여기에서, 상기 복대본체(110)의 앞부분과 등부분의 어느 일측 또는 모두에 위치하여 내재되며, 전자파로부터 태아 및 임산부를 보호하기 위한 전자파 차단용 패드(170);를 더 포함하며, 상기 전자파 차단용 패드(170)는 겉감과 안감의 사이에 삽입 배치 및 탈착형으로 구비하여 세탁시 용이함을 발휘할 수 있도록 구성하는 것을 특징으로 한다.
여기에서, 상기 암형 벨크로(121)는 복대본체(110)의 앞부분 일측 외면에 위치하여 수평 배치 및 다수를 길이방향으로 간격지게 다단 배열하고, 상기 숫형 벨크로(122)는 복대본체(110)의 앞부분 타측 내면에 위치하여 일자형태로 수직 배치하며; 상기 고리부(132)는 복대본체(110)의 앞부분 하단 외면 일측에 위치하여 폭방향으로 간격지게 다단 배열함으로써 후크부(131)의 체결력을 조절 및 복부 지지력을 높일 수 있도록 구성하는 것을 특징으로 한다.
여기에서, 상기 암형 벨크로(121) 상에는 고리부(182)를 등간격으로 다단 배열하여 고정 배치하며; 상기 숫형 벨크로(122) 상에는 상기 고리부(182)에 걸어 체결력 및 지지력을 더할 수 있도록 후크부(181)를 고정 배치하여 복부 지지력을 높일 수 있도록 구성하는 것을 특징으로 한다.
본 발명에 따르면, 임산부가 임신기간 중 겪게 될 신체적 및 심리적 스트레스를 해소할 수 있으면서 안전한 임신기간을 보내게 할 수 있고, 임산부와 태아를 보호할 수 있으며, 신체에 착용할 수 있는 조끼타입으로 임산부가 패션 코디의 아이템으로 착용할 수 있는 유용한 효과를 제공할 수 있다.
본 발명은 임신 월령에 따른 사이즈 조절이 가능하고 복부의 하중을 견고하게 받쳐주고 견인할 수 있어 태아를 받쳐줄 수 있으며, 임산부의 복부를 안전하게 감싸줄 수 있고 외부 충격에 대비할 수 있어 임산부 및 태아를 보호할 수 있는 유용함을 제공할 수 있다.
본 발명은 임산부의 신체 불균형에 의한 척추의 통증을 해소할 수 있고, 조끼의 앞쪽 중앙부분에서 지퍼를 통한 공간의 개폐 조절로 임신 월령에 따른 조절이 가능하는 등 신체에 가해지는 압박감을 덜어줄 수 있으며, 전자파로부터 임산부 및 태아를 보호할 수 있는 유용함을 달성할 수 있다.
본 발명은 첫째 아이 이후 둘째 아이를 임신한 경우에 착용시, 복부의 하중을 지지 및 견인하여주므로 임산부 자신은 물론 뱃속의 태아를 보호하면서 첫째 아이의 왕성한 움직임에도 적절히 대응할 수 있어 심리적인 안정감을 갖게 할 수 있는 유용함을 제공할 수 있다.
도 1은 본 발명의 실시예에 따른 임산부용 조끼타입 복대를 설명하기 위해 나타낸 정면 구성도이다.
도 2는 본 발명의 실시예에 따른 임산부용 조끼타입 복대를 설명하기 위해 나타낸 배면 사시도이다.
도 3은 본 발명의 다른 실시예에 따른 임산부용 조끼타입 복대를 설명하기 위해 나타낸 정면 구성도이다.
본 발명에 대해 첨부한 도면을 참조하여 바람직한 실시예를 설명하면 다음과 같으며, 이와 같은 상세한 설명을 통해서 본 발명의 목적과 구성 및 그에 따른 특징들을 보다 잘 이해할 수 있게 될 것이다.
본 발명의 실시예에 따른 임산부용 조끼타입 복대(100)는 도 1 내지 도 3에 나타낸 바와 같이, 복대본체(110), 사이즈 조절용 벨크로부재(120), 후크고리부재(130), 척추교정용 탄성밴드(140), 지퍼개폐부(150), 복부 하중견인용 탄성밴드(160), 전자파 차단용 패드(170), 후크부(181)와 고리부(182), 암형 벨크로(191)와 숫형 벨크로(192)를 포함하는 구성으로 이루어진다.
