本发明方案一:设有床架、床垫、按摩机构和与该按摩机构相连的按摩头,其特殊之处是所述床垫上设有长形孔,所述床架于床垫下方安装有与所述长形孔平行的滑轨,所述按摩头与所述长形孔平行对应,所述按摩机构设有一竖向往复板,该竖向往复板的左面安装有可卸地连接所述按摩头的升降装置,竖向往复板的右方设有竖轨固定板,竖向往复板右面所连的滑块A配合于所述竖轨固定板左面所连的竖向滑轨,所述竖向往复板上设有电机A,电机A的偏心轴A与竖轨固定板之间连有上下方向拉动的连杆A;所述竖轨固定板右面连有滑块,该滑块配合于所述滑轨。
本发明方案二:设有床架、床垫、按摩机构和与该按摩机构相连的按摩头,其特征是所述床垫上开有长形孔,所述床架于床垫下方安装有与所述长形孔平行的滑轨,所述按摩头与所述长形孔平行对应,所述按摩机构设有一竖向往复板,该竖向往复板的左面安装有可卸地连接所述按摩头的升降装置,竖向往复板的右方设有竖轨固定板,竖向往复板右面所连的滑块A配合于所述竖轨固定板左面所连的竖向滑轨,所述竖向往复板上设有电机A,电机A的偏心轴A与竖轨固定板之间连有上下方向拉动的连杆A;
所述竖轨固定板右方设有一轴套固定板,该轴套固定板下侧铰接有一定位板,所述竖轨固定板右面连有轴销,轴套固定板上连有轴套,所述轴销配合于轴套;所述定位板上安装有电机B,竖轨固定板上安装有电机C,电机B的偏心轴B与竖轨固定板之间连有前后方向拉动的连杆B,电机C的偏心轴C与定位板之间连有左右方向拉动的连杆C;所述定位定板上连有定位器B和滑块,该滑块配合于所述滑轨。
所述方案一中,可以在所述床体于床面下方安装有与所述长形孔平行的丝杆,所述竖轨固定板上连有丝母体,该丝母体配于所述丝杆。
所述方案二中,所述的两用床,其特征是所述床架于床垫下方安装有与所述长形孔平行的丝杆,所述定位板上连有丝母体,该丝母体配合于所述丝杆。
所述方案一或方案二的优选:是所述床架于床垫下方安装有与所述长形孔平行对应的滑轨是指所述所述床架于床垫下方安装有与所述长形孔平行的安装架,该安装架由平行相间的左撑板、右撑板和固定于该左、右撑板两端的端板构成,所述滑轨设置于该安装架。
更优选是所述床架上安装有与该床架相应的与所述安装架连接的端部横档或可拆卸式固定支架,所述可拆卸式固定支架设有左直档、右直档、前横档和后横档,该左、右直档和前、后横档相互拼接构成矩形框架,该矩形框架角部连有支撑脚。
本发明可以在所述床垫上的长形孔为相互平行的两个长形孔,该两个长形孔分别设于床垫的近左侧部位和近右侧部位,所述按摩机构有两个,一按摩机构的按摩头对应一长形孔,另一按摩机构的按摩头对应另一长形孔。
本发明设所述固定支架的,可以在所述可拆卸式固定支架上设两个所述的安装架,分别位于可拆卸式固定支架的近左侧和近右侧,所述按摩机构有两个,分别一一对应所述安装架。
本发明所述按摩头的升降装置可以是电动推杆,也可以是由上端与所述按摩头连接的导向杆和导向杆升降组件组成,该导向杆升降组件为以下A型、B型、C型、D型中的一种:
A型 由电机D和电机D输出轴所连的丝杆D组成,丝杆D配合于所述导向杆下部的丝母套;
B型 由电机E、同步轮、同步带和丝杆E组成,同步带配套于电机E和丝杆E的同步轮,丝杆E配合于所述导向杆下部的丝母套;
C型 由电机F、丝杆F、丝母体和机械臂组成,丝母体配合于电机F输出轴所连丝杆F,机械臂一端连于丝母体,机械臂另一端连于所述导向杆导向杆;
D型 由竖向滑轨B、滑块B、连接板、齿条、齿轮和电机G组成,竖向滑轨B连于所述竖向往复板,滑块B配合于竖向滑轨B,连接板与所述导向杆和滑块B连接,齿条连于连接板,齿轮连于电机G输出轴并配合于齿条。
有益效果
