随着显示装置,例如电视或电脑的显示器,在工业及家用领域中的普及,人们对显示装置的结构要求也越来越高了。
现有技术中的显示装置,尤其是液晶显示装置,通常通过在边框与背板之间设置水胶或双面胶等带有粘性的连接层,而对边框和背板进行连接,以实现显示装置的装配。但是这种连接方式稳定性较差,极易导致边框与背板之间发生错位,从而使得显示装置的结构十分不可靠。尤其是在运输过程中,这种连接极易在外力的作用下失效,导致显示装置的损坏。
因此,需要一种结构稳定的显示装置。
发明内容
针对上述问题,本发明提出了一种显示装置,这种显示装置的结构稳定。
根据本发明提出了一种显示装置,其包括:容纳显示面板边缘的边框,设置于显示面板后侧的背板,背板与边框相接触并通过连接件与边框相连。
根据本发明的显示装置,通过连接件能将背板与边框稳定地连接在一起,使背板与边框之间不易脱开,由此使显示装置的结构不会轻易损坏,保证了显示装置的结构稳定性和可靠性。
在一个实施例中,在背板与边框相接触的位置上设置有第一孔,在边框上设置有与第一孔相匹配的第二孔,连接件插入到第一孔与第二孔内以连接边框与背板。连接件同时限制在第一孔与第二孔内,由此能通过连接件与第一孔和第二孔
的配合而防止边框与背板之间发生相对运动,由此使得这种连接结构能将背板与边框稳定地连接在一起。这种连接方式使得显示装置的结构简单,十分有利于提高显示装置的结构紧凑度,并由此提高了显示装置的结构稳定性。另外,这还有利于简化加工工艺,提高显示装置的装配效率。此外,这使得在边框与背板之间不必再设置相应的连接层,从而使得显示装置能做得更薄。
在一个实施例中,连接件包括插入到第一孔与第二孔内的插入端,以及与背板背向边框的表面相接触的搭接端。这种连接方式能够使得背板与边框之间的连接更加紧密,从而保证了显示装置的结构稳定性和结构可靠性。
在一个实施例中,在边框上设置有朝向背板延伸的凸起部,凸起部插入到第一孔内,第二孔形成于凸起部内。在装配显示装置时,可通过将凸起部插入到第一孔内而进行预定位,由此使得第一孔与第二孔更容易匹配在一起,方便了连接件的插入。
在一个实施例中,第二孔构造于边框与背板相邻的连接壁上,显示面板与连接壁间隔开。这种结构使得边框与背板之间的连接更加稳定,并且降低了显示装置的装配难度。另外,显示面板与连接壁间隔开能防止贯穿第二孔的连接件与显示面板直接接触,从而防止了显示面板因局部受力较大而损坏。
在一个实施例中,显示面板与连接壁通过设置于边框内的填充体而间隔开。通过填充体能有效将显示面板与连接壁间隔开。另外,填充体还能减小显示面板在边框内的活动空间,从而对显示面板起到了固定定位的作用。此外,边框与填充体还防止了显示面板在边缘处发生变形损坏,有效保护了显示面板,保证了显示面板有效工作。
在一个实施例中,连接件为螺钉。这种连接件提高了连接的稳定性,保证了显示器结构的稳定性和可靠性。另外,这种连接件易于安装,更加方便了显示装置的装配工作。此外,螺钉为可装卸的,易于更换,并且装卸螺钉时不会破坏显示装置的其他结构,由此更是提高了显示装置的可靠性,延长了显示装置的使用寿命。
在一个实施例中,在背板背向边框的一侧设置有遮挡件,遮挡件覆盖连接件。在显示装置装配完成后,连接件被遮挡件遮盖而不会被看到。通过这种结构,避免了非专业人士能轻易地接触到连接件,对连接件进行拆装的状况发生,由此保证了显示装置的结构稳定性。另外,连接件被遮盖还提高了显示装置的美观度。
在一个实施例中,遮挡件构造为框体,并设置于背板的整个边缘上。这样,不仅连接件不能被看到,连接件设置的位置更是不易被发现。由此进一步防止了非专业人士轻易地接触到连接件,并由此使显示装置更加整体化,进一步提高了显示装置的美观度。
在一个实施例中,背板不与边框接触的部分背向显示面板弯折,遮挡件与背板的弯折部分相齐平。这种结构更利于隐藏连接件,并由此进一步提高了显示装置的美观度。
与现有技术相比,本发明的优点在于:(1)通过连接件能将背板与边框稳定地连接在一起,使背板与边框之间不易脱开。(2)由此使显示装置的结构不会轻易损坏,保证了显示装置的结构稳定性和可靠性。
