基于移动通讯终端的报警方法以及报警装置 技术领域
本发明属于互联网领域,尤其是涉及一种基于移动通讯终端的报警方法以及报警装置。
背景技术
现代社会中有许多因素导致家人的失踪,外在因素包括儿童被人拐卖,内在因素包括因为得了郁抑症,或者老年健忘症,或者痴呆症后,永久失踪。这些事情发生往往给家里面带来很大的悲剧,而这些事情的发生率,在中国每年数以万计。
当发生这些事情时,人们往往事后努力,通过网站等等的方式,数据显示,失踪后,再找回的几率远远不到1%!
具体到儿童被拐的事例中,儿童被拐的形式还经常发生在以下场景:家长带儿童到户外(如:公园),人贩子用糖果、玩具等引诱儿童离开家长后,进行拐卖。
技术问题
本发明实施例提供了一种基于移动通讯终端报警方法,目的在于解决当前对儿童在户外被拐卖之风险缺乏事前预防之问题。
技术解决方案
本发明是这样实现的:一种基于移动通讯终端报警方法,包括以下步骤:
记录用户所设的移动通讯终端、用户所设的安全范围的阈值以及用户所设的联系方式;
判断当前位置与所述移动通讯终端的距离是否在安全范围的阈值内;
若是,则保持现状;
否则,根据所述联系方式向用户发出警报,并向用户推送当前的位置。
本发明实施例还提供了一种报警装置,包括:
记录单元,用于记录用户所设的移动通讯终端、用户所设的安全范围的阈值以及用户所设的联系方式;
判断单元,与所述记录连接,用于判断当前位置与所述移动通讯终端的距离是否在安全范围的阈值内;
报警单元,与所述判断单元连接,用于在当前位置与所述移动通讯终端的距离超出安全范围的阈值时,根据所述联系方式向用户发出警报,并向用户推送当前的位置。
有益效果
通过该发明,尤其作为一种预防儿童被拐卖的措施,可以让用户能在儿童或其他监控对象超出一定安全范围时,及时通知监护人或亲属,并通过持续向上述监护人或亲属显示定位器的位置,从而帮助监护人或亲属尽早找到儿童。

图1是发明实施例提供的一种基于移动通讯终端报警方法的流程示意图,为了便于说明,只示出了与本发明实施例相关的部分。
在步骤S101中,记录用户所设的移动通讯终端、用户所设的安全范围的阈值以及用户所设的联系方式。所述安全范围可以由用户预设,也可以根据常识自行设定,所述设定方式可以为半径多少米,也可以将之设定为不超过具体的地理位置,如,不超过用户所居住的小区。
此外,所述联系方式,可以为一个也可以为多个同时设置,以备通知时,能够同时向多个终端发送报警信息。
所述移动通讯终端可以为手机等可以收发信息的终端。
在步骤S102中,判断当前位置与所述移动通讯终端的距离是否在安全范围的阈值内。判断周期可以自行设定,也可以系统自带。若是,则进入步骤S103保持现状,若否,则进入步骤S104,根据所述联系方式向用户发出警报,并向用户推送当前的位置。
通过该发明,尤其作为一种预防儿童被拐卖的措施,可以让用户能在儿童或其他监控对象超出一定安全范围时,及时通知监护人或亲属,并通过持续向上述监护人或亲属显示定位器的位置,从而帮助监护人或亲属尽早找到儿童。
图2是本发明实施例提供的一种报警装置的结构示意图,该系统包括:
记录单元201,用于记录用户所设的移动通讯终端、用户所设的安全范围的阈值以及用户所设的联系方式;
判断单元202,与所述记录单元201连接,用于判断当前位置与所述移动通讯终端的距离是否在安全范围的阈值内;
报警单元203,与所述判断单元202连接,用于在当前位置与所述移动通讯终端的距离超出安全范围的阈值时,根据所述联系方式向用户发出警报,并向用户推送当前的位置。
其工作原理是:记录单元201记录用户所设的移动通讯终端、安全范围的阈值以及用户所设的联系方式;判断单元202,用于判断当前位置与所述移动通讯终端的距离是否在安全范围的阈值内;报警单元203,用于在当前位置与所述移动通讯终端的距离超出安全范围的阈值时,根据所述联系方式向用户发出警报,并向用户推送当前的位置。
通过该发明,尤其作为一种预防儿童被拐卖的措施,可以让用户能在儿童或其他监控对象超出一定安全范围时,及时通知监护人或亲属,并通过持续向上述监护人或亲属显示定位器的位置,从而帮助监护人或亲属尽早找到儿童。

  1. 一种基于移动通讯终端报警方法,其特征在于,所述方法包括如下步骤:
    记录用户所设的移动通讯终端、用户所设的安全范围的阈值以及用户所设的联系方式;
    判断当前位置与所述移动通讯终端的距离是否在安全范围的阈值内;
    若是,则保持现状;
    否则,根据所述联系方式向用户发出警报,并向用户推送当前的位置。
  2. 一种报警装置,其特征在于,所述报警装置包括:
    记录单元,用于记录用户所设的移动通讯终端、用户所设的安全范围的阈值以及用户所设的联系方式;
    判断单元,与所述记录连接,用于判断当前位置与所述移动通讯终端的距离是否在安全范围的阈值内;
    报警单元,与所述判断单元连接,用于在当前位置与所述移动通讯终端的距离超出安全范围的阈值时,根据所述联系方式向用户发出警报,并向用户推送当前的位置。