本发明所述按摩头与床垫上的所述长形孔平行对应,该按摩头可卸地连接于所述升降装置,升降装置作上升动作时,按摩头上升向上伸出于床垫上的所述长形孔而高于床垫,升降装置作下降动作时,按摩头下降而位于床垫长形孔下方。本发明中的按摩机构受作用力驱动能按所述床垫长形孔长度方向移动,按摩头即按所述长形孔长度方向移动。按摩机构移动所需的所述作用力可以是手动作用力,也可以是机械作用力。手动作用力只需手推移动即可。机械作用力可以由电机驱动的丝杆、丝杆套组件实现。丝杆也可以人工驱动,在丝杆一端设置手轮,转动手轮使丝杆转动,实现按摩机构移动,人工驱动当属于手动作用。
本发明中的长形孔长度方向与床垫长度方向一致。
本发明中的连杆A、连杆B、连杆C优选双头关节轴承。

本发明的实施方式
实施例一
一种推拿按摩睡眠两用健身床,参见图1、图2、图13、图14,具有床架57、床垫50、按摩机构和与该按摩机构相连的按摩头,床垫50上设有长形孔51,床架于床垫下方安装有与所述长形孔平行的安装架52,该安装架由平行相间的左撑板521、右撑板522和固定于该左、右撑板两端的端板523构成,安装架52上安装有滑轨54,所述按摩头与所述长形孔平行对应,所述按摩机构T设有一竖向往复板4,该竖向往复板的左面安装有可卸地连接所述按摩头1的升降装置,该升降装置为电动推杆3,竖向往复板的右方设有竖轨固定板10,竖向往复板右面所连的滑块A8配合于所述竖轨固定板左面所连的竖向滑轨9,所述竖向往复板上设有电机A5A,电机A的偏心轴A6A与竖轨固定板10之间连有上下方向拉动的连杆A7A;所述竖轨固定板右面连有滑块,该滑块配合于所述滑轨。
电机A5A转动时,偏心轴A带动连杆A7A运动,使竖向往复板4经由滑块8和竖向滑轨A9的配合相对竖轨固定板10上下往复运动,按摩头1即上下往复运动,该运动相对小幅与快速,实现顶压按摩动作;电动推杆3用于调节按摩头1的上下位置。竖轨固定板10右面所连滑块与所述滑轨配合,并在定位器11作用下,实现按摩机构T在滑轨上的移动与定位,按摩头1即沿条形孔52移动与定位。
实施例二
本例两用健身床,区别于例一的是床架上安装有与该床架相应并与安装架52两端连接的端部横档53’,安装架的两端板之间跨装有与所述长形孔平行的由丝杆电机56驱动的丝杆20,竖轨固定板10上连有丝母体,该丝母体配于丝杆20;参见图3、图4;丝杆转动可带动按摩机构T依滑轨54运动。
实施例三
本例两用健身床,区别于例一的是床架上安装有与该床架相应并与所述安装架52连接的可拆卸式固定支架55,可拆卸式固定支架设有左直档、右直档、前横档和后横档,该左、右直档和前、后横档相互拼接构成矩形框架,该矩形框架角部连有支撑脚,参见图5。
实施例四
本例两用健身床,区别于例二的是设有两个安装架52和与安装架对应的两个按摩机构T,每个按摩机构的竖轨固定板10上连有丝母体,该丝母体上配合有丝杆20,所述安装架上设有丝杆电机56,参见图9、图10;相应地在床垫50上设有两个长形孔51,该两个长形孔分别设于床垫的近左侧部位和近右侧部位,所述按摩机构有两个,一按摩机构的按摩头对应一长形孔,另一按摩机构的按摩头对应另一长形孔。
实施例五
本例两用健身床,在例一基础上,于所述竖轨固定板10右方设有一轴套固定板18,该轴套固定板下侧铰接有一定位板26,所述竖轨固定板右面连有轴销13,轴套固定板上连有轴套17,所述轴销配合于轴套17;所述定位板26上安装有电机B5B,竖轨固定板上安装有电机C5C,电机B的偏心轴B6B与竖轨固定板之间连有前后方向拉动的连杆B7B,电机C的偏心轴C6C与定位板26之间连有左右方向拉动的连杆C7C。区别于例一的是所述滑块设于定位定板26而不是设于竖轨固定板,定位板上还连有定位器B14,所述滑块配合于所述滑轨。参见图15、图16。
