本发明实施例提供的紧急通信方法、装置和终端设备,通过终端设备获取用户对其触摸屏进行按压操作的压力值,并根据该压力值确定启动紧急通 信操作,从而实现紧急情况下无需对终端设备进行密码解锁、查找号码本以及拨打号码,就可以由终端设备根据获取的压力值自行执行紧急通信操作;本实施例提供的方法解决了现有技术中的智能手机,由于进行通信前需要执行解锁密码、查找号码和拨号等操作,而导致紧急情况下进行通信的可行性较低的问题,提高了紧急通信的可实施性。

下文中将结合附图对本发明的实施例进行详细说明。需要说明的是,在不冲突的情况下,本申请中的实施例及实施例中的特征可以相互任意组合。
在附图的流程图示出的步骤可以在诸如一组计算机可执行指令的计算机系统中执行。并且,虽然在流程图中示出了逻辑顺序,但是在某些情况下,可以以不同于此处的顺序执行所示出或描述的步骤。
下面通过具体的实施例对本申请的技术方案进行详细说明,本申请以下实施例中的终端设备均指可以进行通话或者发送短信的通信设备,例如可以是智能手机、平板电脑等,并且本申请的实施例可以是基于某一项技术领域,也可以是包含多项技术领域的内容。本申请提供以下几个具体的实施例可以相互结合,对于相同或相似的概念或过程可能在某些实施例不再赘述。
图1为本发明实施例提供的一种紧急通信方法的流程图。本实施例提供的紧急通信方法适用于在紧急情况下执行通信操作,该方法可以由紧急通信装置执行,该紧急通信装置通过硬件和软件结合的方式来实现,该装置可以集成在终端设备的中央处理器(Central Processing Unit,简称为:CPU)中,供CPU调用使用。如图1所示,本实施例的方法可以包括:
步骤S110,终端设备获取用户对终端设备的触摸屏进行按压操作的压力值。
在本实施例提供的紧急通信方法中,进行通信的终端设备通常具有触摸屏,并且设置有在终端设备的待机状态下可以检测到触摸屏上按压力的装置,例如压力传感器。传统的终端设备在待机状态下不能实现任何应用的使用,例如不能在待机状态下拨打电话或发送短信;然而,本实施例提供的方法,用户在终端设备的待机状态下按压触摸屏时,可以获取到对触摸屏进行按压操作的压力值,该压力值通常是触碰屏下方设置的压力传感器检测出的。
需要说明的是,本实施例中,用户在紧急情况下按压触摸屏时,不限制按压的具体位置,可以是用户按压触碰屏的任意位置,只要是可以被压力传感器检测到压力的位置均可以按压;另外,本实施例不限制用于执行紧急通信方法的终端设备的状态,可以是在上述待机状态下,也可以是在正常使用的状态下,还可以是在终端设备的省电模式下,但通常都需要终端设备是开机状态。
步骤S120,终端设备根据压力值确定启动紧急通信操作。
在本发明实施例中,执行紧急通信的终端设备已经感应到用户对其触摸屏上的按压操作,并已获取该按压操作的具体压力值,此时,终端设备可以自行发起紧急通信操作,即终端设备可以在没有解锁和屏幕没有点亮的情况下直接启动紧急通信操作;例如可以是拨打固定号码的电话,也可以是向指定的号码发送具有特定内容的短信,以提示对方该终端设备的使用者处于危险状况中。
在具体实现中,由于终端设备在日常的使用中,经常可能会无意按压到触摸屏,为了避免轻微触碰而产生的压力,导致在不必要的时候发起紧急通信,可选地,可以在终端设备中设置一压力阈值,则步骤S120可以替换为: 终端设备在压力值符合压力阈值时,确定启动紧急通信操作。该压力阈值通常为触发紧急通信操作的最小值,在获取的压力值大于该压力阈值时,认为用户按压触碰屏,由于是紧急情况下,所以该压力阈值通常设置为较大值,即用户需要较大压力按压触摸屏时才能启动紧急通信操作。
