技术领 域
本发明属于公共照明领域,尤其涉及一种 LED 灯板结构。
背景技术
LED ( Light Emitting Diode ),发光二极管,是一种固态的半导体器件,它可以直接把电转化为光。 LED 的心脏是一个半导体的晶片,晶片的一端附在一个支架上,一端是负极,另一端连接电源的正极,使整个晶片被环氧树脂封装起来。半导体晶片由两部分组成,一部分是 P 型半导体,在它里面空穴占主导地位,另一端是 N 型半导体,在这边主要是电子。但这两种半导体连接起来的时候,它们之间就形成一个' P-N 结'。当电流通过导线作用于这个晶片的时候,电子就会被推向 P 区,在 P 区里电子跟空穴复合,然后就会以光子的形式发出能量,这就是 LED 发光的原理。而光的波长也就是光的颜色,是由形成 P-N 结的材料决定的。
高性能 LED 的实用化和商品化,使照明技术面临一场新的革命。由多个超高亮度红、蓝、绿三色 LED 组成的像素灯不仅可以发出波长连续可调的各种色光,而且还可以发出亮度可达几十到一百烛光的白色光成为照明光源,对于相同发光亮度的白炽灯和 LED 固体照明灯来说,后者的功耗只占前者的 10%-20% 。
现时生产的白光 LED 大部分是通过在蓝光 LED 上覆盖一层淡黄色荧光粉涂层制成的,这种黄色磷光体通常是通过把掺了铈的钇铝石榴石晶体磨成粉末后混合在一种稠密的粘合剂中而制成的。当 LED 芯片发出蓝光,部分蓝光便会被这种晶体很高效地转换成一个光谱较宽的主要为黄色的光,由于黄光会刺激肉眼中的红光和绿光受体,再混合 LED 本身的蓝光,使它看起来就像白色光。
LED 灯条又名 LED 灯带,英文名称: LED Strip , LED 灯条是指把 LED 组装在带状的 FPC (柔性线路板)或 PCB 硬板上,因其产品形状像一条带子而得名。
现有的 LED 灯条结构,结构原始简单,导电性能差,散热效率低,影响 LED 灯珠的寿命,并且发光效果不佳。
发明内容
为了解决现有 LED 灯条结构,导电性能差,散热效率低, LED 灯珠寿命短,发光效果不佳的技术问题,需要一种新型的 LED 灯条结构,结构简单紧凑,导电性能好,散热效率高, LED 灯珠寿命长,发光效果优良。
本发明提供一种 LED 灯板结构,包括:安装板带以及基板带,基板带的下表面与安装板带的上表面接合。
进一步地,安装板带的上表面中间区域具有基板带凹槽,基板带凹槽的两侧具有基板带卡槽,基板带设置在安装板带的基板带卡槽内, 所述安装板带的下表面在所述基板带凹槽凸出部的两侧具有电线卡槽。

进一步地,在所述散热区内,所述热导线呈下凹的弧形状,并且所述下凹的弧形状具有下凹斜坡和散热板,散热板在远离第一电导线的一侧具有梯形凸出部Ⅱ。
应用本发明提供的 LED 灯板结构,结构简单紧凑,导电性能好,散热效率高, LED 灯珠寿命长,发光效果优良。

具体实施例
如图 1 所示,为本发明的 LED 灯板结构示意图, LED 灯板结构100包括安装板带102以及基板带104,基板带104的下表面与安装板带102的上表面接合。
如图2所示,为本发明的 LED 灯板结构的安装板带结构示意图,安装板带102横截面为开口向上的弧形,安装板带102的上表面中间区域具有基板带凹槽106,基板带凹槽106的两侧具有基板带卡槽108,基板带104设置在安装板带102的基板带卡槽108内,安装板带102在基板带凹槽106的两侧均形成有n型凸起,其中n型凸起的凹面形成电线卡槽110,安装板带102弧形的两侧具有板翼,板翼的边缘为向内卷起的卷边。
如图3所示,为本发明的 LED 灯板结构的基板带结构示意图,如图4所示,为本发明的 LED 灯板结构的 基板带结构前视图,如图5所示,为本发明的 LED 灯板结构的 基板带结构侧视图。 LED 基板带104包括第一电导线112,第二电导线114以及热导线116,第二电导线114设置在第一电导线112的一侧,并且与第一电导线112平行,热导线116设置在第一电导线112的另一侧,并且与第一电导线112平行。
在沿第一电导线112、第二电导线114和热导线116的横向方向上交替地设置有多个发光区和散热区,如图6所示,为本发明的 LED 灯板结构的 基板带发光区和散热区示意图。在发光区内,第一电导线112断开,第一电导线112断开处两端的接头均成 L 形状,并且 L 形的长边邻近第二电导线114,在散热区内,第一电导线112连续。在发光区内以及散热区内,第二电导线114均连续。在发光区内,热导线116具有通孔,通孔的形状为8字形通孔,并且热导线116靠近第一电导线112的一侧具有梯形凸出部Ⅰ,梯形凸出部与第一电导线112断开处两端的 L 形接头对应。在散热区内,热导线116呈下凹的弧形状,并且具有下凹斜坡和散热板,下凹斜坡为 S 形平滑斜坡,散热板在远离第一电导线112的一侧具有梯形凸出部Ⅱ。

Claims (8)

  1. 一种LED灯板结构,包括:安装板带以及基板带,所述基板带的下表面与所述安装板带的上表面接合;其特征在于,所述安装板带的上表面中间区域具有基板带凹槽,所述基板带凹槽的两侧具有基板带卡槽,所述基板带设置在所述安装板带的基板带卡槽内,所述安装板带的下表面在所述基板带凹槽凸出部的两侧具有电线卡槽。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的LED灯板结构,其特征在于:所述基板带包括相互平行的第一电导线、第二电导线和热导线,所述第二电导线设置在所述第一电导线的一侧,所述热导线设置在第一电导线的另一侧,在沿所述第一电导线、所述第二电导线和所述热导线的横向方向上交替设置有复数个发光区和散热区。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的LED灯板结构,其特征在于:在所述发光区内,所述第一电导线断开,所述第一电导线断开处两端的接头均成L形状,并且所述L形的长边邻近所述第二电导线。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的LED灯板结构,其特征在于:在所述散热区内,所述第一电导线连续。
  5. 根据权利要求2所述的LED灯板结构,其特征在于:在所述发光区内,所述热导线具有通孔,所述通孔为8字形通孔。
  6. 根据权利要求2所述的LED灯板结构,其特征在于:在所述发光区内,所述热导线靠近所述第一电导线的一侧具有梯形凸出部Ⅰ。
  7. 根据权利要求2所述的LED灯板结构,其特征在于:在所述散热区内,所述热导线呈下凹的弧形状,并且所述下凹的弧形状具有下凹斜坡和散热板。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述的LED灯板结构,其特征在于:所述下凹斜坡为S形斜坡,所述散热板在远离第一电导线的一侧具有梯形凸出部Ⅱ。
