图1为本发明实施例一的所述信息交互管理的方法流程示意图,如图1所示,本发明实施例提供一种信息交互管理的方法,应用于移动终端,所述方法主要包括:
步骤110,获取预定的消息发布平台所发布的关于预定用户的应用消息;
步骤120,显示所述应用消息;
步骤130,获取用户根据所述应用消息回复的反馈消息,并将所述反馈消息发送至发布所述应用消息的所述消息发布平台。
上述方案,将预定用户的应用消息汇总并集中显示,同时,移动终端用户可以根据显示的应用消息直接进行回复,方便了移动终端用户对应用消息的管理,使得用户无需一一登录消息发布平台就可处理各个消息发布平台上的应用消息,提高了用户在消息处理上的便捷性。
应当说明的是,本发明中所指的预定的消息发布平台可以为设置在特定的服务器上的邮箱系统、通过网页登录的QQ聊天程序等,也可以为设置在所述移动终端上的应用程序,如:邮箱、QQ、微博等;下文中主要以设置在移动终端上的应用程序为例进行本发明的详细阐述。
应当说明的是,所述预定用户为移动终端的使用者用户,与预定用户相关的消息发布平台包括向所述移动终端的使用者用户发送信息内容的平 台;或者所述预定用户为与移动终端的使用者用户保持联系的联系人用户,与预定用户相关的消息发布平台包括所述联系人用户发布即时消息的平台。
在实施本发明上述步骤前,还包括获取预定用户信息,如图2所示,本发明实施例中,在上述实施例的基础上,在所述步骤110之前,所述方法还包括:
步骤11,建立用户存储列表,在所述用户存储列表中存储至少一个用户信息;
步骤12,接收用户选取所述用户存储列表中的其中一用户信息的指令,将所选取的用户信息所对应的用户设定为预定用户。
需要说明的是,所述用户存储列表中存储的用户信息为进行信息管理的标识信息,所述标识信息为移动终端使用者用户信息,也可以为与移动终端的使用者用户保持联系的联系人用户信息;因不同的用户在不同的消息发布平台上可能使用不同的识别名,所以应当将不同消息发布平台上的识别名进行关联,形成标识信息,例如:所述移动终端的使用者A需要管理自己的QQ、微信、微博以及邮箱上的信息,但是使用者A在上述四者的登录名分别为a1、a2、a3及a4,因使用者A在不同的应用程序上的登录名不相同,在进行用户设定时,需要将这四个登录名统一为一个整体,例如可以用汇总登录名A标记这些登录名,即汇总登录名A下包含a1、a2、a3及a4,通过此种方式,便将移动终端上的不同应用程序的同一移动终端使用者用户的登录信息进行了关联操作。
针对上述实施例,也就是说,所述用户存储列表中存储着进行汇总后的用户信息,每个用户信息还对应着至少一个消息发布平台上的用户识别名,当用户在用户存储列表中选择了一个用户信息为预定用户后,也就是选择了相应用户信息所对应的至少一个用户识别名,在获取应用消息时, 便依据所述用户识别名在对应的消息发布平台上进行获取。
应当说明的是,为了顺利获取消息发布平台的应用消息,需将所述消息发布平台与预定用户建立绑定关系,因此,本发明实施例中,在所述步骤110之前,所述方法还包括:
步骤13,获取与预定用户相关的消息发布平台,建立所述预定用户与至少一个相关的消息发布平台之间的绑定关系;
将与所述预定用户建立绑定关系的所述相关的消息发布平台设定为预定的消息发布平台。
例如,所述设定用户为B,B对应的应用程序登录名(或应用识别信息)分别为b1、b2、b3及b4,且b1、b2、b3及b4对应的应用程序分别为:微信、微博、短信和邮箱,但是,在移动终端使用过程中,B很少有短信的收发,因此,只需选择微信、微博和邮箱这三个应用程序,将这三个应用程序建立与B的绑定关系即可。
因为预定用户对不同的消息发布平台上的应用消息的关注度不同,本发明实施例中,在进行绑定关系的建立时,所述方法还包括:
设定预定的消息发布平台的优先级信息;
因此,对应上述步骤,所述步骤120可包括:
根据所述预定的消息发布平台的优先级信息,由高到低的顺序显示不同的所述消息发布平台所发布的所述应用消息。
应当说明的是,在设定消息发布平台的优先级后,依据优先级情况显示应用消息,优先级最高的显示在最前面,优先级最低的显示在最后面,此种方式,相对于提前将显示的信息进行了筛选,对于一些用户关注度不高的应用消息,可以排到最后显示,在移动终端使用者时间不允许的情况下不用再继续查看,节省了用户查看应用消息的时间,同时也保证了移动终端使用者不会遗漏重要的应用消息。
为了方便对预定用户绑定的预定的消息发布平台进行管理,本发明实施例中,在所述设定预定的消息发布平台的优先级信息的步骤之后,还包括:
将所述预定的消息发布平台的信息以及所述预定的消息发布平台的优先级信息进行一一对应存储。
将预定的消息发布平台的信息以及所述预定的消息发布平台的优先级信息进行一一对应存储,并将与上述信息对应的预设用户一同存放到数据库中,使得移动终端使用者在更改绑定关系或更改优先级关系时,直接在数据库中获取预设用户所绑定的消息发布平台和所述消息发布平台对应的优先级信息,进行解除绑定或者更改优先级操作,方便了移动终端使用者对预定用户所绑定的消息发布平台的信息管理。
为了方便移动终端使用者对获取的应用消息进行集中管理,本发明另一实施例中,在所述步骤110之后,还包括:
将所述应用消息封装成存储信息,并将所述存储信息存储到数据库;其中,
所述存储信息包括:预定用户信息、消息发布平台识别码、消息发布平台所发布的应用消息、消息发布平台的优先级信息。
应当说明的是,在将应用消息存储到数据库后,当移动终端出现故障(例如因电量不足导致关机)时,不会丢失应用消息,在故障排除后,可以在数据库中读取应用消息,继续显示。
应当说明的是,本发明另一实施例中,如图3所示,在所述步骤120之后,所述方法还包括:
步骤140,接收用户根据所述应用消息发出的显示跳转指令;

本发明实施例提供一种移动终端,包括上述的信息交互管理的装置。
结合上述实施例,在实际应用中,所述移动终端主要包括以下几个部分:模式选择单元、模块绑定单元、信息获取单元、信息显示单元、交互单元、模块跳转单元和更新单元;其中,
所述模式选择单元可以基于移动终端使用者本人(即用户本人)或者移动终端使用者所关注的联系人中的人员两个维度进行集中管理:基于用户本人的管理方式可将与用户本人有关的信息统一起来,包括信息、邮件、即时通讯消息、平台消息等;基于联系人的管理方式可将联系人的相关信 息整合到一起,便于查看交互;
所述模块绑定单元配置为将移动终端使用者关注的模块信息(本发明中所述模块主要指的是应用程序)与用户本人或对应的联系人进行绑定,通过为不同的维度指定不同绑定模块这种定制化的思想,可以为移动终端使用者提供更加直接、有效率的信息及更加方便快捷的交互操作;
所述信息获取单元通过绑定模块中提供的接口,获取对应的用户本人或联系人相关的一系列发布信息、推送信息等移动终端使用者所关注的消息;
所述信息显示单元将从定制的信息来源模块中获取到对应的信息,按照事先设定的优先级的方式展示给用户,便于用户直接获取重要的信息,并依据此信息进行交互操作;
所述交互单元可以对于集中管理的信息提供了一系列简单快捷的交互功能,移动终端使用者不必进入对应的功能模块即可实现对显示信息的处理,如快捷回复等交互操作;
所述模块跳转单元实现的功能为:移动终端使用者通过模块跳转单元可以直接从显示单元跳转到对应的模块中,对于一些复杂的操作,在交互单元中无法通过简单交互实现的,或者更多更详细全面的消息的获取,可通过跳转到该模块后进行操作;
所述更新单元通过给用户提供一个主动更新信息的入口,实现信息显示单元的信息更新显示。
图7为本发明实施例提供的在移动终端上进行信息交互管理的详细流程图,如图7所示,针对上述功能单元的主要实现流程为:
步骤701,模式选择单元进行维度的设定,此模式选择单元为用户提供集中管理的依据,用户可以以用户本人或者以联系人为依据标准,来完成信息的集中管理;
步骤702,模块绑定单元将用户关注的模块的信息与用户或对应的联系人进行绑定;
应当说明的是,该模块绑定单元十分重要,对于用户所要管理的模块,需要通过这一步来提前设定,最终达到对分散的模块、信息的集中管理或交互操作,在模块绑定单元中,以友好的交互界面提供给用户可供选择的绑定模块的列表,用户通过自己的定制性需求,对可选模块进行绑定操作,当用户需求发生变化时,也可以通过对应的模块交互接口,对绑定模块进行添加或者删除的操作;
步骤703,模块绑定单元进行绑定模块优先级的设定;
在模块绑定单元中,用户对多个感兴趣的模块进行绑定后,为用户提供设置接口保证用户可对绑定的多个模块进行优先级设置,每个优先级对应一个模块,当需要对绑定的模块进行更新时,优先级权值将根据对应的规则进行动态的更新改变,以保证优先级的唯一性;需要说明的是,在绑定完成后,需要将绑定信息及优先级信息存储到数据库中,供后续查找使用;
步骤704,信息获取单元通过开放的接口访问对应用户关注的模块,并获取对应的与用户本人或联系人相关的消息;
步骤705,信息获取单元将获取的消息进行存储;
步骤706,信息显示单元将存储的消息根据模块的优先级顺序及预设的交互界面的显示方式进行显示;
步骤707,交互单元实现用户对显示消息的交互处理,如:快捷回复;
步骤708,模块跳转单元根据信息显示单元的显示消息接收用户指令,跳转到对应的用户关注的模块。
以基于用户本人维度设定为例,对本发明的详细说明如下:
首先在应用良好的交互界面中提供维度设定,在初次启动后用户(即 移动终端使用者)可以通过简单的选择操作对所需的维度进行设定,来确定信息的集中交互管理所基于的对象;假设设定的维度为用户本人,则以用户本人为对象获取到所有包含有用户信息的模块,并以友好可见的形式展示给用户,用户根据需要对感兴趣的模块进行绑定,并对模块设置优先级,由高到低为L0至Ln,n=1,2,3,…,更高的优先级为用户提供更加直观的信息及交互展示,如上述步骤701、702、703所示;
用户完成前面三个步骤后,则根据设定的绑定模块在对应模块的开放接口获取相关消息,然后将消息按照userID(用户名)、applicationID(模块识别码)、type(模块类型)、context(消息的内容)、interface(接口名)、property(模块优先级)、date(消息的发布日期)等的格式存储到数据库中,并提取相应的字段,根据优先级顺序布局到为用户提供的友好交互显示页面中,便于用户集中的进行查询管理、交互等操作,如上述步骤704、705、706所示;
在显示界面上可以为用户提供了一些简单的交互功能,用户可通过interface字段的接口与不同applicationID的应用进行简单的交互,满足用户一些基本的操作需求,如步骤707所示;同时也可以为用户提供根据不同的applicationID直接跳转到相对应的应用中进行更加复杂的操作,或者进行一些更深层次的信息的查询工作,如步骤708所示。
应当说明的是,本发明提供了一种信息集中交互管理方式,移动终端使用者可以从用户自身和联系人这两个维度进行设置,对相关的信息、交互、等操作进行集中统一管理,这样移动终端使用者就不需要去各个不同的应用模块里一一的进行操作、回复等操作,此种方式,如同为用户提供了一种万能遥控器,通过一个控制器,用户就可以方便的对家里的各种电子设备进行控制操作,而并不需要用户为每一种电器都配置一个专门的遥控器来进行遥控控制;此种方式为移动终端使用者提供了巨大的便捷,同 时提高了移动终端使用者的体验效果。
以上所述的是本发明的优选实施方式,应当指出对于本技术领域的普通人员来说,在不脱离本发明所述的原理前提下还可以作出若干改进和润饰,这些改进和润饰也在本发明的保护范围内。