상기 복대본체(110)는 임산부가 신체의 상부에 착용할 수 있도록 조끼형태로 구비하며, 겉감과 안감으로 구성된다.
이때, 상기 복대본체(110)는 조끼형태로 구비하므로 임산부가 패션 코디의 아이템으로 착용할 수 있다.
상기 사이즈 조절용 벨크로부재(120)는 상기 조끼형태로 구비되는 복대본체(110)의 앞부분 양측에 암형 벨크로(121)와 숫형 벨크로(122)를 각각 상하 길이방향으로 고정 배치하여 임신 월령에 따라 복대본체(110)의 사이즈를 조절해가면서 착용할 수 있도록 하며, 상기 복대본체(110)에 체결기능을 부여함으로써 임산부의 복부 전체를 감싸주고 보호할 수 있도록 한 구성이다.
즉, 상기 암형 벨크로(121)와 숫형 벨크로(122)는 조끼형태로 구비되는 복대본체(110)의 앞부분을 여미게 하는 일종의 체결부재 또는 잠금부재이다.
이때, 상기 암형 벨크로(121)는 상기 복대본체(110)의 앞부분 일측 외면(겉감 외면)에 위치하여 수평 배치 및 다수를 상하 길이방향으로 간격지게 다단 배열하고, 상기 숫형 벨크로(122)는 복대본체(110)의 앞부분 타측 내면(안감 외면)에 위치하여 일자형태로 수직 배치한다.
여기에서, 상기 암형 벨크로(121)는 띠(band) 구조의 조각형태로서, 숫형 벨크로(122)의 부착 위치를 조정할 수 있도록 측면 방향으로 일정한 길이를 형성토록 구비한다.
덧붙여, 상기 사이즈 조절용 벨크로부재(120)를 구성하는 암형 벨크로(121)와 숫형 벨크로(122) 상에는 도 3에 나타낸 바와 같이, 복대본체(110)의 앞부분을 여미게 하는 체결력 및 지지력을 더할 수 있도록 후크부(181)와 고리부(182)를 덧대어 추가적으로 구성할 수 있다 할 것이다.
이때, 상기 후크부(181)는 숫형 벨크로(122) 상에 결착하여 고정하고, 상기 고리부(182)는 암형 벨크로(121) 상에 결착하여 고정한다.
여기에서, 상기 고리부(182)는 각 암형 벨크로(121) 상에 등간격으로 다단 배열한다.
상기 후크고리부재(130)는 상기 복대본체(110)의 앞부분 하단 양측에 후크부(131)와 고리부(132)를 각각 고정 배치하되 서로 마주하도록 하고, 상기 후크부(131)를 고리부(132)에 걸어 고정함으로써 임산부의 복부 하중을 지지할 수 있도록 한 구성이다.
이때, 상기 고리부(132)는 상기 조끼형태로 구비하는 복대본체(110)의 앞부분 하단 외면 일측에 위치하여 측면 방향으로 간격지게 다단 배열함으로써 후크부(131)의 체결력을 조절할 수 있도록 구성한다.
덧붙여, 상기 후크고리부재(130)는 상기 복대본체(110)의 앞부분 하단 외측(겉감 외면)에 암형 벨크로(191)를 구비하고 이 암형 벨크로(191) 위에 고리부(132)를 결착하여 고정 배치하며, 상기 복대본체(110)의 앞부분 하단 내측(안감 외면)에 숫형 벨크로(192)를 구비하고 이 숫형 벨크로(192) 위에 후크부(131)를 결착하여 고정 배치함으로써 복부의 하중 지지력을 더욱 높일 수 있도록 구성함이 바람직하다.
여기에서, 상기 사이즈 조절용 벨크로부재(120) 상에 결착되는 후크부(181)와 고리부(182)를 비롯하여 상기 암형 벨크로(191)와 숫형 벨크로(192) 상에 결착되는 후크고리부재(130)는 각각의 위치에서 이중 구조를 제공함으로써 임산부의 복부 하중에 대한 지지력을 높일 수 있으면서 이들의 상하 매칭 구성에 의해 복부 지지력에 대한 시너지 효과를 제공할 수 있다.
상기 척추교정용 탄성밴드(140)는 상기 복대본체(110)의 등부분에 내장(겉감과 안감의 사이에 내장)되는 탄성부재로서, 임산부의 척추를 지지 및 교정하여줄 수 있도록 한 구성이다.
