在出现挂错号的情况下,患者通常在排队轮候到自己看病时,由挂号医生告知需要改挂其他科室的号,然后由患者拿着挂号单去挂号窗口排队等候退号并重新挂号,手续繁琐且耽误时间;或者,在出现挂错号的情况下,挂号医生直接将患者挂错的号收下作为自己的业绩,然后给患者建议排队挂其他科室的号再行检查一下,手续繁琐且耽误时间的同时,使得医院无法控制这种有违职业操守的行为,降低了患者对医生职业的好感度。
在自己的挂号医生名下患者众多时,患者通常也是需要拿着挂号单去挂号窗口排队等候退号并重新挂号以将挂号医生变更为相对空闲的医生,手续同样繁琐且耽误时间。
上述内容仅用于辅助理解本发明的技术方案,并不代表承认上述内容是现有技术。
发明内容
本发明的主要目的是提供一种挂号信息自助变更方法、系统、用户终端及医院服务器,以使得用户通过用户终端上的客户端系统即可在医院服务器上自助式完成挂号信息的变更,实现挂号信息变更的自动化、便捷化,避免用户在需要变更挂号信息时先人工排队退号再重新挂号的繁琐。
一种挂号信息自助变更方法,该方法适用于用户终端与医院服务器经通信网络进行数据通信的通信系统,所述用户终端安装有与所述医院服务器连接绑定的客户端系统。该方法包括步骤:A、所述用户终端响应用户针对所述客户端系统的操作指令,经所述通信网络向所述医院服务器发出包括待变更挂号信息的挂号变更请求;B、所述医院服务器在接收到所述用户终端发送的所述挂号变更请求后,提供与所述待变更挂号信息映射的挂号变更操作界面给所述用户终端,所述挂号变更操作界面包括科室选择项,或者,所述挂号变更操作界面包括科室选择项和与各科室选择项对应的医生选择项;C、在所述用户终端通过所述挂号变更操作界面发出变更选择指令后,所述医院服务器响应该变更选择指令,在所述待变更挂号信息,与变更选择后的科室及/或医生之间重新建立映射关系,以供医疗服务方按照重新建立的映射关系处理医疗事件。

一种挂号信息自助变更系统,适用于上述医院服务器,该系统包括通信侦测模块、通信响应模块、映射重建模块,其中:该通信侦测模块,用于侦测并接收所述用户终端经所述通信网络发送的包括待变更挂号信息的挂号变更请求;该通信响应模块,用于在接收到该挂号变更请求后响应该挂号变更请求,并提供挂号变更操作界面给所述用户终端,所述挂号变更操作界面包括科室选择项,或者,所述挂号变更操作界面包括科室选择项和与各科室选择项对应的医生选择项;该通信侦测模块,还用于侦测并接收所述用户终端通过所述挂号变更操作界面发出的变更选择指令;该映射重建模块,用于在接收到在接收到所述变更选择指令后,在所述待变更挂号信息,与变更选择后的科室及/或医生之间重新建立映射关系。
相较现有技术,本发明通过在医院服务器上配置挂号信息自助变更系统,在用户终端上配置与所述挂号信息自助变更系统连接绑定的客户端系统,并在用户终端和医院服务器之间经通信网络建立数据通信,使得用户通过用户终端上的客户端系统即可在医院服务器上自助式完成挂号信息的变更,实现了挂号信息变更的自动化、便捷化,完全避免了用户在需要变更挂号信息时先人工排队退号再重新挂号的繁琐。

如图1所示,为本发明实现挂号信息自助变更的通信系统较佳实施例的通信环境示意图。在本实施例中,该通信系统包括医院服务器2,至少一个用户终端1(图中以两个为例),及供医院服务器2与用户终端1间数据交互的通信网络4。
需要说明的是,在本实施例中,用户终端1可以是手机、平板电脑、个人家庭电脑、医院办公电脑或者其他任意适用的电子设备;通信网络4可以是移动互联网、传统互联网、局域网或者其他任意适用的数据通信网络。
当用户终端1是配置无线通信单元(例如,无线通信单元可以是WIFI模块、蓝牙模块、带SIM卡的可以与移动基站通信连接的移动通信单元等)的无线通信设备(例如,手机或者平板电脑)时,通信网络4是移动互联网络;当用户终端1是配置有线通信单元(例如,有线通信单元可以是带网络接口的独立网卡或者集成网卡)的个人家庭电脑或者医院办公电脑时,通信网络4是传统互联网络或者局域网;当用户终端1配置无线通信单元和有线通信单元时,通信网络4可以是移动互联网、传统互联网或者局域网。
通过该通信系统,用户可经由用户终端1直接访问医院服务器2并进行数据交互,使得医院各项服务互联网化成为了可能,更使得用户自助式变更挂号信息具有了系统基础。
如图2所示,为图1中医院服务器2一实施例的硬件结构图。在本实施例中,该医院服务器2包括通信单元23、存储单元25、处理单元20及挂号信息自助变更系统21。
