Description

一种框体模块 技术领域
本申请涉及通讯设备技术领域,例如涉及一种框体模块。
背景技术
目前大多数通讯设备都包含许多独立的框体模块。为将独立的框体模块装配到机箱里固定,大都采用螺钉、弹簧销或松不脱螺钉将框体模块锁定在机箱的支架上,因此,如果客户或者维护人员要拆装框体模块,需要随身携带工具,并且在框体模块安装到位后,还要手动进行锁定工作,影响客户的使用体验。因此,目前框体模块不方便安装和拆卸的问题亟待解决。
发明内容
本发明实施例解决了现有框体模块不方便安装和拆卸的技术问题。
为此,本发明实施例提供一种可插拔的框体模块包括:框体模块支架、提手、弹片、第一转轴和第二转轴;
所述第一转轴和所述第二转轴分别固定在所述框体模块支架的两侧;
所述提手横向跨过所述框体模块支架,所述提手包括:提手本体、第一旋转臂和第二旋转臂,所述第一旋转臂和第二旋转臂分别位于所述提手本体两侧,且与所述提手本体连接;
所述第一旋转臂与所述第一转轴连接、所述第二旋转臂与所述第二转轴连接,所述提手可绕着所述第一转轴和所述第二转轴在预设角度内旋转;
所述弹片固定在所述框体模块支架的一侧,且与所述第一旋转臂位于所述框体模块支架的同一侧;
所述第一旋转臂的后端设有用于与待插入的框体或者机箱连接的连接件,所述第一旋转臂的前端设有与所述弹片配合的锁定件;
所述锁定件与所述弹片通过凹包凸包挤压配合的方式连接,从而锁定所述提手。
进一步地,所述锁定件设有一凹包,所述弹片设有一凸包。。
进一步地,所述锁定件为弯折件,所述弯折件的一端与所述第一旋转臂连接,另一端设有所述凹包;
所述弹片为弯折弹片,所述弯折单片的一端固定在所述框体模块支架的一侧、另一端设有与所述凹包配合的凸包。
进一步地,所述凹包为所述弯折件上开设的孔。
进一步地,所述提手本体设有用于拉所述提手的拉环。
进一步地,所述拉环为所述提手本体上开设的孔。
进一步地,所述提手本体的后端设有限制所述提手旋转角度的限位件。
进一步地,所述限位件为限位边,所述限位边与所述框体模块支架配合限制所述提手的旋转角度。

