Description
本申请要求于2015年05月14日提交中国专利局、申请号为201510245781.5、发明名称为“展示地图数据、提供地图数据的方法、终端设备及服务器”的中国专利申请的优先权,其全部内容通过引用结合在本申请中。
本发明涉及地图数据处理技术,尤其涉及一种展示、提供地图数据的方法、终端、服务器和计算机设备。
随着网络技术的快速发展以及各种终端设备网络功能的增强,地图应用在个人电脑和智能终端设备上都得到广泛的应用,并且地图展示越来越精准。人们利用电子地图除了查询地理位置信息以外,还用来查询例如旅游景点、博物馆、百货店、餐馆等各类兴趣点(POI)的信息。
然而,目前地图应用所展示的POI的信息量较少。一般来说,同一个POI仅有一个展示信息,仅限于POI的简单描述信息或描述链接等,局限了地图应用入口的展示效果。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于,提供一种展示、提供地图数据的方法、终端、服务器和计算机设备,为地图中的POI提供并展示包括服务交互数据或多媒体数据的特色展示数据,以丰富用户的网络体验。

根据本发明的示例性实施例的展示、提供地图数据的方法、终端、服务器和计算机设备可根据用户对指定兴趣点的操作,从地图服务的服务商获取为所述兴趣点生成并保存的特色展示数据,从而可向用户提供丰富多样的展示数据。用户无需再搜索所述兴趣点对应的实体,再查看
相关的多媒体数据;或者,用户无需再访问所述兴趣点对应的实体提供的服务网站,即可直接提交服务数据,使用例如预订火车票、订房、医院挂号等的服务。
需要指出,一般的地图应用专注于提供与地图、兴趣点查询相关的数据,而不会整合其他应用或服务的信息,通常地图应用的开发者也不会想到在地图服务中还提供与兴趣点对应的实体相关的多媒体数据或服务交互数据。而本发明提出的展示地图数据的方法使地图服务的服务商从多方渠道收集有特色的展示数据并进行处理,生成特色展示数据,并且在所述地图服务中提供给其用户,大大地丰富了用户的体验,具有意想不到的效果。

本发明的基本发明构思是,在提供地图服务的服务商(如百度地图的服务商百度)一端,从某些或某些类兴趣点(POI)对应的(例如与其合作的)第三方收集其特色展示数据,并且将所述特色展示数据存储在服务商的兴趣点特色展示数据库中,从而当用户查询关于所述兴趣点的信息时,可将这些特色展示数据提供给用户。所述特色展示数据可包括,

具体地,参照图1,可从例如商家、地点(如动物园)管理者或搜索引擎收集某些或某些类兴趣点(POI)的可展示数据;根据兴趣点所属行业的类型生成展示模板,并且根据所述展示模板由收集的可展示数据生成例如视频、导览、讲解、服务入口等的特色展示数据。这里,所述服务入口可以是例如,但不限于,医院挂号、订票、订餐、在线咨询等的服务入口。

再例如,可为旅游景点收集并生成视频讲解、图文讲解、音频讲解等的多媒体特色展示数据,并且将所述视频讲解、图文讲解、音频讲解等存储为所述旅游景点对应的特色展示数据。图3示出当用户点击地图上显示的故宫博物院(兴趣点)时,从服务器端接收并展示的视频讲解的画面。图4示出当用户点击地图上显示的北京动物园(兴趣点)时,从服务器端接收并展示的虚拟讲解的画面。可为动物园收集并展示的特色展示数据还包括动物表演、动物视频等。图5示出当用户点击地图上显示的北京动物园(兴趣点)时,从服务器端接收并展示的熊猫表演视频的画面。
再例如,可为教育机构收集并生成实时或非实时的课程讲解视频作为其特色展示数据。图6示出当用户点击地图上显示的清华大学(兴趣
点)时,从服务器端接收并展示的实时课程讲解的画面。
以下将参照附图详细说明本发明的示例性实施例。
实施例一
图8是示出本发明实施例一的展示地图数据的方法的流程图。可例如,通过图10所示的用于展示地图数据的终端设备执行实施例一的展示地图数据的方法。
参照图8,在步骤S810,终端设备从服务器接收地图数据和兴趣点的位置信息。
通常,当用户启动地图显示或者指令显示特定区域的地图时,触发执行步骤S810。所述兴趣点与处于地理位置的实体相关,所述实体可以是例如,但不限于,餐馆、旅游景点、商场、工厂、住宅小区等等。所述兴趣点的位置信息通常以例如,但不限于,GPS坐标、基站扫描数据或wifi扫描数据表示。可以理解,所述地图数据中可包含多个兴趣点,因此在步骤S810可接收多个兴趣点的位置信息。

