背景技术
在无线通讯领域的射频拉远单元(Radio Remote Unit,简称为:RRU)系统中,相关技术在用的功率连接器多为螺钉压线结构或者焊接结构。其中,螺钉压线结构存在着很多的不足,例如:螺钉容易丢失、螺钉头外露的话很容易发生漏电,这都会对操作者和使用者的安全带来隐患;而焊接结构则要求产品必须在工厂内部进行相应的焊线,无法满足在野外接线的要求。所以,相关技术中的功率连接其都存在着一定的问题,无法很好满足实际的需求。
发明内容

本文提供一种快速锁线功率连接器,用以解决相关技术中的功率连接器很难实现户外安全快速的锁线和接线的需求。
一种快速锁线功率连接器,包括插座和插头,所述插座包括插座绝缘体和插针,所述插头包括插头绝缘体、插孔片、弹片和金属顶杆;所述插座绝缘体为一端开口的盒体,所述插针插在所述插座绝缘体的内部;所述插头绝缘体的前端设有插孔,所述插头绝缘体的后端设有锁线孔,所述插座绝缘体还设有贯穿两端的通孔,所述插孔和锁线孔轴向连通,所述插孔和通孔径向连通,所述插孔片设在所述插孔中并与所述插针对应配合,所述弹片设在所述插孔中并与所述插孔片配合设置,所述金属顶杆配合插入所述通孔中并与所述弹片接触;所述金属顶杆设置为通过在所述通孔中的前后移动来控制所述弹片锁紧或松开插在所述锁线孔的芯线。

本发明实施例通过插孔片、弹片和金属顶杆等结构的配合,使得金属顶杆能够通过在通孔中的前后移动来控制弹片锁紧或松开插在锁线孔的芯线,从而实现了功率连接器户外插头的安全、快速锁线,通过挂钩和卡块结构的配合实现了插座与插头之间的快速互连锁定。

Claims (9)

  1. 一种快速锁线功率连接器,包括插座和插头,所述插座包括插座绝缘体和插针,所述插头包括插头绝缘体、插孔片、弹片和金属顶杆;
    所述插座绝缘体为一端开口的盒体,所述插针插在所述插座绝缘体的内部;所述插头绝缘体的前端设有插孔,所述插头绝缘体的后端设有锁线孔,所述插座绝缘体还设有贯穿两端的通孔,所述插孔和锁线孔轴向连通,所述插孔和通孔径向连通,所述插孔片设在所述插孔中并与所述插针对应配合,所述弹片设在所述插孔中部并与所述插孔片配合设置,所述金属顶杆配合插入所述通孔中并与所述弹片接触;所述金属顶杆设置为通过在所述通孔中的前后移动来控制所述弹片锁紧或松开插在所述锁线孔的芯线。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的快速锁线功率连接器,其中,所述弹片设有锁线口,所述锁线口与所述锁线孔的位置对应,所述金属顶杆还设置为通过在所述通孔中的前后移动来控制所述弹片夹紧或松开插在所述锁线口的芯线。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的快速锁线功率连接器,其中,所述插头绝缘体包括中间体和两个顶盖,所述两个顶盖固设在所述中间体的相对两个侧面,所述插孔和锁线孔位于所述中间体和顶盖之间。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的快速锁线功率连接器,其中,所述插头绝缘体的外侧设有挂钩,所述插座绝缘体的外侧设有与所述挂钩对应的卡块,所述插头绝缘体和插座绝缘体配置为通过所述挂钩和卡块卡紧在一起。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述的快速锁线功率连接器,其中,所述金属顶杆的后端设有绝缘套。
  6. 根据权利要求1所述的快速锁线功率连接器,其中,所述插座绝缘体的内部设有交流防误差键位,所述插头绝缘体的前端设有与所述交流防误差键位配合的交流防误差键位槽。
  7. 根据权利要求1所述的快速锁线功率连接器,其中,所述插座绝缘体的内部设有直流防误差键位,所述插头绝缘体的前端设有与所述直流防误差键位配合的直流防误差键位槽。
  8. 根据权利要求1-7中任何一项所述的快速锁线功率连接器,其中,所 述快速锁线功率连接器为两芯连接器。
  9. 根据权利要求1-7中任何一项所述的快速锁线功率连接器,其中,所述快速锁线功率连接器为三芯连接器。