由于竖轨固定板10上的轴销13配合于轴套固定板18上的轴套17,当电机B5B转动时,通过偏心轴B6B和连杆B7B牵动包括竖轨固定板10的组合件相对轴套固定板18前后摆动长形轴销13相对轴套17来回枢转长形,实现按摩头1的前后摆动。由于轴套固定板18下侧与定位板26铰接,当电机C5C转动时,通过偏心轴C6C和连杆C7C牵动包括竖轨固定板10和轴套固定板18的组合件相对定位板26左右摆动,实现按摩头1的左右摆动。如此,按摩头可以作前后摆动、左右摆动和上下运动,实现二维方向的往复摆动和上下往复的顶压运动。
本发明能替代人工,实现人体多部位短时间或间歇性或长时间推拿按摩,按摩动作集顶压、摇摆运动于一体,实现“持久、有力、深透”作用的推拿按摩,达到健身、治病、防病等效果。
实施例六
本例两用健身床,在例五基础上,在所述床架上安装有与该床架相应的可拆卸式固定支架55,该可拆卸式固定支架设有左直档、右直档、前横档和后横档,该左、右直档和前、后横档相互拼接构成矩形框架,该矩形框架角部连有支撑脚;可拆卸式固定支架的前、后横档间跨连有安装架52,该安装架由平行相间的左撑板521、右撑板522和固定于该左、右撑板两端的端板523构成,所述滑轨设置于该安装架52;参见图5、图6。
实施例七
本例两用健身床,参见图11、图12,在所述可拆卸式固定支架上设有两个安装架52,分别位于可拆卸式固定支架的近左侧和近右侧,所述按摩机构有两个,一一对应于所述安装架52;相应地床垫50上的长形孔为相互平行的两个,该两个长形孔分别设于床垫的近左侧部位和近右侧部位,所述按摩机构有两个,一按摩机构的按摩头对应一长形孔,另一按摩机构的按摩头对应另一长形孔。
实施例八
本例两用健身床,取代所述电动推杆的是导向杆32和导向杆升降组件组成的集合件,导向杆上端可卸地连接按摩头,导向杆升降组件可以是以下A型、B型、C型、D型中的一种:
A型,由电机D5D和电机D输出轴所连的丝杆D34组成,丝杆D配合于所述导向杆下部的丝母套,参见图16;
B型,由电机E5E、同步轮35、同步带36和丝杆E37组成,同步带配套于电机E和丝杆E的同步轮,丝杆E配合于所述导向杆下部的丝母套,参见图17;
C型,由电机F5F、丝杆F40、丝母体39和机械臂38组成,丝母体配合于电机F输出轴所连丝杆F,机械臂一端连于丝母体,机械臂另一端连于所述导向杆导向杆,参见图18;
D型,由竖向滑轨B41、滑块B42、连接板44、齿条45、齿轮43和电机G5G组成,竖向滑轨B连于所述竖向往复板,滑块B配合于竖向滑轨B,连接板与所述导向杆和滑块B连接,齿条连于连接板,齿轮连于电机G输出轴并配合于齿条,参见图19。
其他构造与例一或例五的相同。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种推拿按摩睡眠两用健身床,具有床架(57)、床垫(50)、按摩机构和与该按摩机构相连的按摩头,其特征是所述床垫(50)上设有长形孔(51),所述床架于床垫下方安装有与所述长形孔平行的滑轨,所述按摩头与所述长形孔平行对应,所述按摩机构设有一竖向往复板(4),该竖向往复板的左面安装有可卸地连接所述按摩头(1)的升降装置,竖向往复板的右方设有竖轨固定板(10),竖向往复板右面所连的滑块A(8)配合于所述竖轨固定板左面所连的竖向滑轨(9),所述竖向往复板上设有电机A(5A),电机A的偏心轴A(6A)与竖轨固定板(10)之间连有上下方向拉动的连杆A(7A);所述竖轨固定板右面连有滑块,该滑块配合于所述滑轨。
