Description

插箱 技术领域
本申请涉及但不限于通信产品装置领域,特别是涉及一种插箱。
背景技术
通信类产品以及其他领域的产品的插箱中,在包含子插箱时,子插箱一般使用竖插和对插的方式连接到插箱框架,这是相关技术中的插箱结构形式。其中,为了不占用侧面空间,子插箱的结构以及子插箱与插箱框架的连接形式,采用的是与侧板圆孔沉头螺钉连接,这些连接方式的共同点就是不具有子插箱的前后可调节性。这样使得子插箱中的单板连接器与背板的连接器不能有效地接触,会因为背板的厚度公差和其他的加工公差造成与背板连接器之间的间隙加大,影响单板上电信号。
针对相关技术中子插箱与插箱框架的连接方式中单板和背板的配合间隙过大以及背板不可维护的问题,目前尚未发现有效的解决方法。
发明内容
以下是对本文详细描述的主题的概述。本概述并非是为了限制权利要求的保护范围。
本申请提供了一种插箱,能够解决相关技术中子插箱与插箱框架的连接方式中单板和背板的配合间隙过大而导致单板上电信号不稳定的问题。
根据本申请的一个方面,提供了一种插箱,包括:一个或多个子插箱(1)、背板(2)、插箱框架(3)、单板(5),其中,所述单板(5)设置在所述子插箱(1)内,所述背板(2)设置在所述插箱框架(3)内,所述单板(5)与所述背板(2)通过相互接触进行连接。
可选地,所述子插箱(1)的侧面与所述插箱框架(3)的内框通过可调节的连接件进行可拆卸地连接。

通过本实施例的插箱中每个部件的上述连接关系,背板装入插箱里面以后,子插箱直接推到与背板接触,由于背板本身有一定的厚度公差,如10%的厚度公差,通过子插箱与背板直接接触可以保证子插箱内的单板的连接器与背板的连接器能够有效的接触,不会因为背板的厚度公差和其他的加工公差造成与背板连接器之间的间隙加大,影响上电信号。

在本实施例中,在安装插箱时,首先将子插箱按照图3的结构形式组装起来,其中的加强筋背面贴有绝缘板,用于与背板的绝缘接触。再将背板装到插箱内腔中。再将子插箱装到与背板贴合(子插箱的加强筋与背板直接接触)。再通过插箱框架侧板的腰圆孔将子插箱固定。最后将子插箱侧的单板插入子插箱对应的槽位内,与背板的连接器配合。
背板装入插箱里面以后,子插箱直接推到与背板接触(通过子插箱的加强筋与背板接触),即使背板本身有10%的厚度公差,子插箱与背板直接接触可以保证单板的连接器与背板的连接器能够有效的接触,不会因为背板的厚度公差和其他的加工公差造成与背板连接器之间的间隙加大,影响上电信号,另外,背板出现问题的时候可以把子插箱取出,从而拆卸背板进行维护。
上述子插箱与插箱框架的连接方式,通过与背板直接接触,侧面与插箱框架采用腰圆孔加螺钉固定。
