在本实施方式中,无论采用何种控制气嘴8气压的方式均是为了获得不同尺寸雾状美容液颗粒;在本实施方式中,在不改变气嘴8喷射出的空气压力的情况下,如果要改变喷射出的雾状颗粒直径,还可以通过更换不同尺寸的喷雾嘴9来实现;当更换为较小尺径的喷雾嘴9时,单位时间内通过负压区域内的美容液将会减少,从而导致形成的雾状美容液颗粒的尺寸变小,单位人体面积上喷涂的雾状美容液会减少,有时需要多次喷涂。
在本实施方式中,所述气泵3中吸入的是普通空气,空气中存在水分,当对这样的空气加压后喷出时,空气中的水分颗粒也将一同喷出,由于高压空气中水分颗粒的存在,当水分颗粒与所述雾状美容液颗粒接触后,将会使这些雾状美容液颗粒中的多个汇聚在一起,从而形成更大直径的雾状美容液颗粒。所以在气泵3中吸入的普通空气中的水分会直接影响了喷涂到人体皮肤上 的美容液颗粒的大小,不利于皮肤吸收,有必要对吸入的空气中的水分进行必要的过滤。
参阅图3,进一步的,所述压控装置包括调压阀5,所述调压阀5用于调整所述出气管道6内的气体压力。该调压阀5安装在所述气嘴8的前端,该调压阀5能够对出气管道6内的空气压力进行无极调控。
在本实施方式中,通过调压阀5的无级调控的方式可以对所述气嘴8中喷射出的空气压力进行更加细微的调节,从而进一步的调节雾状美容液颗粒的大小,这样能够针对不同的美容液做出精细化的控制。
请参阅图4,进一步的,在其他实施方式中,所述压控装置为PWM调节电路12,所述PWM调节电路12连接在所述外置电源1及电机2之间,通过调节电源的输出信号,利用PWM脉冲调制控制电机2的功率,从而进一步控制气泵3的压缩功率,间接的达到控制气压的功能。利用这种控制方式,可以通过控制电参数实现,这样就为该设备的智能控制化提供了先决条件,例如通过添加其他电子模块通过无线控制方式实现PWM脉冲信号的控制成为一种可能。
请参阅图5,当然,在本发明的其他实施方式中,所述压控装置可以同时包括所述调压阀5及所述PWM调节电路12。
请参阅图6,进一步的,在其他实施方式中,所述加压装置A还包括储气罐13,所述储气罐13用于稳定所述出气管道内的空气压力和流量,同时起到缓冲作用,从而使空气流不间断的形成雾状喷射。
由于加压装置A内的空气压力需要调节,压力经常变化的空气可能会对该加压装置A的部分位置造成潜在危害,例如对气嘴8附近造成固定松动,所以为了安全,同时也为了给使用者提供好的感官感受,增加的储气罐13可以使气嘴8喷出的气体更加均匀。
请参阅图7至图9,为了对所述气泵3吸入的空气进一步的处理,在其他实施方式中,所述加压装置A还包括分离装置14,所述分离装置14主要用于对出气管道内的空气进行干燥或清洁。
进一步的,当所述分离装置14具有干燥功能时,所述干燥装置用于吸收所述出气管道内空气的水分,此时,所述干燥装置为气液分离装置15、旋风分离装置16及直接吸湿装置中的至少一种。
所述气液分离装置15具有分离腔,所述分离腔的两端分别连接有进气口及 出气口,在所述分离腔内装有用于过滤水汽的颗粒状硅胶151或竹炭;当空气进入该分离腔后,硅胶151及竹炭将会将空气中的水分子吸附,从而达到干燥空气的目的,所述竹炭同时还可以吸附空气中的大直径颗粒,起到部分清洁的作用。
所述旋风分离装置16包括过滤腔161,及设置在过滤腔161内的螺旋状气管,所述过滤腔161上分别设置有水气进口162、净空气出口163及水分出口164,干燥空气从所述净空气出口163流出。
所述空气进入过滤腔161之后将会长时间流经在过滤腔161内的螺旋状气管,由于向心力的存在,空气中直径逐渐增加的水分颗粒将会不受向心力的影响从螺旋状气管中脱离,从而达到干燥的目的。
当所述分离装置14具有清洁功能时,所述清洁装置用于清洁出气管道内的固体颗粒及其杂质,一般这样的清洁装置包括:清洁腔、设置在清洁腔内的硅胶151颗粒及在清洁腔内的出气口及进气口附近放置的丝棉152,所述硅胶151能将空气中的大颗粒分子过滤,然后经过丝棉152后流出。所述丝棉152主要是为了防止鬼将颗粒的泄漏,同时还可以使进出所述过滤腔161内的空气更加缓和,起到缓冲的作用。
