Description
本发明涉及移动通讯技术领域,特别涉及一种智能终端与多媒体终端交互的方法、终端、系统及计算机存储介质。
在商业办公领域,传统的基于IP协议的多媒体终端,包括IP电话、可视电话、视频会议终端等,大量存在并继续发展,统计数据显示会议终端年发货量在500万台的级别,个人办公电话终端年发货量在4000万台的级别。企业、政府、行业组织等应用多媒体终端,能增进人与人之间的协作,大幅提高工作效率、节省差旅费用。
随着iPhone、iPAD、Android智能手机等智能终端的兴起,终端的人机交互方式发生了巨大的变化:按键操作变成触摸操作,屏幕分辨率得到提升,系统性能强劲,交互速度显著提升,智能终端已经成为人们生活和工作不可或缺的一部分。由此带来的是人们对终端的使用习惯的改变。
由此,这种全新的人机交互方式也开始逐步被引入到传统的多媒体终端领域,现有的方法各种各样,但其中存在局限性都较大,有将终端本身变成智能操作系统,但该系统并不适合处理多媒体终端所涉及的实时音视频媒体流和各种通讯信令,并且现网大量的终端并不适合这种方法;有定制专用的使用智能操作系统的外设配件的方法,但这种方法的外设配件由于厂家制定通常只支持自家的多媒体终端设备,兼容性差;还有在多媒体终端与智能终端之间建立TCP连接,使用自定义的消息格式来通讯,或者设置服务器,双方都注册到服务器上,再通过服务器中转消息来实现互通,但由于自定义的TCP消息格式在遇到多个网络穿透时不能通过网络地址转换NAT,或者在双方终端上可能会被安全软件认为是不安全因素。除此之外,及时地将多媒体终端的工作状态同步到智能终端也是实现多媒体终端与智能终端互通的一大问题。
发明内容
本发明实施例要解决的技术问题是提供一种智能终端与多媒体终端交互的方法、终端、系统及计算机存储介质,解决现有交互方式存在的局限性问题。
为了解决上述技术问题,本发明的实施例提供一种智能终端与多媒体终端交互的方法,应用于智能终端,所述方法包括:
通过与多媒体终端之间采用http标准协议建立的通讯连接接收所述多媒体终端的当前工作状态信息;
显示所述当前工作状态信息;

IP电话的状态处理模块与IP电话主控模块接口,实时获取IP电话的当前工作状态信息,包括如空闲、呼叫进展中(正在建立连接)、通话中(连接中)、挂机(取消连接);同时获取各当前工作状态信息的工作参数,包括:呼叫进展中状态的被叫号码(名称),通话中状态的被叫号码(名称)、参与通话的各方、通话的音视频参数等,挂机状态的被叫号码(名称);并将当前工作状态信息实时传递给客户端模块,客户端模块接收当前工作状态信息,建立与智能终端之间的http标准协议通讯连接,将所述当前工作状态信息封装成http请求报文并传输至智能终端;智能终端的服务器模块接受与IP电话客户端模块之间的http标准协议通讯连接,接收并解析http请求报文,获取IP电话的当前工作状态信息,智能终端的远程控制界面接收并显示IP电话的当前工作状态信息。
智能终端的远程控制界面显示出IP电话的业务指令展示界面,用户选择业务指令展示界面上的业务指令,远程控制模块接收该业务指令,服务器模块得到远程控制模块接收的业务指令,并将所述业务指令封装成http响应报文并传输至IP电话客户端模块。IP电话客户端模块接收所述智能终端发送的业务指令,控制处理模块根据所述业务指令向IP电话主控模块执行对应的业务操作,客户端模块获得所述业务操作执行的结果信息并反馈至所述智能终端。
参照图6,当通过智能终端拨打IP电话时,具体步骤如下:
远程控制界面显示业务指令展示界面,当IP电话处于空闲状态时,远程控制界面至少呈现如下要素:IP电话拨号盘、通话记录、通讯录;
用户通过远程控制界面拨号,远程控制模块接收远程控制界面包括拨号信息和主叫号码等拨号业务指令传递给服务器模块;服务器模块将拨号业务指令封装成http响应报文并传输至IP电话客户端模块;
IP电话客户端模块接收http响应报文,将http响应报文解析出拨号业务指令,并传递给控制处理模块;控制处理模块向IP电话主控模块执行拨号业务指令,发起呼叫,并将呼叫结果返回给客户端模块;客户端模块将呼叫结果封装成http请求报文并传输至智能终端的服务器模块;
