本申请发明人在实现本申请实施例技术方案的过程中,至少发现相关技术中存在如下技术问题:
随着移动通讯的发展,特别是LTE技术的发展,高速无线通讯带来了更高的功耗,对于移动终端的功耗需求越来越严格,需要采用更新的技术来降低功耗,特别是LTE发展初期,需要兼容之前的网络制式,也使得电源的设计更加复杂。终端类产品需要一种更加省电,更加兼容的电源设计方案。
然而,目前的终端电源模块改进并不大,仍然采用传统的设计,如传统BUCK电源的设计。对于LTE PA,为了更加省电,发展出了APT技术,设计了APT电源,但由于需要单独增加APT电源单位,对终端的成本和面积造成不利影响。BUCK电源和APT电源适用的应用场景不同,对于不同的应用场景分别采用不同的电源设计,不够灵活。
目前,需要解决的问题是:为进一步提升用户体验,需要解决传统电源效率不高和新APT电源兼容性不好的问题,然而,现有技术中并未存在综合两者的特点和共性,可兼容两者的电源设计方案。

本发明实施例的一种实现复合输出的电源控制方法,所述方法包括:
步骤101、检测模式切换需求,得到检测结果;
步骤102、在所述检测结果为由第一模式切换到第二模式时,侦测第一信号得到切换后的第二电压值,所述第二电压值为对应于所述第二模式的目标电压值;
步骤103、在所述检测结果为由第二模式切换到第一模式时,侦测第二信号得到切换后的第一电压值,所述第一电压值为对应于所述第一模式的目标电压值。
这里,步骤102和步骤103可以任选一个执行,也可以都执行,且顺序可以互相调换。
在本发明实施例一实施方式中,所述检测模式切换需求,包括:根据切换信号检测模式切换需求。
在本发明实施例一实施方式中,所述在所述检测结果为由第一模式切换到第二模式时,侦测第一信号得到切换后的第二电压值,所述第二电压值为对应于所述第二模式的目标电压值,包括:
在所述切换信号的控制下,由第一模式切换到第二模式时,将切换开关切换到与第二脉冲宽度调制PWM信号源相连;
所述第二PWM信号源的输出频率为可变频率。
在本发明实施例一实施方式中,所述在所述检测结果为由第二模式切换到第一模式时,侦测第二信号得到切换后的第一电压值,所述第一电压值为对应于所述第一模式的目标电压值,包括:
在所述切换信号的控制下,由第二模式切换到第一模式时,将切换开关切换到与第一PWM信号源相连;所述第一PWM信号源的输出频率为固定频率。
在本发明实施例一实施方式中,所述方法还包括:
输入端电源通过开关管和电感对负载供电,并同时对电感充电;
当开关管导通时,电感电流增加,电感储备能量,电感中储存的能量通过续流二极管形成的回路,对负载积蓄供电;
当开关管闭合时,电感电流减少,电感释放所储备的能量。
以一个现实应用场景为例对本发明实施例阐述如下:
如图1所示为现有普通BUCK电源的原理图,图1揭示了现有BUCK电源的工作原理为:输入端电源Vg通过开关管S和电感L对负载R供电,并同时对电感L充电。这里,由于电感的自身特性,相当于恒流源,因此,能起到积蓄能量,传递能量的作用。而储能电容C由于其特性,能起到滤波的作用。电感L中储存的能量通过续流二极管D形成的回路,对负载R积蓄供电,从而保证负载获得持续的电流。
当开关管S导通时,电感电流增加,电感储能。当开关管S闭合时,电感电流减少,电感释放能量。开关管导通的速率是MHz级别的,加上后级电容的储能效应,使得充放电达到平衡,保持了电压的稳定。
现有BUCK电源包括:输入端电源Vg,开关管S、电感L、负载R(或称为电阻)、储能电容C,通过输入端电源Vg产生的输入电流Is经开关管S和电感L后,得到输出电流Iout,对负载R进行供电,并同时对电感L充电。其中,开关管S、电感L分别与第一连接点相连,电感L和储能电
容C分别与第二连接点相连。图1中还包括开关管S控制端输出的脉冲宽度调制(PWM)信号,该PWM信号的输出频率是固定频率。
现有BUCK电源还包括续流二极管D,续流二极管D也与该第一连接点相连,电感L中储存的能量通过续流二极管D形成的回路,对负载R积蓄供电。