이때, 상기 척추교정용 탄성밴드(140)는 도시한 바와 같이, 어깨 부분에서 하측 길이방향으로 구비 및 엑스(X)자 구조로 배치되는 엑스 밴드부와, 상기 엑스 밴드부의 하단에 연결되어 수평 배치 및 허리 부분을 지지하도록 구비되는 하단 지지밴드부로 구성한다.
상기 지퍼개폐부(150)는 상기 조끼형태로 구비하는 복대본체(110)의 앞부분 중간 부위에 개폐 가능하게 형성되고, 이를 통해 임신 월령에 따른 임산부의 복부 특성을 고려하여 앞부분에서 신체에 가해지는 압박 정도를 조절할 수 있도록 한 구성이다.
이때, 상기 지퍼개폐부(150)는 상기 복대본체(110)의 좌우 양측에 구비하고, 각각 내측 방향에서 외측 방향으로 개방할 수 있게 하여 복대본체(110)의 앞부분 중간 부위에 대한 공간을 조절할 수 있도록 구성한다.
상기 복부 하중견인용 탄성밴드(160)는 상기 복대본체(110)의 앞부분 양측에 내장(겉감과 안감의 사이에 내장)되는 탄성부재로서, 임산부의 복부 하중을 지지 및 하측으로 쳐지지 않도록 상측으로 견인하여주기 위한 구성이다.
여기에서, 상기 복부 하중견인용 탄성밴드(160)는 상기 척추교정용 탄성밴드(140)와 연결시켜 구성함이 바람직하며, 동일한 소재로 이루어진다.
이때, 상기 복부 하중견인용 탄성밴드(160)는 도시한 바와 같이, 상기 복대본체(110)의 하단에 수평 배치되는 복부하중 지지밴드와, 상기 복부하중 지지밴드에 연결되어 상측 길이방향으로 배치 및 어깨선까지 이어지는 복부하중 견인밴드로 구성한다.
여기에서, 상기 복부 하중견인용 탄성밴드(160)의 복부하중 지지밴드는 복대본체(110)의 앞부분 내측에 구비된다.
상기 전자파 차단용 패드(170)는 상기 복대본체(110)의 앞부분과 등부분의 어느 일측 또는 모두에 위치시켜 내재시킬 수 있으며, 와이파이나 스마트기기 등에서 발생되는 각종 전자파로부터 태아 및 임산부를 보호하기 위한 구성이다.
이때, 상기 전자파 차단용 패드(170)는 겉감과 안감의 사이에 삽입 배치 및 탈착형으로 구비함으로써 세탁시 빼내 복대(100)의 세탁 용이함을 발휘할 수 있도록 구성함이 바람직하다.
이에 따라, 상술한 구성으로 이루어지는 본 발명에 따른 임산부용 조끼타입 복대(100)를 통해서는 신체에 착용할 수 있는 조끼타입으로 임산부가 패션 코디의 아이템으로 착용할 수 있으면서 임산부의 복부 전체를 감싸주고 보호할 수 있어 임산부와 태아를 보호할 수 있으며, 착용시 사이즈 조절이 가능하므로 임신 월령에 따라 체결 정도를 조절할 수 있으며, 임산부의 복부 하중을 견고하게 받쳐주고 견인할 수 있으며, 외부 충격으로부터 임산부 및 태아를 보호할 수 있다.
또한, 임산부의 신체 불균형에 의한 척추의 통증을 해소 및 교정할 수 있고, 전자파로부터 임산부 및 태아를 보호할 수 있으며, 임산부가 임신기간 중 겪게 될 신체적 및 심리적 스트레스를 해소할 수 있으면서 안전한 임신기간을 보내도록 지원할 수 있다.
이상에서와 같이, 본 발명에 대해 구체적인 실시예를 들어 설명하였으나, 본 발명은 이 명세서에 개시된 실시예 및 첨부된 도면에 의하여 특별히 한정되지 않는다 할 것이며, 본 발명의 기술적 사상을 벗어나지 않는 범위 이내에서 당업자에 의하여 다양하게 변형 및 수정될 수 있음은 자명하다 할 것이다.

