Description

コンテンツ再生装置、コンテンツ再生システム、およびコンテンツ再生方法
 本発明は、複数の利用者端末と接続され、コンテンツの再生順序を決定するコンテンツ再生装置、コンテンツ再生システム、およびコンテンツ再生方法に関する。
 本願は、2015年6月23日に日本国に出願された特願2015-125260号に基づいて優先権を主張し、その内容をここに援用する。
 例えば、特許文献1には、コンテンツとして楽曲データを記憶する3台のソース機器(利用者端末)と、各ソース機器から取得した楽曲データを再生するシンク機器(コンテンツ再生装置)とからなるコンテンツ再生システムが開示されている。
 より具体的には、特許文献1に開示されたコンテンツ再生システムでは、利用者端末は、自端末が保有するコンテンツの再生要求をコンテンツ再生装置へ送信する。コンテンツ再生装置は、各利用者端末から再生要求を受信すると、各再生要求に示す各コンテンツを再生する。
国際公開第2012/117452号公報
 しかしながら、特許文献1では、複数のコンテンツの再生順序が再生要求を受信した順序とされる場合しか開示されていない。
 本発明の目的の一例は、利用者をより楽しませながら各利用者端末が提供可能な複数のコンテンツの再生順序を決定することができるコンテンツ再生装置、コンテンツ再生システム、およびコンテンツ再生方法を提供することである。
 本発明の実施態様に係るコンテンツ再生装置は、第1コンテンツを提供可能な第1利用者端末から前記第1コンテンツを示す情報を含む第1情報を受信し、前記第1利用者端末とは異なるとともに第2コンテンツを提供可能な第2利用者端末から前記第2コンテンツを示す情報を含む第2情報を受信する受信部と、前記第1および第2情報に基づいて、前記第1および第2コンテンツを含む共有リストを作成する制御部と、前記共有リストを前記第1利用者端末へ送信する送信部と、を備える。前記受信部は、前記共有リストに含まれる少なくとも一つのコンテンツに対する第1評価を示す第1評価情報を前記第1利用者端末から受信する。前記制御部は、前記受信された第1評価情報に基づいて、前記共有リストに含まれるコンテンツの再生順序を決定する。
 共有リストには、第1および第2利用者端末が提供可能なコンテンツを示す情報(例えばコンテンツ名)が含まれる。第1利用者端末を介して、共有リストに含まれる第2利用者端末のコンテンツに対して評価を行うことができる。
 上記のコンテンツ再生装置では、第1利用者端末の利用者は、第1利用者端末が提供可能なコンテンツだけでなく第2利用者端末が提供可能なコンテンツを評価でき、この評価に基づいてコンテンツが選択される。従って、上記のコンテンツ再生装置は、他の利用者のコンテンツを評価するという従来になかった楽しみ方を第1利用者端末の利用者に提供しながら、第1および第2利用者端末が提供可能なコンテンツの再生順序を決定することができる。
 本発明の実施態様に係るコンテンツ再生システムは、第1コンテンツを提供可能な第1利用者端末から前記第1コンテンツを示す第1情報を受信し、前記第1利用者端末とは異なるとともに第2コンテンツを提供可能な第2利用者端末から前記第2コンテンツを示す第2情報を受信する受信部と、前記第1および第2情報に基づいて、前記第1および第2コンテンツを含む共有リストを作成する第1制御部と、前記共有リストを前記第1利用者端末へ送信する送信部と、前記共有リストに含まれるコンテンツの再生順序を決定する第2制御部と、前記再生順序に沿って、前記共有リストに含まれるコンテンツを再生する第3制御部と、を備える。前記受信部は、前記共有リストに含まれる少なくとも一つのコンテンツに対する第1評価を示す第1評価情報を前記第1利用者端末から受信する。前記第2制御部は、前記受信された第1評価情報に基づいて、前記再生順序を決定する。
 本発明の実施態様に係るコンテンツ再生方法は、第1コンテンツを提供可能な第1利用者端末から前記第1コンテンツを示す情報を含む第1情報を受信し、前記第1利用者端末とは異なるとともに第2コンテンツを提供可能な第2利用者端末から前記第2コンテンツを示す情報を含む第2情報を受信し、前記第1および第2情報に基づいて、前記第1および第2コンテンツを含む共有リストを作成し、前記共有リストを前記第1利用者端末へ送信し、前記共有リストに含まれる少なくとも一つのコンテンツに対する第1評価を示す第1評価情報を前記第1利用者端末から受信し、前記受信された第1評価情報に基づいて、前記共有リストに含まれるコンテンツの再生順序を決定する、ことを含む。
 本発明によれば、従来になかった楽しみ方を各利用者に提供しながら、各利用者端末が保有する複数のコンテンツを再生することができる。

 第一実施形態に係るコンテンツ再生システム900について、図1、図2A及び図2Bを参照して説明する。図1は、コンテンツ再生システム900の概要を説明するための図である。図2Aは、スマートフォン301の構成の一部を示すハードウェアブロック図である。図2Bは、AV(Audio Visual)レシーバ100の構成の一部を示すハードウェアブロック図である。
