Description

一种补丁维护的方法及装置 技术领域

背景技术
运营商的网络设备运行一段时间后,可能会出现多种故障,为了在不中断现网业务的前提下解决这些故障,大量在网运行的网络设备需要加载补丁集合。大多运营商的网络设备的补丁集合都是人工规划后,逐个网络设备进行手工加载。而加载补丁的操作复杂繁琐,手工处理很容易出现疏漏。如果加载了错误的或漏加载了补丁集合,会存在很大的隐患。比如部分网络设备由于加载了错误的或没有加载应该加载的补丁集合,导致由于故障没有得到解决达到触发条件后集中产生引发业务质量下降甚至中断等严重问题。这种补丁集合未加载或加载错误的安全隐患通过人工逐一排查,不仅无法保证排查结果的准确性,而且也是非常耗费人力的。

实施例一

通常,使用者选择需要检查的网络设备及巡检任务后开始执行自动检查任务,首先需要完成补丁集合检查规则预配置,然后系统依据预配置的补丁集和检查规则,采用FTP(File Transfer Protocol,文件传输协议)服务的方式上传补丁集和数据至系统服务器端。完成补丁集和数据上传后,系统读取补丁集合检查规则生成自动检查算法,对所选中的网络设备执行自动检查操作并得出检查结果。

通常,对于做了加载及激活操作的网络设备需要进行一定的验证,系统根据预配置的补丁集合检查规则对这些网络设备执行故障验证操作。将故障验证成功的网络设备执行固化操作并返回成功结果;对于故障验证不成功的网络设备,去激活并删除所加载的补丁集合,入库并返回失败结果。上述技术方案依据预先设定好的补丁集合检查规则及所给定的补丁集合版本配置数据或文件,通过对网络设备的版本进行巡检,评估出网络设备的补丁集合版本配置异常的比例,给出异常网络设备版本的补丁集合信息,自动将所缺失的补丁集合下发激活到网络设备,将网络设备中配置多余的补丁集和去激活及删除。达到网络设备补丁集和的自动升级和维护。从而节省人力,提升网络设备补丁维护效率和网络设备的稳定性。
本发明实施例还提供一种计算机可读存储介质,存储有计算机可执行指令,所述计算机可执行指令用于执行上述补丁维护的方法。

实施例二
下面结合实际的场景进一步说明本发明实施例的技术方案。
如图3所示,以某通信网络运营商实际使用的该系统进行网络设备补丁维护操作为例。
步骤301,用户启动补丁集合自动检查后,选取需要检查的网元,如全网网络设备;
步骤302,确定需要执行的评估任务,例如补丁检查任务;
步骤303,输入网络设备类型,网络设备的版本号,补丁集合版本号,以及冷热补丁标识符等规则配置信息,当然还可以输入补丁集合信息,故障信息,故障验证规则,命令报文等其它配置规则信息,完成全网网络设备的补丁集合检查规则的预配置;
步骤304,系统依据预配置的补丁集合检查规则,通过FTP服务,分别上传全网网络设备所需要的补丁集合数据至检查系统的服务器端;
步骤305,系统依据预配置的补丁集合检查规则,调用根据补丁集合检 查规则所生成的自动检查算法;

系统读取检查结果,调用补丁智能加载&删除模块,通过南向适配器进行命令分发,分别对网络设备B、C、D、E进行自动补丁修正操作。这里,对于补丁配置状态正常的网络设备A直接返回检查结果。对网络设备B加载并激活X1冷补丁集合,对网络设备C加载并激活热补丁集合X2,对网络设备D去激活并删除补丁集合X3,对于网络设备E去激活并删除补丁集合X4。 其中,对于配置有双控的网络设备C、D执行主备同步及主备倒换;
接下来系统调用补丁集合预配置规则生成补丁自动验证算法。分别对网络设备B所加载并激活的X1补丁集合,网络设备C所加载并激活的X2补丁集合执行故障验证。对于故障验证解决的网络设备B、C执行补丁集合固化操作,对于加载了冷补丁集合的网络设备B执行重启设备操作。上述操作全部完成后入库并输出本次检查的结果。
至此,该运行商网络设备补丁维护操作执行完毕。

  10. 如权利要求6至9任一所述的装置,所述装置还包括:
    验证模块,设置为:根据所述补丁集合检查规则对执行了加载及激活的网络设备执行故障验证操作。
