Due to their high robustness and durability as well as their excellent operating performance, they are essential energy sources for example in power generators, agricultural and construction machines, drilling rigs, buses, trucks, trains and ships. Combustion engines produce energy from fuels, so that their operational costs are influenced by the fuel price as well as the fuel consumption.