如图2所示为现有APT电源的原理图,APT电源结构是在现有BUCK电源基础上发展而来的,与现有BUCK电源类似的结构和原理这里不做赘述,请参见上述对图1中现有BUCK电源类似的结构和原理描述。图2揭示了现有APT电源的工作原理为:外部负载通过对自身功率的检测,通过DAC输出一个模拟电压VCON,输入到APT电源内。VCON来控制内部PWM信号的输出频率,该PWM信号的输出频率为可变频率,从而使APT输出一个按照VCON来变化的电压值。在LTE终端上,由于其可变电压输出的特性,在轻载时输出低电压,在重载时输出高电压,使得整体的电源输出和应用场景相匹配,从而达到省电的目的。
对比图1和图2可知:由于BUCK电源和APT电源两者在实际结构上还是有所不同,APT电源还包括一个新增的控制单元,且在VCON的控制下,实现控制内部PWM信号的输出频率,从而使APT输出一个按照VCON来变化的电压值。所以在目前所有的方案中未做到兼容。使得使用了普通BUCK的电源就不能使用APT电源,使用了APT电源就不能使用普通BUCK的电源,从而增加了终端成本、降低了设计灵活性。
本应用场景采用本发明实施例,针对BUCK电源和APT电源在设计上无法兼容的问题所展开,综合BUCK电源和APT电源的特点和共性,设计的可兼容两者的电源方案,具体可以为复合输出的BUCK电源方案,能提高效率,降低功耗,增加设计灵活度,使得一个电源设计方案能同时支持传统的电源(BUCK电源)和新标准的APT电源,具体描述如下:
所述复合输出的BUCK电源方案(或称为实现兼容电源输出单元的方案)结合BUCK电源和APT电源的特点和原理,通过创新的电路设计来达到二者合一的设计目的,使得两者兼容,可以做到一个电源模块内。所述复合输出的BUCK电源方案,其主体架构如上述图1-图2类似,仍包含:电流源Vg、开关管S、电感L、储能电容C、续流二极管D等,如图3所示为本应用场景应用本发明实施例的一个复合输出的BUCK电源方案的一个实例的结构图,所述创新的电路设计重点在于控制单元的设计,具体可以为PWM控制单元,在开关管S的控制端增加了一个高速的切换开关,在切换信号(SWITCHSIGN)的控制下通过该高速的切换开关可以在固定频率(PWM1)和VCON转换频率(PWM2)之间进行切换,从而达到兼容普通BUCK和APT功能的作用,该高速的切换开关可通过一个外部管脚或寄存器来控制切换。
这里需要指出的是,当需要使用普通BUCK时,切换到固定PWM频率信号源,开关管S通过一个固定频率来控制,得到一个固定电压输出值。
这里需要指出的是,当需要使用APT功能时,切换到VCON转换的PWM频率信号源,开关管S通过一个可变频率来控制,得到一个可变电压输出值。
这里需要指出的是,BUCK和APT功能两者的切换可在场景切换中进行,也可以在开关和场景切换同时进行。
基于上述图3所示的结构,具体的切换步骤包括:1)外部SWITCHSIGN信号发出后,表示开启切换流程;2)切换是普通BUCK切到APT功能时,控制单元通过侦测VCON得到切换后的电压值,将普通BUCK的电压进行重新设置,达到和APT的目标电压值(通过PWM2产生的值)相同;3)切换是APT功能切到普通BUCK时,控制单元通过侦测普通BUCK的预设值得到切换后的电压值,将APT功能下的电压值进行重新设置,和普通
BUCK的目标电压值(通过PWM1产生的值)相同;4)将两个开关同时打开,两组电压输出值联通,由于电压值相等,不会产生漏电;5)快速进行切换,关闭被切换到的通道,实现切换后的通道供电,实现电压无缝切换。
本发明实施例所述集成的模块如果以软件功能模块的形式实现并作为独立的产品销售或使用时,也可以存储在一个计算机可读取存储介质中。基于这样的理解,本发明实施例的技术方案本质上或者说对现有技术做出贡献的部分可以以软件产品的形式体现出来,该计算机软件产品存储在一个存储介质中,包括若干指令用以使得一台计算机设备(可以是个人计算机、服务器、或者网络设备等)执行本发明各个实施例所述方法的全部或部分。而前述的存储介质包括:U盘、移动硬盘、只读存储器(ROM,Read-Only Memory)、随机存取存储器(RAM,Random Access Memory)、磁碟或者光盘等各种可以存储程序代码的介质。这样,本发明实施例不限制于任何特定的硬件和软件结合。
