一种触控装置及方法、电子设备。装置包括:盖板(10)、指纹模组(11)、压力传感器(12)、处理器(13),所述指纹模组(11)位于所述压力传感器(12)与所述盖板(10)之间,所述指纹模组(11)分别与所述压力传感器(12)与所述盖板(10)相贴合,所述压力传感器(12)与所述处理器(13)电连接;其中,所述压力传感器(12)检测所述触控操作对所述指纹模组(11)的按压力(402);所述处理器(13)基于所述按压力确定所述触控操作是否为误触操作(403)。该技术方案可以避免通过在盖板(10)上开孔的方式设置指纹模组(11)对应的触控按键,确保盖板(10)的完整性;当用户无意识中触碰到指纹模组(11)时,避免指纹模组(11)由于误触而不停地唤醒CPU,降低CPU的电量消耗,有效防止误触控。

Description

触控装置及方法、电子设备 技术领域
本公开涉及触控集技术领域,尤其涉及一种触控装置及方法、电子设备。
背景技术
指纹解锁功能作为一项方便实用的生物识别技术,被广泛应用在了智能手机的指纹解锁功能上。为了方便用户的指纹识别操作,相关技术中的指纹触控会支持冷唤醒功能,也即:在锁屏界面下,当用户的手指按压用于触发指纹触控芯片的按键时,可以直接将智能手机的操作系统唤醒并实现指纹解锁,避免通过开机键(power)键唤醒操作系统,然后再通过指纹触控芯片实现指纹解锁。然而,当用户无意识中触碰了用于触发指纹触控芯片的按键时,会导致指纹触控芯片被误触,若指纹触控芯片由于误触而不停的唤醒处理器(Central Processing Unit,简称为CPU),则会消耗智能手机的电量。
发明内容
为克服相关技术中存在的问题,本公开实施例提供一种触控装置及方法、电子设备,用以有效地防止误触。
根据本公开实施例的第一方面,提供一种触控装置,包括:盖板、指纹模组、压力传感器、处理器,所述指纹模组位于所述压力传感器与所述盖板之间,所述指纹模组分别与所述压力传感器与所述盖板相贴合,所述压力传感器与所述处理器电连接;其中,
所述压力传感器检测所述触控操作对所述指纹模组的按压力;
所述处理器基于所述按压力确定所述触控操作是否为误触操作。
在一实施例中,所述压力传感器基于所述按压力生成电平信号,将所述电平信号发送至所述处理器;所述处理器基于所述电平信号确定所述触控操作是否为误触操作。
在一实施例中,当所述处理器确定所述电平信号为高电平时,确定所述触控操作为正常操作并触发对所述指纹模组采集的指纹数据进行处理;当所述电平信号为低电平时,确定所述触控操作为误触操作并禁止对所述指纹模组采集的指纹数据进行处理。
在一实施例中,所述处理器将所述按压力与预设阈值进行比较;当所述按压力大于或者等于所述预设阈值时,确定所述触控操作为正常操作并触发对所述指纹模组采集的指纹数据进行处理;当所述按压力小于所述预设阈值时,确定所述触控操作为误触操作并停止响应所述指纹数据。
在一实施例中,所述压力传感器的另一个侧面固设有预设连接板,所述预设连接板在所述盖板平面延伸并在端部与第一电连接部件的一个侧面电连接,所述第一电连接部件的另一个侧面与所述处理器电连接。
在一实施例中,所述预设连接板上布设有数据传输通道,所述预设连接板上的数据传输通道的第一个数与所述压力传感器的数据输出通道的第二个数、所述第一电连接部件的数据输出通道的第三个数均相同,所述第一电连接部件的数据传输通道电连接至所述处理器的输入输出端口。
在一实施例中,所述压力传感器的另一个侧面与第二电连接部件接触并电连接,所述第二电连接部件的另一个侧面与所述处理器电连接。
在一实施例中,所述第二电连接部件的数据传输通道的第四个数与所述压力传感器的数据输出通道的第二个数相同,所述第二电连接部件的数据传输通道电连接至所述处理器的输入输出端口。
根据本公开实施例的第二方面,提供一种触控方法,包括:
通过指纹模组响应盖板的触控操作采集指纹数据;
通过压力传感器采集所述触控操作对所述指纹模组的按压力;