具体实施方式
下面通过具体的实施例并结合附图对本申请作进一步详细的描述。
参考图1-4,本实施例提供了一种可插拔的框体模块,该框体模块包括:框体模块支架101、提手102、弹片103、第一转轴104和第二转轴(图中未示出);
所述第一转轴103和所述第二转轴分别固定在所述框体模块支架101的两侧;在一些实施例中,图1中第一转轴104和第二转轴均为自铆转轴;
所述提手102横向跨过所述框体模块支架101,所述提手102包括:提手本体1021、第一旋转臂1022和第二旋转臂1023,所述第一旋转臂1022和第二旋转臂1023分别位于所述提手本体1021两侧,且与所述提手本体1021连接;
所述第一旋转臂1022与所述第一转轴103连接、所述第二旋转臂1023与所述第二转轴连接,所述提手102可绕着第一旋转臂1022与所述第一转轴103在预设角度内旋转;
所述弹片103固定在所述框体模块支架的一侧,且与所述第一旋转臂1022位于所述框体模块支架101的同一侧;
所述第一旋转臂1022的后端设有用于与待插入的框体或者机箱连接的连接件1024,所述第一旋转臂1022的前端设有与所述弹片103配合的锁定件1025;本实施例中连接件1024为卡舌,可以与待插入的框体或者 机箱的上对应的部件卡合;
所述锁定件1025与所述弹片103通过凹包凸包挤压配合的方式连接,从而锁定所述提手102。
在本实施例中锁定件1025与所述弹片103通过凹包凸包挤压配合的方式连接可以包括:锁定件1025设置凸包,对应地弹片103上设置凹包;或者锁定键1025上设置凹包,对应地弹片103上设置凸包。本实施例以锁定键1025上设置凹包,对应地弹片103上设置凸包的方式来介绍提手2的锁定。
如图2-4所示,本实施例中所述锁定件1025可以为弯折件,弯折件的一端与所述第一旋转臂1022连接,另一端设有所述凹包1026;
所述弹片103为弯折弹片,所述弯折弹片的一端固定在所述框体模块支架101的一侧(通过弯折弹片上的两个固定孔1032来固定在所述框体模块支架101侧面)、另一端设有与所述凹包1026配合的凸包1031。
本实施例中弹片103设置的位置为框体模块支架101侧上使得锁定件102上凹包1026和弹片103上凸包1031挤压配合产生适当的预紧力的地方。
如图2-4所示,本实施例中凹包1026可以为所述弯折件1025上开设的孔。如图5所示,弯折弹片上的凸包1031与弯折件1025上开设的孔1026挤压配合产生预紧力,从而锁定提手102。
为了能够方便拉提手102,本实施例还可以在所述提手本体1021上设有用于拉所述提手的拉环1027,如图2和3所示,拉环1027为提手本体 1021上开设的孔。
为了能够限制提手102的旋转角度,本实施例还可以在提手本体1021上设置限位件1028,在一些实施例中,如图2和3所示,限位件1028可以为限位边,该限位边与所述框体模块支架101配合限制所述提手102的旋转角度。在限位边转动到与框体模块支架101接触后,提手102就不能向后被拉动。本实施例中,提手102被拉动到最大角度即不能被拉动时,卡舌1024可正好与待插入的框体或者机箱的对应部件卡合,例如卡舌1024正好与待插入的框体侧边的方形铆接固定轴包含接触。
本实施例中可插拔的框体模块支架101的两端可各配置一个上述所述的提手102,以及在框体模块支架101侧部配置两个对应的弹片103;将该框体模块插入另一个包含框体的过程为:
通过提手102上的拉环1027拉开提手102,使之围绕自铆转轴103转动至提手102上的限位约束边1028与框体支架101接触即可,此时提手102已经不能被拉动,而此转动的角度正好是热插拔框体模块竖直放入包含框体中,提手102上的卡舌1024正好与包含框体侧边的方形铆接固定轴包含接触。此时,往反方向转动提手102,通过卡舌1024与上述固定轴的配合来助插、助拔热插拔模块;继续转动提手102直至弯折件1025上的凹包1026与弹片103上的凸包1031接触并紧密配合来锁定提手102(会听到咔叱一声)。此时,提手102也同时搭在框体支架1上,从而形成反方向的限位。
值得注意的是,本实施例的框体模块可以根据实际使用场景,变换凸 包的形状、弹片的材质、弹片的热处理方式以及弹片的厚度等因素,来控制预紧力的大小,从而锁定提手或摇杆。通过凹包凸包挤压配合的方式锁定提手,在安装和拆卸时不需要使用工具,无需手动二次操作,与现有的框体模块相比,本发明实施例提供的框体模块降低了安装和拆卸的复杂度,可以方便快捷地安装和拆卸,提升了用户体验;尤其在空间紧凑的情况下,效果更佳。

  1. 一种可插拔的框体模块,包括:框体模块支架、提手、弹片、第一转轴和第二转轴;
    所述第一转轴和所述第二转轴分别固定在所述框体模块支架的两侧;
    所述提手横向跨过所述框体模块支架,所述提手包括:提手本体、第一旋转臂和第二旋转臂,所述第一旋转臂和第二旋转臂分别位于所述提手本体两侧,且与所述提手本体连接;
    所述第一旋转臂与所述第一转轴连接、所述第二旋转臂与所述第二转轴连接,所述提手可绕着所述第一转轴和所述第二转轴在预设角度内旋转;
    所述弹片固定在所述框体模块支架的一侧,且与所述第一旋转臂位于所述框体模块支架的同一侧;
    所述第一旋转臂的后端设有用于与待插入的框体或者机箱连接的连接件,所述第一旋转臂的前端设有与所述弹片配合的锁定件;
    所述锁定件与所述弹片通过凹包凸包挤压配合的方式连接,从而锁定所述提手。
  2. 如权利要求1所述的可插拔的框体模块,其中,所述锁定件设有一凹包,所述弹片设有一凸包。
  3. 如权利要求2所述的可插拔的框体模块,其中,所述锁定件为弯折件,所述弯折件的一端与所述第一旋转臂连接,另一端设有所述凹包;
    所述弹片为弯折弹片,所述弯折单片的一端固定在所述框体模块支架的一侧、另一端设有与所述凹包配合的凸包。