相应的,本发明实施例还提供一种计算机存储介质,其中存储有计算机程序,该计算机程序用于执行本发明实施例的实现复合输出的电源控制方法。
以上所述,仅为本发明的较佳实施例而已,并非用于限定本发明的保护范围。
采用本发明实施例,有模式切换需求时,根据模式切换需求,以及通过信号侦测得到对应模式切换的目标电压值,得到切换后的目标电压值,可以在一个控制装置中实现多个模式间的切换,比如,在BUCK和APT功能模式间切换,从而实现了综合多个模式特点和共性的可兼容的电源设计方案。
Claims (10)
- 一种实现复合输出的电源控制装置,所述装置包括:检测单元、控制单元;其中,检测单元,配置为检测模式切换需求,将检测结果传输给控制单元;控制单元,配置为在所述检测结果为由第一模式切换到第二模式时,侦测第一信号得到切换后的第二电压值,所述第二电压值为对应于所述第二模式的目标电压值;及,在所述检测结果为由第二模式切换到第一模式时,侦测第二信号得到切换后的第一电压值,所述第一电压值为对应于所述第一模式的目标电压值。
- 根据权利要求1所述的装置,其中,所述检测单元,还配置为根据切换信号检测模式切换需求。
- 根据权利要求2所述的装置,其中,所述装置还包括:切换开关,配置为在所述切换信号的控制下,由第一模式切换到第二模式时,切换到与第二脉冲宽度调制PWM信号源相连;所述第二PWM信号源的输出频率为可变频率;及,在所述切换信号的控制下,由第二模式切换到第一模式时,切换到与第一PWM信号源相连;所述第一PWM信号源的输出频率为固定频率。
- 根据权利要求3所述的装置,其中,所述切换开关位于开关管的控制端。
- 根据权利要求4所述的装置,其中,所述装置还包括:输入端电源,所述开关管、电感、负载、储能电容、续流二极管;所述输入端电源与所述开关管相连,所述输入端电源连接到所述续流二极管,所述开关管与第一连接点相连,所述第一连接点与所述电感相连,所述第一连接点还与所述续流二极管相连,所述续流二极管连接到所述储 能电容和所述负载,所述负载接地;所述电感与第二连接点相连,所述第二连接点与所述储能电容相连,所述第二连接点还与所述负载相连;所述切换开关在所述模式切换时分别与所述第一PWM信号源或所述第二PWM信号源相连,所述第二PWM信号源与所述控制单元相连;所述控制单元与电源外部的外部负载相连。
- 一种实现复合输出的电源控制方法,所述方法包括:检测模式切换需求,得到检测结果;在所述检测结果为由第一模式切换到第二模式时,侦测第一信号得到切换后的第二电压值,所述第二电压值为对应于所述第二模式的目标电压值;在所述检测结果为由第二模式切换到第一模式时,侦测第二信号得到切换后的第一电压值,所述第一电压值为对应于所述第一模式的目标电压值。
- 根据权利要求6所述的方法,其中,所述检测模式切换需求,包括:根据切换信号检测模式切换需求。
- 根据权利要求7所述的方法,其中,所述在所述检测结果为由第一模式切换到第二模式时,侦测第一信号得到切换后的第二电压值,所述第二电压值为对应于所述第二模式的目标电压值,包括:在所述切换信号的控制下,由第一模式切换到第二模式时,将切换开关切换到与第二脉冲宽度调制PWM信号源相连;所述第二PWM信号源的输出频率为可变频率。
- 根据权利要求7所述的方法,其中,所述在所述检测结果为由第二模式切换到第一模式时,侦测第二信号得到切换后的第一电压值,所述第一电压值为对应于所述第一模式的目标电压值,包括:在所述切换信号的控制下,由第二模式切换到第一模式时,将切换开关切换到与第一PWM信号源相连;所述第一PWM信号源的输出频率为固定频率。
- 根据权利要求8或9所述的方法,其中,所述方法还包括:输入端电源通过开关管和电感对负载供电,并同时对电感充电;当开关管导通时,电感电流增加,电感储备能量,电感中储存的能量通过续流二极管形成的回路,对负载积蓄供电;当开关管闭合时,电感电流减少,电感释放所储备的能量。