IP电话的状态处理模块探测到IP电话当前工作动态信息发生变化,更新IP电话的当前工作状态信息,从空闲转变为呼叫进展中,并将该当前工作状态信息传递给客户端模块;
客户端模块接收并将该当前工作状态信息封装成http请求报文并传输至智能终端的服务器模块;
智能终端的服务器模块接收并解析http请求报文,获取IP电话的当前工作状态信息,即呼叫进展中状态传递至远程控制界面;远程控制界面呈现呼叫进展中展示界面,远程控制界面至少呈现如下要素:主叫号码、拨号中提示、挂机按钮;
当IP电话接通后,IP电话的状态处理模块探测到IP电话当前工作动态信息发生变化,更新IP电话的当前工作状态信息,从呼叫进展中转变为通话中,并将该当前工作状态信息传递给客户端模块;
客户端模块接收并将该当前工作状态信息封装成http请求报文并传输至智能终端的服务器模块;
智能终端的服务器模块接收并解析http请求报文,获取IP电话的当前工作状态信息,即通话中状态传递至远程控制界面;远程控制界面呈现通话中展示界面,远程控制界面至少呈现如下要素:主叫号码、通话计时提示、录音按钮、挂机按钮;
用户通话,智能终端服务器模块向IP电话客户端模块发送包括媒体流的用户数据报协议UDP连接参数的http响应报文;
IP电话客户端模块接收http响应报文,将http响应报文解析出拨号业务指令,并传递给
控制处理模块;控制处理模块接收UDP连接参数,并构建与智能终端的UDP通道,通话语音在该UDP通道上发送和接收。
当智能终端与IP电话同振并接听电话,具体步骤如下:
智能终端设置为与IP电话同振,IP电话收到电话呼入,进入振铃状态;IP电话的状态处理模块探测到IP电话当前工作动态信息发生变化,更新IP电话的当前工作状态信息,并将该当前工作状态信息传递给客户端模块;
户端模块接收并将该当前工作状态信息封装成http请求报文并传输至智能终端的服务器模块;
客户端模块接收并将该当前工作状态信息封装成http请求报文并传输至智能终端的服务器模块;
智能终端的服务器模块接收并解析http请求报文,获取IP电话的当前工作状态信息;远程控制界面呈现振铃状态并振铃,远程控制界面至少呈现如下要素:呼入号码、接听按钮、挂机按钮;
用户选择远程控制界面接听按钮,远程控制模块接收接听业务指令;服务器模块将接听业务指令以及包括媒体流的用户数据报协议UDP连接参数封装成http响应报文并传输至IP电话客户端模块;
IP电话客户端模块接收http响应报文,将http响应报文解析出拨号业务指令,并传递给控制处理模块;控制处理模块接收UDP连接参数,并构建与智能终端的UDP通道,通话语音在该UDP通道上发送和接收;
IP电话的状态处理模块探测到IP电话当前工作动态信息发生变化,更新IP电话的当前工作状态信息,转变为通话中,并将该当前工作状态信息传递给客户端模块;
客户端模块接收并将该当前工作状态信息封装成http请求报文并传输至智能终端的服务器模块;
智能终端的服务器模块接收并解析http请求报文,获取IP电话的当前工作状态信息,即通话中状态传递至远程控制界面;远程控制界面呈现通话中展示界面。
参照图7,当智能终端对IP电话通话进行录音,具体步骤如下:
智能终端远程控制界面呈现通话中展示界面,远程控制界面至少呈现如下要素:主叫号码、通话计时提示、录音按钮、挂机按钮;用户选择录音按钮,远程控制模块接收录音业务指令;服务器模块将录音业务指令封装成http响应报文并传输至IP电话客户端模块;
IP电话客户端模块接收并解析http响应报文,控制处理模块接收UDP连接参数,并构建与智能终端的UDP通道;
通话语音在该UDP通道上发送至智能终端,智能终端接收并存储该通话语音;
远程控制界面选择挂机按钮或者停止录音时,停止接收通话语音流并封装成语音文件格式。
当智能终端对IP电话语音留言,具体步骤如下:
用户在远程控制界面显示的业务指令展示界面中的通讯录或者通话记录中选择对应联系人,或者拨号后,点击语音里演按钮,并开始留言;远程控制模块接收留言业务指令以及留言语音信息,并传递给服务器模块;
服务器模块留言业务指令以及留言语音信息封装成http响应报文并传输至IP电话客户端模块;
IP电话客户端模块接收并解析http响应报文,并将留言业务指令以及留言语音信息传递给控制处理模块;
控制处理模块收到留言消息后,解析出留言内容报文、主叫号码信息,并调用IP电话主控模块发送该留言内容。
