Abstract

本发明提供了一种拦截推送信息的方法、装置及终端,其中,该方法包括:获取终端内已安装的应用程序的应用信息,其中,应用信息包括:应用程序在预定时间内的累计使用时长、或应用程序在预定时间内的累计使用次数;将应用信息中的应用程序在预定时间内的累计使用时长、或应用程序的在预定时间内的累计使用次数分别与预设的阈值进行比较,并根据比较结果确定是否对与已安装应用程序对应的用于推送服务信息的号码进行拦截。通过本发明,解决了相关技术中用户对于短信和电话的拦截标准不一样,导致对应用程序的号码拦截繁琐且效率低的问题。

Description

拦截推送信息的方法、装置及终端 技术领域
本发明涉及通信领域,具体而言,涉及一种拦截推送信息的方法、装置及终端。
背景技术
对于相关技术中的短信和电话的拦截用户常常感觉到不够准确,因为一些重要的消息被误拦截。究其原因,很重要的一点就是每个用户希望的拦截标准是不同的,同样的一条消息一个电话对不同的用户有的认为是骚扰,有的认为是重要的信息。
现代大数据理论指出,多个数据相互配合可以实现对用户的精准画像。简单应用到终端上,我们可以通过用户安装使用相关应用的情况进行初步的推测。而终端上安装的不少应用对应着实体的服务,也就是对应着相应的通话和短信。
例如,安装了京东的用户,并且近期才使用过,很有可能他关注过某款产品甚至进行了购买。那么近期来自京东的短信和电话对他来说很可能就是有用信息,而不希望被拦截。
而目前的拦截软件通常有以下几种实现方案:
1)自设黑白名单,源自于功能机时代,用户可以自己设置黑白名单,或者从通话记录中添加。
2)服务器同步,拦截软件厂商整理好骚扰号码库后,通过更新机制从服务器下发到终端。
3)关键字过滤,发现短信中包含的一些常见的广告字(如商铺、投资、代开发票等)后就进行拦截过滤。
4)情景适配,在不同的情景模式下过滤标准不同。如在会议情景中过滤所有来电。
由上述相关技术可知,用户对于短信和电话的拦截标准不一样,进而有的用户需要比较麻烦的手动设置,部分用户被骚扰过后才设置拦截,部分用户手动调整不太方便;针对相关技术中用户对于短信和电话的拦截标准不一样,导致对应用程序的号码拦截繁琐且效率低的问题,目前尚未存在有效的解决方案。
发明内容
本发明提供了一种终端拦截推送信息的方法、装置及终端,以至少解决相关技术中用户对于短信和电话的拦截标准不一样,导致对应用程序的号码拦截繁琐且效率低的问题。
根据本发明实施例的一个方面,提供了一种拦截推送信息的方法,包括:获取终端内已安装的应用程序的应用信息,其中,所述应用信息包括:所述应用程序在预定时间内的累计 使用时长、或所述应用程序在所述预定时间内的累计使用次数;将所述应用信息中的所述应用程序在预定时间内的累计使用时长、或所述应用程序的在所述预定时间内的累计使用次数分别与预设的阈值进行比较,并根据比较结果确定是否对与所述已安装应用程序对应的用于推送服务信息的号码进行拦截。
可选地,所述获取终端内已安装的应用程序的应用信息包括:获取在所述预定时间内所述应用程序的累计使用次数以及每一次使用的时长;依据所述累计使用次数与所述每一次使用的时长获取得到所述应用程序的累计使用时长。
可选地,所述将所述应用信息中的所述应用程序在预定时间内的累计使用时长与预设的阈值进行比较,并根据比较结果确定是否对与所述已安装应用程序对应的用于推送服务信息的号码进行拦截包括:将所述累计使用时长与第一预设阈值进行比较;在所述累计使用时长大于等于所述第一预设阈值时,允许所述应用程序中用于推送服务信息的号码执行推送操作;在所述累计使用时长小于所述第一预设阈值时,对所述应用程序中用于推送服务信息的号码进行拦截。
