Abstract

La présente invention concerne une plaque chauffante à régulation de température, isolée thermiquement, comprenant : une plaque chauffante; et un thermostat par double contact. Le thermostat comprend une base (1), une goupille de butée en céramique (12), un élément mobile (14), et un tube métallique (13). La base (1) est pourvue d'une première borne (2) et d'une deuxième borne (3) au niveau d'un côté de celle-ci et d'une troisième borne (4) et d'une quatrième borne (5) au niveau de l'autre côté de celle-ci, une première pièce élastique (6) et une troisième pièce élastique (7) se trouvant respectivement sur la première borne (2) et la troisième borne (4). La goupille de butée en céramique (12) passe à travers la première pièce élastique (6) et la troisième pièce élastique (7), et ses deux extrémités viennent en butée contre le tube métallique (13) et l'élément mobile (14), respectivement. L'élément mobile (14) sur lequel est enfilé un ressort (15) est pourvu d'un cliquet (16) au niveau de sa partie inférieure. Le tube métallique (13) s'étend depuis l'intérieur de la base (1) et vient en butée successivement contre une tige en céramique (18) et une tige métallique (19) disposées dans le tube métallique (13).