可以理解,可选地,根据所述地图数据的显示比例,在显示的地图上可能不会标注出全部的兴趣点。
当完成步骤S820的地图显示后,根据本发明的示例性实施例,如果用户对标注的任一所述兴趣点执行操作,例如点击所述标注的兴趣点或将光标移到所述兴趣点之上,则执行步骤S830。

进一步地,为了不妨碍地图数据的显示,在步骤S830中,在弹出窗口中或通过浮窗显示所述特色展示数据。

参照图11,所述提供地图展示数据的服务器包括地图数据发送单元1110、展示数据请求接收单元1120、特色展示数据获取单元1130和特色展示数据发送单元1140。
地图数据发送单元1110用于将地图数据和兴趣点的位置信息发送给客户端。
展示数据请求接收单元1120,用于从所述客户端接收包括所述兴趣点的信息的展示数据请求。
特色展示数据获取单元1130用于从兴趣点特色展示数据库获取所述兴趣点的特色展示数据,所述特色展示数据是服务交互数据或多媒体数据。
特色展示数据发送单元1140用于将所述兴趣点的特色展示数据发送给所述客户端。
优选地,地图数据发送单元1110还用于,如果在所述兴趣点特色展示数据库中存有所述兴趣点的特色展示数据,则地图数据发送单元1110还发送所述兴趣点的特色展示标记。

需要指出,一般的地图应用专注于提供与地图、兴趣点查询相关的数据,而不会整合其他应用或服务的信息,通常地图应用的开发者也不会想到在地图服务中还提供与兴趣点对应的实体相关的多媒体数据或服务交互数据。而本发明提出的展示地图数据的方法使地图服务的服务商从多方渠道收集有特色的展示数据并进行处理,生成特色展示数据,并且在所述地图服务中提供给其用户,大大地丰富了用户的体验,具有意想不到的效果。
实施例五
图12是示出本发明实施例五提供的计算机设备的逻辑框图。
参照图12,计算机设备可用于实施上述实施例中提供的展示地图数据的方法。具体来讲:
计算机设备可因配置或性能不同而产生比较大的差异,可以包括一个或一个以上处理器(如Central Processing Units,CPU)1210和存储器1220。其中,存储器1220可以是短暂存储或持久存储。存储器1220中可存储有一个或一个以上的程序,每个程序可包括对计算机设备中的一系列指令操作。更进一步地,处理器1210可与存储器1220通信,在计算机设备上执行存储器1220中的一系列指令操作。特别地,存储器1220中还存储有一个或一个以上的操作系统的数据,例如Windows ServerTM,Mac OS XTM,UnixTM,LinuxTM,FreeBSDTM等等。计算机设备还可包括一个或一个以上电源1230,一个或一个以上有线或无线网络接口1240,一个或一个以上输入输出接口1250等。
具体在本实施例中,计算机设备包括一个或者多个处理器1210、存储器1220,以及一个或者多个程序,一个或者多个程序存储于存储器1220中,且经配置以由一个或者多个处理器1210执行一个或者多个程序包含的用于执行展示地图数据的方法的指令:从服务器接收地图数据和兴趣点的位置信息;显示接收的地图数据,并且根据所述兴趣点的位置信息在显示的地图上标注所述兴趣点;响应于用户对标注的所述兴趣点的操作,将包括所述兴趣点的信息的展示数据请求发送给所述服务器,从所述服务器接收与所述兴趣点相应的特色展示数据,并且显示所述特
色展示数据,所述特色展示数据是服务交互数据或多媒体数据。
这里,根据本发明的示例性实施例,显示所述特色展示数据的处理指令可包括:在弹出窗口中或通过浮窗显示所述特色展示数据。
进一步地,特色展示数据可以是服务交互数据,存储器1220中还包括执行以下处理的指令:根据用户输入的服务提交数据向所述服务器或第三方服务器提交所述服务提交数据,并且从所述服务器或所述第三方服务器接收服务响应数据。
根据本发明的示例性实施例,从服务器接收地图数据和兴趣点的位置信息的处理指令还可包括:接收所述兴趣点的特色展示标记,并且根据所述兴趣点的位置信息在显示的地图上标注所述兴趣点的处理指令还可包括:为所述兴趣点显示所述特色展示标记。
进一步地,响应于用户对标注的所述兴趣点的操作,从所述服务器接收与所述兴趣点相应的特色展示数据的处理指令可包括:
如果没有为所述兴趣点显示特色展示标记,则不执行将包括所述兴趣点的信息的展示数据请求发送给所述服务器,从所述服务器接收与所述兴趣点相应的特色展示数据,并且显示所述特色展示数据的处理。
这里,所述兴趣点的特色展示标记与兴趣点对应的实体所属的行业类型相应。