本发明的美容液雾化喷涂装置的基本原理是通过气泵3对出气管道6内的空气加压,并将高压气体经气嘴8喷出,该高压气体在喷出路径上将美容液雾化后,喷涂在人体表面;该装置可以通过调压阀5或PWM调节电路12精细化控制出气管道6内的空气压力,进而控制雾状液体颗粒的大小;或者通过更换不同孔径规格的气嘴8、更换不同孔径规格的喷雾嘴9在喷射出的空气压力不变的情况下控制雾状液体颗粒的大小;本申请的装置也可以在控制空气压力的情况下,同时更换气嘴8或喷雾嘴9。
本申请的装置采用将美容液雾化后喷涂在人体表面的方式能够提高对该美容液的吸收效率,具体的当喷涂在人体皮肤上的薄层雾状美容液颗粒的直径小于人体皮肤的毛孔时,所述美容液体,例如爽肤水、化妆水、精华液等将会快速的进入人体皮肤的角质层下,被皮肤细胞快速的吸收,能够提高美容液体的吸收效率;同时还能够实现对液体雾状颗粒的直径的控制,针对不同的吸收特性采用不同的颗粒直径;本申请整个装置结构简单,应用方便。
以上所述,对于本领域的普通技术人员来说,可以根据本发明的技术方案 和技术构思作出其他各种相应的改变和变形,而所有这些改变和变形都应属于本发明权利要求的保护范围。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种美容液雾化喷涂装置,其特征在于,所述美容液雾化喷涂装置包括:
    加压装置,所述加压装置包括用于喷射高压空气的气嘴;
    液体容器,用于盛装美容液;
    其中,所述液体容器通过出雾管道将美容液导流至喷雾嘴,所述喷雾嘴位于所述气嘴附近,所述气嘴喷出的高压空气使得所述喷雾嘴附近产生负压;所述美容液流向负压区,所述高压气体将负压区中的美容液以一定发散角度雾状喷出;所述气嘴的喷射压力能够调节。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的美容液雾化喷涂装置,其特征在于,所述气嘴或所述喷雾嘴包括具有不同孔径大小的可更换的不同型号。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的美容液雾化喷涂装置,其特征在于,所述加压装置还包括通过出气管道依次连接在所述气嘴前端的管道开关、压控装置及气泵,所述管道开关与所述气嘴连接;所述管道开关用于打开或者关闭所述出气管道从而控制所述气泵工作或者停止;所述压控装置用于控制所述气嘴喷射出的空气的压力;所述气泵用于对空气压缩产生高压空气。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的美容液雾化喷涂装置,其特征在于,所述加压装置还包括分离装置,所述分离装置用于对出气管道内空气干燥或清洁。
  5. 根据权利要求1、3、4任一项所述的美容液雾化喷涂装置,其特征在于,所述加压装置还包括储气罐,所述储气罐用于稳定所述出气管道内的空气压力和流量,从而使空气流不间断的形成雾状喷射。
  6. 根据权利要求3所述的美容液雾化喷涂装置,其特征在于,所述压控装置包括调压阀,所述调压阀用于调整所述出气管道内的气体压力。
  7. 根据权利要求3所述的美容液雾化喷涂装置,其特征在于,所述压控装置包括PWM调节电路,所述PWM调节电路用于调节所述电机功率,从而控制所述气泵的输出气压。
  8. 根据权利要求4所述的美容液雾化喷涂装置,其特征在于,所述分离装置包括干燥装置,所述干燥装置用于吸收所述出气管道内空气的水分,所述干燥装置为气液分离装置、旋风分离装置及直接吸湿装置中的至少一种。
  9. 根据权利要求4或8所述的美容液雾化喷涂装置,其特征在于,所述分离装置包括清洁装置,所述清洁装置用于清洁出气管道内的固体颗粒及其杂 质。
  10. 根据权利要求8所述的美容液雾化喷涂装置,其特征在于,所述气液分离装置具有分离腔,所述分离腔的两端分别连接有进气口及出气口,在所述分离腔内装有用于过滤水汽的颗粒状硅胶或竹炭;所述旋风分离装置包括过滤腔,所述过滤腔上分别设置有水气进口、净空气出口及水分出口,干燥空气从所述净空气出口流出。