可选地,所述允许所述应用程序中用于推送服务信息的号码进行服务信息的推送包括:判断所述号码是否在预设拦截列表中;在基于判断结果为是,从所述预设拦截列表中删除所述号码后,或,在判断结果为否后,允许所述应用程序中用于推送服务信息的号码执行推送操作;所述对所述应用程序中用于推送服务信息的号码进行拦截包括:判断所述应用程序中用于推送服务信息的号码是否在预设拦截列表中;在基于判断结果为否,将所述号码加入到所述预设拦截列表中后,或,在判断结果为是后,对所述应用程序中用于推送服务信息的号码进行拦截。
可选地,所述将所述应用信息中所述应用程序在所述预定时间内的累计使用次数与预设的阈值进行比较,并根据比较结果确定是否对与所述已安装应用程序对应的用于推送服务信息的号码进行拦截包括:将所述累计使用次数与第二预设阈值进行比较;在所述累计使用次数大于等于所述第二预设阈值时,允许所述应用程序的用于推送服务信息的号码执行推送操作;在所述累计使用次数小于所述第二预设阈值时,对所述应用程序的用于推送服务信息的号码进行拦截;或,显示提示信息,其中,所述提示信息用于提示用户是否触发所述终端对所述应用程序号码的拦截操作。
可选地,所述方法还包括:在安装应用程序的过程中,显示提示信息,其中,所述提示信息用于提示用户是否触发所述终端对所述应用程序号码的拦截操作。
根据本发明实施例的另一个方面,提供了一种拦截推送信息的装置,包括:获取模块,设置为获取终端内已安装的应用程序的应用信息,其中,所述应用信息包括:所述应用程序在预定时间内的累计使用时长、或所述应用程序在所述预定时间内的累计使用次数;处理模块,设置为将所述应用信息中的所述应用程序在预定时间内的累计使用时长、或所述应用程序的在所述预定时间内的累计使用次数分别与预设的阈值进行比较,并根据比较结果确定是否对与所述已安装应用程序对应的用于推送服务信息的号码进行拦截。
可选地,所述获取模块包括:第一获取单元,设置为获取在所述预定时间内所述应用程序的累计使用次数以及每一次使用的时长;第二获取单元,设置为依据所述累计使用次数与所述每一次使用的时长获取得到所述应用程序的累计使用时长。
可选地,所述处理模块包括:第一比较单元,设置为将所述累计使用时长与第一预设阈值进行比较;第一推送单元,设置为在所述累计使用时长大于等于所述第一预设阈值时,允许所述应用程序中用于推送服务信息的号码执行推送操作;第一拦截单元,设置为在所述累计使用时长小于所述第一预设阈值时,对所述应用程序中用于推送服务信息的号码进行拦截。
可选地,所述第一推送单元包括:第一判断子单元,设置为判断所述号码是否在预设拦截列表中;推送子单元,设置为在基于判断结果为是,从所述预设拦截列表中删除所述号码后,或,在判断结果为否后,允许所述应用程序中用于推送服务信息的号码执行推送操作;所述第一拦截单元包括:第二判断子单元,设置为判断所述应用程序中用于推送服务信息的号码是否在预设拦截列表中;拦截子单元,设置为在基于判断结果为否,将所述号码加入到所述预设拦截列表中后,或,在判断结果为是后,对所述应用程序中用于推送服务信息的号码进行拦截。
可选地,所述处理模块包括:第二比较单元,设置为将所述累计使用次数与第二预设阈值进行比较;第二推送单元,设置为在所述累计使用次数大于等于所述第二预设阈值时,允许所述应用程序的用于推送服务信息的号码执行推送操作;第二拦截单元,设置为在所述累计使用次数小于所述第二预设阈值时,对所述应用程序的用于推送服务信息的号码进行拦截;或,显示单元,设置为显示提示信息,其中,所述提示信息用于提示用户是否触发终端对所述应用程序号码的拦截操作。
根据本发明实施例的再一个方面,提供了一种终端,包括上述装置中的任一项的拦截推送信息的装置。
