Claims (8)
- 複数の設備機器を管理する設備管理装置であって、
前記設備管理装置をネットワーク上で識別するための装置識別情報と前記複数の設備機器のうち遠隔操作の対象とする設備機器を指定する指定情報とを含む操作対象情報を出力する出力部と、
前記操作対象情報を受信し、前記操作対象情報に含まれる装置識別情報により前記ネットワークを介して接続した携帯端末から登録要求を受信する受信部と、
前記登録要求の送信元である携帯端末を、前記操作対象情報に含まれる指定情報で指定された設備機器を遠隔操作可能な機器として登録する登録部と、
を備える設備管理装置。 - 前記出力部は、認証コードをさらに含んだ前記操作対象情報を出力し、
前記登録部は、前記登録要求に含まれる認証コードを用いて携帯端末を認証し、認証できた場合に、該携帯端末を遠隔操作可能な機器として登録する、

請求項4に記載の設備管理装置。 - 前記登録部は、前記登録要求の送信元である携帯端末からの確認完了通知を受信した場合に、前記携帯端末を遠隔操作可能な機器として登録する、
請求項1から5の何れか1項に記載の設備管理装置。 - 複数の設備機器と、前記複数の設備機器を管理する設備管理装置と、前記複数の設備機器の少なくとも1つを操作可能なリモコンと、を備える設備管理システムであって、
前記設備管理装置は、前記設備管理装置をネットワーク上で識別するための装置識別情報と前記リモコンが一括操作可能な設備機器の属するグループのグループ識別情報とを含む操作対象情報を、前記リモコンに出力する出力部を備え、
前記リモコンは、前記設備管理装置から受信した操作対象情報を二次元コード化して表示する表示部を備え、
前記設備管理装置は、
前記二次元コードから前記操作対象情報を読み取り、前記操作対象情報に含まれる装置識別情報により前記ネットワークを介して接続した携帯端末から登録要求を受信する受信部と、
前記登録要求の送信元の携帯端末を、前記操作対象情報に含まれるグループ識別情報が示すグループに属する設備機器を遠隔操作可能な機器として登録する登録部と、をさらに備える、