在下文中将基于实施例并参考附图来对本发明进行更详细的描述。其中显示了:
图1为本发明的显示装置的一个实施例的大体结构示意图;以及
图2为本发明的显示装置的一个实施例的局部连接示意图。
在附图中,相同的部件使用相同的附图标记。附图并未按照实际的比例绘制。
下面将结合附图对本发明作进一步说明。
图1和图2示意性显示了本发明的显示装置100的结构。
显示装置100包括边框10。如图1所示,边框10为槽型边框,具有大体为U形的截面。边框10在其一端上设置有开口,并在边框10的开口内部形成用于容纳显示面板20的容纳腔14,以容纳显示面板20的边缘。边框10能起到对显示面板20的保护作用,防止显示面板20变形,并防止显示面板20损坏。另外,在显示面板20的边框10损坏时,边框10能容纳显示面板20在边缘处产生的碎片,以保证使用者的安全。
显示装置100还包括与边框10相连的背板。背板在边缘处与边框10通过连接件相连。连接件优选为刚性连接件,不易发生变形。通过这种连接方式能有效
将背板与边框连接在一起,并能保证连接的稳定性。这使得显示装置100的结构稳定,从而使得显示装置100不易损坏,可靠性高。
另外,还可如图2所示的那样使背板的不与边框接触的部分,即非边缘处,背向显示面板弯折以形成弯折部43,以在背板40与显示面板20之间形成空腔44,空腔44用以容纳光学部件,例如背光源。应理解地是,光学部件为本领域的技术人员所熟知的结构,在此不加赘述。
这里应理解地是,这里边框10与背板40之间不需要再设置相应的粘性连接层,从而可如图2所示的那样令边框与背板直接相邻。边框10与背板40相邻的侧壁为接触壁11,连接壁11大体与显示面板20相平行。这使得显示装置100的结构更加紧凑,并可由此使显示装置100制造得更薄,十分有利于实现显示装置100的超薄设计。但是应理解地是,如果有需要的话,也可在边框10与背板20之间设置具有其他功能的结构。
如图2所示,为保证背板40与边框10能稳定连接在一起,可在背板40的边缘处设置第一孔42,第一孔42为通孔,并在边框10的相应位置处设置第二孔12。通过向第一孔42和第二孔12内插入连接件。连接件能防止背板40与边框10之间发生与连接件的插入方向垂直的相对运动。连接件的插入方向为将连接件插入到第一孔42与第二孔12内的动作方向,其与显示面板20所在平面大体垂直。即是说,当边框10与背板40之间将要发生与插入方向相垂直的相对运动时,这两者会对连接件产生剪切力。连接件能够抵消这种剪切力,并使边框10与背板40之间的这种相对运动无法发生。
这里应理解地是,连接件也可通过扣接等其他连接方式将边框10与背板40连接在一起。
在一个实施例中,连接件同时与第一孔42的孔壁和第二孔12的孔壁相连,以将背板40与边框10连接在一起。这样能防止背板40与边框10之间发生任何方向上的相对运动。
在一个优选地实施例中,如图2所示,连接件包括插入到第一孔42与第二孔12内的插入端51,以及搭接在背板40背向边框10的一侧上的搭接端52。插入端51与第二孔12的孔壁相连,并且搭接端52的尺寸大于第一孔42的尺寸以令搭接端52不能穿过第一孔42。这样,在插入端51插入到第二孔12内后,一旦背板40具有背离边框10运动的运动趋势,搭接端52就会对背板40发生阻挡,
以消除这种运动趋势。即是说,这种连接方式能同时防止背板40与边框10之间发生沿插入方向或垂直于插入方向的相对运动,并由此能防止背板40与边框10之间发生任何方向上的相对运动。还可令连接件在插入到位时,其搭接端52对背板40产生一定的压力,使背板40与边框10更加紧密地配合在一起,由此进一步防止了边框10与背板40之间发生相对运动,从而提高了背板40与边框10之间的连接稳定性,进而提高了显示装置100的结构稳定性和结构可靠性。