通过本发明实施例,采用了通过将应用信息中的应用程序在预定时间内的累计使用时长、或应用程序在预定时间内的累计使用次数分别与预设的阈值进行比较,并根据比较结果确定是否对与已安装应用程序对应的用于推送服务信息的号码进行拦截的方式,在本实施例中对于终端内应用程序对应的号码,即通过应用程序在预定时间内的累计使用时长、或应用程序的累计使用次数的方式来体现用户对应用程序的操作热度,对应用程序的号码的拦截更加智能与人性化,从而解决了相关技术用户对于短信和电话的拦截标准不一样,导致对应用程序的号码拦截繁琐且效率低的问题,达到了提高用户体验的效果。

下文中将参考附图并结合实施例来详细说明本发明。需要说明的是,在不冲突的情况下,本申请中的实施例及实施例中的特征可以相互组合。
需要说明的是,本发明的说明书和权利要求书及上述附图中的术语“第一”、“第二”等是用于区别类似的对象,而不必用于描述特定的顺序或先后次序。
在本实施例中提供了一种拦截推送信息的方法,图1是根据本发明实施例的拦截推送信息的方法的流程图,如图1所示,该流程包括如下步骤:
步骤S102:获取终端内已安装的应用程序的应用信息,其中,应用信息包括:应用程序在预定时间内的累计使用时长、或应用程序在预定时间内的累计使用次数;
步骤S104:将应用信息中的应用程序在预定时间内的累计使用时长、或应用程序的在预定时间内的累计使用次数分别与预设的阈值进行比较,并根据比较结果确定是否对与已安装应用程序对应的用于推送服务信息的号码进行拦截。
由上述步骤S102和步骤S104可知,采用了通过将应用信息中的应用程序在预定时间内的累计使用时长、或应用程序在预定时间内的累计使用次数分别与预设的阈值进行比较,并根据比较结果确定是否对与已安装应用程序对应的用于推送服务信息的号码进行拦截的方式,在本实施例中对于终端内应用程序对应的号码,即通过应用程序在预定时间内的累计使用时长、或累计使用次数的方式来体现用户对应用程序的操作热度,对应用程序的号码的拦截更加智能与人性化,从而解决了相关技术用户对于短信和电话的拦截标准不一样,导致对应用程序的号码拦截繁琐且效率低的问题,达到了提高用户体验的效果。
对于本实施例中步骤S102中涉及到的获取终端内已安装的应用程序的应用信息的方式,在该应用信息为应用程序在预定时间内的累计使用时长,该步骤在本实施例的可选实施方式中,可以通过如下方式来实现:
步骤S11:获取在预定时间内应用程序的累计使用次数以及每一次使用的时长;
步骤S12:依据累计使用次数与每一次使用的时长获取得到应用程序的累计使用时长。
基于该步骤S11和步骤S12,对于本实施例中的步骤S104涉及到的将应用信息中的应用程序在预定时间内的累计使用时长与预设的阈值进行比较,并根据比较结果确定是否对与已安装应用程序对应的用于推送服务信息的号码进行拦截的方式,可以通过如下步骤来实现:
步骤S21:将累计使用时长与第一预设阈值进行比较;
步骤S22:在累计使用时长大于等于第一预设阈值时,允许应用程序中用于推送服务信息的号码执行推送操作;
步骤S23:在累计使用时长小于第一预设阈值时,对应用程序中用于推送服务信息的号码进行拦截。
由上述步骤S21至步骤S23可知,在本实施例的可选实施方式中,采用的是通过应用程序的累计使用时长与第一预设阈值进行比较,在大于等于该第一阈值时允许推送,而在小于该第一预设阈值时,则对该号码进行拦截;而对于该第一预设阈值的取值在本实施例中可以根据用户的需求进行自定义设置,例如,用户可以设置为5小时,15小时,在本发明中不进行限定,当然如果用户不进行自定义设置,则会默认缺省值为10小时。
此外,对于上述步骤S22中涉及到的允许应用程序中用于推送服务信息的号码进行服务信息的推送的方式,在本实例的另一个应用场景中,可以通过如下方式来实现:判断号码是否在预设拦截列表中;在基于判断结果为是,从预设拦截列表中删除号码后,或,在判断结果为否后,允许应用程序中用于推送服务信息的号码执行推送操作。
