在本申请实施例中,可以整合利用即时通信工具中的各种资源进行业务对象的推荐等,用以在促进交易达成的同时,提高业务对象的曝光率。具体的,本申请实施例可以通过用户的社交网络,挖掘出“间隔一人”的买卖家关系,这样可以在具有这种关系的买卖家用户之间进行商品对象的推荐等。例如,如果某卖家用户并非某买家用户的好友,但是其好友的好友,则两者由于共同好友的存在,也可能会建立起较高程度的信任,因此,在具有这种关系的买卖家用户之间进行商品对象推荐等操作时,也会有利于促进交易的达成,并且,这种方式打破了直接好友的限制,使得推荐的范围得到扩大,因此, 也可以提高业务对象的曝光率。下面对具体的实现方案进行详细介绍。
实施例一
参见图1,本申请实施例一提供了一种业务对象信息提供方法,该方法可以包括以下步骤:
S101:预先建立第一用户与第二用户之间的关联关系,其中,所述关联关系为:所述第一用户与第二用户并非彼此的直接社交对象,但所述第一用户与第二用户具有共同的直接社交对象;
该步骤S101就是要通过对用户社交网络数据的统计,挖掘出买家用户与卖家用户的间接社交关系。其中,在本申请实施例中,将买家用户称为“第一用户”,商家或卖家用户称为“第二用户”。
其中,具体在建立上述关联关系时,可以有多种方式。例如,关于直接社交对象,可以是指一个用户在虚拟社交网络中的具有好友关系的用户,这样,如果某用户乙出现在用户甲的好友列表中,则该用户乙与用户甲就是彼此的直接社交对象;同时,如果用户丙出现在用户乙的好友列表中,则该用户丙与用户乙也是彼此的直接社交对象。此时,如果用户丙并未出现在用户甲的好友列表中,则该用户甲与用户丙并非彼此的直接社交对象,但该用户甲与用户丙具有共同的直接社交对象,也即共同好友:用户乙。这样,就可以在用户甲与用户丙之间建立起本申请实施例中的关联关系。
也就是说,在这种方式下,可以首先确定出第一用户的好友列表,然后分别确定出该好友列表中各个用户的好友列表,也即第一用户各个好友的好友列表,然后判断某第二用户是否出现在了第一用户某好友的好友列表中,但是没有直接出现在第一用户的好友列表中,如果是,则可以确定该第一用户与该第二用户具有本申请实施例中的关联关系。
在上述实现方式下,用户的好友列表一般是由用户建立的,用户的这种线上的直接社交关系比较显而易见。但在实际应用中,还有一些用户之间在线下可能具有直接社交关系,但是可能并没有出现在各自的好友列表中。例如,某用户甲是用户乙的亲戚,但两者并没有在虚拟社交网络中建立好友关系。因此,在另一种实现方式下,还可以挖掘出这种现实生活中的直接社交关系。具体实现时,可以根据各个用户在社交网络中的各种数据进行分析,例如,对各个用户的个人资料、历史聊天记录、历史交易记录等进行综合分析,从而分析出用户之间在现实生活中的直接社交关系。这样,可以结合用户在线上以及线下的直接社交关系,确定出具有本申请实施例中所述的关联关系的第一用户 与第二用户,这样可以使得更多用户之间的关联关系被发现。
S102:将所述第二用户的业务对象信息,提供给与其具有所述关联关系的第一用户。
在建立起第一用户与第二用户之间的前述关联关系之后,可以利用这种关联关系,在第一用户与第二用户之间进行业务对象的推荐等操作。具体在将第二用户的业务对象信息,提供给与其具有关联关系的第一用户时,可以有多种应用场景。
例如,其中一种场景可以是业务对象搜索,第一用户在使用交易平台系统的过程中,经常会需要通过输入关键词的方式,搜索其所需的业务对象,例如,搜索具体的店铺、商品等。一般情况下,搜索结果是按照业务对象描述信息与关键词的匹配程度来确定的。而在本申请实施例中,由于建立了第一用户与第二用户之间的前述关联关系,因此,可以根据这种关联关系来影响搜索结果。