  1. 一种信息交互管理的方法,应用于移动终端,所述方法包括:
    获取预定的消息发布平台所发布的关于预定用户的应用消息;
    显示所述应用消息;
    获取用户根据所述应用消息回复的反馈消息,并将所述反馈消息发送至发布所述应用消息的所述消息发布平台。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的方法,其中,在所述获取预定的消息发布平台所发布的关于预定用户的应用消息的步骤之前,所述方法还包括:
    建立用户存储列表,在所述用户存储列表中存储至少一个用户信息;
    接收用户选取所述用户存储列表中的其中一用户信息的指令,将所选取的用户信息所对应的用户设定为预定用户。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的方法,其中,在所述获取预定的消息发布平台所发布的关于预定用户的应用消息的步骤之前,所述方法还包括:
    获取与预定用户相关的消息发布平台,建立所述预定用户与至少一个相关的消息发布平台之间的绑定关系;其中,
    所述预定用户为移动终端的使用者用户,与预定用户相关的消息发布平台包括向所述移动终端的使用者用户发送信息内容的平台;或者所述预定用户为与移动终端的使用者用户保持联系的联系人用户,与预定用户相关的消息发布平台包括所述联系人用户发布即时消息的平台;

    应用消息获取模块,配置为获取预定的消息发布平台所发布的关于预定用户的应用消息;

    消息反馈模块,配置为获取用户根据所述应用消息回复的反馈消息,并将所述反馈消息发送至发布所述应用消息的所述消息发布平台。

    所述预定用户为移动终端的使用者用户,与预定用户相关的消息发布平台包括向所述移动终端的使用者用户发送信息内容的平台;或者所述预定用户为与移动终端的使用者用户保持联系的联系人用户,与预定用户相关的消息发布平台包括所述联系人用户发布即时消息的平台;
    将与所述预定用户建立绑定关系的所述相关的消息发布平台设定为预定的消息发布平台。
  12. 根据权利要求9所述的装置,其中,所述装置还包括:
    优先级设定模块,配置为设定预定的消息发布平台的优先级信息;
    其中,所述显示模块配置为:
    根据所述预定的消息发布平台的优先级信息,由高到低的顺序显示不同的所述消息发布平台所发布的所述应用消息。
  13. 根据权利要求12所述的装置,其中,所述装置还包括:
    第一存储模块,配置为将所述预定的消息发布平台的信息以及所述预定的消息发布平台的优先级信息进行一一对应存储。
  14. 根据权利要求12所述的装置,其中,所述装置还包括:
    第二存储模块,配置为将所述应用消息封装成存储信息,并将所述存储信息存储到数据库;其中,
    所述存储信息包括:预定用户信息、消息发布平台识别码、消息发布平台所发布的应用消息、消息发布平台的优先级信息。
  15. 根据权利要求9所述的装置,其中,所述装置还包括:
    接收模块,配置为接收用户根据所述应用消息发出的显示跳转指令;
    跳转模块,配置为根据所述显示跳转指令,跳转到所述应用消息对应的消息发布平台。
  16. 根据权利要求9所述的装置,其中,所述装置还包括:
    更新指令获取模块,配置为获取预定的消息发布平台所发送的、关于所述预定用户的应用消息更新指令;
    更新模块,配置为根据所述应用消息更新指令,对所述预定用户的应用消息进行更新显示。
  17. 一种移动终端,所述移动终端包括如权利要求9至16任一项所述的信息交互管理的装置。
  18. 一种计算机存储介质,所述计算机存储介质中存储有计算机可执行指令,所述计算机可执行指令用于执行权利要求1至8任一项所述的方法。