基于所述按压力确定所述触控操作是否为误触操作。
在一实施例中,所述通过压力传感器采集所述触控操作对所述指纹模组的按压力的步骤之后,所述方法还包括:
基于所述按压力生成电平信号;
基于所述电平信号确定所述触控操作是否为误触操作。
在一实施例中,所述基于所述电平信号确定所述触控操作是否为误触操作,包括:
确定所述电平信号为高电平还是低电平;
当所述电平信号为高电平时,确定所述触控操作为正常操作并触发对所述指纹数据进行处理;
当所述电平信号为低电平时,确定所述触控操作为误触操作并禁止对所述指纹数据进行处理。
在一实施例中,所述基于所述按压力确定所述触控操作是否为误触操作,包括:
将所述按压力与预设阈值进行比较;
当所述按压力大于或者等于所述预设阈值时,确定所述触控操作为正常操作并触发对所述指纹数据进行处理;
当所述按压力小于所述预设阈值时,确定所述触控操作为误触操作并停止对所述指纹数据进行处理。
根据本公开实施例的第三方面,提供一种电子设备,包括:
处理器;
用于存储处理器可执行指令的存储器;
盖板、指纹模组、压力传感器;
所述指纹模组位于所述压力传感器与所述盖板之间,所述指纹模组分别与所述压力传感器与所述盖板相贴合,所述压力传感器与所述处理器电连接;其中,
所述压力传感器检测所述触控操作对所述指纹模组的按压力;
所述处理器基于所述按压力确定所述触控操作是否为误触操作。
本公开的实施例提供的技术方案可以包括以下有益效果:
由于指纹模组设置在盖板与压力传感器之间,避免通过在盖板上开孔的方式设置指纹模组对应的触控按键,确保盖板的完整性;由于处理器基于压力传感器采集到的按压力确定是否为误触操作,因此当用户无意识中触碰到指纹模组时,避免指纹模组由于误触而不停地唤醒CPU,降低CPU的电量消耗,有效防止了误触控。

图1A是根据一示例性实施例示出的触控装置的俯视图,图1B是根据一示例性实施例示出的触控装置的左视图;触控装置可以应用在具有触控功能的电子设备(例如:智能手机、平板电脑)上,如图1A和图1B所示,该触控装置包括:盖板10、指纹模组11、压力传感器12、处理器13,指纹模组11位于压力传感器11与盖板10之间,指纹模组11分别与压力传感器12与盖板10相贴合,压力传感器12与处理器13电连接。
其中,指纹模组11响应于盖板10的触控操作采集指纹数据;压力传感器12检测触控操作对指纹模组11的按压力;处理器13基于按压力确定触控操作是否为误触操作。
当用户的手指通过触摸盖板10并向指纹模组11产生具有一定压力值的触控操作时,指纹模组11采集手指的指纹数据,并将指纹数据传输给处理器13,压力传感器12采集手指由于触控操作对指纹模组11的按压力。由于手指的按压,压力传感器12与参考地14之间的距离有轻微变化,当距离达到一定程度时,压力传感器12检测到的按压力会达到一预设阈值,处理器13此时可被唤醒,并识别指纹模组11采集的指纹数据,当距离未达到一定程度时,压力传感器12检测到的按压力不能达到该预设阈值,处理器13此时仍可保持休眠状态,不对指纹模组11采集的指纹数据不做任何响应。
本实施例中,由于指纹模组11设置在盖板10与压力传感器12之间,避免通过在盖板10上开孔的方式设置指纹模组11对应的触控按键,确保盖板10的完整性;由于处理器13基于压力传感器12采集到的按压力确定是否为误触操作,因此当用户无意识中触碰到指纹模组11时,避免指纹模组由于误触而不停地唤醒CPU,降低CPU的电量消耗,有效防止了误触控。
在一实施例中,压力传感器基于按压力生成电平信号,将电平信号发送至处理器;处理器基于电平信号确定触控操作是否为误触操作。
在一实施例中,当处理器确定电平信号为高电平时,确定触控操作为正常操作并触发对指纹模组采集的指纹数据进行处理;当电平信号为低电平时,确定触控操作为误触操作并禁止对指纹模组采集的指纹数据进行处理。