具体的,可以在接收到目标第一用户搜索指定业务对象的搜索请求时,首先确定出符合搜索条件的业务对象,然后确定出各业务对象所属的第二用户,接下来可以判断各业务对象对应的第二用户中,是否存在与目标第一用户具有前述关联关系的目标第二用户,如果是,则可以将该目标第二用户的业务对象信息优先返回。这种优先返回可以有多种具体形式,例如将这种目标第二用户的业务对象信息在搜索结果中的排序提前,或者,还可以在搜索结果中将这种目标第二用户的业务对象信息进行突出显示,等等。其中,突出显示的方式也可以有多种,例如增加特殊提示标识,或者将文字图片等显示为特殊的颜色或者闪烁效果等等。
另一种场景可以是为第一用户进行定向推荐。在一些情况下,系统可能会向第一用户推荐一些业务对象的信息,以引导第一用户去浏览,进而可能会达成后续的交易。在现有技术中,这种定向推荐往往发生在具有直接社交关系的第一用户与第二用户之间,例如,某第二用户是某第一用户的好友,则可以将该第二用户的一些业务对象信息推荐给该第一用户。但在本申请实施例中,还可以在具有本申请实施例所述的关联关系的第一用户与第二用户之间,进行定向推荐,从而可以扩大定向推荐的范围。
具体的,可以在为目标第一用户提供业务对象的推荐信息时,确定与目标第一用户具有前述关联关系的目标第二用户,然后,就可以将目标第二用户的业务对象信息推荐给该目标第一用户。
再一种场景下可以是第二用户针对一些特殊第一用户可能会提供某些优惠信息,在本申请实施例中,就可以将这种与第二用户具有关联关系的第一用户加入到这种特殊的第一用户中。这样,当目标第一用户浏览目标第二用户的业务对象时,可以判断目标第 一用户与目标第二用户之间是否具有前述关联关系,如果是,则可以为该目标第一用户提供预置的优惠信息,进而,当接收到目标第一用户订购该目标第二用户的指定商品对象的请求时,可以利用该优惠信息确定该指定商品对象的金额信息。
当然,在实际应用中,本申请实施例中建立的第一用户与第二用户之间的关联关系在其他场景中也可以应用,这里不进行限定。
另外,在具体实现时,在将第二用户的业务对象信息,提供给与其具有所述关联关系的第一用户时,为了使得第一用户能够知晓信息的来源,并便于第一用户对第二用户产生信任,还可以向第一用户提供第一用户与第二用户的共同直接社交对象的信息。例如,在搜索引擎的场景下,可以在显示与第一用户关联的目标第二用户的业务对象时,显示出“该第二用户是某某的好友”等。在定向推荐的场景下,可以显示出“该业务对象的第二用户是某某的好友”等。在定向优惠的场景下,可以显示出“我是商家,您是某某的好友,我可以给你一些优惠”等等。这里的“某某”就是该第一用户与该第二用户的共同好友。

    在接收到目标第一用户客户端搜索指定业务对象的搜索请求时,确定符合搜索条件的业务对象;
    确定各业务对象所属的第二用户;
    判断所述各业务对象所述的第二用户中,是否存在与所述目标第一用户具有所述关联关系的目标第二用户;
    如果是,则将所述目标第二用户的业务对象信息优先返回。

    当接收到所述目标第一用户订购该目标第二用户的指定商品对象的请求时,利用所述优惠信息确定所述指定商品对象的金额信息。

  9. 一种业务对象信息提供装置,其特征在于,应用于服务器,包括:
    关联关系建立单元,用于预先建立第一用户与第二用户之间的关联关系,其中,所述关联关系为:所述第一用户与第二用户并非彼此的直接社交对象,但所述第一用户与第二用户具有共同的直接社交对象;
    信息提供单元,用于将所述第二用户的业务对象信息,提供给与其具有所述关联关系的第一用户客户端。
  10. 根据权利要求9所述的装置,其特征在于,所述信息提供单元包括:
    搜索请求接收子单元,用于在接收到目标第一用户客户端搜索指定业务对象的搜索请求时,确定符合搜索条件的业务对象;
    第二用户确定子单元,用于确定各业务对象所属的第二用户;
    第一判断子单元,用于判断所述各业务对象所述的第二用户中,是否存在与所述目标第一用户具有所述关联关系的目标第二用户;
    返回子单元,用于如果所述第一判断子单元的判断结果为是,则将所述目标第二用户的业务对象信息优先返回。
  11. 根据权利要求9所述的装置,其特征在于,所述信息提供单元包括:
    关联第二用户确定子单元,用于在为目标第一用户客户端提供业务对象的推荐信息时,确定与所述目标第一用户具有所述关联关系的目标第二用户;
    定向推荐子单元,用于将所述目标第二用户的业务对象信息推荐给所述目标第一用户。
  12. 根据权利要求9所述的装置,其特征在于,所述信息提供单元包括:
    第二判断子单元,用于当目标第一用户浏览目标第二用户的业务对象时,判断所述目标第一用户与所述目标第二用户之间是否具有所述关联关系;
    优惠信息提供子单元,用于如果所述第二判断子单元的判断结果为是,则为所述目标第一用户提供预置的优惠信息;
    金额信息确定子单元,用于当接收到所述目标第一用户订购该目标第二用户的指定商品对象的请求时,利用所述优惠信息确定所述指定商品对象的金额信息。
  13. 根据权利要求9至12任一项所述的装置,其特征在于,还包括:
    共同社交对象信息提供单元,用于在将所述第二用户的业务对象信息,提供给与其具有所述关联关系的第一用户时,提供所述第一用户与所述第二用户的共同直接社交对象的信息。
  14. 一种业务对象信息提供装置,其特征在于,应用于第一用户客户端,包括:
    搜索请求接收单元,用于接收搜索指定业务对象的搜索请求;
    搜索请求转发单元,用于将所述搜索请求发送至服务器,以便所述服务器确定符合搜索条件的业务对象,确定各业务对象所属的第二用户,并根据预先建立的第一用户与第二用户之间的关联关系,判断所述各业务对象所述的第二用户中,是否存在与所述目标第一用户具有所述关联关系的目标第二用户,如果是,则将所述目标第二用户的业务 对象信息优先返回;其中,所述关联关系为:所述第一用户与第二用户并非彼此的直接社交对象,但所述第一用户与第二用户具有共同的直接社交对象;
    搜索结果提供单元,用于根据服务器返回的信息提供搜索结果。
  15. 一种业务对象信息提供装置,其特征在于,应用于第一用户客户端,包括:
    推荐信息接收单元,用于接收服务器发送的业务对象推荐信息,其中,所述服务器通过以下方式确定待推荐的业务对象:根据预先建立的第一用户与第二用户之间的关联关系,确定与目标第一用户具有所述关联关系的目标第二用户,将所述目标第二用户的业务对象信息确定为所述待推荐的业务对象;其中,所述关联关系为:所述第一用户与第二用户并非彼此的直接社交对象,但所述第一用户与第二用户具有共同的直接社交对象;
    推荐信息提供单元,用于根据接收到的信息提供业务对象推荐信息。
  16. 一种业务对象信息提供装置,其特征在于,应用于第一用户客户端,包括:
    浏览请求接收单元,用于接收到第一用户浏览目标第二用户的业务对象的请求时,将所述请求转发至服务器,以便所述服务器根据预先建立的第一用户与第二用户之间的关联关系,判断所述目标第一用户与所述目标第二用户之间是否具有所述关联关系,如果具有所述关联关系,则返回预置的优惠信息;
    详情信息接收单元,用于根据服务器返回的优惠信息提供业务对象的详情信息;
    金额信息提供单元,用于在接收到所述第一用户订购该目标第二用户的指定商品对象的请求时,利用所述优惠信息确定所述指定商品对象的金额信息。