以及,对于上述步骤S23中涉及到的对应用程序中用于推送服务信息的号码进行拦截的方式,在本实施例的应用场景中,可以通过如下方式来实现:判断应用程序中用于推送服务信息的号码是否在预设拦截列表中;在基于判断结果为否,将号码加入到预设拦截列表中后,或,在判断结果为是后,对应用程序中用于推送服务信息的号码进行拦截。
也就是说,在本实施例中可以预设拦截列表,该列表中存储有需要拦截的应用程序的号码,通过上述步骤S22和步骤S23的方式,有应用程序可以不用拦截,则需要在该列表中删除该应用程序的号码。
而在本实施例的另一个可选实施方式中,在应用信息为应用程序在预定时间内的累计使用次数时,本实施例中步骤S104涉及到的将应用信息中的应用程序在预定时间内的累计使用次数与预设的阈值进行比较,并根据比较结果确定是否对与已安装应用程序对应的用于推送服务信息的号码进行拦截的方式,可以通过如下步骤来实现:
步骤S31:将累计使用次数与第二预设阈值进行比较;
步骤S32:在累计使用次数大于等于第二预设阈值时,允许应用程序的用于推送服务信息的号码执行推送操作。
在累计使用次数小于第二预设阈值时,对应用程序的用于推送服务信息的号码进行拦截;或,显示提示信息,其中,提示信息用于提示用户是否触发终端对号码拦截操作。
由上述步骤S31和步骤S32可知,通过应用程序在预定时间内的累计使用次数与第二预设阈值进行比较,来根据比较结果来实现是否要拦截号码,而该在预定时间内的累计使用次数和第二预设阈值也是可以根据用户的需要进行自定义。
在本实施例的另一个可选实施方式中,本实施例的方法还可以包括:在安装应用程序的过程中,显示提示信息,其中,所述提示信息用于提示用户是否触发所述终端对所述应用程序号码的拦截操作。也就是说,在安装应用程序的过程中,终端会显示提示信息,通过该提示信息用户可以选择拦截该应用程序号码推送的信息,或者选择不禁止该号码的推送信息。
通过以上的实施方式的描述,本领域的技术人员可以清楚地了解到根据上述实施例的方法可借助软件加必需的通用硬件平台的方式来实现,当然也可以通过硬件,但很多情况下前者是更佳的实施方式。基于这样的理解,本发明的技术方案本质上或者说对现有技术做出贡献的部分可以以软件产品的形式体现出来,该计算机软件产品存储在一个存储介质(如ROM/RAM、磁碟、光盘)中,包括若干指令用以使得一台终端设备(可以是手机,计算机,服务器,或者网络设备等)执行本发明各个实施例的方法。
在本实施例中还提供了一种拦截推送信息的装置,该装置用于实现上述实施例及优选实施方式,已经进行过说明的不再赘述。如以下所使用的,术语“模块”可以实现预定功能的软件和/或硬件的组合。尽管以下实施例所描述的装置较佳地以软件来实现,但是硬件,或者软件和硬件的组合的实现也是可能并被构想的。
图2是根据本发明实施例的拦截推送信息的装置的结构框图,如图2所示,该装置包括:获取模块22,设置为获取终端内已安装的应用程序的应用信息,其中,应用信息包括:应用程序在预定时间内的累计使用时长、或应用程序在预定时间内的累计使用次数;处理模块24,与获取模块22耦合连接,设置为将应用信息中的应用程序在预定时间内的累计使用时长、或应用程序在预定时间内的累计使用次数分别与预设的阈值进行比较,并根据比较结果确定是否对与已安装应用程序对应的用于推送服务信息的号码进行拦截。
图3是根据本发明实施例的拦截推送信息的装置的可选结构框图一,如图3所示,该获取模块22包括:第一获取单元32,设置为获取在预定时间内应用程序的累计使用次数以及每一次使用的时长;第二获取单元34,与第一获取单元32耦合连接,设置为依据累计使用次数与每一次使用的时长获取得到应用程序的累计使用时长。
