일반적으로 화장품은 계면활성제와 같은 유화제를 이용하여 서로 다른 제형의 화장료를 혼합하여 제조하며 유상원료와 수상원료의 결합구조에 따라 유중수형과 수중유형의 화장료로 구분할 수 있다.
상기 유중수형 화장료는 수상원료 외측에 유상원료를 결합시킨 것으로서 유분감이 많아 피부 흡수가 느리고 사용감이 무겁지만 수중유형보다 지속성이 높은 장점이 있어 지속성이 필요한 화장품의 경우 땀이나 물에 대한 내수성을 증진시키기 위하여 유중수형 화장료를 사용하여 제조한다.
상기 유중수형 화장료의 사용감이 무겁고 끈적이는 단점을 보완하기 위하여 내용물의 점도를 낮추어 제조하였는데 상기 저점도 유중수형 제품은 유통 중 용기 내에서 장기간 보관 시 내상인 수상원료와 외상인 유상원료가 서로 분리되는 경우가 있어 사용자가 용기를 흔들어서 분리된 수상원료와 유상원료를 혼합하여 사용해야하는 번거로운 문제점이 있었다.
상기와 같은 문제점을 해결하기 위해 도 1에서 보는 바와 같이 본 출원인은 대한민국등록특허 제10-1257628호를 개시하였는데 이는 저점도 유중수형 내용물을 함침부재(1)에 함침시켜 콤팩트 용기에 넣은 제품이다.
그러나, 상기 종래기술은 단순히 화장료를 함침부재(1)에 함침하여 화장료를 사용할때 퍼프로 함침부재(1)를 가압하여 사용하는 구조이므로 화장료가 함침부재(1)로 부터 고르게 배출되지 않거나 넘치는 문제점이 있었다.
상기와 같은 문제점을 해결하기 위해 도 2에서 보는 바와 같이 대한민국등록특허 제10-1476314호가 개시되었는데 이는 화장료를 함침하는 함침부재(2)에 화장료의 배출시 통로를 형성하는 화장료 배출채널(3)을 구비하여, 화장료 토출시 배출채널(3)을 통해 화장료가 과다하게 배출되거나 함침부재(2) 외부로 넘치는 것을 방지한 것이다.
그러나, 상기 종래기술은 화장료가 함침된 함침부재(2)를 화장품용기 내에 삽입한 다음 화장료를 함침부재(2)에 함침시켜야 하기 때문에 화장품용기 조립공정 내에 화장료 함침공정이 포함되어 있어서 화장료 충전 시간이 과다하게 소요되어 생산성이 저하될 뿐만 아니라 화장료용기 조립공정과 화장료 함침공정이 혼재되어 있어서 제품의 불량률이 증가되는 문제점이 있었다.
또한, 상기 함침부재(2)에 함침시킬 수 있는 화장료의 양이 한정되어 있어 많은 화장료의 양을 사용하지 못하고 사용자가 잦은 리필을 통해 화장료를 충당해야 하므로 리필용기의 자원을 낭비하는 문제점이 있었다.
본 발명은 상기와 같은 문제점을 해결하기 위해 안출된 것으로 플렉시블한 재질로 형성된 함침부재수용용기 내부에 화장료가 함침된 함침부재가 수용되고 상기 함침부재수용용기 상부에 배출판을 구비하여 상기 함침부재수용용기와 상기 배출판을 접합시켜 일체용기로 형성하여, 화장품 용기 조립 시 일체용기를 하나의 부품으로 취급하여 조립함으로써 조립공정 내에 화장료 함침공정을 포함하지 않아도 되게 하여 생산성을 향상시키고 제품의 불량률을 줄일 수 있도록 한 함침부재에 화장료저장홈을 구비한 화장품 용기를 제공하는 데 목적이 있다.
또한, 함침부재에 다수의 화장료저장홈을 형성하여 함침부재에 화장료를 함침 시킬 때 상기 화장료저장홈에도 화장료를 저장시킴으로써, 사용자가 배출판을 가압할 때 함침부재에 함침된 화장료가 토출된 뒤에는 화장료저장홈에 저장되 있던 화장료가 함침부재에 흡수되어 함침부재에 화장료가 오랫동안 충당될 수 있으므로 잦은 리필을 하지 않아도 되어 편리한 함침부재에 화장료저장홈을 구비한 화장품 용기를 제공하는 데 목적이 있다.