 図1に示すように、コンテンツ再生システム900は、AVレシーバ100と、2台のスピーカ、すなわち、スピーカ200L及びスピーカ200Rと、3台のスマートフォン、すなわち、スマートフォン301、スマートフォン302及びスマートフォン303と、を備える。AVレシーバ100と、スマートフォン301、スマートフォン302及びスマートフォン303とは、例えばBluetooth(登録商標)規格で接続される。AVレシーバ100と、スマートフォン301、スマートフォン302及びスマートフォン303との接続は、他の規格(例えばWi-Fi(登録商標))で行われてもよい。AVレシーバ100と、スマートフォン301、スマートフォン302及びスマートフォン303との接続は、無線接続に限定されず、有線LAN等を用いた有線接続であってもよい。
 AVレシーバ100は、コンテンツ再生装置に相当する。スマートフォン301~303のいずれかが、コンテンツ再生装置に相当してもよい。この場合、スマートフォン301~303にスピーカを接続してもよい。スマートフォン301、スマートフォン302及びスマートフォン303は、利用者端末に相当する。コンテンツ再生装置は、オーディオプレーヤやヘッドフォン型プレーヤ等であっても構わない。また、利用者端末は、電話機能を有さないタブレット型端末、パーソナルコンピュータ、音楽端末及びウェアラブル端末であっても構わない。以下、スマートフォン301、スマートフォン302及びスマートフォン303をスマートフォン301~303と略記する場合がある。
 コンテンツ再生システム900では、スマートフォン301~303は、それぞれコンテンツを提供可能である(保有する)。コンテンツ再生システム900は、他の利用者のコンテンツを各利用者に評価させ、評価の操作によって再生対象となるコンテンツを選択させる。従って、本実施形態に係るコンテンツ再生システム900は、他の利用者のコンテンツの評価を楽しみ方と、他の利用者と一緒にコンテンツを選択するという楽しみ方とをスマートフォン301~303の各利用者に提供することができる。
 以下、本実施形態では、コンテンツを楽曲データである場合について説明する。しかしながら、コンテンツは映像データであっても構わない。
 次に、コンテンツ再生システム900の構成について説明する。図2Aに示すように、スマートフォン301は、タッチパネル31と、ディスプレイ32と、プロセッサ33と、メモリ34と、無線モジュール35とを備えている。各構成は共通のBUSに接続されている。
 スマートフォン301のプロセッサ33は、他の各構成を統括的に制御する。無線モジュール35は、Bluetooth(登録商標)規格によって情報を送受信する。タッチパネル31は、利用者からの操作入力を受け付ける。スマートフォン301は、タッチパネル31とディスプレイ32とでGUI(Graphical User Interface)を実現する。メモリ34は、コンテンツとして楽曲データを記憶する。スマートフォン301によって提供可能な楽曲データは、メモリ34に記憶されていること限られず、インターネット上のサーバなどの情報処理装置に記憶されていてもよい。
 メモリ34は、プログラムを記憶する。メモリ34に記憶されるプログラムは、プロセッサ33によって実行される。このプログラムの実行により、スマートフォン301は、他のスマートフォンが提供可能な楽曲データに対する評価の操作の受け付けることと、他の利用者と一緒に楽曲データを選択することとを実現する。
 スマートフォン302及びスマートフォン303は、それぞれスマートフォン301と同じ各構成を備える。すなわち、スマートフォン302及びスマートフォン303は、スマートフォン301と同様に、それぞれGUIを実現する。スマートフォン302及びスマートフォン303は、スマートフォン301と同様に、楽曲データを記憶する。
 図2Bに示すように、AVレシーバ100は、CPU(Centra l Processing Unit)1と、メモリ2と、DSP(Digital Signal Processor)3と、HDMI(High Definition Multimedia Interface(HDMIは登録商標))4と、無線モジュール5と、AMP(Amplifier)6と、を備える。各構成は、共通のBUSに接続されている。
 コンテンツ再生装置の受信部、制御部および送信部は各々、AVレシーバ100のこれらの構成の少なくとも一つに相当してもよい。例えば、受信部および送信部は各々、CPU1および無線モジュール5に相当してもよい。制御部は、CPU1、DSP3およびAMP6に相当してもよい。
 コンテンツ再生システムの受信部、第1制御部、送信部、第2制御部および第3制御部は各々、AVレシーバ100のこれらの構成の少なくとも一つに相当してもよい。例えば、受信部および送信部は各々、CPU1および無線モジュール5に相当してもよい。第1~第3制御部は各々、CPU1、DSP3およびAMP6に相当してもよい。