当智能终端与IP电话的通讯录同步时,具体步骤如下:
用户在远程控制界面显示的业务指令展示界面中选择同步通讯录指令按钮,程控制模块接收该业务指令并传递给服务器模块;服务器模块将该业务指令封装成http响应报文并传输至IP电话客户端模块;
IP电话客户端模块接收http响应报文,将http响应报文解析出同步通讯录业务指令,并传递给控制处理模块;控制处理模块查询通讯录,并将通讯录内容返回客户端模块;
客户端模块将将该通讯录内容封装成http请求报文并传输至智能终端的服务器模块;
智能终端的服务器模块接收并解析http请求报文,解析出通讯录内容并发送给远程控制模块,更新智能终端通讯录。
本发明实施例的优点在于,智能终端与多媒体终端交互中,智能终端与多媒体终端之间采用http标准协议建立的通讯连接,http标准协议通讯连接作为互联网上应用最为广泛的一种网络协议,因此在智能终端与多媒体终端的通讯互动可以在多个网络穿透时顺利通过网络地址转换NAT,不会存在通讯受阻的情况;通过智能终端与多媒体终端之间采用http标准协议建立的通讯连接接收所述多媒体终端的当前工作状态信息,可以做到将多媒体终端的工作状态信息实时同步到智能终端;通过智能终端与多媒体终端之间采用http标准协议建立的通讯连接,使智能终端向所述多媒体终端发送业务指令,使所述多媒体终端根据所述业务指令执行对应的业务操作,从而达到智能终端及时准确地正确地操作和控制多媒体终端的目的。
显然,本领域的技术人员应该明白,上述的本发明的各模块或各步骤可以用通用的计算装置来实现,它们可以集中在单个的计算装置上,或者分布在多个计算装置所组成的网络上,可选地,它们可以用计算装置可执行的程序代码来实现,从而,可以将它们存储在存储装置中由计算装置来执行,并且在某些情况下,可以以不同于此处的顺序执行所示出或描述的步
骤,或者将它们分别制作成各个集成电路模块,或者将它们中的多个模块或步骤制作成单个集成电路模块来实现。这样,本发明不限制于任何特定的硬件和软件结合。
以上所述仅为本发明的优选实施例而已,并不用于限制本发明,对于本领域的技术人员来说,本发明可以有各种更改和变化。凡在本发明的精神和原则之内,所作的任何修改、等同替换、改进等,均应包含在本发明的保护范围之内。
上述的本发明实施例,可以应用于移动通讯技术领域,具备良好的兼容性,可以通用于大都多媒体终端,并且采用常用的http标准协议通讯,可以在多个网络穿透时顺利通过网络地址转换NAT,不存在通讯受阻的问题。
Claims (21)
- 一种智能终端与多媒体终端交互的方法,应用于智能终端,所述方法包括:通过与多媒体终端之间采用http标准协议建立的通讯连接接收所述多媒体终端的当前工作状态信息;显示所述当前工作状态信息;通过与多媒体终端之间采用http标准协议建立的通讯连接向所述多媒体终端发送业务指令,使所述多媒体终端根据所述业务指令执行对应的业务操作。
- 根据权利要求1所述的智能终端与多媒体终端交互的方法,其中,所述通过与多媒体终端之间采用http标准协议建立的通讯连接向所述多媒体终端发送业务指令之前,还包括:显示所述多媒体终端的业务指令展示界面;以及接收用户在所述业务指令展示界面上选择的业务指令;其中根据用户在所述业务指令展示界面上选择的业务指令,通过与多媒体终端之间采用http标准协议建立的通讯连接向所述多媒体终端发送业务指令。
- 根据权利要求1所述的智能终端与多媒体终端交互的方法,其中,所述通过与多媒体终端之间采用http标准协议建立的通讯连接向所述多媒体终端发送业务指令的同时还包括:通过与多媒体终端之间采用http标准协议建立的通讯连接向所述多媒体终端发送包括媒体流的用户数据报协议UDP连接参数,使所述多媒体终端根据所述UDP连接参数构建与所述智能终端的UDP通道。
- 根据权利要求1所述的智能终端与多媒体终端交互的方法,其中,所述通过与多媒体终端之间采用http标准协议建立的通讯连接接收所述多媒体终端的当前工作状态信息之前,还包括:建立与多媒体终端之间的http标准协议通讯连接。
- 根据权利要求4所述的智能终端与多媒体终端交互的方法,其中,所述建立与多媒体终端之间的http标准协议通讯连接的步骤包括:接收并解析所述多媒体终端将获取的当前工作状态信息封装成的http请求报文,根据所述http请求报文,建立与多媒体终端之间的http标准协议通讯连接。