该通信单元23,用于经通信网络与用户终端通信连接; 该存储单元25,用于存储挂号信息自助变更系统,及该挂号信息自助变更系统的运行数据; 该处理单元20,用于调用并执行该挂号信息自助变更系统21,以执行如下步骤:
侦测并接收所述用户终端1经所述通信网络4发送的包括待变更挂号信息的挂号变更请求,在接收到该挂号变更请求后响应该挂号变更请求,并提供挂号变更操作界面给所述用户终端1,所述挂号变更操作界面包括科室选择项,或者,所述挂号变更操作界面包括科室选择项和与各科室选择项对应的医生选择项;

所述挂号变更请求可以由用户通过用户终端1自助发出,也可以由医院工作人员通过医院办公设备发出。
通过该医院服务器2,可以使得用户通过用户终端1即可在医院服务器2上自助式完成挂号信息的变更,实现了挂号信息变更的自动化、便捷化,避免了用户在需要变更挂号信息时先人工排队退号再重新挂号的繁琐。
该通信单元23可以是无线通信单元(例如,WIFI模块、蓝牙模块、带SIM卡的可以与移动基站通信连接的移动通信单元等);可以是有线通信单元(例如,带网络接口的独立网卡或者集成网卡);还可以包含无线通信单元和有线通信单元。
所述待变更挂号信息可以是任意适用的能代表用户身份唯一性的信息,例如,可以是唯一的挂号号码、用户的社保卡号及/或用户的指纹。
如图3所示,为图2中挂号信息自助变更系统21一实施例的功能模块图。在本实施例中,该挂号信息自助变更系统21包括通信侦测模块210、通信响应模块211、映射重建模块212,其中: 该通信侦测模块210,用于侦测并接收所述用户终端经所述通信网络发送的包括待变更挂号信息的挂号变更请求; 该通信响应模块211,用于在接收到该挂号变更请求后响应该挂号变更请求,并提供挂号变更操作界面给所述用户终端,所述挂号变更操作界面包括科室选择项,或者,所述挂号变更操作界面包括科室选择项和与各科室选择项对应的医生选择项; 该通信侦测模块210,还用于侦测并接收所述用户终端通过所述挂号变更操作界面发出的变更选择指令; 该映射重建模块212,用于在接收到在接收到所述变更选择指令后,在所述待变更挂号信息,与变更选择后的科室及/或医生之间重新建立映射关系。

需要说明的是,对本领域技术人员来说,上述第二优选实施例和第三优选实施例中的身份验证可以有很多方式,例如:
方式一、用户可以预先在挂号信息自助变更系统21上进行账户信息注册(注册信息可以包括账号、密码、与该账号映射的社保卡信息及/或身份信息“例如,身份证号码”),医院的挂号信息可以与社保卡信息及/或身份信息映射,在身份验证时,用户需要输入账号及/或密码进行验证; 方式二、将用户的手机号码与挂号信息自助变更系统21进行绑定,在身份验证时,可以由挂号信息自助变更系统21发送校验信息(例如,一次性密码,或者,需回复的信息(例如,确认登录挂号信息自助变更系统21,请回复“Y”))供用户校验操作,用户根据收到的校验信息进行验证。
在上述方式一中,当用户输入账号及/或密码进行身份验证,并验证通过后,客户端系统11在所述用户终端1上显示的所述挂号系统操作界面上,可以只有挂号变更请求发送按钮这一个挂号变更功能项,因为医院的挂号信息与社保卡信息及/或身份信息映射,也即与对应的账号及/或密码映射,因此,当身份验证通过后,挂号信息自助变更系统21可以自动将与账号及/或密码映射的挂号信息作为待变更挂号信息提供给客户端系统11,以供客户端系统11在显示的所述挂号系统操作界面上自动填充待变更挂号信息,这样做的好处是可以不需要用户手工输入待变更挂号信息,防止人工输入的错误及人工输入的繁琐。
为了更好的对上述步骤进行说明,现以图5A、图5B和图5C为例,对上述技术特征“挂号系统操作界面”进行示例性描述。
在图5A中,挂号系统操作界面30上的挂号变更功能项包括待变更挂号信息输入框301及其对应的挂号变更请求发送按钮302,用户可以在待变更挂号信息输入框301中人工输入待变更挂号号码,在输入待变更挂号号码完毕后,可以通过点击挂号变更请求发送按钮302,即实现向挂号信息自助变更系统21发出包括待变更挂号信息的挂号变更请求。需要说明的是,图5A中,将唯一的挂号号码作为待变更挂号信息。图5A示出的挂号系统操作界面30支持上述第一优选实施例。
