本发明通过用户终端向专家平台发送专家会诊请求,专家平台根据病人信息提供对应的专家列表至用户终端;用户终端在专家列表中匹配与病人信息对应的专家信息,并确定会诊信息,专家平台将用户终端发送的专家信息和会诊信息发送至匹配的专家。通过用户终端向专家平台请求专家会诊,并在专家平台返回专家列表后匹配对应的专家,另外,能够根据专家的排班信息确定会诊信息,无需人工预约,也无需长时间的等待,从而提高了专家会诊的预约效率,提高了预约的及时性,减少了预约周期。

应当理解,此处所描述的具体实施例仅仅用以解释本发明,并不用于限定本发明。
本发明提供的用户终端、专家平台及专家会诊请求方法,通过用户终端向专家平台请求专家会诊,并在专家平台返回专家列表后匹配对应的专家,另外,能够根据专家的排班信息确定会诊信息,可提高专家会诊的预约效率,提高预约的及时性,从而减少预约周期。
参照图1,图1为本发明基于用户终端的专家会诊请求方法第一实施例的流程示意图。
在本发明第一实施例中,基于用户终端的专家会诊请求方法包括:
步骤S10,用户终端向专家平台发送专家会诊请求,专家会诊请求中包括病人信息;
本实施例中,当病人需要请求专家会诊时,通过用户终端登陆专家平台,具体可通过互联网的方式请求与专家平台建立连接,或者通过用户终端上的APP请求登陆专家平台,在登陆成功后,用户终端可向用户提供会诊选择界面,供用户选择或输入相应的病人信息,用户所输入或选择的病人信息至少包括病人姓名、年龄、性别和家族病史等基本信息,以及病人当前的病症信息;然后用户终端向专家平台发送专家会诊请求,该专家会诊请求中至少包括病人信息。
步骤S20,专家平台根据病人信息提供对应的专家列表至用户终端;
专家平台接收到用户终端发送的包括病人信息的专家会诊请求后,根据病人信息在专家库中进行筛选,筛选出与病人信息对应的专家列表,并将专家列表提供给用户终端。本实施例中,专家平台筛选对应的专家列表时,优选采用关键词匹配的方法,例如在病人信息中提取病症信息对应的关键词,并根据提取出的关键词在专家库中进行筛选,筛选出科别与病症信息对应的专家列表。
步骤S30,用户终端在专家列表中匹配与病人信息对应的专家信息,并确定会诊信息;
步骤S40,专家平台将用户终端发送的专家信息和会诊信息发送至匹配的专家。
用户终端在专家平台所提供的专家列表中进行选择,即匹配病人信息对应的专家信息,该专家信息至少包括专家姓名、专家科别和专家排班信息等相关信息,然后根据匹配出的专家信息确定会诊信息,会诊信息至少包括会诊时间和会诊地点等信息,以向专家指示具体的会诊方式,然后用户终端将匹配出的专家信息和会诊信息发送至专家平台。专家平台根据专家信息,将接收到的病人信息和会诊信息发送至专家信息所对应的专家,提示专家按会诊时间和会诊地点进行会诊。
本实施例通过用户终端向专家平台发送专家会诊请求,专家平台根据病人信息提供对应的专家列表至用户终端;用户终端在专家列表中匹配与病人信息对应的专家信息,并确定会诊信息,专家平台将用户终端发送的专家信息和会诊信息发送至匹配的专家。通过用户终端向专家平台请求专家会诊,并在专家平台返回专家列表后匹配对应的专家,另外,能够根据专家的排班信息确定会诊信息,无需人工预约,也无需长时间的等待,从而提高了专家会诊的预约效率,提高了预约的及时性,减少了预约周期。

