连接模块11,用于连接智能家居控制设备。本发明实施例中,智能家居控制设备为:智能家居遥控器、移动终端或可穿戴式设备。连接模块具体可以通过有线网络或者是无线WIFI与智能家居控制设备连接,当通过无线WIFI与智能家居控制设备连接时,连接模块11具体为无线网卡。
接收模块12,用于接收所述智能家居控制设备发送的设备运行数据和用户数据,其中,所述设备运行数据和所述用户数据分别为:在用户使用至少两个智能家居设备的过程中,所述智能家居控制设备控制所述至少两个智能家居设备采集所述至少两个智能家居设备的设备运行数据和所述用户的用户 数据;
具体来讲,智能家居控制设备在用户使用至少两个智能家居设备的过程中,采集至少两个智能家居设备的设备运行数据,同时还采集用户的用户数据,在智能家居控制设备通过连接模块11连接至云服务平台后,将采集到的设备运行数据和用户数据发送至处理模块13。
处理模块13用于对所述设备运行数据和所述用户数据进行分析,产生分析结果,并判断所述分析结果是否满足预设条件,例如:判断所述分析结果是否用于向所述用户推荐所述至少两个智能家居设备的使用模式;或判断所述分析结果是否表征所述至少两个智能家居设备中有智能家居设备发生故障;或判断所述分析结果是否表征所述至少两个智能家居设备中有智能家居设备的软件需要更新。
发送模块14,用于在处理模块13判断所述分析结果满足所述预设条件时,发送所述分析结果给所述用户的用户设备,以使所述用户能够基于所述用户设备接收并输出的所述分析结果对所述至少两个智能家居设备进行管理。其中,用户设备为:智能家居设备、移动终端或可穿戴式设备。
本发明实施例提供的云服务平台对智能家居控制设备发送的设备运行数据和用户数据进行分析,而设备运行数据和用户数据是智能家居设备采集到的,所以云服务平台与智能家居控制设备、智能家居设备之间存在数据传输。本发明实施例中,提供一种包括智能家居控制设备和至少两个智能家居设备的信息处理系统。请参考图2,图2为本发明实施例提供的一种信息处理系统的模块图。信息处理系统20包括:至少两个智能家居设备21和智能家居控制设备22。
如图2所示,至少两个智能家居设备21,包括:智能家居设备1、智能家居设备2至智能家居设备n。智能家居设备可以为:智能电视、智能冰箱、智能空调、智能烟灶等。
首先对至少两个智能家居设备21中每个智能家居设备进行详细说明。
请参考图3,智能家居设备包括:
第一设备连接模块31,用于连接所述智能家居控制设备;
第一接收模块32,用于接收所述智能家居控制设备发送的数据采集指令;
数据采集模块33,用于采集所述至少两个智能家居设备的设备运行数据和所述用户的用户数据;
第一发送模块34,用于向所述智能家居控制设备发送所述设备运行数据和所述用户数据。
接下来对智能家居控制设备22做详细说明。
请参考图2,智能家居控制设备包括:
第二设备连接模块41,用于连接所述至少两个智能家居设备和所述云服务平台;
第二发送模块42,用于在用户使用所述至少两个智能家居设备的过程中,向所述至少两个智能家居设备发送数据采集指令,还用于向所述云服务平台发送所述设备运行数据和所述用户数据;
第二接收模块43,用于接收所述至少两个智能家居设备发送的所述设备运行数据和所述用户数据。
如图2所示,信息处理系统20还与云服务平台10相连。
请参考图4,图4为本发明实施例提供的一种信息处理方法的流程图。本发明实施例提供的信息处理方法应用于图1所示的云服务平台。信息处理方法包括以下步骤:
步骤51:接收智能家居控制设备发送的设备运行数据和用户数据,其中,所述设备运行数据和所述用户数据分别为:在用户使用至少两个智能家居设备的过程中,所述智能家居控制设备控制所述至少两个智能家居设备采集所述至少两个智能家居设备的运行数据和所述用户的数据;
步骤52:对所述设备运行数据和所述用户数据进行分析,产生分析结果;
步骤53:判断所述分析结果是否满足预设条件;
步骤54:在所述分析结果满足预设条件时,发送所述分析结果给所述用户的用户设备,以使所述用户能够基于所述用户设备接收并输出的所述分析 结果对所述至少两个智能家居设备进行管理。
首先对步骤51的实现过程做详细说明。
在用户使用至少两个智能家居设备的过程中,至少两个智能家居设备中每个智能家居设备都包括数据采集模块,具有采集设备运行数据和用户数据的功能。其中,设备运行数据可以是设备本身的信息,如硬件型号、使用年限、软件版本等,还可以是设备在运行过程中产生的数据,如设备运行状态等。用户数据可以是用户的使用习惯。