在图5B中,挂号系统操作界面40上的挂号变更功能项仅包括挂号变更请求发送按钮402,同时,挂号系统操作界面40上还包括注册账号信息和挂号信息自动填充区401,作为一个示例,图5B中的自动填充区401包括注册账号信息“尊敬的Best,欢迎使用本系统”、当前挂号号码信息“当前挂号号码:G1504280009”、挂号科室信息“挂号科室:外科”、挂号医生信息“挂号医生:张三主任”、社保卡信息“社保卡号:123456789***”。需要说明的是,图5B示出的挂号系统操作界面40支持上述方式一的方案,注册账号信息和挂号信息自动填充区401自动将与账号及/或密码映射的挂号信息作为待变更挂号信息进行填充,这样做的好处是可以不需要用户手工输入待变更挂号信息,防止人工输入的错误及人工输入的繁琐。需要说明的是,图5B中,将唯一的挂号号码和社保卡号作为待变更挂号信息。图5B示出的挂号系统操作界面40支持上述第三优选实施例。
在图5C中,挂号系统操作界面60上的挂号变更功能项仅包括挂号变更请求发送按钮602,同时,挂号系统操作界面60上还包括注册账号信息和挂号信息自动填充区601,及身份验证功能项603。作为一个示例,图5C中的自动填充区601包括用户账号显示区域、挂号号码显示区域、挂号科室显示区域、挂号医生显示区域、社保卡号显示区域;身份验证功能项603包括账号录入框、密码录入框和验证发送按钮。需要说明的是,图5C示出的挂号系统操作界面60支持上述方式一的方案,注册账号信息和挂号信息自动填充区601在验证通过后自动将与账号及/或密码映射的挂号信息作为待变更挂号信息进行填充,这样做的好处是可以不需要用户手工输入待变更挂号信息,防止人工输入的错误及人工输入的繁琐。需要说明的是,图5C中,将唯一的挂号号码和社保卡号作为待变更挂号信息。图5C示出的挂号系统操作界面60支持上述第二优选实施例。
进一步地,为了更好的对上述步骤进行说明,现以图6为例,对上述技术特征“挂号变更操作界面”进行示例性描述。
在图6中,挂号变更操作界面50包括科室选择项501和与各科室选择项对应的医生选择项502,作为一个示例,图6中以点击医生选择项502为例,当点击医生选择项502后,弹出与当前科室对应的医生选择界面,用户可以点选所欲选择的医生(图中以选择“李四主任医师”为例),当点击确定按钮后即将挂号医生从“张三主任医师”变更为“李四主任医师”,当点击退出按钮后即退出医生选择界面,当点击下拉按钮后,即将更多的待选择医生显示出来。同样的原理,当点击科室选择项501后,会弹出科室选择界面,界面布局和操作原理与上述医生选择界面类似,本领域技术人员当可轻易实现,在此不做赘述。同样需要说明的是,在本发明的其它实施例中,挂号变更操作界面50可以只包括医生选择项或者科室选择项,在此同样无需赘述。
如图7所示,为本发明挂号信息自助变更方法较佳实施例的实施流程图。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种挂号信息自助变更方法,该方法适用于用户终端与医院服务器经通信网络进行数据通信的通信系统,其特征在于,所述用户终端安装有与所述医院服务器连接绑定的客户端系统,该方法包括步骤:
    A、所述用户终端响应用户针对所述客户端系统的操作指令,经所述通信网络向所述医院服务器发出包括待变更挂号信息的挂号变更请求;
    B、所述医院服务器在接收到所述用户终端发送的所述挂号变更请求后,提供与所述待变更挂号信息映射的挂号变更操作界面给所述用户终端,所述挂号变更操作界面包括科室选择项,或者,所述挂号变更操作界面包括科室选择项和与各科室选择项对应的医生选择项;
    C、在所述用户终端通过所述挂号变更操作界面发出变更选择指令后,所述医院服务器响应该变更选择指令,在所述待变更挂号信息,与变更选择后的科室及/或医生之间重新建立映射关系,以供医疗服务方按照重新建立的映射关系处理医疗事件。
  2. 如权利要求1所述的挂号信息自助变更方法,其特征在于,所述步骤A包括如下步骤:
    所述用户终端运行所述客户端系统,以在所述用户终端上显示挂号系统操作界面,所述挂号系统操作界面包括挂号变更功能项;
    所述用户终端通过所述挂号变更功能项向所述医院服务器发出包括所述待变更挂号信息的挂号变更请求。
  3. 如权利要求1所述的挂号信息自助变更方法,其特征在于,所述步骤A包括如下步骤:
    所述用户终端运行所述客户端系统,以在所述用户终端上显示挂号系统操作界面,所述挂号系统操作界面包括身份验证功能项和挂号变更功能项;
    所述用户终端通过所述身份验证功能项向所述医院服务器发送身份验证请求;