 DSP3は、楽曲データに含まれる音声データに対する各種音響処理のためのプロセッサである。HDMI4は、楽曲データを含むコンテンツデータを送受信するためのインターフェースである。無線モジュール5は、Bluetooth(登録商標)規格の通信を実現する。AMP6は、音声信号を増幅する回路である。AMP6によって増幅された音声信号は、スピーカ200L及びスピーカ200Rへ出力される。メモリ2は、プログラムを記憶する。CPU1は、メモリ2からプログラムを読み出し、読み出したプログラムを実行する。このプログラムの実行により、AVレシーバ100は、スマートフォン301~303が受け付けた評価の操作に基づいて、スマートフォン301~303が提供可能な複数の楽曲データの再生順序を決定する。
 メモリ2は、スマートフォン301~303から送信される公開リストを記憶する。メモリ2は、スマートフォン301~303から送信される投票情報を記憶する。公開リストと投票情報とは後述する。
 次に、コンテンツ再生システム900の動作について図3を参照して説明する。図3は、コンテンツ再生システム900の動作を示すフローチャートである。
 図3に示すように、コンテンツ再生システム900は、まず、共有リストSを作成する(ステップS1)。共有リストSとは、スマートフォン301~303が提供可能な楽曲データ(楽曲)の公開リストを併合したリストである。公開リストとは、各スマートフォン301~303が提供可能な楽曲データのうち、他のスマートフォンに公開可能な楽曲データのリストである。楽曲データの公開とは、他のスマートフォンによって楽曲データの名称等が表示されることを意味する。公開リストは、本発明の実施形態にかかる保有リストに相当する。
 コンテンツ再生システム900は、共有リストSの作成後(ステップS1)、楽曲データの再生順序を決定し(ステップS2)、決定した再生順序で複数の楽曲データを再生する(ステップS3)。
 ステップS1の具体的な動作について、図4を参照して説明する。図4は、共有リストS作成処理におけるAVレシーバ100、スマートフォン301、及びスマートフォン302の各動作を示すフローチャートである。図4の点線矢印は、情報の送信方向を示す。また、図4に示す例では、スマートフォン303の動作の説明は省略する。
 まず、スマートフォン301は、公開リストを作成する(ステップS11)。例えば、スマートフォン301は、自端末(スマートフォン301)が提供可能な楽曲データのリストをディスプレイ32に表示し、表示したリストに示す各楽曲データに対する公開可否の操作をタッチパネル31を介して受け付ける。スマートフォン301は、公開リストとして、受け付けた操作が示す楽曲データを含むリストを作成する。スマートフォン301は、自端末が提供可能な全ての楽曲データを含むリストを公開リストとして作成してもよい。
 公開リストの例について、図5Aを参照して説明する。具体例として、スマートフォン301が、楽曲データ名が楽曲名M1、楽曲名M2、楽曲名M3、楽曲名M4、および楽曲名M5である楽曲データを提供可能である場合を説明する。
 ここで、スマートフォン301の利用者は、楽曲名M1、楽曲名M3、および楽曲名M5の名称の楽曲データを公開させる操作をスマートフォン301に対して行ったとする。すると、図5Aに示すように、スマートフォン301は、公開可能と選択された楽曲名M1、楽曲名M3、および楽曲名M5を含む公開リスト301Lを作成する。
 図4のフローチャートに戻り、スマートフォン302は、公開リストを作成する(ステップS31)。この例では、スマートフォン302は、図5Bに示す公開リスト302Lを作成する。すなわち、この例では、スマートフォン302の利用者は、スマートフォン302が提供可能な楽曲名M11~M15の名称の楽曲データのうち、楽曲名M12および楽曲名M14の名称の楽曲データを、スマートフォン301およびスマートフォン303に公開可能であると選択する。
 スマートフォン301およびスマートフォン302は、無線モジュール35を制御することで、作成した公開リスト301Lおよび公開リスト302LをAVレシーバ100へ送信する(ステップS12およびS32)。AVレシーバ100は、スマートフォン301およびスマートフォン302から、公開リスト301Lおよび公開リスト302Lを受信する(ステップS21)。
 公開リスト301Lおよび公開リスト302Lの送受信は、Bluetooth(登録商標)規格に適合する無線通信で行われてもよいし、Wi-Fi(登録商標)規格に適合する無線通信で行われてもよい。公開リスト301Lおよび公開リスト302Lの送受信は、無線通信に限らず、有線通信(例えばUSBケーブル)で行われてもよい。
 AVレシーバ100は、スマートフォン301及びスマートフォン302から、公開リスト301Lおよび公開リスト302Lを受信すると(ステップS21)、共有リストSを作成する(ステップS22)。共有リストSは、ステップS21で受信した公開リスト301Lおよび公開リスト302Lを併合することにより作成される。すると、図5Cに示すように、楽曲名M1、楽曲名M3、楽曲名M5、楽曲名M12、および楽曲名M14の名称を含む共有リストSが作成される。図5Cに示す共有リストSでは、各楽曲データの名称は、その楽曲データを提供可能なスマートフォンの名称に対応付けられている。複数のスマートフォンによって提供可能な楽曲データは、重複して共有リストSに含められてもよいし、一つにまとめられて共有リストSに含められてもよい。