本实施例提供的紧急通信方法,适用于使用终端设备的用户出现紧急情况时,例如突发疾病、遭遇打劫等情况;此时,用户只需要用力按压终端设备的触摸屏,终端设备在获取到有效压力值,即认为用户按压屏幕后,无需在触摸屏的界面中解锁密码,不需要翻看号码本查找发出通信的号码,也不需要用户自行拨号,避免了繁杂的解锁操作;在发起紧急通信前,终端设备的触碰屏可以一直处于未点亮状态,用户在紧急情况下不容易暴露正在使用终端设备呼救,例如在有劫匪的情况下,传统的拨号呼救方式很容易被劫匪看出呼救行为,从而被制止而导致根本无法呼救,本实施例提供的方式只需要用户用较大的力度按压终端设备的屏幕,不容易被察觉并且操作简单,易于实现。
本实施例所提供的紧急通信方法,通过终端设备获取用户对其触摸屏进行按压操作的压力值,并根据该压力值确定启动紧急通信操作,从而实现紧急情况下无需对终端设备进行密码解锁、查找号码本以及拨打号码,就可以由终端设备根据获取的压力值自行执行紧急通信操作;本实施例提供的方法解决了现有技术中的智能手机,由于进行通信前需要执行解锁密码、查找号码和拨号等操作,而导致紧急情况下进行通信的可行性较低的问题,提高了紧急通信的可实施性。可选地,本实施例提供的方法,在进行紧急拨号时,终端设备的触摸屏可以始终处于未点亮的状态,该终端设备使用者通过按压触摸屏发起的紧急通信不容易被察觉,从而提高了紧急通信的可靠性。
图2为本发明实施例提供的另一种紧急通信方法的流程图。在图1所示实施例的基础上,本实施例中的终端设备,还可以设置有指纹识别模块,该指纹识别模块可以是指纹识别按键,或是其它形式的指纹识别器,相应地,本实施例提供的方法还包括:步骤S230,终端设备在检测到用户通过预置指纹成功验证指纹识别模块时,确定启动紧急通信操作。本实施例中的步骤S210及S220同图1所示实施例中的步骤S110及S120,故于此不再赘述。
在本实施例中,由于终端设备中通常可以通过指纹识别进行解锁等操作,因此,需要区分用于解锁的指纹和用于发起紧急通信的指纹,用户可以通过预置特定的指纹,通常为不同于解锁的指纹,当指纹识别模块被该预置指纹成功验证时,认为用户指示发起紧急通信操作。
需要说明的是,本实施例中通过预置指纹启动紧急通信操作,通过按压触摸屏启动紧急通信操作,是本实施例提供的紧急通信操作的两种并列的实现方式,可以择一执行以发起紧急通信操作,也可以前后执行,以保障紧急通信操作的有效性;并且不限制S210~S220与S230的执行顺序,图2所示实施例以S210~S220在S230之前执行为例予以示出。
可选地,本实施例中终端设备根据用户按压触摸屏的压力值,或者根据预置指纹成功验证指纹识别模块发起的紧急通信操作可以包括以下操作中的一项或多项:
第一,向预置的号码进行紧急拨号操作;在该拨号操作的方式中,终端设备的配置信息可以包括紧急拨号成功后打开扬声器,还可以包括紧急拨号成功后进行拍照,或者启动视频通话,这些配置项可以使得拨号的对方更直观地了解终端设备使用者当前的具体情况,以便做出不同的回应;
第二,向预置的号码发送紧急短信;在该发送紧急短信操作的方式中,所发送的紧急短信中包括预先编辑的内容和终端设备的当前位置信息,该紧急短信的内容可以是终端设备的使用者预先编辑好的,可以包括使用者的姓名、家人或朋友的姓名和联系方式,并且发送紧急短信的目标号码可以设置为多个,以便在紧急情况下寻求更大范围的求救。
需要说明的是,本发明实施例不限制紧急通信操作的具体方式,可以是上述两种方式,也可以是其它形式的紧急通信操作,例如通过目前通常使用的微信向朋友发出紧急消息;另外,在上述第一种方式中,终端设备的配置信息还可以包括其它内容,在上述第二种方式中,紧急短信也可以包括其它内容,并且在发起紧急通信操作时,可以同时进行紧急拨号操作和发送紧急短信。