可令连接件仅穿过第一孔42而不与第一孔42的孔壁相连,并插入第二孔12而与第二孔12的孔壁相连。这种连接方式使得第二孔12、第一孔42以及连接件之间更容易相互定位,从而降低了显示装置100的装配难度,提高了显示装置100的装配效率。
另外,还可如图2所示的那样在边框10上与第一孔42相对应的位置处设置凸起部13,凸起部13朝向背板40延伸,并能插入到第一孔42内。这样在设置连接件之前,即可在边框10与背板40之间形成预定位,而由此使得显示装置100的装配过程更加简单,并使得装配效率明显提升。
如图2所示,第二孔12可由此而设置在凸起部13内,并优选地令第二孔12为通孔。连接件能插入到整个第二孔12内,第二孔12因凸起部13的结构而延长了,由此增大了连接件与第二孔12之间的连接面积,从而提高了连接件与边框10之间的连接稳定性。
优选地,连接通道13延伸进入到第一孔42内,并不穿过所述第一孔42,以保证连接通道13不会妨碍连接件的搭接端52与背板40相接触。
连接件可优选为螺钉,螺钉形式的连接件在插入端51处设置有外螺纹,而在第二孔12的孔壁上设置相应的内螺纹,以与螺钉上的外螺纹相接合。如果插入端51还与第一孔42的孔壁相连,则在第一孔42的孔壁上也设置相应的内螺纹。这使得连接件能更加稳定地与边框10相连,并由此进一步提高显示装置100的结构可靠性。另外,螺钉能更加方便地安装到第二孔12内,简化了显示装置100的装配工艺,提高了装配人员的工作效率。此外,螺钉为可装卸的,并且在装卸时不会破坏螺钉与边框10的结构。这样能更加方便于对连接件进行替换和调整,以提高显示装置100的结构可靠性,并延长显示装置100的使用寿命。
还可如图2所示的那样,在背板40背向边框10的一侧设置遮挡件60,以覆盖住连接件。这里的覆盖可以为接触式的,也可以为如图2所示的非接触式覆盖。
这样在显示装置100装配完成后,使用者无法直接看到连接件,只能看到覆盖在连接件上的遮挡件60,由此使得显示装置100更具有美观性,符合大众的审美标准。更重要地是,这还防止了非专业人士对连接件进行装卸并由此破坏显示装置100的结构,从而保证了显示装置100的结构完整性,并提高了显示装置100的使用安全性。
优选地,如图1所示的那样将遮挡件60构造为框体,框体可整体覆盖在背板40的边缘处,提高了显示装置100的整体性。这样,使用者更是无法直接得知连接件的安装位置,进一步优化了显示装置100的外观。
还可优选地令遮挡件60如图2所示的那样,与背板的弯折部43相齐平,使遮挡件与背板更加具有整体性,以进一步隐藏连接件,并由此进一步提高显示装置100的美观性。
此外,应使得显示面板20与连接件不相接触,保证连接件能顺利安装。另外,这还防止了连接件向显示面板20施加局部的挤压力,防止了显示面板20在边缘处发生应力集中的现象,由此防止了显示面板20变形或损坏,从而保证了显示面板20的结构稳定性和完整性。
这里应理解地是,为了保证连接件与边框10之间的连接更为稳定,可令连接件贯穿第二孔12,并超过第二孔12以延伸到容纳腔14内。此时,防止显示面板20与连接件相接触,可使显示面板20远离边框10的连接壁11,以在显示面板20与连接壁11之间留出间隔的空隙,供连接件伸入到容纳腔14内。优选地,可如图2所示的那样,在边框10内设置填充体30,以填充上述空隙,由此保证连接件与显示面板20相远离。即是说,可通过填充体30将显示面板20与边框10的连接壁11间隔开。这里应理解地是,在填充体30与第二孔12相对应的位置处,应设置有相应的孔,以避让连接件的插入端51,使插入端51能够顺利插入至超过第二孔12的位置处。
填充体30由弹性材料制成,填充体30优选为胶框,从而在显示面板20受到冲击时,可起到吸收冲击的作用。优选地将填充体30构造为能延伸至显示面板20的侧沿与边框10之间的结构。在显示面板20沿如图2所示的水平方向朝向边框10内移动时,填充体30的这种结构能够起到缓冲的作用,从而防止了显示面板20变形或损坏。另外,可令填充体30和显示面板20充满边框10的容纳
腔14,这样能起到对显示面板20定位的作用,使得显示装置100的结构更加紧凑,并且提高了显示装置100的结构可靠性。