Claims (6)

  1. 임산부가 신체의 상부에 착용할 수 있도록 조끼형태로 구비하는 복대본체(110);
    상기 복대본체(110)의 앞부분 양측에 암형 벨크로(121)와 숫형 벨크로(122)를 각각 상하 길이방향으로 고정 배치하여 임신 월령에 따라 복대본체(110)의 사이즈를 조절해가면서 착용할 수 있도록 하며, 임산부의 복부 전체를 감싸주고 보호할 수 있도록 체결기능을 하는 사이즈 조절용 벨크로부재(120);
    상기 복대본체(110)의 앞부분 하단 양측에 후크부(131)와 고리부(132)를 각각 고정 배치하되 서로 마주하도록 하고, 상기 후크부(131)를 고리부(132)에 걸어 고정함으로써 임산부의 복부 하중을 지지할 수 있도록 한 후크고리부재(130);
    상기 복대본체(110)의 등부분에 내장되는 탄성부재로서, 임산부의 척추를 지지 및 교정하여줄 수 있도록 한 척추교정용 탄성밴드(140);를 포함하며,
    상기 후크고리부재(130)는 상기 복대본체(110)의 앞부분 하단 외측에 암형 벨크로(191)를 구비하고 이 암형 벨크로(191) 위에 고리부(132)를 결착하여 고정 배치하며, 상기 복대본체(110)의 앞부분 하단 내측에 숫형 벨크로(192)를 구비하고 이 숫형 벨크로(192) 위에 후크부(131)를 결착하여 고정 배치함으로써 복부의 지지력을 높일 수 있도록 구성하는 것을 특징으로 하는 임산부용 조끼타입 복대.
  2. 제 1항에 있어서,
    상기 복대본체(110)의 앞부분 중간 부위에 개폐 가능하게 형성되고, 임신 월령에 따른 임산부의 복부 특성을 고려하여 앞부분에서 신체에 가해지는 압박 정도를 조절할 수 있도록 한 지퍼개폐부(150);를 더 포함하며,
    상기 지퍼개폐부(150)는 좌우 양측에 구비하고, 각각 내측 방향에서 외측 방향으로 개방할 수 있게 하여 복대본체(110)의 앞부분 중간 부위에 대한 공간을 조절할 수 있도록 구성하는 것을 특징으로 하는 임산부용 조끼타입 복대.
  3. 제 1항에 있어서,
    상기 복대본체(110)의 앞부분 양측에 내장되는 탄성부재로서, 임산부의 복부 하중을 지지 및 하측으로 쳐지지 않도록 상측으로 견인하여주기 위한 복부 하중견인용 탄성밴드(160);를 더 포함하며,
    상기 복부 하중견인용 탄성밴드(160)는,
    상기 복대본체(110)의 하단에 수평 배치되는 복부하중 지지밴드와, 상기 복부하중 지지밴드에 연결되어 상측 길이방향으로 배치 및 어깨선까지 이어지는 복부하중 견인밴드로 구성하는 것을 특징으로 하는 임산부용 조끼타입 복대.
  4. 제 1항에 있어서,
    상기 복대본체(110)의 앞부분과 등부분의 어느 일측 또는 모두에 위치하여 내재되며, 전자파로부터 태아 및 임산부를 보호하기 위한 전자파 차단용 패드(170);를 더 포함하며,
    상기 전자파 차단용 패드(170)는 겉감과 안감의 사이에 삽입 배치 및 탈착형으로 구비하여 세탁시 용이함을 발휘할 수 있도록 구성하는 것을 특징으로 하는 임산부용 조끼타입 복대.
  5. 제 1항에 있어서,
    상기 암형 벨크로(121)는 복대본체(110)의 앞부분 일측 외면에 위치하여 수평 배치 및 다수를 길이방향으로 간격지게 다단 배열하고, 상기 숫형 벨크로(122)는 복대본체(110)의 앞부분 타측 내면에 위치하여 일자형태로 수직 배치하며;
    상기 고리부(132)는 복대본체(110)의 앞부분 하단 외면 일측에 위치하여 측면 방향으로 간격지게 다단 배열함으로써 후크부(131)의 체결력을 조절 및 복부 지지력을 높일 수 있도록 구성하는 것을 특징으로 하는 임산부용 조끼타입 복대.
  6. 제 1항에 있어서,
    상기 암형 벨크로(121) 상에는 고리부(182)를 등간격으로 다단 배열하여 고정 배치하며;
    상기 숫형 벨크로(122) 상에는 상기 고리부(182)에 걸어 체결력 및 지지력을 더할 수 있도록 후크부(181)를 고정 배치하여 복부 지지력을 높일 수 있도록 구성하는 것을 특징으로 하는 임산부용 조끼타입 복대.