基于图3,本实施例中的处理模块24包括:第一比较单元42,设置为将累计使用时长与第一预设阈值进行比较;第一推送单元44,与第一比较单元42耦合连接,设置为在累计使用时长大于等于第一预设阈值时,允许应用程序中用于推送服务信息的号码执行推送操作;第一拦截单元46,与第一比较单元42,设置为在累计使用时长小于第一预设阈值时,对应用程序中用于推送服务信息的号码进行拦截,该处理模块24如图4所示,图4是根据本发明实施例的拦截推送信息的装置的可选结构框图二。
基于图4,本实施例中的第一推送单元44包括:第一判断子单元52,设置为判断号码是否在预设拦截列表中;推送子单元54,设置为在基于判断结果为是,从预设拦截列表中删除号码后,或,在判断结果为否后,允许应用程序中用于推送服务信息的号码执行推送操作;
第一拦截单元46包括:第二判断子单元56,设置为判断应用程序中用于推送服务信息的号码是否在预设拦截列表中;拦截子单元58,设置为在基于判断结果为否,将号码加入到预设拦截列表中后,或,在判断结果为是后,对应用程序中用于推送服务信息的号码进行拦截;该第一推送单元44和第一拦截单元46,如图5所示,图5是根据本发明实施例的拦截推送信息的装置的可选结构框图三。
图6是根据本发明实施例的拦截推送信息的装置的可选结构框图四,如图6所示,该处理模块24包括:第二比较单元62,设置为将累计使用次数与第二预设阈值进行比较;第二推送单元64,与第二比较单元62耦合连接,设置为在累计使用次数大于等于第二预设阈值时,允许应用程序的用于推送服务信息的号码执行推送操作;第二拦截单元66,与第二比较单元62耦合连接,设置为在应用程序累计使用次数小于第二预设阈值时,对应用程序的用于推送服务信息的号码进行拦截;或,显示单元68,设置为显示提示信息,其中,提示信息用于提示用户是否触发终端对号码拦截操作。
图7是根据本发明实施例的拦截推送信息的装置的可选结构框图五,如图7所示,该装置还包括:显示模块72,与该获取模块22和/或处理模块24耦合连接,设置为在安装应用程序的过程中,显示提示信息,其中,提示信息用于提示用户是否触发终端对应用程序号码的拦截操作。
需要说明的是,上述各个模块是可以通过软件或硬件来实现的,对于后者,可以通过以下方式实现,但不限于此:上述模块均位于同一处理器中;或者,上述模块分别位于多个处理器中。
需要说明的是,在本实施例还提供了一种终端,该终端可以包括上述图2至图7中任一的装置。
下面结合本发明的可选实施例对本发明进行举例说明;
本可选实施例提供了一种骚扰拦截的方法,即通过观察终端上用户安装的应用以及用户对应用的使用习惯来修正拦截数据库,从而避免错误拦截。
下面结合用户安装新应用以及用户主动开启智能拦截两个场景对本可选实施例的骚扰拦截方法进行详细说明。
应用场景一:用户新安装应用的场景,在该应用场景下本可选实施例的骚扰拦截方法步骤的包括:
步骤S202:安装新应用;
步骤S204:查询新应用对应呼叫和短信号码;
步骤S206:提示用户新应用相关的号码,让用户选择是否进行拦截。
步骤S208:若用户选择拦截则将相应号码加入到拦截库中;若用户选择不拦截,则检查拦截库,若存在号码则删除。
应用场景二:用户主动开启智能拦截功能场景,其中,通常从安全工具或者通话记录的设置页等入口开启,步骤的包括:
步骤S302:开启智能拦截功能;
步骤S304:扫描本机已经安装的应用;
步骤S306:查找各应用对应的呼叫和短信号码;
步骤S308:查找用户已经手动设置过的拦截列表及解锁列表;
步骤S310:排除掉用户已经设置过拦截或者不拦截相应号码的应用,避免用户重复操作
步骤S312:获取还未设置拦截或者不拦截的应用的使用数据,如使用频率、使用时常、上一次使用时间等;
步骤S314:根据用户的使用情况计算得分,使用次数越多、频率越频繁、上次使用时间越接近的应用得分越高,越可能不被拦截;
步骤S316:判断得分门限。超过或等于门限则检查拦截库,若存在号码则删除;低于门限则将拦截号码加入拦截库中。