  2. 一种推拿按摩与睡眠两用健身床,包括床架(57)、床垫(50)、按摩机构和与该按摩机构相连的按摩头,其特征是所述床垫(50)上开有长形孔(51),所述床架于床垫下方安装有与所述长形孔平行的滑轨,所述按摩头与所述长形孔平行对应,所述按摩机构设有一竖向往复板(4),该竖向往复板的左面安装有可卸地连接所述按摩头(1)的升降装置,竖向往复板的右方设有竖轨固定板(10),竖向往复板右面所连的滑块A(8)配合于所述竖轨固定板左面所连的竖向滑轨(9),所述竖向往复板上设有电机A(5A),电机A的偏心轴A(6A)与竖轨固定板(10)之间连有上下方向拉动的连杆A(7A);
    所述竖轨固定板(10)右方设有一轴套固定板(18),该轴套固定板下侧铰接有一定位板(26),所述竖轨固定板右面连有轴销(13),轴套固定板上连有轴套(17),所述轴销配合于轴套(17);所述定位板(26)上安装有电机B(5B),竖轨固定板上安装有电机C(5C),电机B的偏心轴B(6B)与竖轨固定板之间连有前后方向拉动的连杆B(7B),电机C的偏心轴C(6C)与定位板(26)之间连有左右方向拉动的连杆C(7C);所述定位定板上连有定位器B(14)和滑块,该滑块配合于所述滑轨。
  3. 如权利要求1所述的两用健身床,其特征是所述床体于床面下方安装有与所述长形孔平行的丝杆,所述竖轨固定板上连有丝母体,该丝母体配于所述丝杆。
  4. 如权利要求2所述的两用健身床,其特征是所述床架于床垫下方安装有与所述长形孔平行的丝杆,所述定位板上连有丝母体,该丝母体配合于所述丝杆。
  5. 如权利要求1或2所述的两用健身床,其特征是所述床架于床垫下方安装有与所述长形孔平行对应的滑轨是指所述床架于床垫下方安装有与所述长形孔平行的安装架(52),该安装架由平行相间的左撑板(521)、右撑板(522)和固定于该左、右撑板两端的端板(523)构成,所述滑轨设置于该安装架(52)。
  6. 如权利要求5所述的两用健身床,其特征是所述床架上安装有与该床架相应的与所述安装架连接的端部横档(53’)或可拆卸式固定支架(55),所述可拆卸式固定支架设有左直档、右直档、前横档和后横档,该左、右直档和前、后横档相互拼接构成矩形框架,该矩形框架角部连有支撑脚。
  7. 如权利要求1或2所述的两用健身床,其特征是所述床垫(50)上的长形孔为相互平行的二个长形孔,该二个长形孔分别设于床垫的近左侧部位和近右侧部位,所述按摩机构有二个,一按摩机构的按摩头对应一长形孔,另一按摩机构的按摩头对应另一长形孔。
  8. 如权利要求6所述的两用健身床,其特征是所述可拆卸式固定支架上的所述安装架有两个,分别位于可拆卸式固定支架的近左侧和近右侧,所述按摩机构有两个,一一对应于所述安装架。
  9. 如权利要求1至4任何一权利要求所述的两用健身床,其特征是所述升降装置为电动推杆(3)。
  10. 如权利要求1至4任何一权利要求所述的两用健身床,其特征是所述升降装置由上端与所述按摩头连接的导向杆(32)和导向杆升降组件组成,该导向杆升降组件为以下A型、B型、C型、D型中的一种:
    A型 由电机D(5D)和电机D输出轴所连的丝杆D(34)组成,丝杆D配合于所述导向杆下部的丝母套;
    B型 由电机E(5E)、同步轮(35)、同步带(36)和丝杆E(37)组成,同步带配套于电机E和丝杆E的同步轮,丝杆E配合于所述导向杆下部的丝母套;
    C型 由电机F(5F)、丝杆F(40)、丝母体(39)和机械臂(38)组成,丝母体配合于电机F输出轴所连丝杆F,机械臂一端连于丝母体,机械臂另一端连于所述导向杆;
    D型 由竖向滑轨B(41)、滑块B(42)、连接板(44)、齿条(45)、齿轮(43)和电机G(5G)组成,竖向滑轨B连于所述竖向往复板,滑块B配合于竖向滑轨B,连接板与所述导向杆和滑块B连接,齿条连于连接板,齿轮连于电机G输出轴并配合于齿条。