参照图13,计算机设备可用于实施上述实施例中提供的提供地图数据的方法。具体来讲:
计算机设备可包括通信单元1310、包括有一个或一个以上计算机可读存储介质的存储器1320、输入单元1330、显示单元1340、包括有一个或者一个以上处理核心的处理器1350、以及电源1360等部件。本领域技术人员可以理解,图中示出的计算机设备结构并不构成对计算机设备的限定,可以包括比图示更多或更少的部件,或者组合某些部件,或者不同的部件布置。其中:
通信单元1310可用于收发信息或通话过程中,信号的接收和发送,通信单元1310可以为RF(Radio Frequency,射频)电路、路由器、调制解调器、等网络通信设备。此外,通信单元1310还可通过无线通信与网络和其他设备通信。无线通信可使用任一通信标准或协议,包括但不限于GSM(Global System of Mobile communication,全球移动通讯系统)、GPRS(General Packet Radio Service,通用分组无线服务)、CDMA(Code Division Multiple Access,码分多址)、WCDMA(Wideband Code Division Multiple Access,宽带码分多址)、LTE(Long Term Evolution,长期演进)、电子邮件、SMS(Short Messaging Service,短消息服务)等。
存储器1320可用于存储软件程序以及数据,处理器1350通过运行存储在存储器1320的软件程序以及数据,从而执行各种功能应用以及数据处理。存储器1320可主要包括存储程序区和存储数据区,其中,存储程序区可存储操作系统、至少一个功能所需的应用程序(比如声音播放功能、图像播放功能等)等;存储数据区可存储根据计算机设备的使用所创建的数据(比如音频数据、电话本等)等。此外,存储器1320可包括高速随机存取存储器,还可包括非易失性存储器,例如至少一个磁盘存储器件、闪存器件、或其他易失性固态存储器件。相应地,存储器1320还可包括存储器控制器,以提供处理器1350和输入单元1330对存储器1320的访问。
显示单元1340可用于显示由用户输入的信息或提供给用户的信息以及计算机设备的各种图形用户接口,这些图形用户接口可以由图形、
文本、图标、视频和其任意组合来构成。显示单元1340可包括显示面板,可选的,可以采用LCD(Liquid Crystal Display,液晶显示器)、OLED(Organic Light-Emitting Diode,有机发光二极管)等形式来配置显示面板。虽然在图示中,输入单元1330与显示单元1340是作为两个独立的部件来实现输入和输出功能,但是在某些实施例中,可将输入单元1330与显示单元1340集成而实现输入和输出功能。
处理器1350是计算机设备的控制中心,利用各种接口和线路连接整个计算机设备的各个部分,通过运行或执行存储在存储器1320内的软件程序和/或模块,以及调用存储在存储器1320内的数据,执行计算机设备的各种功能和处理数据,从而对计算机设备进行整体监控。
计算机设备还可包括给各个部件供电的电源1360(比如电池),优选的,电源可通过电源管理系统与处理器1350逻辑相连,从而通过电源管理系统实现管理充电、放电、以及功耗管理等功能。电源1360还可包括一个或一个以上的直流或交流电源、再充电系统、电源故障检测电路、电源转换器或者逆变器、电源状态指示器等任意组件。
尽管未示出,计算机设备还可以包括摄像头、蓝牙模块、传感器(比如光传感器、运动传感器以及其他传感器等)、音频电路和无线通信单元等,在此不再赘述。
在本实施例中,计算机设备包括一个或者多个处理器1350、存储器1320,以及一个或者多个程序,一个或者多个程序存储于存储器1320中,且经配置以由一个或者多个处理器1350执行一个或者多个程序包含的用于执行提供地图数据的方法的指令:将地图数据和兴趣点的位置信息发送给客户端;从所述客户端接收包括所述兴趣点的信息的展示数据请求;从兴趣点特色展示数据库获取所述兴趣点的特色展示数据,所述特色展示数据是服务交互数据或多媒体数据;将所述兴趣点的特色展示数据发送给所述客户端。
根据本发明的示例性实施例,将地图数据和兴趣点的位置信息发送给客户端的处理指令还可包括:如果在所述兴趣点特色展示数据库中存有所述兴趣点的特色展示数据,则还发送所述兴趣点的特色展示标记。
这里,在所述兴趣点特色展示数据库中,特色展示数据按照对应的实体所属的行业类型被存储。
根据本发明的示例性实施例,发送所述兴趣点的特色展示标记的处理指令可包括:发送与所述兴趣点对应的实体所属的行业类型相应的特色展示标记。
进一步地,处理器1350中还包括执行以下处理的指令:接收来自所述客户端的服务提交数据,处理所述服务提交数据,并生成服务响应数据,将所述服务响应数据发送给所述客户端。
本发明提供的计算机设备,基于从地图服务的服务商获取为所述兴趣点生成并保存的特色展示数据向客户端提供丰富多样的兴趣点的展示数据。用户无需再搜索所述兴趣点对应的实体,再查看相关的多媒体数据;或者,用户无需再访问所述兴趣点对应的实体提供的服务网站,即可直接提交服务数据,使用例如预订火车票、订房、医院挂号等的服务。
需要指出,根据实施的需要,可将本申请中描述的各个步骤/部件拆分为更多步骤/部件,也可将两个或多个步骤/部件或者步骤/部件的部分操作组合成新的步骤/部件,以实现本发明的目的。
上述根据本发明的方法可在硬件、固件中实现,或者被实现为可存储在记录介质(诸如CD ROM、RAM、软盘、硬盘或磁光盘)中的软件或计算机代码,或者被实现通过网络下载的原始存储在远程记录介质或非暂时机器可读介质中并将被存储在本地记录介质中的计算机代码,从而在此描述的方法可被存储在使用通用计算机、专用处理器或者可编程或专用硬件(诸如ASIC或FPGA)的记录介质上的这样的软件处理。可以理解,计算机、处理器、微处理器控制器或可编程硬件包括可存储或接收软件或计算机代码的存储组件(例如,RAM、ROM、闪存等),当所述软件或计算机代码被计算机、处理器或硬件访问且执行时,实现在此描述的处理方法。此外,当通用计算机访问用于实现在此示出的处理的代码时,代码的执行将通用计算机转换为用于执行在此示出的处理的专用计算机。