图3为本发明实施例提供的一种紧急通信装置的结构示意图。本实施例提供的紧急通信装置适用于在紧急情况下执行通信操作,该紧急通信装置可 以通过硬件和软件结合的方式来实现,该装置可以集成在终端设备的CPU中,供CPU调用使用。如图3所示,本实施例提供的紧急通信装置具体包括:压力获取模块11和紧急通信模块12。
其中,压力获取模块11,设置为:获取用户对终端设备的触摸屏进行按压操作的压力值。
本发明实施例提供的紧急通信装置所属的终端设备通常具有触摸屏,并且设置有在终端设备的待机状态下可以检测到触摸屏上按压力的装置,例如压力传感器。
需要说明的是,本实施例中,用户在紧急情况下按压触摸屏时,不限制按压的具体位置,可以是用户按压触碰屏的任意位置,只要是可以被压力传感器检测到压力的位置均可以按压;另外,本实施例不限终端设备的状态,可以是在上述待机状态下,也可以是在正常使用的状态下,还可以是在终端设备的省电模式下,但通常都需要终端设备是开机状态。
紧急通信模块12,设置为:根据压力获取模块11获取的压力值确定启动紧急通信操作。
在本实施例中,紧急通信模块12可以是通过CPU执行的紧急通信应用,例如为终端设备中的一个具体的APP,在压力获取模块11获取上述压力值时,将该压力值传输给该APP,该APP在待机状态下运行并发起紧急通信操作。
在具体实现中,由于终端设备在日常的使用中,经常可能会无意按压到触摸屏,为了避免轻微触碰而产生的压力,导致在不必要的时候发起紧急通信,可以在紧急通信装置中设置一压力阈值,则紧急通信模块12是设置为:在压力获取模块11获取的压力值符合压力阈值时,确定启动所述紧急通信操作。该压力阈值通常为触发紧急通信操作的最小值,在获取的压力值大于该压力阈值时,认为用户按压触摸屏,启动紧急通信操作。
本发明实施例提供的紧急通信装置用于执行图1所示实施例提供的紧急通信方法,具备相应的功能模块,其实现原理和技术效果类似,此处不再赘述。
图4为本发明实施例提供的另一种紧急通信装置的结构示意图。在上述 图3所示装置的结构基础上,本实施例提供的紧急通信装置,还可以设置有指纹识别模块23,相应地,紧急通信模块22,还设置为:在检测到用户通过预置指纹成功验证指纹识别模块23时,确定启动紧急通信操作。其中,本实施例提供的压力获取模块21同图3中的压力获取模块11,故于此不再赘述。
在本实施例中,由于终端设备中通常可以通过指纹识别进行解锁等操作,因此,需要区分用于解锁的指纹和用于发起紧急通信的指纹,用户可以通过预置特定的指纹,通常为不同于解锁的指纹,当指纹识别模块23被该预置指纹成功验证时,认为用户指示发起紧急通信操作。
需要说明的是,本实施例中通过指纹识别模块23和紧急通信模块22的配合启动紧急通信操作,与通过压力获取模块21和紧急通信模块22的配合启动紧急通信操作,是本实施例提供的紧急通信操作的两种并列的实现方式,可以择一执行以发起紧急通信操作,也可以前后执行,以保障紧急通信操作的有效性。其中,通过压力获取模块21和紧急通信模块22的配合启动紧急通信操作的描述同图3所示实施例,故于此不再赘述。
本发明实施例提供的紧急通信装置用于执行图2所示实施例提供的紧急通信方法,具备相应的功能模块,其实现原理和技术效果类似,此处不再赘述。
可选地,本实施例中,紧急通信装置根据用户按压触摸屏的压力值,或者根据预置指纹成功验证指纹识别模块23发起的紧急通信操作可以包括以下操作中的一项或多项:
第一、向预置的号码进行紧急拨号操作;在该拨号操作的方式中,终端设备的配置信息包括紧急拨号成功后打开扬声器,还可以包括其它内容;
第二,向预置的号码发送紧急短信;在该发送紧急短信操作的方式中,所发送的紧急短信中包括预先编辑的内容和终端设备的当前位置信息。