各应用对应的来电号码和短信服务号码数据由拦截厂商进行整理。可提前预置在拦截应用中,也可以让拦截应用通过更新功能从服务器上获取最新的数据。
通过本可选实施例,根据用户终端上的个性化信息,如安装的应用和使用情况,进行差异化的拦截,降低对用户有价值信息的错误拦截,提升拦截准确率。
下面结合附图和本可选实施例的具体实施例进行详细说明;
本可选实施例根据用户终端上的个性化信息,如安装的应用和使用情况,进行差异化的拦截,降低对用户有价值信息的错误拦截,包含用户安装新应用以及用户主动开启智能拦截两个场景。
图8是根据本发明可选实施例的安装新应用拦截设置方法的流程图,如图8所示,该方法的步骤包括:
步骤S802,开始使用手机;
步骤S804,安装应用(如招商银行手机银行应用);
步骤S806,查询被安装应用对应的电话号码和短信服务号码(包括95555、4008205555、1065795555、1065502010095555);
步骤S808,提示用户是否拦截;
步骤S810,用户进行选择,并记录选择结果;
步骤S812,如果用户选择不拦截,则检查拦截库,若存在相应的号码则进行删除;
步骤S814,如果用户选择拦截,则将号码加入拦截库;
步骤S816,结束整个流程。
通过上述步骤后,如果用户安装了招商银行网上银行且选择了不进行拦截,那么后续招商银行发送的相关通知短信及来电就不会被作为垃圾短信和骚扰电话被拦截;如果用户选择了拦截,那就不会收到相关短信及电话的骚扰,而不必等到被骚扰以后再添加黑名单,从而提升用户体验。
图9是根据本发明可选实施例的开启智能拦截功能自动设置方法的流程图,如图9所示,该方法的步骤包括:
步骤S902,找到相应拦截应用,并启动智能拦截功能
步骤S904,扫描目前手机已经安装的应用(如招商银行手机银行、京东商城、苏宁易购)
步骤S906,获取相关应用对应的电话号码和短信号码(招商银行手机银行对应的号码包括95555、4008205555、1065795555、1065502010095555;京东商城对应号码为10657555091285500;苏宁易购对应号码为4008365365,1069883653654011057)
步骤S908,获取用户手动设置过的拦截以及不拦截的数据(如安装招商银行手机银行应用时已进行过设置不进行拦截)
步骤S910,因为用户已经进行过手动设置,则从所获取的应用中排除招商银行应用,剩下的应用即为未手动设置过的应用
步骤S912,获取剩余应用的使用数据(使用频率、使用时长等),如京东商城每月打开超过15次,每次时长超过10分钟;苏宁易购每月打开4次,每次使用时长不超过5分钟。
步骤S914,计算总的使用时间作为拦截得分,京东商城每月的使用时间为15×10=150,而苏宁易购的使用时间为4×5=20。
步骤S916,判断拦截门限。如门限为每月使用100分钟以上,那么京东商城高于门限;苏宁易购低于门限。
步骤S918,将苏宁易购的号码加入拦截库;
步骤S920,在拦截库中搜索京东商城的号码,若找到则删除;
步骤S922,完成智能拦截功能的开启。
通过上述步骤后,可以将用户很少使用或者几乎不使用的应用对应的电话和短信进行有 效拦截;而用户经常使用的应用对应的电话和短信避免误拦截,从而提升用户体验。
本发明的实施例还提供了一种存储介质。可选地,在本实施例中,上述存储介质可以被设置为存储用于执行以下步骤的程序代码:
S1:获取终端内已安装的应用程序的应用信息,其中,应用信息包括:应用程序在预定时间内的累计使用时长、或应用程序在预定时间内的累计使用次数;
S2:将应用信息中的应用程序在预定时间内的累计使用时长、或应用程序在预定时间内的累计使用次数分别与预设的阈值进行比较,并根据比较结果确定是否对与已安装应用程序对应的用于推送服务信息的号码进行拦截。

