위치확인이 가능한 의복용 단추
본 발명은 의복용 단추에 관한 것으로, 더욱 상세하게는 의복을 입거나 벗기 위해 닫히거나 열리는 양단부에 각각 형성된 삽입구멍에 끼워져 고정시킴은 물론, 악세서리 기능과 GPS를 이용한 위치확인도 가능하게 하여 어린이나 장애인 치매환자 및 노인 등의 위치를 용이하게 파악하여 안전성과 편리함을 제공할 수 있는 위치확인이 가능한 의복용 단추에 관한 것이다.
일반적으로, 최근 GPS(Global Position System) 위성을 활용한 위치 추적 서비스가 일부 제한된 분야이지만 일상생활 속에서 시행되고 있다.
이런 위치 추적 서비스는 분실 우려가 있는 서류가방 또는 도난차량에 위치발신기를 설치함으로써, 분실물의 위치를 신속하게 파악하여, 분실물을 회수하도록 구성된다.
또한 위치 추적 서비스는 어린이 또는 치매성 노인환자의 행방을 파악하기 위해서나, 젊은 유부녀 등의 납치범죄를 사전에 예방하기 위해서 사용되기도 한다.
이로 인해, 위치 추적 서비스에 사용되는 위치발신기는 평상시에도 사람들이 휴대할 수 있는 형태로 제작되는 것이 바람직하여, 최근에는 위치발신기가 휴대용 통신단말기에 내장되기도 한다.
이런 휴대가 가능한 위치발신기에 관한 종래기술은 '지피에스 수신기능을 내장한 휴대형 무선단말기'에 관한 기술이 실용신안등록 제211760호에 공지되어 있다.
즉, 종래기술은 사람들이 휴대하기가 용이하도록 목걸이형, 멜빵형, 벨트형, 팔찌형, 가방삽입형으로 무선단말기를 개선하였다.
하지만, 종래 무선단말기는 목걸이형 또는 팔찌형과 같은 경우에 사람들이 외출할 때마다 의식적으로 착용해야 하는 불편함이 있으며, 멜빵형 또는 가방 삽입형과 같은 경우에 분실의 가능성이 높아서 그 효용성이 낮은 단점이 있다.
따라서, 위치 추적 서비스에 사용되는 위치발신기는 언제나 사람들이 휴대하기 용이하면서도 분실의 위험이 적도록 제작될 필요성이 있다.
한편, 의복 고정수단인 단추는, 그 크기는 작지만 셔츠나 바지 등의 의복이 열리거나 흘러내리는 것을 방지할 목적으로 사용된다.
특히, 단추는 상의에 설치될 경우, 장식의 역할을 하게 되어 의류의 전체적인 이미지를 판가름하게 되는 중요한 부분으로 작용하기도 한다.

이를 해소하기 위해 종래 등록실용신안 제20-0246425호에서 개진된 바와 같이, 단추가 단순환 고정수단뿐만 아니라, 중간부를 오목하게 형성하고, 문자 표시부가 형성되어 장식의 기능도 부여하게 되었다.
그러나 이러한 단추는 여전히 실 등에 의해 고정되는 것으로, 장기 사용에 따른 싫증을 해소하기 위해 설치된 단추를 제거하고, 새로운 단추를 실 등에 의해 설치함에 따라 그 과정이 번거로운 문제점이 있다.

상기 목적을 이루기 위한 본 발명은, 입거나 벗기 위해 열거나 또는 닫히는 부분에 삽입구멍을 갖는 의복에 있어서, 상기 의복의 삽입구멍에 탈부착되어 입거나 벗기 위해 열거나 닫히도록, 전단부와 후단부의 단면적이 중간부의 단면적보다 크게 형성되는 단추몸체, 및 상기 단추몸체 내부에 구비되어 위치를 확인하기 위한 GPS모듈;을 포함하여 이루어지며, 상기 GPS모듈이 구비된 단추몸체를 상기 의복의 삽입구멍에 끼워 설치함에 따라 단추의 기능과 액세서리는 물론, 위치를 실시간 확인 가능하다.

Claims (8)

  1. 입거나 벗기 위해 열거나 또는 닫히는 부분에 삽입구멍을 갖는 의복에 있어서,
    상기 의복의 삽입구멍에 탈부착되어 입거나 벗기 위해 열거나 닫히도록, 전단부와 후단부의 단면적이 중간부의 단면적보다 크게 형성되는 단추몸체; 및
    상기 단추몸체 내부에 구비되어 위치를 확인하기 위한 GPS모듈;을 포함하여 이루어지며,
    상기 GPS모듈이 구비된 단추몸체를 상기 의복의 삽입구멍에 끼워 설치함에 따라 단추의 기능과 액세서리는 물론, 위치를 실시간 확인 가능한 것을 특징으로 하는 위치확인이 가능한 의복용 단추.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 GPS모듈은,
    신호를 발생시키는 신호발생부;
    상기 신호발생부에 전원을 공급하기 위한 전원부; 및
    상기 신호발생부의 신호를 송신하기 위한 통신부;를 포함하여 이루어지는 위치확인이 가능한 의복용 단추.
  3. 제2항에 있어서,
    상기 단추몸체는 중간부의 내부에 중간설치공간부가 형성되어 상기 GPS모듈이 구비되는 것을 특징으로 하는 위치확인이 가능한 의복용 단추.
  4. 제2항에 있어서, 상기 단추몸체는,
    전단부의 내부에 전단설치공간부가 형성되어 상기 GPS모듈의 통신부가 위치되고, 중간부의 내부에 중간설치공간부가 형성되어 상기 신호발생부가 위치되며, 후단부의 내부에는 후단설치공간부가 구비되어 상기 전원부가 위치되는 것을 특징으로 하는 위치확인이 가능한 의복용 단추.
  5. 제4항에 있어서,
    상기 단추몸체의 후단부에 상기 후단설치공간부를 개폐시키기 위한 개폐부가 구비되어 상기 전원부를 탈부착시킬 수 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 위치확인이 가능한 의복용 단추.
  6. 제4항에 있어서,
    상기 단추몸체는 상기 전원부의 전원을 신호발생부로 인가시키기 위한 조작버튼이 구비되되, 함몰되도록 구비되는 것을 특징으로 하는 위치확인이 가능한 의복용 단추.
  7. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 단추몸체는,
    QR코드가 더 구비되어 의복 착용자의 정보를 확인할 수 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 위치확인이 가능한 의복용 단추.
  8. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 단추몸체는,
    만보기가 더 구비되는 것을 특징으로 하는 위치확인이 가능한 의복용 단추.