本发明的显示装置100的装配步骤大体如下。
首先,将填充体30插入到边框10内,然后再将显示面板20装入到边框10内。
然后,将背光源等光学部件设置到背板40的弯折部43内,并将背板40与边框10设置到一起,以形成容纳光学部件的空腔44。同时,令背板40上的第一孔42与边框10上相应的第二孔12相对。
再然后,通过将连接件插入到第一孔42与第二孔12内而将背板40与边框10连接在一起。
最后,在背板40的边缘上设置遮挡件60,以覆盖连接件。
通过上述装配方式,能将本发明的显示装置100装配完成。装配完成后的显示装置100结构紧凑,并可由此构造得更薄。另外,这种显示装置100的装配工艺简单。能有效提高装配人员的工作效率。此外,这种显示器无法从外观直接看到连接件,由此使得显示装置100更加美观。上述显示装置100的结构尤其适用于超薄液晶显示装置。
虽然已经参考优选实施例对本发明进行了描述,但在不脱离本发明的范围的情况下,可以对其进行各种改进并且可以用等效物替换其中的部件。尤其是,只要不存在结构冲突,各个实施例中所提到的各项技术特征均可以任意方式组合起来。本发明并不局限于文中公开的特定实施例,而是包括落入权利要求的范围内的所有技术方案。
Claims (20)
- 一种显示装置,其包括:容纳显示面板边缘的边框,设置于所述显示面板后侧的背板,所述背板与边框相接触并通过连接件与所述边框相连。
- 根据权利要求1所述的显示装置,其中,所述连接件为螺钉。
- 根据权利要求1所述的显示装置,其中,在所述背板背向边框的一侧设置有遮挡件,所述遮挡件覆盖所述连接件。
- 根据权利要求3所述的显示装置,其中,所述遮挡件构造为框体,并设置于所述背板的整个边缘上。
- 根据权利要求3所述的显示装置,其中,所述背板不与边框接触的部分背向显示面板弯折,所述遮挡件与背板的弯折部分相齐平。
- 根据权利要求1所述的显示装置,其中,在所述背板与边框相接触的位置上设置有第一孔,在所述边框上设置有与所述第一孔相匹配的第二孔,所述连接件插入到所述第一孔与第二孔内并连接所述边框与背板。
- 根据权利要求6所述的显示装置,其中,在所述边框上设置有朝向所述背板延伸的凸起部,所述凸起部插入到所述第一孔内,所述第二孔形成于所述凸起部内。
- 根据权利要求6所述的显示装置,其中,所述第二孔构造于边框与背板相邻的连接壁上,所述显示面板与连接壁间隔开。
- 根据权利要求8所述的显示装置,其中,所述显示面板与连接壁通过设置于边框内的填充体而间隔开。
- 根据权利要求6所述的显示装置,其中,在所述背板背向边框的一侧设置有遮挡件,所述遮挡件覆盖所述连接件。
- 根据权利要求10所述的显示装置,其中,所述遮挡件构造为框体,并设置于所述背板的整个边缘上。
- 根据权利要求10所述的显示装置,其中,所述背板不与边框接触的部 分背向显示面板弯折,所述遮挡件与背板的弯折部分相齐平。
- 根据权利要求6所述的显示装置,其中,所述连接件包括插入到所述第一孔与第二孔内的插入端,以及与所述背板背向所述边框的表面相接触的搭接端。
- 根据权利要求13所述的显示装置,其中,在所述边框上设置有朝向所述背板延伸的凸起部,所述凸起部插入到所述第一孔内,所述第二孔形成于所述凸起部内。
- 根据权利要求13所述的显示装置,其中,所述第二孔构造于边框与背板相邻的连接壁上,所述显示面板与连接壁间隔开。
- 根据权利要求15所述的显示装置,其中,所述显示面板与连接壁通过设置于边框内的填充体而间隔开。
- 根据权利要求13所述的显示装置,其中,所述连接件为螺钉。
- 根据权利要求13所述的显示装置,其中,在所述背板背向边框的一侧设置有遮挡件,所述遮挡件覆盖所述连接件。
- 根据权利要求18所述的显示装置,其中,所述遮挡件构造为框体,并设置于所述背板的整个边缘上。
- 根据权利要求18所述的显示装置,其中,所述背板不与边框接触的部分背向显示面板弯折,所述遮挡件与背板的弯折部分相齐平。