需要说明的是,上述两种方式中,终端设备的配置信息和紧急短信包括的其它内容在上述实施例中已经具体说明,故在此不再赘述。另外,本发明实施例不限制紧急通信操作的具体方式,可以是上述两种方式,也可以是其它形式的紧急通信操作。
图5为本发明实施例提供的一种终端设备的结构示意图。本实施例提供的终端设备适用于在紧急情况下执行通信操作,该终端设备可以通过硬件和软件结合的方式来实现。如图5所示,本实施例提供的终端设备包括:压力装置100和中央处理器(CPU,Central Processing Unit)200。
本实施例中的压力装置100包括触摸屏110和设置于触摸屏110下方的压力传感器120,触摸屏110和压力传感器120分别与CPU200相连接,其中,CPU200中设置有如上述图3和图4所示任一实施例中的紧急通信装置(图5所示实施例提供的终端设备以CPU200中设置有图4所示紧急通信装置为例予以示出)。本实施例中的触碰屏同时为终端设备的显示屏,即为图形用户界面(Graphical User Interface,简称为:GUI),该触摸屏110与CPU200连接,可以作为用户输入输出的载体,还可以感应用户的触摸操作,并且在用户按压时,触发其下方的压力传感器120。
本实施例中的压力传感器120,设置为:在检测到用户对触摸屏110进行按压操作时,测量用户对触摸屏110进行按压操作的压力值,并将压力值传输给CPU200。在本实施例中,压力传感器120可以实时检测终端设备的触摸屏110上的压力,其测量到的压力值传输给CPU200中的压力获取模块21,再由压力获取模块21发送给紧急通信模块22,上述实施例中已经说明紧急通信模块22可以是终端设备中的一个具体的APP。
本发明实施例提供的终端设备中设置有图3和图4所示任一实施例中的紧急通信装置,用于执行图1和图2所示实施例提供的紧急通信方法,具备相应的实体装置,其实现原理和技术效果类似,此处不再赘述。
可选地,本实施例提供的终端设备还可以设置有紧急通信按键,该紧急通信按键设置为:在用户通过预置按压方式按压所述紧急通信按键时,确定启动紧急通信操作。该方案的实现与现有的老年人专用手机中的按键类似,为了满足智能手机外形一体化和美观的设计要求,目前的智能手机比较倾向于无实体按键的发展趋势,该紧急通信按键的设置会增加终端设备的固件成本,但是作为一种紧急通信的载体,可以进一步保障该终端设备使用者的人身安全。
需要说明的是,本实施例通过紧急通信按键发起的紧急通信操作,与上 述实施例中通过紧急通信装置发起的紧急通信操作,为通过本实施例提供的终端设备发起紧急通信操作的并列方案,可以择一执行,也可以分别执行。
本实施例在具体实现中,终端设备还包括与CPU200相连接的基带芯片300,该基带芯片300,设置为:把音频信号编译成用来发射的基带码,把收到的基带码解译为音频信号;同时,也负责地址信息(例如手机号、网站地址)、文字信息(例如短信文字、网站文字)、图片信息的编译。另外,终端设备中还包括分别与CPU200相连接的麦克风、听筒和射频模块等器件,该些终端设备的组成部分与现有技术中的功能和使用方式相同,故在此不再赘述。
此外,本发明实施例还提供一种计算机可读存储介质,存储有计算机可执行指令,所述计算机可执行指令被执行时实现上述紧急通信方法。
本领域普通技术人员可以理解上述方法中的全部或部分步骤可通过程序来指令相关硬件(例如处理器)完成,所述程序可以存储于计算机可读存储介质中,如只读存储器、磁盘或光盘等。可选地,上述实施例的全部或部分步骤也可以使用一个或多个集成电路来实现。相应地,上述实施例中的各模块/单元可以采用硬件的形式实现,例如通过集成电路来实现其相应功能,也可以采用软件功能模块的形式实现,例如通过处理器执行存储于存储器中的程序/指令来实现其相应功能。本申请不限制于任何特定形式的硬件和软件的结合。