- 根据权利要求1所述的智能终端与多媒体终端交互的方法,其中,所述方法还包括:接收所述多媒体终端执行所述业务操作后反馈的结果信息。
- 根据权利要求1所述的智能终端与多媒体终端交互的方法,其中,所述当前工作状态消息包括:空闲、正在建立连接、连接中、取消连接。
- 根据权利要求1所述的智能终端与多媒体终端交互的方法,其中,所述业务指令包括:拨 号、挂机、多种语音补充业务的操作、以及实时查询各种辅助数据;其中所述多种语音补充业务的操作包括:通话录音和/或语音留言;所述各种辅助数据至少包括通讯录和/或通话记录。
- 一种智能终端与多媒体终端交互的方法,应用于多媒体终端,所述方法包括:获取当前工作状态信息;通过与智能终端之间采用http标准协议建立的通讯连接向所述智能终端发送当前工作状态信息,使所述智能终端显示所述当前工作状态信息;通过与智能终端之间采用http标准协议建立的通讯连接接收所述智能终端发送的业务指令;根据所述业务指令执行对应的业务操作。
- 根据权利要求9所述的智能终端与多媒体终端交互的方法,其中,所述通过与智能终端之间采用http标准协议建立的通讯连接接收所述智能终端发送的业务指令的同时还包括:通过与智能终端之间采用http标准协议建立的通讯连接接收所述智能终端发送的包括媒体流的用户数据报协议UDP连接参数,构建与所述智能终端的UDP通道。
- 根据权利要求9所述的智能终端与多媒体终端交互的方法,其中,所述通过与智能终端之间采用http标准协议建立的通讯连接向所述智能终端发送当前工作状态信息,使所述智能终端显示所述当前工作状态信息之前,还包括:建立与智能终端之间的http标准协议通讯连接。
- 根据权利要求11所述的智能终端与多媒体终端交互的方法,其中,所述建立与智能终端之间的http标准协议通讯连接的步骤包括:将所述当前工作状态信息封装成http请求报文并传输至所述智能终端,使所述智能终端解析所述http请求报文,得到当前工作状态信息,建立与智能终端之间的http标准协议通讯连接。
- 根据权利要求9所述的智能终端与多媒体终端交互的方法,其中,所述方法还包括:获得所述业务操作执行的结果信息并反馈至所述智能终端。
- 一种智能终端,包括:第一服务器模块,设置为通过与多媒体终端之间采用http标准协议建立的通讯连接接收所述多媒体终端的当前工作状态信息;第一远程控制界面,设置为显示所述当前工作状态信息;第二服务器模块,设置为通过与多媒体终端之间采用http标准协议建立的通讯连接向所述多媒体终端发送业务指令,使所述多媒体终端根据所述业务指令执行对应的业务操作。
- 根据权利要求14所述的智能终端,其中,还包括:第二远程控制界面,设置为显示所述多媒体终端的业务指令展示界面;远程控制模块,设置为接收用户在所述业务指令展示界面上选择的业务指令。
- 根据权利要求14所述的智能终端,其中,还包括:第三服务器模块,设置为建立与多媒体终端之间的http标准协议通讯连接。
- 根据权利要求16所述的智能终端,其中,所述第三服务器模块还设置为,接收并解析所述多媒体终端将获取的当前工作状态信息封装成的http请求报文,根据所述http请求报文,建立与多媒体终端之间的http标准协议通讯连接。
- 根据权利要求14所述的智能终端,其中,还包括:第四服务器模块,设置为接收所述多媒体终端执行所述业务操作后反馈的结果信息。
- 一种多媒体终端,其中,包括:状态处理模块,设置为获取当前工作状态信息;第一客户端模块,设置为通过与智能终端之间采用http标准协议建立的通讯连接向所述智能终端发送当前工作状态信息,使所述智能终端显示所述当前工作状态信息;第二客户端模块,设置为通过与智能终端之间采用http标准协议建立的通讯连接接收所述智能终端发送的业务指令;控制处理模块,设置为根据所述业务指令执行对应的业务操作。
- 一种智能终端与多媒体终端交互的系统,包括权利要求14-18任一项所述的智能终端和权利要求19所述的多媒体终端,所述智能终端与所述多媒体终端通过http标准协议通讯。
- 一种计算机存储介质,所述计算机存储介质存储有执行指令,所述执行指令用于执行权利要求1至9中任一项或9至13中任一项所述的方法。