 本実施形態において、スマートフォン301(302)が公開リストを送信し、AVレシーバ100がその公開リストを用いて共有リストSを作成することに限定されない。例えば、スマートフォン301(302)は、スマートフォン301(302)が提供可能な楽曲データ(コンテンツ)を示す情報(コンテンツのタイトル)をAVレシーバ100へ送信してもよい。AVレシーバ100は、その情報に基づいて共有リストSを作成してもよい。
 AVレシーバ100は、作成した共有リストSをスマートフォン301~303へ送信する(ステップS23)。スマートフォン301~303は、AVレシーバ100から共有リストSを受信する(ステップS13およびS33)。
 次に、図3のフローチャートのステップS2に示す再生順序の決定処理ついて、具体的に図6を参照して説明する。図6は、再生順序の決定処理におけるAVレシーバ100、スマートフォン301、およびスマートフォン302の各動作を示すフローチャートである。図6に示す例では、スマートフォン303の動作は省略する。
 以下、本発明の実施形態の評価の操作を投票操作として説明する。この評価の操作は、楽曲データの選択に対応する。
 図6に示すように、スマートフォン301およびスマートフォン302は、共有リストSを表示する(ステップS101およびS121)。そして、スマートフォン301およびスマートフォン302は、共有リストSの各楽曲データに対する投票操作を受け付ける(ステップS102およびS122)。
 投票操作の受け付けについて、図7を参照して説明する。図7は、投票操作を受け付けるスマートフォン301の表示例を示す図である。
 図7に示すように、スマートフォン301は、ディスプレイ32の表示領域401に共有リストSの各楽曲データ(楽曲)に対して投票させる指示を表示する。具体的には、スマートフォン301は、ディスプレイ32の表示領域402に共有リストSの各楽曲データの名称403と、各楽曲データに対応する投票ボタン404とを表示する。
 スマートフォン301の利用者は、いずれかの投票ボタン404の表示領域をタッチすることで、共有リストSの複数の楽曲データのうち、いずれか一つの楽曲データに投票する。すると、スマートフォン301は、図6のフローチャートに示すように、投票された楽曲データを示す投票情報をAVレシーバ100へ送信する(ステップS103)。投票情報は、本発明の実施形態の評価情報に相当する。
 スマートフォン301の場合と同様に、スマートフォン302は、利用者によって投票された楽曲データを示す投票情報をAVレシーバ100へ送信する(ステップS123)。
 AVレシーバ100は、投票情報を受信すると(ステップS111)、再生順序を決定するための得点を算出する(ステップS112)。決定された再生順序は、コンテンツ再生処理(図3のステップS3)に用いられる。例えば、AVレシーバ100は、共有リストSのある楽曲データに対していずれのスマートフォンにおいても投票操作がなされていない場合、その楽曲データの得点を初期値である得点「0」とする。AVレシーバ100は、共有リストSのある楽曲データに対して、スマートフォン301~303いずれか一つにおいて投票操作がなされる毎に、その楽曲データの得点に1点を加える。
 図8Aは、楽曲データに付加された得点情報(得点)を含む共有リストSを示す図である。図8Aに示す共有リストSでは、名称が楽曲名M1である楽曲データに対し、得点「3」が対応付けられている。すなわち、図8Aに示す共有リストSは、楽曲名M1である楽曲データに対し、3台のスマートフォンにおいて投票操作が行われたことを示す。図8Aは、説明のために、11台のスマートフォンにおいて投票操作が行われた例を示している。
 AVレシーバ100は、得点の高い楽曲データの順序を楽曲データの再生順序として決定する。すなわち、AVレシーバ100は、より高い得点を有する楽曲データ(より高い得点に対応付けられた楽曲データ)がより先に再生されるように、共有リストSに含まれる楽曲データの再生順序を決定する。AVレシーバ100は、得点の低い楽曲データの順序を楽曲データの再生順序として決定してもよい。
 各スマートフォン301~303が、1回のみの投票操作(一つの楽曲データのみに対する投票操作)を受け付ける態様に限られない。各スマートフォン301~303が、複数回の投票操作(複数の楽曲データに対する投票操作)を受け付けてもよい。ただし、各スマートフォン301~303に対する投票操作を1回に制限すれば、コンテンツ再生システム900は、全ての利用者間において投票を公平にすることができる。
