Description

一种超声穿刺方法和装置 技术领域
本发明涉及超声穿刺领域,尤其涉及一种用于辅助超声浅表穿刺的方法和装置。
背景技术
上世纪七十年代,Goldberg和Holm发明了超声穿刺探头,可以在超声图像上显示穿刺针头,实现了基于超声的可视引导穿刺,可以准确的到达病灶。伴随着技术发展,穿刺技术逐渐发展出超声间接引导穿刺、超声穿刺架引导穿刺、超声引导徒手穿刺等技术。
其中,超声间接引导穿刺主要用来标记位置,并不实时监控针头的走向和位置,用于巨大肿块等的活检;超声穿刺架引导穿刺可以固定穿刺针与探头的相对位置,具有很高准确性,但是正是因为其相对位置固定,导致穿刺针不能随意改变角度,不能应用于浅表器官的穿刺。
超声引导下的徒手穿刺,主要用于浅表器官和浅表组织的穿刺,操作时,需要有多方面的要求,如:进针时要保证穿刺针长轴与声束平面平行;穿刺针与皮肤的夹角不能大于60度;进针前,首先用手指在穿刺定位点上再按压一次,观察图像情况,然后在体表定位点与进针点做好标记,并观察图像,估测进针角度;进针后,由麻醉点进针少许,较微提插针,并观察其在图像上的活动点。
由于在超声引导徒手穿刺时需要反复调整位置,直至穿刺针显示在超声图像上,因此超声穿刺架引导穿刺不可能适用于超声引导徒手穿刺,并且这个过程对于病患是痛苦的,对医生的经验和手法要求也 很高。
发明内容
本发明目的是提供一种超声穿刺方法,能够解决目前进行浅表组织或浅表器官的徒手穿刺时,难以准确快速地在超声图像上显示穿刺针的问题。

实施例1
本实施例提供了一种超声穿刺方法,包括下列步骤:

本实施例中的锁紧件还可以采用卡环,卡环固定安装在指示器固定部上,卡环包括两个半环,两个半环的一端固定连接在一起,另一端通过螺栓连接或者为自由端。当通过螺栓连接时,通过松紧螺栓来改变卡环的内径,从而卡紧探头声束方向指示器;当具有自由端时,通过其自身弹性变形卡紧探头声束方向指示器。

  4. 一种超声穿刺装置,其特征在于,包括指示器固定架(1)和探头声束方向指示器(2),所述指示器固定架(1)能够可拆卸地固定在探头(3)上,所述指示器固定架(1)上设置有指示器安装孔,所述探头声束方向指示器(2)可转动地安装在所述指示器安装孔内,使所述探头声束方向指示器(2)发射的光束能够在垂直于探头(3)声束平面的平面内旋转,所述指示器固定架(1)上安装有锁紧件(4),所述锁紧件(4)用于锁定探头声束方向指示器(2)。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的超声穿刺装置,其特征在于,所述锁紧件(4)为锁紧螺栓,所述指示器安装孔的孔壁上开设有螺纹通孔,所述锁紧螺栓安装在螺纹通孔内,所述锁紧螺栓的内端能够顶紧所述探头声束方向指示器(2)。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的超声穿刺装置,其特征在于,所述探头 声束方向指示器(2)为激光指示器。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的超声穿刺装置,其特征在于,所述指示器固定架(1)包括探头固定部(11)和指示器固定部(12),所述指示器固定部(12)上开设有所述指示器安装孔,所述探头固定部(11)包括前侧板(111)、后侧板(112)和连接螺栓(113),所述前侧板(111)的左端和后侧板(112)的左端均固定连接在指示器固定部(12)的右端,前侧板(111)的右端和后侧板(112)的右端通过连接螺栓(113)连接,所述探头固定部(11)的右端、前侧板(111)、连接螺栓(113)和后侧板(112)围成探头安装孔,所述探头(3)安装在探头安装孔内。