在一实施例中,处理器将按压力与预设阈值进行比较;当按压力大于或者等于预设阈值时,确定触控操作为正常操作并触发对指纹模组采集的指纹数据进行处理;当按压力小于预设阈值时,确定触控操作为误触操作并停止响应指纹数据。
在一实施例中,压力传感器的另一个侧面固设有预设连接板,预设连接板在盖板平面延伸并在端部与第一电连接部件的一个侧面电连接,第一电连接部件的另一个侧面与处理器电连接。
在一实施例中,预设连接板上布设有数据传输通道,预设连接板上的数据传输通道的第一个数与压力传感器的数据输出通道的第二个数、第一电连接部件的数据输出通道的第三个数均相同,第一电连接部件的数据传输通道电连接至处理器的输入输出端口。
在一实施例中,压力传感器的另一个侧面与第二电连接部件接触并电连接,第二电连接部件的另一个侧面与处理器电连接。
在一实施例中,第二电连接部件的数据传输通道的第四个数与压力传感器的数据输出通道的第二个数相同,第二电连接部件的数据传输通道电连接至处理器的输入输出端口。

至此,本公开实施例提供的上述装置,可以避免通过在盖板上开孔的方式设置指纹模组对应的触控按键,确保盖板的完整性;当用户无意识中触碰到指纹模组时,避免指纹模组由于误触而不停地唤醒CPU,降低CPU的电量消耗,有效防止误触控。
下面以具体实施例来说明本公开实施例提供的技术方案。
图2是根据另一示例性实施例示出的触控装置的结构示意图;本实施例利用本公开实施例提供的上述装置,以压力传感器与处理器之间通过预设连接板以及第一电连接部件实现电连接为例进行示例性说明,如图2所示,压力传感器12的另一个侧面固设有预设连接板16,预设连接板16在盖板10平面延伸至左侧,并在预设连接板16的端部与第一电连接部件151的一个侧面电连接,第一电连接部件151的另一个侧面与处理器13电连接。本领域技术人员可以理解的是,图2所示的预设连接板16在盖板10平面延伸至左侧仅以示例性说明,预设连接板16的延伸方向,以确保能够与处理器13接触并实现电连接即可,本公开对预设连接板16的延伸方向不做限制。
在一实施例中,预设连接板16上布设有数据传输通道(图2中未示),预设连接板16上的数据传输通道的第一个数与压力传感器12的数据输出通道(图2中未示)的第二个数、第一电连接部件151的数据输出通道(图2中未示)的第三个数均相同,第一电连接部件151的数据传输通道电连接至处理器13的输入输出端口。例如,压力传感器12输出按压力的数字信号,数字信号需要数据传输通道为5条,则第一电连接部件151和预设连接板16各自的数据通道均需要与压力传感器12的数据传输通道保持相同,即,均为5条,从而可以确保按压力的数字信号能够准确地传输至处理器13,避免处理器13接收到错误的按压力的数字信号导致识别出错误的触控操作,确保准确地识别防误触。
在一实施例中,压力传感器12可以将采集到的按压力与预设阈值进行比较,基于比较结果生成电平信号,压力传感器12通过预设连接板16上布设的数据传输通道以及第一电连接部件151的数据输出通道,将电平信号发送至处理器13;处理器13基于电平信号确定触控操作是否为误触操作。例如,当电平信号为高电平时,确定触控操作为正常操作并触发对指纹模组11采集的指纹数据进行处理,当电平信号为低电平时,确定触控 操作为误触操作并禁止对指纹模组11采集的指纹数据进行处理。通过压力传感器12生成的电平信号来确定触控操作是正常操作还是误触操作,可以减少预设连接板16上布设的数据传输通道以及第一电连接部件151上布设的数据输出通道的个数,降低在预设连接板16和第一电连接部件151上布线的复杂度,提高数据传输的效率。
在另一实施例中,压力传感器12可以将采集到的按压力进行模数转换后,将按压力对应的数字信号通过预设连接板16上布设的数据传输通道以及第一电连接部件151的数据输出通道传输给处理器13。处理器13将按压力与预设阈值进行比较;当按压力大于或者等于预设阈值时,确定触控操作为正常操作并触发对指纹模组采集的指纹数据进行处理;当按压力小于预设阈值时,确定触控操作为误触操作并停止响应指纹数据。压力传感器12直接将采集到的按压力的数字信号通过第一预设连接板16上布设的数据传输通道以及第一电连接部件151上布设的数据输出通道传输至处理器13,可以降低压力传感器的数据处理复杂度,降低了压力传感器的设计复杂度