在上述实施例中,步骤S30具体包括:
步骤S301,用户终端根据病人信息在专家列表中匹配对应的专家信息;
步骤S302,用户终端根据专家排班信息确定会诊信息,并发送专家信息和会诊信息至专家平台。
在用户终端接收到专家平台提供的专家列表并在专家列表中匹配专家信息时,具体地,可先根据病人信息中的病症信息,在专家列表中选择科别相对应的专家的信息,并可在科别选择项下进行更精确的选择,选择一个或多个最匹配的专家;匹配到对应的专家信息后,用户终端根据选择的专家的排班时间,确定会诊信息,即根据专家的排班时间,确定专家都有空闲的时间作为会诊时间,并确定会诊地点。用户终端将匹配的专家信息以及确定的会诊信息发送至专家平台,以供专家平台发送至对应的专家。
参照图3,图3为本发明基于用户终端的专家会诊请求方法第二实施例的流程示意图。
基于上述本发明基于用户终端的专家会诊请求方法第一实施例,第二实施例中,在执行步骤S20之前,专家会诊请求方法还包括:
步骤S50,用户终端向专家平台发送验证请求;
步骤S51,在验证通过后,用户终端与专家平台连接。
本实施例中,用户终端与专家平台连接,必须事先向专家平台进行注册,注册成功后专家平台会为用户终端分配包括用户名和登陆密码的登陆信息。在用户终端向专家平台发送专家会诊请求前,需要先登陆专家平台,用户终端向专家平台发送一验证请求,该验证请求中包括登陆信息,以请求登陆专家平台,用户终端可通过互联网的方式在专家平台的登陆页面进行请求,也可以通过APP直接输入登陆信息进行请求。专家平台对登陆信息进行验证,即确定用户终端的登陆信息是否正确,在确定正确后向用户终端反馈,用户终端可与专家平台建立连接。
参照图4,图4为本发明基于用户终端的专家会诊请求方法第三实施例的流程示意图。
基于上述本发明基于用户终端的专家会诊请求方法第一实施例,第三实施例中,专家会诊请求方法还包括:
步骤S60,专家平台获取各医院的专家资料,根据专家科别对专家进行分类,并根据专家姓名、专家科别和专家排班信息生成专家列表。
专家平台从各医院获取专家资料,包括专家的姓名、科别、擅长病症等基本资料,以及专家的个人履历和该专家在医院的排班信息等相关资料,将获取的专家资料进行分类,具体分类时可根据科别进行分类,也可根据专家的排班信息或其他信息进行分类;分类后,根据专家的姓名、科别、擅长病症以及排班信息等资料生成专家列表。本实施例中,专家列表除了上述由专家平台事先根据专家姓名、专家科别和专家排班信息生成后存储至数据库中的生成方式,还可以由专家平台在接收到用户终端发送的专家会诊请求后,根据其中的病人信息进行筛选生成。本实施例一优选实施例中,该步骤S60在执行步骤S10之前执行。
本发明还提供一种用户终端。

本发明用户终端可用于与专家平台连接,并向专家平台请求专家会诊,在第一实施例中,用户终端包括:
请求发送模块101,用于向专家平台发送专家会诊请求,专家会诊请求中包括病人信息;
匹配模块102,用于在专家平台根据病人信息提供的专家列表中匹配与病人信息对应的专家信息,并确定会诊信息,将专家信息和会诊信息发送至专家平台,供专家平台将专家信息和会诊信息发送至匹配的专家。

本实施例通过用户终端向专家平台发送专家会诊请求,专家平台根据病人信息提供对应的专家列表至用户终端;用户终端在专家列表中匹配与病人信息对应的专家信息,并确定会诊信息,以供专家平台将用户终端发送的专家信息和会诊信息发送至匹配的专家。通过用户终端向专家平台请求专家会诊,并在专家平台返回专家列表后匹配对应的专家,另外,能够根据专家的排班信息确定会诊信息,无需人工预约,也无需长时间的等待,从而提高了专家会诊的预约效率,提高了预约的及时性,减少了预约周期。
在上述实施例中,匹配模块102具体用于:
根据病人信息在专家列表中匹配对应的专家信息;
根据专家排班信息确定会诊信息。
在用户终端接收到专家平台提供的专家列表并在专家列表中匹配专家信息时,具体地,匹配模块102可先根据病人信息中的病症信息,在专家列表中选择科别相对应的专家的信息,并可在科别选择项下进行更精确的选择,选择一个或多个最匹配的专家;匹配到对应的专家信息后,匹配模块102根据选择的专家的排班时间,确定会诊信息,即根据专家的排班时间,确定专家都有空闲的时间作为会诊时间,并确定会诊地点。用户终端将匹配的专家信息以及确定的会诊信息发送至专家平台,以供专家平台发送至对应的专家。