Claims (24)
- 一种展示地图数据的方法,其特征在于,所述方法包括:从服务器接收地图数据和兴趣点的位置信息;显示接收的地图数据,并且根据所述兴趣点的位置信息在显示的地图上标注所述兴趣点;响应于用户对标注的所述兴趣点的操作,将包括所述兴趣点的信息的展示数据请求发送给所述服务器,从所述服务器接收与所述兴趣点相应的特色展示数据,并且显示所述特色展示数据,所述特色展示数据是服务交互数据或多媒体数据。
- 根据权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于,所述显示所述特色展示数据的处理包括:在弹出窗口中或通过浮窗显示所述特色展示数据。
- 根据权利要求1或2所述的方法,其特征在于,所述特色展示数据是服务交互数据,并且所述方法还包括:根据用户输入的服务提交数据向所述服务器或第三方服务器提交所述服务提交数据,并且从所述服务器或所述第三方服务器接收服务响应数据。
- 根据权利要求1~3中任一项所述的方法,其特征在于,所述从服务器接收地图数据和兴趣点的位置信息的处理还包括:接收所述兴趣点的特色展示标记,并且所述根据所述兴趣点的位置信息在显示的地图上标注所述兴趣点的处理还包括:为所述兴趣点显示所述特色展示标记。
- 根据权利要求4所述的方法,其特征在于,所述响应于用户对标注的所述兴趣点的操作,从所述服务器接收与所述兴趣点相应的特色展示数据的处理包括:如果没有为所述兴趣点显示特色展示标记,则不执行将包括所述兴趣点的信息的展示数据请求发送给所述服务器,从所述服务器接收与所述兴趣点相应的特色展示数据,并且显示所述特色展示数据的处理。
- 根据权利要求5所述的方法,其特征在于,所述兴趣点的特色展示标记与兴趣点对应的实体所属的行业类型相应。
- 一种提供地图数据的方法,其特征在于,所述方法包括:将地图数据和兴趣点的位置信息发送给客户端;从所述客户端接收包括所述兴趣点的信息的展示数据请求;从兴趣点特色展示数据库获取所述兴趣点的特色展示数据,所述特色展示数据是服务交互数据或多媒体数据;将所述兴趣点的特色展示数据发送给所述客户端。
- 根据权利要求7所述的方法,其特征在于,所述将地图数据和兴趣点的位置信息发送给客户端的处理还包括:如果在所述兴趣点特色展示数据库中存有所述兴趣点的特色展示数据,则还发送所述兴趣点的特色展示标记。
- 根据权利要求7或8所述的方法,其特征在于,在所述兴趣点特色展示数据库中,特色展示数据按照对应的实体所属的行业类型被存储。
- 根据权利要求9所述的方法,其特征在于,所述发送所述兴趣点的特色展示标记的处理包括:发送与所述兴趣点对应的实体所属的行业类型相应的特色展示标记。
- 根据权利要求7~10中任一项所述的方法,其特征在于,所述方法还包括:接收来自所述客户端的服务提交数据,处理所述服务提交数据,并生成服务响应数据,将所述服务响应数据发送给所述客户端。
- 一种用于展示地图数据的终端设备,其特征在于,所述终端设备包括:地图数据接收单元,用于从服务器接收地图数据和兴趣点的位置信息;地图数据显示单元,用于显示接收的地图数据,并且根据所述兴趣点的位置信息在显示的地图上标注所述兴趣点;展示数据请求单元,用于响应于用户对标注的所述兴趣点的操作,将包括所述兴趣点的信息的展示数据请求发送给所述服务器,并且从所述服务器接收与所述兴趣点相应的特色展示数据,所述特色展示数据是服务交互数据或多媒体数据;展示数据显示单元,用于显示所述展示数据请求单元接收的特色展示数据。