본 발명은 용기본체(10)와;
상기 용기본체(10) 일측에 결합되는 용기뚜껑(20)과;
상기 용기본체(10) 내측에 일체용기(30);가 내장되되,
상기 일체용기(30)는 용기본체(10) 내측에 수용되는 플렉시블한 재질의 함침부재수용용기(40)와, 상기 함침부재수용용기(40) 내부에 수용되며 화장료가 함침된 함침부재(50)와, 상기 함침부재수용용기(40) 상단에 접합되며 배출구(62)가 형성된 배출판(60)으로 구성되고,
상기 함침부재(50)는 화장료를 함침시킬 때 화장료가 저장되는 화장료저장홈(51)이 형성되며, 상기 화장료저장홈(51)은 함침부재(50)를 관통하지 않고 저면으로부터 일정 깊이만큼만 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 함침부재에 화장료저장홈을 구비한 화장품 용기를 제공한다.
또한, 상기 용기본체(10) 상부에는 일체용기(30)가 외부로 이탈되지 않도록 잡아주는 고정부재(80)가 더 결합되는 것을 특징으로 한다.
또한, 상기 일체용기(30) 외측에는 일체용기(30)의 탄성을 증대시키기 위해 탄성부재(55)가 더 결합되는 것을 특징으로 한다.
또한, 상기 함침부재수용용기(40)의 테두리에는 수용용기접합부(41)가 형성되고, 상기 배출판(60)의 테두리에는 배출판접합부(61)가 형성되어 상호 접합되는 접합부(70)가 형성되는 것을 특징으로 한다.
또한, 상기 접합부(70)는 열 접합 또는 초음파 접합 또는 고주파 접합되는 것을 특징으로 한다.
상기 본 발명에 따른 함침부재에 화장료저장홈을 구비한 화장품 용기는 플렉시블한 재질로 형성된 함침부재수용용기 내부에 화장료가 함침된 함침부재가 수용되고 상기 함침부재수용용기 상부에 배출판을 구비하여 상기 함침부재수용용기와 상기 배출판을 접합시켜 일체용기로 형성하여, 화장품 용기 조립 시 일체용기를 하나의 부품으로 취급하여 조립함으로써 조립공정 내에 화장료 함침공정을 포함하지 않아도 되게 하여 생산성을 향상시키고 제품의 불량률을 줄일 수 있도록 한 함침부재에 화장료저장홈을 구비한 화장품 용기를 제공하는 효과가 있다.
또한, 함침부재에 다수의 화장료저장홈을 형성하여 함침부재에 화장료를 함침 시킬 때 상기 화장료저장홈에도 화장료를 저장시킴으로써, 사용자가 배출판을 가압할 때 함침부재에 함침된 화장료가 토출된 뒤에는 화장료저장홈에 저장되 있던 화장료가 함침부재에 흡수되어 함침부재에 화장료가 오랫동안 충당될 수 있으므로 잦은 리필을 하지 않아도 되어 리필용기의 자원낭비를 방지할 수 있도록 된 함침부재에 화장료저장홈을 구비한 화장품 용기를 제공하는 효과가 있다.

본 발명에 따른 함침부재에 화장료저장홈을 구비한 화장품 용기의 일실시예를 첨부도면을 참조하여 설명하면 다음과 같다.
도 3은 본 발명의 일실시예에 따른 함침부재에 화장료저장홈을 구비한 화장품 용기의 사시도이고, 도 4는 본 발명의 일실시예에 따른 함침부재에 화장료저장홈을 구비한 화장품 용기의 분해 사시도이며, 도 5는 본 발명의 일실시예에 따른 함침부재에 화장료저장홈을 구비한 화장품 용기의 단면도이다. 도 6은 본 발명의 일실시예에 따른 함침부재에 화장료저장홈을 구비한 화장품 용기의 배출판을 가압한 상태의 단면도이고, 도 7은 본 발명의 일실시예에 따른 함침부재에 화장료저장홈을 구비한 화장품 용기의 배출판의 가압을 해제한 상태의 단면도이다.
