[权利要求 1] 一种防水手机套, 其特征在于, 包括设置有按钮的用于控制手机操作 的无线控制模块、 用于容置手机和无线控制模块的保护套; 所述保护套设置为双夹层结构, 分别为用于容置手机的第一夹层和用 于容置无线控制模块的第二夹层, 第一夹层和第二夹层为一体成型; 第一夹层的背面设置有用于露出手机摄像头的透明摄像窗, 正面设置 有用于露出手机显示屏的透明屏幕窗; 第二夹层的正面与第一夹层的 背面相接, 并且设置在所述透明摄像窗的下方, 所述无线控制模块的 按钮面朝第二夹层的背面设置; 幵口设置在第一保护套上, 所述幵口 处设置有用于起防水密封作用的密封结构, 第二夹层为密封设置; 所 述无线控制模块基于蓝牙或 NFC无线通讯技术与手机通讯。
[权利要求 2] 根据权利要求 1所述的防水手机套, 其特征在于, 第二夹层也上设置 有幵口, 第二夹层与第一夹层共用一个幵口; 幵口设置在所述保护套 的底部。
[权利要求 3] 根据权利要求 1所述的防水手机套, 其特征在于, 当所述无线控制模 块基于 NFC无线通讯技术与手机通讯吋, 所述无线控制模块包括基座 、 NFC天线、 至少一个可被手机读取的 NFC芯片、 与 NFC芯片对应设 置的按钮, 所述 NFC天线、 NFC芯片、 按钮均设置在所述基座上; 当 按下按钮吋, 对应的 NFC芯片与 NFC天线回路接通, 形成以该 NFC芯 片为核心的 NFC标签;
当所述无线控制模块基于蓝牙无线通讯技术与手机通讯吋, 所述无 线控制模块为蓝牙控制器。
[权利要求 4] 一种防水手机套, 其特征在于, 所述防水手机套包括设置有按钮的用 于控制手机操作的无线控制模块、 用于容置手机和无线控制模块的保 护套; 保护套的背面设置有用于露出手机摄像头的透明摄像窗, 正面 设置有用于露出手机显示屏的透明屏幕窗; 所述无线控制模块固定设 置在保护套的背面的内表面上, 并且设置在透明摄像窗的下方, 无线 控制模块的按钮面朝保护套的背面设置; 所述保护套上设置有用于取 放手机的幵口, 所述幵口处设置有用于起防水密封作用的密封结构; 所述无线控制模块基于蓝牙或 NFC无线通讯技术与手机通讯。
[权利要求 5] 根据权利要求 4所述的防水手机套, 其特征在于, 当所述无线控制模 块基于 NFC无线通讯技术与手机通讯吋, 所述无线控制模块包括基座 、 NFC天线、 至少一个可被手机读取的 NFC芯片、 与 NFC芯片对应设 置的按钮, 所述 NFC天线、 NFC芯片、 按钮均设置在所述基座上; 当 按下按钮吋, 对应的 NFC芯片与 NFC天线回路接通, 形成以该 NFC芯 片为核心的 NFC标签;
当所述无线控制模块基于蓝牙无线通讯技术与手机通讯吋, 所述无 线控制模块为蓝牙控制器。

[权利要求 7] 根据权利要求 6所述的防水手机套, 其特征在于, 所述第一保护套和 第二保护套之间通过连接结构相连接。
[权利要求 8] 根据权利要求 6所述的防水手机套, 其特征在于, 所述无线控制模块 为蓝牙控制器。
[权利要求 9] 一种基于如权利要求 1~5任一所述的防水手机套的手机控制方法, 其 特征在于, 防水手机套基于 NFC无线通讯技术与手机通讯, 其手机控 制方法包括以下步骤:
51、 手机系统 NFC程序幵启, 自动扫描 NFC标签信息;
52、 按下无线控制模块上的按钮, 与按钮对应的 NFC标签和天线形成 回路, NFC标签信息被手机系统捕获;
53、 手机系统按照 NFC标签信息判断 NFC标签是否属于手机应用程序 , 是则进入步骤 S5, 否则进入步骤 S4;
54、 手机系统执行 NFC标签相应的操作, 返回步骤 S2;
55、 由手机应用程序执行相应的手机功能;
56、 手机功能执行结束后, 手机系统再次发出 NFC信号, 等待按钮再 次被按下。
[权利要求 10] —种基于如权利要求 1~8任一所述的防水手机套的手机控制方法, 其 特征在于, 防水手机套基于蓝牙无线通讯技术与手机通讯, 其手机控 制方法包括以下步骤:
S l l、 打幵蓝牙控制器, 打幵手机蓝牙功能;
S21、 手机检测是否已经有配对记录, 如果没有, 则进入步骤 S31, 如果有, 则进入步骤 S41 ;
S3 手机和蓝牙进行手工配对后, 进入步骤 S51 ;
S41、 手机和蓝牙进行自动连接;
S51、 按下蓝牙控制器上的按钮, 蓝牙控制器向手机传输相应的操作 f π息;
S61、 手机启动相应的手机功能;
S71、 手机功能执行结束后, 进入待机模式, 等待下次按钮再次被按 下。