- 根据权利要求12所述的终端设备,其特征在于,所述展示数据显示单元用于在弹出窗口中或通过浮窗显示所述特色展示数据。
- 根据权利要求12或13所述的终端设备,其特征在于,所述特色展示数据是服务交互数据,并且所述终端设备还包括:服务交互单元,用于根据用户输入的服务提交数据向所述服务器或第三方服务器提交所述服务提交数据,并且从所述服务器或所述第三方服务器接收服务响应数据。
- 根据权利要求12~14中任一项所述的终端设备,其特征在于,所述地图数据接收单元还用于接收所述兴趣点的特色展示标记,并且所述地图数据显示单元还用于为所述兴趣点显示所述特色展示标记。
- 根据权利要求15所述的终端设备,其特征在于,如果所述地图数据显示单元没有为所述兴趣点显示特色展示标记,则所述展示数据请求单元不执行将包括所述兴趣点的信息的展示数据请求发送给所述服务器,从所述服务器接收与所述兴趣点相应的特色展示数据的处理。
- 根据权利要求16所述的终端设备,其特征在于,所述兴趣点的特色展示标记与其对应的实体所属的行业类型相应。
- 一种提供地图展示数据的服务器,其特征在于,所述服务器包括:地图数据发送单元,用于将地图数据和兴趣点的位置信息发送给客户端;展示数据请求接收单元,用于从所述客户端接收包括所述兴趣点的信息的展示数据请求;特色展示数据获取单元,用于从兴趣点特色展示数据库获取所述兴趣点的特色展示数据,所述特色展示数据是服务交互数据或多媒体数据;特色展示数据发送单元,用于将所述兴趣点的特色展示数据发送给所述客户端。
- 根据权利要求18所述的服务器,其特征在于,所述地图数据发送单元还用于,如果在所述兴趣点特色展示数据库中存有所述兴趣点的特色展示数据,则所述地图数据发送单元还发送所述兴趣点的特色展示标记。
- 根据权利要求18或19所述的服务器,其特征在于,在所述兴趣点特色展示数据库中,特色展示数据按照兴趣点对应的实体所属的行业类型被存储。
- 根据权利要求20所述的服务器,其特征在于,所述地图数据发 送单元用于发送与所述兴趣点对应的实体所属的行业类型相应的特色展示标记。
- 根据权利要求18~21中任一项所述的服务器,其特征在于,所述服务器还包括:服务交互单元,用于接收来自所述客户端的服务提交数据,处理所述服务提交数据,生成服务响应数据,并且将所述服务响应数据发送给所述客户端。
- 一种计算机设备,其特征在于,包括:一个或多个处理器;存储器;一个或多个程序,所述一个或多个程序存储在所述存储器中,且经配置以由所述一个或者多个处理器执行所述一个或者多个程序包含的用于执行展示地图数据的方法的指令:从服务器接收地图数据和兴趣点的位置信息;显示接收的地图数据,并且根据所述兴趣点的位置信息在显示的地图上标注所述兴趣点;响应于用户对标注的所述兴趣点的操作,将包括所述兴趣点的信息的展示数据请求发送给所述服务器,从所述服务器接收与所述兴趣点相应的特色展示数据,并且显示所述特色展示数据,所述特色展示数据是服务交互数据或多媒体数据。