 AVレシーバ100は、共有リストSを送信後(図4のステップS23)、所定の時間(例えば1分間)内のみで、投票情報の受信を行ってもよい。この場合、AVレシーバ100は、全てのスマートフォン301~303において投票操作が行われなくても、コンテンツ再生処理(図3のステップS3)を開始することができる。AVレシーバ100は、所定の時間内のみで投票情報を受信する場合、投票操作による楽曲データの選択を制限時間内で行うという楽しみ方をスマートフォン301~303の各利用者に与えることができる。この場合、スマートフォン301~303は、制限時間を示すカウントダウンを表示してもよい。別法として、AVレシーバ100は、共有リストSの送信から所定時間内に受信した投票情報を有効な投票情報と判断し、所定の時間経過後に受信した投票情報を無効な投票情報と判断してもよい。この場合、AVレシーバ100は、有効な投票情報のみに基づいて楽曲データの再生順序を決定してもよい。
 ただし、AVレシーバ100は、全てのスマートフォン301~303から投票情報を受信した後に、得点を算出して再生順序を決定してもよい。この場合、コンテンツ再生システム900は、スマートフォン301~303の全ての利用者に、他の利用者と一緒に楽曲データの選択を行うという楽しみ方を与えることができる。
 AVレシーバ100は、得点の算出を終えると(ステップS112)、表示変更指示をスマートフォン301~303へ送信する(ステップS113)。表示変更指示とは、スマートフォン301~303に対し、表示中の共有リストSの各楽曲データの名称403として得点の表示を付加させる指示である。具体的には、AVレシーバ100は、ステップS112において算出した得点であって、共有リストSの各楽曲データに対応する得点の情報をスマートフォン301及びスマートフォン302へ送信する。ただし、表示変更指示は、投票が行われていないスマートフォンに対しても送信される。
 スマートフォン301及びスマートフォン302は、共有リストSの各楽曲データに対応する得点の情報を含む表示変更指示を受信すると(ステップS104およびS124)、各楽曲名称403に得点を対応付けて表示する(ステップS105およびS125)。これにより、スマートフォン301~303の利用者は、他の利用者の投票状況を見ながら、楽しんで楽曲データを選択することができる。
 図3に戻り、コンテンツ再生システム900は、ステップS2において決定された再生順序で複数の楽曲データを再生する(ステップS3)。例えば、AVレシーバ100は、共有リストSの各楽曲データを決定された再生順序で並び替えてなる再生リストRを作成することで、決定された再生順序で複数の楽曲データを再生する。
 図8Bは、図8Aに示す共有リストSの楽曲データを得点の高い順に並び替えることで作成されたリストである。図8Bに示すように、再生リストRの先頭は、最も高い得点である5点に対応付けられた楽曲名M12を示す。図8Bに示す再生リストRは、先頭から2番目に、2番目に高い得点である3点に対応付けられた楽曲名M1を示す。すなわち、図8Bに示す再生リストRは、得点の降順に共有リストSをランキングしたリストである。
 AVレシーバ100は、作成した再生リストRの先頭の楽曲データを再生対象と決定する。AVレシーバ100は、その楽曲データを、スマートフォン301~303のうちその楽曲データを提供可能なスマートフォンから受信する。再生対象の楽曲データを提供可能なスマートフォンは、共有リストSを参照することで判別できる。AVレシーバ100は、楽曲データを受信しつつ、スピーカ200L及びスピーカ200Rからその楽曲データに含まれる音を出力させる。
 再生対象の楽曲データの再生が終了すると、AVレシーバ100は、再生リストRの先頭の楽曲データを再生リストRから削除し、再生リストRの新たな先頭の楽曲データを再生対象とする。以上のように、AVレシーバ100は、再生リストRに従って複数の楽曲データの再生を行う。ただし、AVレシーバ100は、投票がされていない楽曲データ(0点に対応付けられた楽曲データ)を再生しなくてもよい。
 以上のように、コンテンツ再生システム900は、他の利用者の楽曲データを評価するという楽しみ方と、他の利用者と一緒に楽曲データの選択を行うという楽しみ方を、各利用者に与えながら、スマートフォン301~303が提供可能な複数の楽曲データを再生することができる。
 上記においては、AVレシーバ100が、ステップS1における共有リストSの作成、ステップS2における再生順序の決定、ステップS3における楽曲データの再生を行う場合について説明した。しかしながら、本実施形態は、このような例に限定されない。例えば、スマートフォン303が、ステップS1における共有リストSの作成、ステップS2における再生順序の決定、ステップS3における楽曲データの再生を行ってもよい。すなわち、ステップS1~S3においてAVレシーバ100が行う処理を、AVレシーバ100の代わりにスマートフォン303が行ってもよい。この場合、AVレシーバ100とスマートフォン303との間で行われる処理、例えば、公開リストの送受信の処理等は、送信先と受信先が同じとなり無駄なので省略してもよい。別法として、スマートフォン301が、ステップS1における共有リストSの作成およびステップS2における再生順序の決定を行い、AVレシーバ100がステップS3における楽曲データの再生を行ってもよい。この場合、ステップS1~S2においてAVレシーバ100が行う処理を、AVレシーバ100の代わりにスマートフォン303が行う。また、ステップS2の後に、スマートフォン303がAVレシーバ100に決定された再生順序を送信する。これにより、ステップS3において、AVレシーバ100は、決定された再生順序で複数の楽曲データを再生できる。