本实施例中,通过预设连接板16和第一电连接部件151实现压力传感器12与处理器13的电连接,可以能够使电子设备根据具体电路的设计需求来调整各个元器件在硬件电路板上的位置,提高电路设计的灵活性。图3是根据再一示例性实施例示出的触控装置的结构示意图;本实施例利用本公开实施例提供的上述装置,以压力传感器与处理器之间通过第二电连接部件实现电连接为例进行示例性说明,如图3所示,压力传感器12的一个侧面与指纹模组11接触并电连接,压力传感器12的另一个侧面与第二电连接部件152接触并电连接,第二电连接部件152的另一个侧面与处理器13电连接。
在一实施例中,第二电连接部件152的数据传输通道的第四个数与压力传感器12的数据输出通道的第二个数相同,第二电连接部件152的数据传输通道电连接至处理器13的输入输出端口。例如,压力传感器12输 出按压力的数字信号,数字信号需要数据传输通道为5条,则第二电连接部件152的数据通道需要与压力传感器12的数据传输通道保持相同,即,为5条,从而可以确保按压力的数字信号能够准确地传输至处理器13,避免处理器13接收到错误的按压力的数字信号导致识别出错误的触控操作,确保准确地识别防误触。
在一实施例中,压力传感器12与处理器对按压力的处理过程可以参考上述图2所示实施例的相关描述,在此不再详述。
本实施例中,通过第二电连接部件152实现压力传感器12与处理器13的电连接,减少了压力传感器12与处理器13之间的连接部件,简化了压力传感器12与处理器13之间实现电连接的复杂度,降低了硬件设计的成本。
图4是根据一示例性实施例示出的触控方法的流程示意图,如图4所示,触控方法包括如下步骤:
在步骤401中,通过指纹模组响应盖板的触控操作采集指纹数据。
在步骤402中,通过压力传感器采集触控操作对指纹模组的按压力。
在步骤403中,基于按压力确定触控操作是否为误触操作。

图7是根据一示例性实施例示出的一种电子设备的框图。例如,电子设备700可以是移动电话,计算机,数字广播终端,消息收发设备,游戏控制台,平板设备,医疗设备,健身设备,个人数字助理等。
其中,电子设备包括:
处理器;

参照图7,设备700可以包括以下一个或多个组件:处理组件702,存储器704,电源组件706,多媒体组件708,音频组件710,输入/输出(I/O)的接口712,传感器组件714,以及通信组件716。
处理组件702通常控制设备700的整体操作,诸如与显示,电话呼叫,数据通信,相机操作和记录操作相关联的操作。处理元件702可以包括一个或多个处理器720来执行指令,以完成上述的方法的全部或部分步骤。此外,处理组件702可以包括一个或多个模块,便于处理组件702和其他组件之间的交互。例如,处理部件702可以包括多媒体模块,以方便 多媒体组件708和处理组件702之间的交互。
存储器704被配置为存储各种类型的数据以支持在设备700的操作。这些数据的示例包括用于在设备700上操作的任何应用程序或方法的指令,联系人数据,电话簿数据,消息,图片,视频等。存储器704可以由任何类型的易失性或非易失性存储设备或者它们的组合实现,如静态随机存取存储器(SRAM),电可擦除可编程只读存储器(EEPROM),可擦除可编程只读存储器(EPROM),可编程只读存储器(PROM),只读存储器(ROM),磁存储器,快闪存储器,磁盘或光盘。
电力组件706为设备700的各种组件提供电力。电力组件706可以包括电源管理系统,一个或多个电源,及其他与为设备700生成、管理和分配电力相关联的组件。