基于上述本发明用户终端第一实施例,在第二实施例中,用户终端还包括验证模块103,该验证模块103用于:
向专家平台发送验证请求;
在验证通过后,与专家平台连接。

在第一实施例中,专家平台包括:
请求接收模块201,用于接收用户终端发送的专家会诊请求,专家会诊请求中包括病人信息;
列表提供模块202,用于根据病人信息提供对应的专家列表至用户终端;
信息发送模块203,用于将用户终端发送的专家信息和会诊信息发送至匹配的专家。

专家平台的请求接收模块201接收用户终端发送的包括病人信息的专家会诊请求,根据病人信息在专家库中进行筛选,筛选出与病人信息对应的专家列表,并通过列表提供模块202将专家列表提供给用户终端。本实施例中,专家平台筛选对应的专家列表时,优选采用关键词匹配的方法,例如在病人信息中提取病症信息对应的关键词,并根据提取出的关键词在专家库中进行筛选,筛选出科别与病症信息对应的专家列表。
用户终端在专家平台所提供的专家列表中进行选择,即匹配病人信息对应的专家信息,该专家信息至少包括专家姓名、专家科别和专家排班信息等相关信息,然后根据匹配出的专家信息确定会诊信息,会诊信息至少包括会诊时间和会诊地点等信息,以向专家指示具体的会诊方式,然后用户终端将匹配出的专家信息和会诊信息发送至专家平台。专家平台的信息发送模块203根据专家信息,将接收到的病人信息和会诊信息发送至专家信息所对应的专家,提示专家按会诊时间和会诊地点进行会诊。
本实施例通过用户终端向专家平台发送专家会诊请求,专家平台根据病人信息提供对应的专家列表至用户终端;用户终端在专家列表中匹配与病人信息对应的专家信息,并确定会诊信息,专家平台将用户终端发送的专家信息和会诊信息发送至匹配的专家。通过用户终端向专家平台请求专家会诊,并在专家平台返回专家列表后匹配对应的专家,另外,能够根据专家的排班信息确定会诊信息,无需人工预约,也无需长时间的等待,从而提高了专家会诊的预约效率,提高了预约的及时性,减少了预约周期。

基于上述本发明专家平台第一实施例,在第二实施例中,专家平台还包括:

专家平台的列表生成模块204从各医院获取专家资料,包括专家的姓名、科别、擅长病症等基本资料,以及专家的个人履历和该专家在医院的排班信息等相关资料,将获取的专家资料进行分类,具体分类时列表生成模块204可根据科别进行分类,也可根据专家的排班信息或其他信息进行分类;分类后,根据专家的姓名、科别、擅长病症以及排班信息等资料生成专家列表。本实施例中,专家列表除了上述由专家平台事先根据专家姓名、专家科别和专家排班信息生成后存储至数据库中的生成方式,还可以由专家平台在接收到用户终端发送的专家会诊请求后,根据其中的病人信息进行筛选生成。

- 一种基于用户终端的专家会诊请求方法,其特征在于,所述专家会诊请求方法包括以下步骤:用户终端向专家平台发送专家会诊请求,所述专家会诊请求中包括病人信息;专家平台根据所述病人信息提供对应的专家列表至用户终端;用户终端在所述专家列表中匹配与所述病人信息对应的专家信息,并确定会诊信息;专家平台将用户终端发送的专家信息和会诊信息发送至匹配的专家。
- 如权利要求1所述的基于用户终端的专家会诊请求方法,其特征在于,所述专家平台根据所述病人信息提供对应的专家列表至用户终端的步骤之前,所述专家会诊请求方法还包括:用户终端向专家平台发送验证请求,所述验证请求中包括登陆信息;在验证通过后,用户终端与专家平台连接。