 AVレシーバ100が得点を算出することは本実施形態に必須ではない。例えば、AVレシーバ100は、投票された楽曲データの投票順序を再生順序として決定してもよい。すなわち、AVレシーバ100は、より早く受信した投票情報によって示される楽曲データがより先に再生されるように、共有リストSに含まれる楽曲データの再生順序を決定してもよい。
 コンテンツデータが映像データを含む場合、AVレシーバ100は、スマートフォン301~303のいずれかからコンテンツデータを受信しつつ、HDMI4を介してそのコンテンツデータに含まれる映像データをテレビ(不図示)へ出力してもよい。
 図9は、投票操作の第一変形例に係る操作を受け付けるスマートフォン301の表示例を示す図である。図10は、得点情報が付加された共有リストSの例を示す図である。
 上述の例では、投票操作は、共有リストSの楽曲データを選択する操作であった。一方で、図9に示す第一変形例に係る操作は、共有リストSの各楽曲データに対し、愛好(嗜好)又は嫌悪(すなわち、好き又は嫌い)を示す選択を行う操作である。
 具体的には、図9に示すように、スマートフォン301は、各楽曲名403に、2つのラジオボタン413を対応付けて表示している。2つのラジオボタン413の一方の表示には、愛好を示す文字列411の表示が対応付けられている。2つのラジオボタン413の他方の表示には、嫌悪を示す文字列412の表示が対応付けられている。
 利用者は、各楽曲データの名称403に示す楽曲データに対し、いずれかのラジオボタン413を選択することで、愛好又は嫌悪を示す選択操作を行う。スマートフォン301は、受け付けた選択操作を示す情報を、AVレシーバ100へ送信する。
 図10に示すように、例えば、AVレシーバ100は、共有リストSの楽曲データに対し、愛好を示す選択操作の数と、嫌悪を示す選択操作の数と、合計得点とを求める。図10に示す例では、合計得点は、愛好を示す選択操作の数から、嫌悪を示す選択操作の数を減算することで求められている。選択操作の合計数は、その操作を受け付けたスマートフォンの台数を示す。AVレシーバ100は、合計得点に従った再生順序で、共有リストSの複数の楽曲データを再生する。すなわち、AVレシーバ100は、より高い合計得点を有する楽曲データ(より合計高い得点に対応付けられた楽曲データ)がより先に再生されるように、共有リストSに含まれる楽曲データの再生順序を決定する。AVレシーバ100は、例えば合計得点が所定の得点(例えば、1点)以上の楽曲データのみを再生してもよい。ただし、図10は、説明のために、15台のスマートフォンにおいて投票操作が行われた例を示している。
 スマートフォン301~303の各利用者は、嫌悪を示す選択操作により、AVレシーバ100に再生させたくない楽曲データを選択することができる。また、各利用者は、他の利用者が再生させたい楽曲データを再生させないようにすることも、他の利用者が再生させたくない楽曲データを再生させるようにすることもできる。よって、より楽しんで楽曲データを選択することができる。
 次に、図11は、投票操作の第二変形例に係る操作を受け付けるスマートフォン301の表示例を示す図である。第二変形例に係る操作は、共有リストSの各楽曲データに対し、段階評価を行う操作である。図11に示す例では、段階評価を行う操作は、評価の3段階のうちのいずれかの段階を選択することで行われる。
 具体的には、図11に示すように、スマートフォン301は、表示領域401に、共有リストSの各コンテンツを評価させる指示を表示する。スマートフォン301は、表示領域402に、各楽曲データの名称403と、評価マーク420と、を対応付けて表示する。評価マーク420は、マーク421と、マーク422と、マーク423とを含む。マーク421は、3段階の評価のうちの最も低い評価を示す。マーク422は、3段階の評価のうちの2番目に低い(すなわち、2番目に高い)評価を示す。マーク423は、3段階の評価のうちの最も高い評価を示す。
 スマートフォン301の利用者は、マーク421、マーク422およびマーク423のうちのいずれかの表示領域をタッチすることで、対応する楽曲データに対して、いずれかの段階の評価を与える。スマートフォン301は、各楽曲データに対応する評価を示す段階情報をAVレシーバ100へ送信する。
 AVレシーバ100は、楽曲データに対する得点を、評価の段階に応じた点数の平均値として算出する。例えば、AVレシーバ100は、1段階目の評価を1点とし、2段階目の評価を2点とし、3段階目の評価を3点とする。AVレシーバ100が、共有リストSの各楽曲データに対して合計得点を算出する。さらに、AVレシーバ100が、算出した合計得点を、評価操作を受け付けたスマートフォンの台数で除算することで、平均値を得る。従って、利用者は、評価の平均値を見ながら、楽しんで楽曲データを選択することができる。