多媒体组件708包括在所述设备700和用户之间的提供一个输出接口的屏幕。在一些实施例中,屏幕可以包括液晶显示器(LCD)和触摸面板(TP)。如果屏幕包括触摸面板,屏幕可以被实现为触摸屏,以接收来自用户的输入信号。触摸面板包括一个或多个触摸传感器以感测触摸、滑动和触摸面板上的手势。所述触摸传感器可以不仅感测触摸或滑动动作的边界,而且还检测与所述触摸或滑动操作相关的持续时间和压力。在一些实施例中,多媒体组件708包括一个前置摄像头和/或后置摄像头。当设备700处于操作模式,如拍摄模式或视频模式时,前置摄像头和/或后置摄像头可以接收外部的多媒体数据。每个前置摄像头和后置摄像头可以是一个固定的光学透镜系统或具有焦距和光学变焦能力。
音频组件710被配置为输出和/或输入音频信号。例如,音频组件710包括一个麦克风(MIC),当设备700处于操作模式,如呼叫模式、记录模式和语音识别模式时,麦克风被配置为接收外部音频信号。所接收的音频信号可以被进一步存储在存储器704或经由通信组件716发送。在一些实施例中,音频组件710还包括一个扬声器,用于输出音频信号。
I/O接口712为处理组件702和外围接口模块之间提供接口,上述外 围接口模块可以是键盘,点击轮,按钮等。这些按钮可包括但不限于:主页按钮、音量按钮、启动按钮和锁定按钮。
传感器组件714包括一个或多个传感器,用于为设备700提供各个方面的状态评估。例如,传感器组件714可以检测到设备700的打开/关闭状态,组件的相对定位,例如所述组件为设备700的显示器和小键盘,传感器组件714还可以检测设备700或设备700一个组件的位置改变,用户与设备700接触的存在或不存在,设备700方位或加速/减速和设备700的温度变化。传感器组件714可以包括接近传感器,被配置用来在没有任何的物理接触时检测附近物体的存在。传感器组件714还可以包括光传感器,如CMOS或CCD图像传感器,用于在成像应用中使用。在一些实施例中,该传感器组件714还可以包括加速度传感器,陀螺仪传感器,磁传感器,压力传感器或温度传感器。
通信组件716被配置为便于设备700和其他设备之间有线或无线方式的通信。设备700可以接入基于通信标准的无线网络,如WiFi,2G或7G,或它们的组合。在一个示例性实施例中,通信部件716经由广播信道接收来自外部广播管理系统的广播信号或广播相关信息。在一个示例性实施例中,所述通信部件716还包括近场通信(NFC)模块,以促进短程通信。例如,在NFC模块可基于射频识别(RFID)技术,红外数据协会(IrDA)技术,超宽带(UWB)技术,蓝牙(BT)技术和其他技术来实现。
在示例性实施例中,设备700可以被一个或多个应用专用集成电路(ASIC)、数字信号处理器(DSP)、数字信号处理设备(DSPD)、可编程逻辑器件(PLD)、现场可编程门阵列(FPGA)、控制器、微控制器、微处理器或其他电子元件实现。
在示例性实施例中,还提供了一种包括指令的非临时性计算机可读存储介质,例如包括指令的存储器704。例如,所述非临时性计算机可读存储介质可以是ROM、随机存取存储器(RAM)、CD-ROM、磁带、软盘和光数据存储设备等。

  1. 一种触控装置,其特征在于,所述装置包括:盖板、指纹模组、压力传感器、处理器,所述指纹模组位于所述压力传感器与所述盖板之间,所述指纹模组分别与所述压力传感器与所述盖板相贴合,所述压力传感器与所述处理器电连接;其中,
    所述压力传感器检测所述触控操作对所述指纹模组的按压力;