可选地,本实施例中的具体示例可以参考上述实施例及可选实施方式中所描述的示例,本实施例在此不再赘述。
显然,本领域的技术人员应该明白,上述的本发明的各模块或各步骤可以用通用的计算装置来实现,它们可以集中在单个的计算装置上,或者分布在多个计算装置所组成的网络上,可选地,它们可以用计算装置可执行的程序代码来实现,从而,可以将它们存储在存储装置中由计算装置来执行,并且在某些情况下,可以以不同于此处的顺序执行所示出或描述的步骤,或者将它们分别制作成各个集成电路模块,或者将它们中的多个模块或步骤制作成单个集成电路模块来实现。这样,本发明不限制于任何特定的硬件和软件结合。

工业实用性
通过本发明实施例,采用了通过将应用信息中的应用程序在预定时间内的累计使用时长、或应用程序在预定时间内的累计使用次数分别与预设的阈值进行比较,并根据比较结果确定是否对与已安装应用程序对应的用于推送服务信息的号码进行拦截的方式,在本实施例中对于终端内应用程序对应的号码,即通过应用程序在预定时间内的累计使用时长、或应用程序的累计使用次数的方式来体现用户对应用程序的操作热度,对应用程序的号码的拦截更加智能与人性化,从而解决了相关技术用户对于短信和电话的拦截标准不一样,导致对应用程序的号码拦截繁琐且效率低的问题,达到了提高用户体验的效果。

Claims (13)

  1. 一种拦截推送信息的方法,包括:
    获取终端内已安装的应用程序的应用信息,其中,所述应用信息包括:所述应用程序在预定时间内的累计使用时长、或所述应用程序在所述预定时间内的累计使用次数;
    将所述应用信息中的所述应用程序在预定时间内的累计使用时长、或所述应用程序的在所述预定时间内的累计使用次数分别与预设的阈值进行比较,并根据比较结果确定是否对与所述已安装应用程序对应的用于推送服务信息的号码进行拦截。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的方法,其中,所述获取终端内已安装的应用程序的应用信息包括:
    获取在所述预定时间内所述应用程序的累计使用次数以及每一次使用的时长;
    依据所述累计使用次数与所述每一次使用的时长获取得到所述应用程序的累计使用时长。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的方法,其中,所述将所述应用信息中的所述应用程序在预定时间内的累计使用时长与预设的阈值进行比较,并根据比较结果确定是否对与所述已安装应用程序对应的用于推送服务信息的号码进行拦截包括:
    将所述累计使用时长与第一预设阈值进行比较;
    在所述累计使用时长大于等于所述第一预设阈值时,允许所述应用程序中用于推送服务信息的号码执行推送操作;
    在所述累计使用时长小于所述第一预设阈值时,对所述应用程序中用于推送服务信息的号码进行拦截。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的方法,其中,
    所述允许所述应用程序中用于推送服务信息的号码进行服务信息的推送包括:判断所述号码是否在预设拦截列表中;在基于判断结果为是,从所述预设拦截列表中删除所述号码后,或,在判断结果为否后,允许所述应用程序中用于推送服务信息的号码执行推送操作;
    所述对所述应用程序中用于推送服务信息的号码进行拦截包括:判断所述应用程序中用于推送服务信息的号码是否在预设拦截列表中;在基于判断结果为否,将所述号码加入到所述预设拦截列表中后,或,在判断结果为是后,对所述应用程序中用于推送服务信息的号码进行拦截。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述的方法,其中,所述将所述应用信息中所述应用程序在所述预定时间内的累计使用次数与预设的阈值进行比较,并根据比较结果确定是否对与所述已安装应用程序对应的用于推送服务信息的号码进行拦截包括:
    将所述累计使用次数与第二预设阈值进行比较;
    在所述累计使用次数大于等于所述第二预设阈值时,允许所述应用程序的用于推送服务信息的号码执行推送操作;
    在所述累计使用次数小于所述第二预设阈值时,对所述应用程序的用于推送服务信息的号码进行拦截;或,显示提示信息,其中,所述提示信息用于提示用户是否触发所述终端对所述应用程序号码的拦截操作。
  6. 根据权利要求1所述的方法,其中,所述方法还包括:
    在安装应用程序的过程中,显示提示信息,其中,所述提示信息用于提示用户是否触发所述终端对所述应用程序号码的拦截操作。
  7. 一种拦截推送信息的装置,包括:
    获取模块,设置为获取终端内已安装的应用程序的应用信息,其中,所述应用信息包括:所述应用程序在预定时间内的累计使用时长、或所述应用程序在所述预定时间内的累计使用次数;
    处理模块,设置为将所述应用信息中的所述应用程序在预定时间内的累计使用时长、或所述应用程序的在所述预定时间内的累计使用次数分别与预设的阈值进行比较,并根据比较结果确定是否对与所述已安装应用程序对应的用于推送服务信息的号码进行拦截。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述的装置,其中,所述获取模块包括:
    第一获取单元,设置为获取在所述预定时间内所述应用程序的累计使用次数以及每一次使用的时长;
    第二获取单元,设置为依据所述累计使用次数与所述每一次使用的时长获取得到所述应用程序的累计使用时长。
  9. 根据权利要求7所述的装置,其中,所述处理模块包括:
    第一比较单元,设置为将所述累计使用时长与第一预设阈值进行比较;
    第一推送单元,设置为在所述累计使用时长大于等于所述第一预设阈值时,允许所述应用程序中用于推送服务信息的号码执行推送操作;
    第一拦截单元,设置为在所述累计使用时长小于所述第一预设阈值时,对所述应用程序中用于推送服务信息的号码进行拦截。
  10. 根据权利要求9所述的装置,其中,
    所述第一推送单元包括:
    第一判断子单元,设置为判断所述号码是否在预设拦截列表中;
    推送子单元,设置为在基于判断结果为是,从所述预设拦截列表中删除所述号码后,或,在判断结果为否后,允许所述应用程序中用于推送服务信息的号码执行推送操作;
    所述第一拦截单元包括:
    第二判断子单元,设置为判断所述应用程序中用于推送服务信息的号码是否在预设拦截列表中;
    拦截子单元,设置为在基于判断结果为否,将所述号码加入到所述预设拦截列表中后,或,在判断结果为是后,对所述应用程序中用于推送服务信息的号码进行拦截。
  11. 根据权利要求7所述的装置,其中,所述处理模块包括:
    第二比较单元,设置为将所述累计使用次数与第二预设阈值进行比较;
    第二推送单元,设置为在所述累计使用次数大于等于所述第二预设阈值时,允许所述应用程序的用于推送服务信息的号码执行推送操作;
    第二拦截单元,设置为在所述累计使用次数小于所述第二预设阈值时,对所述应用程序的用于推送服务信息的号码进行拦截;或,显示单元,设置为显示提示信息,其中,所述提示信息用于提示用户是否触发终端对所述应用程序号码的拦截操作。
  12. 根据权利要求7所述的装置,其中,所述装置还包括:
    显示模块,设置为在安装应用程序的过程中,显示提示信息,其中,所述提示信息用于提示用户是否触发所述终端对所述应用程序号码的拦截操作。
  13. 一种终端,包括权利要求7至12任一项的拦截推送信息的装置。