본 발명의 함침부재에 화장료저장홈을 구비한 화장품 용기는 용기본체(10)와, 상기 용기본체(10) 일측에 결합되는 용기뚜껑(20)과, 상기 용기본체(10) 내측에 일체용기(30)가 내장되되, 상기 일체용기(30)는 내용기(10) 내측에 수용되는 플렉시블한 재질의 함침부재수용용기(40)와, 상기 함침부재수용용기(40) 내부에 수용되며 화장료가 함침된 함침부재(50)와, 상기 함침부재수용용기(40) 상단에 접합되며 배출구(62)가 형성된 배출판(60)으로 구성된다.
상기 용기본체(10)는 바닥면(11)과 상기 바닥면(11)으로부터 상부로 연장 형성된 내벽(12)과 상기 내벽(12)의 외측으로 일정간격 이격되어 연장 형성된 외벽(13)으로 이루어진다.
상기 내벽(12)은 외주면에 결합돌기(121)가 형성되며, 상기 결합돌기(121)는 고정부재(80)에 형성된 결합홈(821)과 끼움 결합되어 상기 고정부재(80)가 용기본체(10)에서 분리되는 것을 방지한다.
상기 외벽(13)의 상부 외주연에는 힌지블라켓(14)이 형성된다.
상기 용기뚜껑(20)은 일측에 힌지블럭(21)이 형성되며, 상기 힌지블럭(21)은 용기본체(10)의 힌지블라켓(14)에 끼워진 후, 힌지핀(22)에 의해 용기본체(10)와 힌지 결합된다.
상기 용기본체(10) 내측에는 일체용기(30)가 내장된다.
상기 일체용기(30)는 용기본체(10) 내측에 수용되는 플렉시블한 재질의 함침부재수용용기(40)와, 상기 함침부재수용용기(40) 내부에 수용되며 화장료가 함침된 함침부재(50)와, 상기 함침부재수용용기(40) 상단에 접합되며 배출구(62)가 형성된 배출판(60)으로 구성된다.
상기 일체용기(30)는 화장품 용기 조립 시 하나의 부품으로 취급하여 조립함으로써 조립공정 내에 화장료 함침공정을 포함하지 않아도 되게 하여 생산성을 향상시키고 제품의 불량률을 줄일 수 있는 장점이 있다.
상기 함침부재수용용기(40)는 상부 테두리에 수용용기접합부(41)가 형성되고, 용이하게 가압되거나 복원될 수 있도록 플렉시블한 재질로 형성되되, 폴리에틸렌(polyethylene), 우레탄 고무(urethane rubber), NBR(nitrile-butadiene rubber), 실리콘(silicone), 폴리비닐(Polyvinyl) 중 어느 하나 이상의 재질로 형성된다.
상기 함침부재수용용기(40)는 플렉시블한 재질로 형성됨으로써 도 6과 도 7에서 보는 바와 같이 배출판(60)을 가압하거나 가압을 해제할 때 용이하게 가압되거나 회복되도록 한다.
상기 함침부재수용용기(40) 내에는 화장료가 함침된 함침부재(50)가 장착되되, 상기 함침부재(50)는 화장료를 함침시킬 때 화장료가 저장되는 다수의 화장료저장홈(51)이 형성된다.
상기 함침부재(50)는 BR(Butadiene Rubber), SBR(Styrene Butadiene Rubber), NR(Nateral Rubber), NRSBR(Nateral Rubber Styrene Butadiene Rubber), NBR(acrylonitrile-butadiene rubber), 습식우레탄, 건식우레탄, 폴리에테르, 폴리에스테르, 폴리염화비닐, 폴리에틸렌, 라텍스, 실리콘, PVA(PolyVinyl Alcohol), 니트릴고무, 부틸고무 및 네오프렌으로 구성된 군에서 선택되는 하나 이상의 재질로 이루어진다.