 共有リストSの各楽曲データに対する評価の操作の具体例は、図7、図9、および図11に示す具体例に限定されない。評価の操作は、楽曲データに対するコメント入力であってもよい。評価の操作がコメント入力である場合、AVレシーバ100は、コメント数が多い楽曲データの順序、コメントの閲覧数が多い楽曲データの順序、等の順序で、共有リストSの複数の楽曲データを再生する。コンテンツ再生システム900は、評価の操作がコメント入力であっても、このような楽曲データの選択時の楽しみ方を提供することができる。
 次に、図12は、変形例に係るコンテンツ再生システム900の動作を示すフローチャートである。図12に示すフローチャートは、再生順序の決定処理と、ランダム再生処理とが並列に実行される点において、図3に示すフローチャートと相違する。
 図12に示すように、コンテンツ再生システム900は、再生順序の決定処理(ステップS2)と並行して、共有リストSの楽曲データをランダム再生する(ステップS2A)。具体的には、AVレシーバ100は、再生順序の決定処理(ステップS2)と並行して、共有リストSの楽曲データの中から任意の楽曲データを順次再生する。AVレシーバ100は、再生順序の決定処理が終了すると、楽曲データをランダム再生している最中であっても、そのランダム再生を停止し、決定した再生順序に従った楽曲データの再生を開始する(ステップS3)。
 図12に示す変形例では、スマートフォンの台数が多く、全てのスマートフォンで投票操作が完了するまでに時間がかかる場合であっても、利用者は、楽曲データの選択中に、楽曲データのランダム再生を楽しむことができる。ステップS2Aにおける楽曲データの再生は、ランダム再生に限定されない。ステップS2Aにおける楽曲データの再生は、共有リストSにおける楽曲データの並び順に沿った再生であってもよい。
 コンテンツ再生システム900は、再生順序の決定処理中に、共有リストSを更新する処理を行ってもよい。すなわち、ランダム再生中に、いずれかのスマートフォン301~303が公開リストを更新すると、AVレシーバ100は、更新された公開リストを受信し、その公開リストに基づいて共有リストSを更新する。そして、AVレシーバ100は、共有リストSを各スマートフォン301~303へ表示更新指示と共に送信する。
 上述の例は、コンテンツ再生装置として音声信号を外部のスピーカへ出力するAVレシーバを用いて説明したが、本実施形態はこのような例に限定されない。例えば、コンテンツ再生装置は、スピーカを備えていてもかまわない。コンテンツ再生装置は、室内に設置される装置に限らず、例えば車内に設置されるカーオーディオ装置であってもかまわない。コンテンツ再生装置は、音楽コンテンツや映像コンテンツをできる装置であればよく、例えばテレビであってもよい。上述の例は、コンテンツを示す情報が、楽曲名(音楽コンテンツのタイトル)である場合について説明したが、本発明の実施形態はこのような例に限定されない。コンテンツを示す情報は、歌手の名前、アルバムの名前や、楽曲のジャンルや、映像コンテンツのタイトルであってもよい。
 本発明の実施形態に係るコンテンツ再生装置は、第1コンテンツを提供可能な第1利用者端末から前記第1コンテンツを示す情報を含む第1情報を受信し、前記第1利用者端末とは異なるとともに第2コンテンツを提供可能な第2利用者端末から前記第2コンテンツを示す情報を含む第2情報を受信する受信部と、前記第1および第2情報に基づいて、前記第1および第2コンテンツを含む共有リストを作成する制御部と、前記共有リストを前記第1利用者端末へ送信する送信部と、を備える。前記受信部は、前記共有リストに含まれる少なくとも一つのコンテンツに対する第1評価を示す第1評価情報を前記第1利用者端末から受信する。前記制御部は、前記受信された第1評価情報に基づいて、前記共有リストに含まれるコンテンツの再生順序を決定する。例えば、前記制御部は、評価が高いコンテンツの順序で、前記共有リストの各コンテンツを再生する。これにより、コンテンツ再生装置は、愛好する利用者が多いコンテンツの順序で複数のコンテンツを再生する。従って、各利用者は、コンテンツ再生装置に再生させたいコンテンツを、他の利用者と一緒に楽しんで選択することができる。
 前記制御部は、前記受信部が受信する評価情報に基づく情報(得点情報)を前記共有リストに付加し、前記送信部は、各利用者端末は、前記評価情報に基づく情報が付加された共有リストを表示してもよい。
 これにより、利用者は、共有リストのコンテンツに対する他の利用者の評価を見ながら、他の利用者のコンテンツを評価すること及び他の利用者と一緒にコンテンツを選択することを楽しんで行うことができる。
 前記制御部は、全ての利用者端末から評価情報を受信した後に、前記共有リストの各コンテンツの再生順序を決定してもよい。
 この構成では、コンテンツ再生装置は、コンテンツの再生前に全利用者に評価を行わせることができる。すなわち、この構成では、コンテンツの再生前に全利用者が楽しんでコンテンツを選択することができる。
 前記制御部は、全ての利用者端末から評価情報を受け付けるまでに、前記共有リストの各コンテンツをランダム再生してもよい。
