Abstract
La présente invention concerne un procédé et un appareil permettant d'étendre une distance de transmission. Le procédé consiste : lorsqu'une demande d'accès à un réseau sans fil est effectuée, à lire un fichier de configuration dans un premier dispositif électronique ; et, lorsqu'un paramètre de configuration dans le fichier de configuration indique qu'une fonction de pontage du réseau doit être activée, à accéder au réseau sans fil, et à activer la fonction de pontage du réseau, afin de permettre à un autre dispositif électronique d'accéder au réseau sans fil au moyen du premier dispositif électronique.
De cette manière, un autre dispositif électronique peut accéder au réseau sans fil au moyen du premier dispositif électronique, ce qui permet d'étendre la distance de transmission d'un signal de réseau et de proposer à un utilisateur des conditions d'accès au réseau qui sont plus pratiques.