    所述处理器基于所述按压力确定所述触控操作是否为误触操作。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的装置,其特征在于,所述压力传感器基于所述按压力生成电平信号,将所述电平信号发送至所述处理器;所述处理器基于所述电平信号确定所述触控操作是否为误触操作。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的装置,其特征在于,当所述处理器确定所述电平信号为高电平时,确定所述触控操作为正常操作并触发对所述指纹模组采集的指纹数据进行处理;当所述电平信号为低电平时,确定所述触控操作为误触操作并禁止对所述指纹模组采集的指纹数据进行处理。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的装置,其特征在于,所述处理器将所述按压力与预设阈值进行比较;当所述按压力大于或者等于所述预设阈值时,确定所述触控操作为正常操作并触发对所述指纹模组采集的指纹数据进行处理;当所述按压力小于所述预设阈值时,确定所述触控操作为误触操作并停止响应所述指纹数据。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述的装置,其特征在于,所述压力传感器的另一个侧面固设有预设连接板,所述预设连接板在所述盖板平面延伸并在端部与第一电连接部件的一个侧面电连接,所述第一电连接部件的另一个侧面与所述处理器电连接。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的装置,其特征在于,所述预设连接板上布设有数据传输通道,所述预设连接板上的数据传输通道的第一个数与所述压力传感器的数据输出通道的第二个数、所述第一电连接部件的数据输出通 道的第三个数均相同,所述第一电连接部件的数据传输通道电连接至所述处理器的输入输出端口。
  7. 根据权利要求1所述的装置,其特征在于,所述压力传感器的另一个侧面与第二电连接部件接触并电连接,所述第二电连接部件的另一个侧面与所述处理器电连接。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述的装置,其特征在于,所述第二电连接部件的数据传输通道的第四个数与所述压力传感器的数据输出通道的第二个数相同,所述第二电连接部件的数据传输通道电连接至所述处理器的输入输出端口。
  9. 一种触控方法,其特征在于,所述方法包括:
    通过指纹模组响应盖板的触控操作采集指纹数据;
    通过压力传感器采集所述触控操作对所述指纹模组的按压力;
    基于所述按压力确定所述触控操作是否为误触操作。
  10. 根据权利要求9所述的方法,其特征在于,所述通过压力传感器采集所述触控操作对所述指纹模组的按压力的步骤之后,所述方法还包括:
    基于所述按压力生成电平信号;
    基于所述电平信号确定所述触控操作是否为误触操作。
  11. 根据权利要求10所述的方法,其特征在于,所述基于所述电平信号确定所述触控操作是否为误触操作,包括:
    确定所述电平信号为高电平还是低电平;
    当所述电平信号为高电平时,确定所述触控操作为正常操作并触发对所述指纹数据进行处理;
    当所述电平信号为低电平时,确定所述触控操作为误触操作并禁止对所述指纹数据进行处理。
  12. 根据权利要求9所述的方法,其特征在于,所述基于所述按压力确定所述触控操作是否为误触操作,包括:
    将所述按压力与预设阈值进行比较;
    当所述按压力大于或者等于所述预设阈值时,确定所述触控操作为正常操作并触发对所述指纹数据进行处理;
    当所述按压力小于所述预设阈值时,确定所述触控操作为误触操作并停止对所述指纹数据进行处理。
  13. 一种电子设备,其特征在于,所述电子设备包括:
    处理器;
    用于存储处理器可执行指令的存储器;
    盖板、指纹模组、压力传感器;
    所述指纹模组位于所述压力传感器与所述盖板之间,所述指纹模组分别与所述压力传感器与所述盖板相贴合,所述压力传感器与所述处理器电连接;其中,
    所述压力传感器检测所述触控操作对所述指纹模组的按压力;
    所述处理器基于所述按压力确定所述触控操作是否为误触操作。