    在身份验证通过后,所述用户终端通过所述挂号变更功能项向所述医院服务器发出包括所述待变更挂号信息的挂号变更请求。
  4. 如权利要求1所述的挂号信息自助变更方法,其特征在于,所述步骤A包括如下步骤:
    所述用户终端运行所述客户端系统,以在所述用户终端上显示身份验证界面,所述身份验证界面包括身份验证功能项;
    所述用户终端通过所述身份验证功能项向所述医院服务器发送身份验证请求,并在身份验证通过后,所述客户端系统在所述用户终端上显示挂号系统操作界面,所述挂号系统操作界面包括挂号变更功能项;
    所述用户终端通过所述挂号变更功能项向所述医院服务器发出包括所述待变更挂号信息的挂号变更请求。
  5. 一种适用于权利要求1所述的挂号信息自助变更方法的医院服务器,其特征在于,该医院服务器包括:
    通信单元,用于经通信网络与用户终端通信连接;
    存储单元,用于存储挂号信息自助变更系统,及该挂号信息自助变更系统的运行数据;
    处理单元,用于调用并执行该挂号信息自助变更系统,以执行如下步骤:
    侦测并接收所述用户终端经所述通信网络发送的包括待变更挂号信息的挂号变更请求,在接收到该挂号变更请求后响应该挂号变更请求,并提供挂号变更操作界面给所述用户终端,所述挂号变更操作界面包括科室选择项,或者,所述挂号变更操作界面包括科室选择项和与各科室选择项对应的医生选择项;
    侦测并接收所述用户终端通过所述挂号变更操作界面发出的变更选择指令,在接收到该变更选择指令后,在所述待变更挂号信息,与变更选择后的科室及/或医生之间重新建立映射关系,以供医疗服务方按照重新建立的映射关系处理医疗事件。
  6. 如权利要求5所述的医院服务器,其特征在于:
    所述通信单元是无线通信单元,所述通信网络是移动互联网;或者
    所述通信单元是有线通信单元,所述通信网络是传统互联网或者局域网;或者
    所述通信单元包括无线通信子单元和有线通信子单元,所述通信网络是移动互联网、传统互联网或局域网。
  7. 一种适用于权利要求1所述的挂号信息自助变更方法的用户终端,其特征在于,该用户终端包括:
    通信单元,用于经通信网络与医院服务器通信连接;
    存储单元,用于存储与所述医院服务器中的挂号信息自助变更系统连接绑定的客户端系统,及该客户端系统的运行数据;
    显示单元,用于输出显示该客户端系统提供的挂号系统操作界面及该挂号信息自助变更系统提供的挂号变更操作界面;
    挂号信息输入单元,用于输入待变更挂号信息,并基于所述显示单元显示的挂号系统操作界面和挂号变更操作界面输入操作指令;
    处理单元,用于调用并执行该客户端系统,以执行如下步骤:
    响应用户针对所述客户端系统的操作指令,经所述通信网络向所述医院服务器发出包括待变更挂号信息的挂号变更请求;
    输出显示所述挂号信息自助变更系统响应该挂号变更请求反馈回的挂号变更操作界面;
    根据用户基于所述挂号变更操作界面的操作信息生成变更选择指令,并将该变更选择指令发送给所述挂号信息自助变更系统。
  8. 如权利要求7所述的用户终端,其特征在于:
    所述通信单元是无线通信单元,所述通信网络是移动互联网;或者
    所述通信单元是有线通信单元,所述通信网络是传统互联网或者局域网;或者
    所述通信单元包括无线通信子单元和有线通信子单元,所述通信网络是移动互联网、传统互联网或者局域网。
  9. 如权利要求7所述的用户终端,其特征在于,所述挂号信息输入单元包括指纹采集器、触控输入单元、物理按键输入单元及/或图形码扫描单元。
  10. 一种挂号信息自助变更系统,适用于权利要求5或6所述的医院服务器,其特征在于,该系统包括通信侦测模块、通信响应模块、映射重建模块,其中:
    该通信侦测模块,用于侦测并接收所述用户终端经所述通信网络发送的包括待变更挂号信息的挂号变更请求;
    该通信响应模块,用于在接收到该挂号变更请求后响应该挂号变更请求,并提供挂号变更操作界面给所述用户终端,所述挂号变更操作界面包括科室选择项,或者,所述挂号变更操作界面包括科室选择项和与各科室选择项对应的医生选择项;
    该通信侦测模块,还用于侦测并接收所述用户终端通过所述挂号变更操作界面发出的变更选择指令;
    该映射重建模块,用于在接收到在接收到所述变更选择指令后,在所述待变更挂号信息,与变更选择后的科室及/或医生之间重新建立映射关系。