상기 화장료저장홈(51)은 도 4에서 보는 바와 같이 함침부재(50)의 하단에 다수개 형성되되, 함침부재(50)를 관통하지 않고 저면으로부터 일정 깊이만큼만 형성되어 별도의 화장료를 저장시킴으로써, 상기 함침부재(50)에 함침된 화장료가 토출된 뒤에는 화장료저장홈(51)에 저장되어 있던 화장료가 함침부재(50)에 흡수되어 잦은 리필을 하지 않아도 되어 편리하다.
상기 화장료저장홈(51)이 함침부재(50)에 관통되지 않도록 형성됨으로써, 배출판(60)을 가압할 때 화장료저장홈(51)에 내장된 화장료가 일시에 과도하게 배출되는 것을 방지할 수 있다. 만일 화장료저장홈(51)이 함침부재(50)를 관통하여 형성된다면 배출판(60)을 가압할 때 화장료저장홈(51)의 화장료가 일시에 배출되어 배출구(62)를 통해 분출되어 화장료가 낭비되고 주위를 지저분하게 오염시키는 문제가 발생된다.
또한, 상기 함침부재수용용기(40)의 수용용기접합부(41) 아래와 용기본체(10)의 바닥면(11) 사이에는 탄성부재(55)가 더 장착되며, 상기 탄성부재(55)는 함침부재수용용기(40)가 찌그러진 다음, 원래대로 복귀되는 것을 도와주는 역할을 한다.
상기 함침부재수용용기(40) 상단에는 배출판(60)이 접합되며, 상기 배출판(60)은 테두리에 배출판접합부(61)가 형성되고, 배출구(62)가 형성된다.
상기 배출구(62)로 화장료가 배출되되, 상기 화장료는 도 6에서 보는 바와 같이 퍼프(P)를 이용하여 사용하게 된다.
상기 함침부재수용용기(40)의 상부 테두리에 형성된 수용용기접합부(41)와, 배출판(60)의 하부 테두리에 형성된 배출판접합부(61)가 상호 접합되는 접합부(70)를 형성한다.
상기 접합부(70)는 열 접합 또는 초음파 접합 또는 고주파 접합되어 화장료가 누수되는 것을 방지한다.
상기 접합부(70)는 용기본체(10)의 상단에 결합된 고정부재(80)의 수평연장편(81)의 아래쪽에 접한다.
상기 고정부재(80)는 내측으로 연장 형성되는 수평연장편(81)과 상기 수평연장편(81) 하측으로 연장 형성되는 하부연장편(82)으로 구성된다.
상기 수평연장편(81)은 용기본체(10)의 내벽(12) 상단에 안착되어 접합부(70)와 맞닿아 일체용기(30)가 위로 이탈되는 것을 방지한다.
상기 하부연장편(82)은 내주면에 결합홈(821)이 형성되며, 상기 결합홈(821)은 용기본체(10)의 내벽(12) 외주면에 형성된 결합돌기(121)와 결합하여 고정부재(80)가 용기본체(10)에서 이탈되는 것을 방지한다.
본 발명의 일실시예에 따른 함침부재에 화장료저장홈을 구비한 화장품 용기의 조립방법 및 사용상태를 상세히 설명하면 다음과 같다.
본 발명의 함침부재에 화장료저장홈을 구비한 화장품 용기를 조립하기 위해 용기본체(10)에 용기뚜껑(20)을 결합한다.
이후, 상기 용기본체(10)에 탄성부재(55)를 장착하고, 상기 탄성부재(55)에 일체용기(30)를 끼우되, 상기 일체용기(30)는 플렉시블한 재질의 함침부재수용용기(40)와, 상기 함침부재수용용기(40) 내부에 수용되며 화장료가 함침된 함침부재(50)와, 상기 함침부재수용용기(40) 상단에 접합되며 배출구(62)가 형성된 배출판(60)으로 구성된다.
이때, 상기 함침부재(50)는 하단에 다수개의 화장료저장홈(51)이 형성되어 더 많은 화장료를 저장시킬 수 있다.
이후, 함침부재수용용기(40)에 형성된 수용용기접합부(41)와 배출판(60)에 형성된 배출판접합부(61)를 열 접합 또는 초음파 접합 또는 고주파 접합시켜 접합부(70)를 형성하여 화장료가 누수되는 것을 방지한다.