 この構成では、各利用者は、コンテンツを選択中に、コンテンツのランダム再生を楽しむことができる。
 本発明は、コンテンツ再生装置、コンテンツ再生システム、およびコンテンツ再生方法に適用してもよい。

Claims (12)

  1.  第1コンテンツを提供可能な第1利用者端末から前記第1コンテンツを示す情報を含む第1情報を受信し、前記第1利用者端末とは異なるとともに第2コンテンツを提供可能な第2利用者端末から前記第2コンテンツを示す情報を含む第2情報を受信する受信部と、
     前記第1および第2情報に基づいて、前記第1および第2コンテンツを含む共有リストを作成する制御部と、
     前記共有リストを前記第1利用者端末へ送信する送信部と、
     を備え、
     前記受信部は、前記共有リストに含まれる少なくとも一つのコンテンツに対する第1評価を示す第1評価情報を前記第1利用者端末から受信し、
     前記制御部は、前記受信された第1評価情報に基づいて、前記共有リストに含まれるコンテンツの再生順序を決定する、
     コンテンツ再生装置。
  2.  前記第1評価は、前記第1および第2コンテンツのうちの一方が前記第1および第2コンテンツのうちの他方よりも評価が高いことを示し、
     前記制御部は、前記第1評価によって示される評価の高さに基づいて、前記再生順序を決定する、
     請求項1に記載のコンテンツ再生装置。
  3.  前記制御部は、前記第1評価情報に基づく情報を前記共有リストに付加し、
     前記送信部は、前記第1利用者端末へ、前記第1評価情報に基づく情報が付加された共有リストを送信する、
     請求項1または2に記載のコンテンツ再生装置。
  4.  前記第1評価情報に基づく情報は、前記共有リストに含まれる少なくとも一つのコンテンツに対する得点を示す情報を含む
     請求項3に記載のコンテンツ再生装置。
  5.  前記送信部は、前記共有リストを前記第2利用者端末へ送信し、
     前記受信部は、前記共有リストに含まれる少なくとも一つのコンテンツに対する第2評価を示す第2評価情報を前記第2利用者端末から受信し、
     前記制御部は、前記受信された第1および第2評価情報に基づいて、前記再生順序を決定する、
     請求項1~4のいずれか一項に記載のコンテンツ再生装置。
  6.  前記制御部は、前記受信部が前記第1評価情報と前記第2評価情報とを受信した後に、前記再生順序を決定する、
     請求項5に記載のコンテンツ再生装置。
  7.  前記制御部は、前記受信部が前記第1評価情報と前記第2評価情報とを受信するまで、前記共有リストに含まれるコンテンツを再生する、
     請求項5または6に記載のコンテンツ再生装置。
  8.  前記第1コンテンツを示す情報は、前記第1コンテンツのタイトルを含む、
     請求項1~7のいずれか一項に記載のコンテンツ再生装置。
  9.  前記送信部は、前記再生順序を前記コンテンツ再生装置の外部に送信する、
     請求項1~8のいずれか一項に記載のコンテンツ再生装置。
  10.  前記制御部は、前記再生順序に沿って、前記共有リストに含まれるコンテンツを再生する、
     請求項1~9のいずれか一項に記載のコンテンツ再生装置。
  11.  第1コンテンツを提供可能な第1利用者端末から前記第1コンテンツを示す第1情報を受信し、前記第1利用者端末とは異なるとともに第2コンテンツを提供可能な第2利用者端末から前記第2コンテンツを示す第2情報を受信する受信部と、
     前記第1および第2情報に基づいて、前記第1および第2コンテンツを含む共有リストを作成する第1制御部と、
     前記共有リストを前記第1利用者端末へ送信する送信部と、
     前記共有リストに含まれるコンテンツの再生順序を決定する第2制御部と、
     前記再生順序に沿って、前記共有リストに含まれるコンテンツを再生する第3制御部と、
     を備え、
     前記受信部は、前記共有リストに含まれる少なくとも一つのコンテンツに対する第1評価を示す第1評価情報を前記第1利用者端末から受信し、
     前記第2制御部は、前記受信された第1評価情報に基づいて、前記再生順序を決定する、
     コンテンツ再生システム。
  12.  第1コンテンツを提供可能な第1利用者端末から前記第1コンテンツを示す情報を含む第1情報を受信し、
     前記第1利用者端末とは異なるとともに第2コンテンツを提供可能な第2利用者端末から前記第2コンテンツを示す情報を含む第2情報を受信し、
     前記第1および第2情報に基づいて、前記第1および第2コンテンツを含む共有リストを作成し、
     前記共有リストを前記第1利用者端末へ送信し、
     前記共有リストに含まれる少なくとも一つのコンテンツに対する第1評価を示す第1評価情報を前記第1利用者端末から受信し、
     前記受信された第1評価情報に基づいて、前記共有リストに含まれるコンテンツの再生順序を決定する、
     ことを含むコンテンツ再生方法。
