如图1所示,在本发明的一些示例中,洗碗机10进一步包括风扇105,风道102包括第一子风道1021和第二子风道1022。其中,第一子风道1021的进气口10211与气体出口1013连通,第一子风道1021的出气口10212与风扇105的进气口连通,第二子风道1022的进气口10221与风扇105的出气口连通,第二子风道1022的出气口10222与气体进口1012连通。由此不仅可以更加方便地、容易地安装风扇105,而且可以使洗碗机10的结构更加合理。
触媒件103可以包括基板和涂覆在该基板上的纳米二氧化钛涂层。也就是说,纳米二氧化钛可以作为薄膜支撑在适当的基板上,纳米二氧化钛可以容易地与处理后的水分离。
如图2所示,在本发明的一个示例中,触媒件103可以是多个,多个触媒件103沿紫外灯104的长度方向间隔开地设置,每个触媒件103的长度方向垂直于紫外灯104的长度方向。由此可以更好地进行光催化反应,从而可以产生更多的氢氧自由基和过氧离子,以便更加有效地净化容纳腔1011内的空气、消除容纳腔1011内的难闻气味。
有利地,触媒件103和紫外灯104设在第二子风道1022内。由此可以使洗碗机10的 结构更加合理。
在本发明的一个具体示例中,如图2所示,第二子风道1022包括第一连接段10223、第二连接段10224、扩径段10225、容纳段10226和缩径段10227。第一连接段10223的一端与风扇105的出气口相连,第二连接段10224的一端与气体进口1012相连。
扩径段10225的一端与第一连接段10223的另一端相连。容纳段10226的一端与扩径段10225的另一端相连,触媒件103和紫外灯104设在容纳段10226内。缩径段10227的一端与容纳段10226的另一端相连,缩径段10227的另一端与第二连接段10224的另一端相连。
其中,容纳段10226的直径等于扩径段10225的最大直径以及缩径段10227的最大直径。换言之,扩径段10225内限定的空间和缩径段10227内限定的空间都可以是圆台状,且扩径段10225内限定的空间的直径沿气体流动方向增大,缩径段10227内限定的空间的直径沿气体流动方向减小。容纳段10226内限定的空间为圆柱状。由此可以更加方便地、容易地安装触媒件103和紫外灯104,从而可以使洗碗机10的结构更加合理。
在本发明的描述中,需要理解的是,术语“中心”、“纵向”、“横向”、“长度”、“宽度”、“厚度”、“上”、“下”、“前”、“后”、“左”、“右”、“竖直”、“水平”、“顶”、“底”“内”、“外”、“顺时针”、“逆时针”、“轴向”、“径向”、“周向”等指示的方位或位置关系为基于附图所示的方位或位置关系,仅是为了便于描述本发明和简化描述,而不是指示或暗示所指的装置或元件必须具有特定的方位、以特定的方位构造和操作,因此不能理解为对本发明的限制。
此外,术语“第一”、“第二”仅用于描述目的,而不能理解为指示或暗示相对重要性或者隐含指明所指示的技术特征的数量。由此,限定有“第一”、“第二”的特征可以明示或者隐含地包括至少一个该特征。在本发明的描述中,“多个”的含义是至少两个,例如两个,三个等,除非另有明确具体的限定。
在本发明中,除非另有明确的规定和限定,术语“安装”、“相连”、“连接”、“固定”等术语应做广义理解,例如,可以是固定连接,也可以是可拆卸连接,或成一体;可以是机械连接,也可以是电连接或彼此可通讯;可以是直接相连,也可以通过中间媒介间接相连,可以是两个元件内部的连通或两个元件的相互作用关系,除非另有明确的限定。对于本领域的普通技术人员而言,可以根据具体情况理解上述术语在本发明中的具体含义。
在本发明中,除非另有明确的规定和限定,第一特征在第二特征“上”或“下”可以是第一和第二特征直接接触,或第一和第二特征通过中间媒介间接接触。而且,第一特征在第二特征“之上”、“上方”和“上面”可是第一特征在第二特征正上方或斜上方,或仅仅表示第一特征水平高度高于第二特征。第一特征在第二特征“之下”、 “下方”和“下面”可以是第一特征在第二特征正下方或斜下方,或仅仅表示第一特征水平高度小于第二特征。

Claims (9)

  1. 一种洗碗机,其特征在于,包括:
    机体,所述机体内具有用于容纳餐具的容纳腔,所述容纳腔的壁上设有气体进口和气体出口;
    风道,所述风道的出气口与所述气体进口连通,所述风道的进气口与所述气体出口连通;
    具有纳米二氧化钛的触媒件,所述触媒件设在所述风道内;和
    用于向所述触媒件发射紫外光的紫外灯,所述紫外灯设在所述风道内。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的洗碗机,其特征在于,所述气体进口设在所述容纳腔的周壁上且邻近所述容纳腔的底壁,所述气体出口设在所述容纳腔的周壁上且邻近所述容纳腔的顶壁。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的洗碗机,其特征在于,所述触媒件包括基板和涂覆在所述基板上的纳米二氧化钛涂层。
  4. 根据权利要求1或3所述的洗碗机,其特征在于,所述触媒件为多个,多个所述触媒件沿所述紫外灯的长度方向间隔开地设置,每个所述触媒件的长度方向垂直于所述紫外灯的长度方向。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述的洗碗机,其特征在于,进一步包括风扇,所述风扇设在所述风道内。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的洗碗机,其特征在于,所述风扇为多个。
  7. 根据权利要求1所述的洗碗机,其特征在于,进一步包括风扇,所述风道包括第一子风道和第二子风道,所述第一子风道的进气口与所述气体出口连通,所述第一子风道的出气口与所述风扇的进气口连通,所述第二子风道的进气口与所述风扇的出气口连通,所述第二子风道的出气口与所述气体进口连通。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述的洗碗机,其特征在于,所述触媒件和所述紫外灯设在所述第二子风道内。
  9. 根据权利要求8所述的洗碗机,其特征在于,所述第二子风道包括:
    第一连接段和第二连接段,所述第一连接段的一端与所述风扇的出气口相连,所述第二连接段的一端与所述气体进口相连;
    扩径段,所述扩径段的一端与所述第一连接段的另一端相连;
    容纳段,所述容纳段的一端与所述扩径段的另一端相连,所述触媒件和所述紫外灯设在所述容纳段内;和
    缩径段,所述缩径段的一端与所述容纳段的另一端相连,所述缩径段的另一端与所述第二连接段的另一端相连,其中所述容纳段的直径等于所述扩径段的最大直径以及所述缩径段的最大直径。
