a powder filler.
13. A lip composition having plumping and moisturizing effects according to claim 12, wherein the powder filler is present in an amount of 0.1 to 2% by weight of the composition.
14. A lip composition having a plumping and moisturizing effect according to claim 12, wherein the powder filler is selected from any one or a combination of at least two of fumed silica, porous silica, silica silylate, lauroyl lysine, starch, or boron nitride.
15. Process for the preparation of a lip composition with volumizing and moisturizing effect according to any one of claims 1 to 14, characterized in that it comprises the following steps:
(1) heating and stirring the grease to obtain a grease phase;
(2) and (2) adding a water-absorbing polymer and an oil phase thickening agent into the oil phase obtained in the step (1), and mixing and stirring to obtain the lip composition with the plump and moisturizing effects.
16. The method according to claim 15, wherein the temperature of the heating and stirring in the step (1) is 70 to 80 ℃.
17. The method according to claim 15, wherein the heating and stirring time in the step (1) is 10 to 20 min.
18. The method according to claim 15, wherein the temperature of the mixing and stirring in the step (2) is 40 to 60 ℃.
19. The method according to claim 15, wherein the mixing and stirring time in the step (2) is 10 to 20 min.
20. The method of manufacturing according to claim 15, comprising the steps of:
(1) mixing oil, surfactant and emollient, heating and stirring at 70-80 deg.C for 10-20min to obtain oil phase;
(2) and (2) adding a water-absorbing polymer, an oil phase thickener and a powder filler into the grease phase obtained in the step (1), and mixing and stirring at 40-60 ℃ for 10-20min to obtain the lip composition with the plump and moisturizing effects.
21. Use of a lip composition according to any one of claims 1 to 14 for making a cosmetic product having a volumizing and moisturizing effect.
22. A cosmetic comprising the lip composition having a volumizing and moisturizing effect according to any one of claims 1 to 14.
23. The cosmetic according to claim 22, wherein the lip composition having a volumizing and moisturizing effect is added in an amount of 40 to 99% by mass based on the total mass of the cosmetic.
24. The cosmetic of claim 22, wherein the cosmetic comprises a base makeup, lip glaze, lip gloss, lipstick, or lipstick.