이후, 상기 용기본체(10)의 상단에 고정부재(80)를 결합하여 일체용기(30)가 이탈되는 것을 막아준다.
상기의 방법으로 조립된 함침부재에 화장료저장홈을 구비한 화장품 용기를 사용하기 위해서 용기뚜껑(20)을 개방한 후, 도 6에서 보는 바와 같이 배출판(60)을 가압한다.
상기 배출판(60)을 가압하면 탄성부재(55)가 압축됨과 동시에 플렉시블한 재질의 함침부재수용용기(40)가 찌그러지면서 상기 함침부재수용용기(40)에 내장된 함침부재(50)가 가압된다.
이때, 함침부재(50)에 함침된 화장료는 배출판(60)의 배출구(62)로 배출되며, 퍼프(P)를 이용하여 배출된 화장료를 찍어서 화장을 한다.
이후, 도 7에서 보는 바와 같이 배출판(60)의 가압이 해제되면 함침부재수용용기(40)는 탄성부재(55)와 플렉시블한 재질의 함침부재수용용기(40) 및 탄성력이 있는 함침부재(50)의 탄성에 의해 원상태로 회복된다.
상기와 같이 함침부재(50)에 함침된 화장료를 사용하더라도 상기 함침부재(50)에 형성된 화장료저장홈(51)에 더 내장된 화장료가 있기 때문에 함침부재(50)에 화장료가 오랫동안 충당될 수 있으므로 잦은 리필을 하지 않아도 되어 편리하게 사용할 수 있는 장점이 있다.
이상, 본 발명에서 설명한 것은 함침부재에 화장료저장홈을 구비한 화장품 용기를 실시하기 위한 일실시예에 불과한 것으로, 본 발명은 상기 일실시예에 한정되는 것이 아니다. 첨부된 청구범위에서 청구하는 바와 같이 본 발명의 요지를 벗어남이 없이 당해 발명이 속하는 분야에서 통상의 지식을 가진 자라면 누구든지 다양한 변경 실시가 가능한 범위까지 본 발명의 범위에 속하는 것으로 간주 되어야 할 것이다.

Claims (5)

  1. 용기본체(10)와;
    상기 용기본체(10) 일측에 결합되는 용기뚜껑(20)과;
    상기 용기본체(10) 내측에 일체용기(30);가 내장되되,
    상기 일체용기(30)는 용기본체(10) 내측에 수용되는 플렉시블한 재질의 함침부재수용용기(40)와, 상기 함침부재수용용기(40) 내부에 수용되며 화장료가 함침된 함침부재(50)와, 상기 함침부재수용용기(40) 상단에 접합되며 배출구(62)가 형성된 배출판(60)으로 구성되고,
    상기 함침부재(50)는 화장료를 함침시킬 때 화장료가 저장되는 화장료저장홈(51)이 형성되며, 상기 화장료저장홈(51)은 함침부재(50)를 관통하지 않고 저면으로부터 일정 깊이만큼만 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 함침부재에 화장료저장홈을 구비한 화장품 용기.
  2. 제1항에 있어서,
    상기 용기본체(10) 상부에는 일체용기(30)가 외부로 이탈되지 않도록 잡아주는 고정부재(80)가 더 결합되는 것을 특징으로 하는 함침부재에 화장료저장홈을 구비한 화장품 용기.
  3. 제1항에 있어서,
    상기 일체용기(30) 외측에는 일체용기(30)의 탄성을 증대시키기 위해 탄성부재(55)가 더 결합되는 것을 특징으로 하는 함침부재에 화장료저장홈을 구비한 화장품 용기.
  4. 제1항에 있어서,
    상기 함침부재수용용기(40)의 테두리에는 수용용기접합부(41)가 형성되고, 상기 배출판(60)의 테두리에는 배출판접합부(61)가 형성되어 상호 접합되는 접합부(70)가 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 함침부재에 화장료저장홈을 구비한 화장품 용기.
  5. 제4항에 있어서,
    상기 접합부(70)는 열 접합 또는 초음파 접합 또는 고주파 접합되는 것을 특징으로 하는 함침부재에 화장료저장홈을 구비한 화장품 용기.