本发明实施例提供一种紧急通信方法、装置和终端设备,实现了紧急情况下无需对终端设备进行密码解锁、查找号码本以及拨打号码,就可以由终 端设备根据获取的压力值自行执行紧急通信操作;解决了现有技术中的智能手机,由于进行通信前需要执行解锁密码、查找号码和拨号等操作,而导致紧急情况下进行通信的可行性较低的问题,提高了紧急通信的可实施性。

Claims (11)

  1. 一种紧急通信方法,包括:
    终端设备获取用户对所述终端设备的触摸屏进行按压操作的压力值;
    所述终端设备根据所述压力值确定启动紧急通信操作。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的紧急通信方法,其中,所述终端设备中设置有压力阈值,所述终端设备根据所述压力值确定启动紧急通信操作,包括:
    所述终端设备在所述压力值符合所述压力阈值时,确定启动所述紧急通信操作。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的紧急通信方法,其中,所述终端设备中还设置有指纹识别模块,所述方法还包括:
    所述终端设备在检测到所述用户通过预置指纹成功验证所述指纹识别模块时,确定启动所述紧急通信操作。
  4. 根据权利要求1~3中任一项所述的紧急通信方法,其中,所述紧急通信操作包括以下操作中的一项或多项:
    向预置的号码进行紧急拨号操作,所述终端设备的配置信息包括紧急拨号成功后打开扬声器;
    向预置的号码发送紧急短信,所发送的紧急短信中包括预先编辑的内容和所述终端设备的当前位置信息。
  5. 一种紧急通信装置,设置于终端设备中,包括:
    压力获取模块,设置为:获取用户对所述终端设备的触摸屏进行按压操作的压力值;
    紧急通信模块,设置为:根据所述压力获取模块获取的压力值确定启动紧急通信操作。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的紧急通信装置,其中,所述紧急通信装置中设置有压力阈值,所述紧急通信模块是设置为:在所述压力获取模块获取的压力值符合所述压力阈值时,确定启动所述紧急通信操作。
  7. 根据权利要求5所述的紧急通信装置,其中,所述紧急通信装置中还 设置有指纹识别模块,所述紧急通信模块,还设置为:在检测到所述用户通过预置指纹成功验证所述指纹识别模块时,确定启动所述紧急通信操作。
  8. 根据权利要求5~7中任一项所述的紧急通信装置,其中,所述紧急通信操作包括以下操作中的一项或多项:
    向预置的号码进行紧急拨号操作,所述终端设备的配置信息包括紧急拨号成功后打开扬声器;
    向预置的号码发送紧急短信,所发送的紧急短信中包括预先编辑的内容和所述终端设备的当前位置信息。
  9. 一种终端设备,包括:压力装置和处理器CPU;
    所述压力装置包括触摸屏和设置于所述触摸屏下方的压力传感器,所述触摸屏和所述压力传感器分别与所述CPU相连接,其中,所述CPU中设置有如权利要求5~8中任一项所述的紧急通信装置;
    所述压力传感器,设置为:在检测到用户对所述触摸屏进行按压操作时,测量所述用户对所述触摸屏进行按压操作的压力值,并将所述压力值传输给所述CPU。
  10. 根据权利要求9所述的终端设备,其中,所述终端设备上还设置有紧急通信按键,所述紧急通信按键设置为:在所述用户通过预置按压方式按压所述紧急通信按键时,确定启动所述紧急通信操作。
  11. 一种计算机可读存储介质,存储有计算机可执行指令,所述计算机可执行指令被执行时实现权利要求1至4任一项所述的紧急通信方法。