智能家居设备通过第一设备连接模块与智能家居控制设备的第二设备连接模块连接,智能家居设备受智能家居设备的控制,智能家居控制设备通过第二发送模块向智能家居设备发送数据采集指令,智能家居设备的第一接收模块接收到数据采集指令后,通过数据采集模块采集设备运行数据和用户数据,然后通过第一发送模块发送至智能家居控制设备,智能家居控制设备通过第二接收模块接收设备运行数据和用户数据。
智能家居控制设备通过第二设备连接模块与云服务平台的连接模块相连,通过第二发送模块将设备运行数据和用户数据发送至云服务平台。云服务平台通过接收模块接收设备运行数据和用户数据。
在云服务平台通过步骤51获得设备运行数据和用户数据后,执行步骤52。
具体来讲,云服务平台的处理模块对设备运行数据和用户数据进行分析,产生分析结果。由于设备运行数据有多个,用户数据也有多个,所以处理模块对大量数据进行分析,产生分析结果。
然后执行步骤53:判断分析结果是否满足预设条件。包括:判断所述分析结果是否用于向所述用户推荐所述至少两个智能家居设备的使用模式;或判断所述分析结果是否表征所述至少两个智能家居设备有智能家居设备发生故障;或判断所述分析结果是否表征所述至少两个智能家居设备中有智能家居设备的软件需要更新。
具体来讲,因为云服务平台的处理模块对多个用户数据进行分析,所以可以获得多个用户使用智能家居设备的使用模式是什么,进而分析结果可以 为:大多数用户使用智能家居设备的使用模式是什么,然后向用户推荐大多数用户所使用的使用模式。
或者云服务平台的处理模块对多个设备运行数据进行分析,通过比较同一型号的智能家居设备的运行数据,可以确定用户所使用的智能家居设备是否发生故障。所以分析结果可以为:用户所使用的智能家居设备发生故障。
或者云服务平台的处理模块对多个设备运行数据进行分析,所以可以获得多个同一型号的智能家居设备的软件版本是什么,通过比较同一型号的智能家居设备的软件版本,可以确定用户所使用的智能家居设备的软件是否需要更新。进而分析结果可以为:用户所使用的智能家居设备需要软件更新。
根据执行步骤53后获得的判断结果,可以执行步骤54。
具体来讲,在云服务平台的处理模块判断分析结果满足预设条件时,通过发送模块发送分析结果给用户的用户设备,用户设备接收并输出分析结果,用户根据分析结果对至少两个智能家居设备进行管理。
举例来讲,在分析结果用于向用户推荐大多数用户所使用的使用模式时,用户设备可以是用户所使用的智能家居设备本身,还可以是移动终端或智能家居控制设备。云服务平台的发送模块将分析结果发送至用户设备,用户设备接收并输出分析结果,用户获知大多数用户所使用的使用模式是什么,然后设置智能家居设备的使用模式为云服务平台所推荐的使用模式,或者通过智能家居控制设备控制智能家居设备的使用模式为云服务平台所推荐的使用模式。
在分析结果表征用户所使用的智能家居设备发生故障时,用户设备可以是用户所使用的智能家居设备本身,还可以是移动终端或智能家居控制设备。云服务平台的发送模块将分析结果发送至用户设备,然后在用户设备上输出故障信息,用户获知智能家居设备发生故障,通过用户设备通知维修人员对智能家居设备进行维修。
在分析结果表征用户所使用的智能家居设备的软件需要更新时,用户设备可以是用户所使用的智能家居设备本身,还可以是移动终端或智能家居控 制设备。云服务平台的发送模块将分析结果发送至用户设备,然后在用户设备上输出软件版本更新信息,用户获知智能家居设备的软件需要更新,然后更新智能家居设备的软件为最新版本,或者通过智能家居控制设备控制智能家居设备的软件更新为最新版本。
尽管已描述了本发明的优选实施例,但本领域内的技术人员一旦得知了基本创造性概念,则可对这些实施例做出另外的变更和修改。所以,所附权利要求意欲解释为包括优选实施例以及落入本发明范围的所有变更和修改。
显然,本领域的技术人员可以对本发明进行各种改动和变型而不脱离本发明的精神和范围。这样,倘若本发明的这些修改和变型属于本发明权利要求及其等同技术的范围之内,则本发明也意图包含这些改动和变型在内。

Claims (9)

  1. 一种信息处理方法,其特征在于,应用于云服务平台,所述方法包括:
    接收智能家居控制设备发送的设备运行数据和用户数据,其中,所述设备运行数据和所述用户数据分别为:在用户使用至少两个智能家居设备的过程中,所述智能家居控制设备控制所述至少两个智能家居设备采集所述至少两个智能家居设备的运行数据和所述用户的用户数据;
    对所述设备运行数据和所述用户数据进行分析,产生分析结果;
    判断所述分析结果是否满足预设条件;
    在所述分析结果满足预设条件时,发送所述分析结果给所述用户的用户设备,以使所述用户能够基于所述用户设备接收并输出的所述分析结果对所述至少两个智能家居设备进行管理。
  2. 如权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于,所述判断所述分析结果是否满足预设条件,包括:
    判断所述分析结果是否用于向所述用户推荐所述至少两个智能家居设备的使用模式;或
    判断所述分析结果是否表征所述至少两个智能家居设备有智能家居设备发生故障;或
    判断所述分析结果是否表征所述至少两个智能家居设备中有智能家居设备的软件需要更新。
  3. 一种云服务平台,其特征在于,所述云服务平台包括:
    连接模块,用于连接智能家居控制设备;
    接收模块,用于接收所述智能家居控制设备发送的设备运行数据和用户数据,其中,所述设备运行数据和所述用户数据分别为:在用户使用至少两个智能家居设备的过程中,所述智能家居控制设备控制所述至少两个智能家居设备采集所述至少两个智能家居设备的设备运行数据和所述用户的用户数据;
    处理模块,用于对所述设备运行数据和所述用户数据进行分析,产生分析结果,并判断所述分析结果是否满足预设条件;
    发送模块,用于在所述分析结果满足所述预设条件时,发送所述分析结果给所述用户的用户设备,以使所述用户能够基于所述用户设备接收并输出的所述分析结果对所述至少两个智能家居设备进行管理。
  4. 如权利要求3所述的云服务平台,其特征在于,所述处理模块用于:
    判断所述分析结果是否用于向所述用户推荐所述至少两个智能家居设备的使用模式;或
    判断所述分析结果是否表征所述至少两个智能家居设备中有智能家居设备发生故障;或
    判断所述分析结果是否表征所述至少两个智能家居设备中有智能家居设备的软件需要更新。
  5. 一种信息处理系统,其特征在于,所述系统包括:
    至少两个智能家居设备;
    智能家居控制设备,与所述至少两个智能家居设备连接,用于在用户使用所述至少两个智能家居设备的过程中,控制所述至少两个智能家居设备采集所述至少两个智能家居设备的设备运行数据和所述用户的用户数据;
    其中,所述智能家居控制设备用于将所述设备运行数据和所述用户数据发送给与所述智能家居控制设备连接的云服务平台,所述云服务平台用于对所述设备运行数据和所述用户数据进行分析,产生分析结果;并在所述分析结果满足预设条件时,发送所述分析结果给所述用户的用户设备,以使所述用户能够基于所述用户设备接收并输出的所述分析结果对所述至少两个智能家居设备进行管理。
  6. 如权利要求5所述的系统,其特征在于,所述至少两个智能家居设备中每个智能家居设备包括:
    第一设备连接模块,用于连接所述智能家居控制设备;
    第一接收模块,用于接收所述智能家居控制设备发送的数据采集指令;
    数据采集模块,用于采集所述至少两个智能家居设备的设备运行数据和所述用户的用户数据;
    第一发送模块,用于向所述智能家居控制设备发送所述设备运行数据和所述用户数据。
  7. 如权利要求6所述的系统,其特征在于,所述智能家居控制设备包括:
    第二设备连接模块,用于连接所述至少两个智能家居设备和所述云服务平台;
    第二发送模块,用于在用户使用所述至少两个智能家居设备的过程中,向所述至少两个智能家居设备发送数据采集指令,还用于向所述云服务平台发送所述设备运行数据和所述用户数据;
    第二接收模块,用于接收所述至少两个智能家居设备发送的所述设备运行数据和所述用户数据。
  8. 如权利要求5-7中任一权项所述的系统,其特征在于,所述用户设备为:智能家居设备、移动终端或可穿戴式设备。
  9. 如权利要求5-7中任一权项所述的系统,其特征在于,所述智能家居控制设备为:智能家居遥控器、移动终端或可穿戴式设备。
