本发明涉及通信技术,尤其涉及一种虚拟用户识别模块(V-SIM,Virtual-Subscriber Identity Module)卡的业务数据传输方法、终端及计费系统、计算机存储介质。
背景技术
随着无线接入技术的快速发展,人们对无处不在的无线上网需求越来越强烈。对一些业务范围比较广泛的人来说,除了在本地区有上网需求,在外地也同样有上网需求。而在本地和外地网络运营商又经常不同,这样对终端用户来说,从一个运营商漫游到另一个运营商,就会产生比较高的漫游资费。当然终端用户也可以办理当地运营商的SIM卡,但是如果终端用户在多个地区切换比较频繁,就给用户使用带来了比较大的麻烦。
发明内容
为解决上述技术问题,本发明实施例提供了一种业务数据传输方法、终端及计费系统、计算机存储介质。
本发明实施例提供的业务数据传输方法包括:
当检测到终端由本地漫游至异地时,从V-SIM卡服务器请求并获取所述异地的V-SIM卡信息;
断开利用SIM卡建立的网络连接,利用所获取的V-SIM卡信息建立网络连接;
利用所建立的网络连接传输业务数据。
在本发明一实施例中,所述从V-SIM卡服务器请求并获取所述异地的 V-SIM卡信息之前,所述方法还包括:
利用终端本地的用户识别模块(SIM,Subscriber Identity Module)卡信息向网络服务器发送网络接入请求消息;

当所述综合计费服务器根据上报的上网流量计算出终端用户的流量无剩余时,接收所述综合计费服务器发送的释放消息并释放所获取的V-SIM卡信息;当所述综合计费服务器回收所述V-SIM卡信息后,断开所建立的异地网络连接。

本发明实施例的技术方案中,在原有的网络基础上增加了新的计费系统,该计费系统包括V-SIM卡服务器、认证服务器、综合计费服务器。计费系统向多个地区的运营商购买V-SIM卡及流量套餐,将V-SIM卡信息存放在V-SIM卡服务器上,将流量套餐信息存放在综合计费服务器上。终端用户向计费系统购买套餐流量,并把该信息存放在认证服务器和综合计费服务器。当终端从本地漫游到异地时,终端从V-SIM卡服务器申请获取漫游地即异地的V-SIM卡信息。终端断开利用SIM卡建立的网络连接,使用获取的V-SIM卡信息建立网络连接,然后,终端在所建立的网络连接上进 行业务数据的传输。这样,避免了终端在漫游状态下支付高额的漫游资费。并且本发明实施例中的计费系统环境搭建较简单,综合计费服务器较独立,提供了良好的用户体验,提高了产品的竞争力。

步骤401:终端在利用V-SIM卡信息建立的网络连接上进行业务数据的传输。
步骤402:终端统计上网流量,并周期性上报给综合计费服务器。
步骤403:综合计费服务器根据上报的上网流量计算该终端用户的剩余流量和分配给该终端的V-SIM卡剩余的流量。
步骤404:如果该终端用户和分配给该终端的V-SIM卡都还有剩余流量,综合计费服务器给终端返回还有资费。如果终端用户有剩余流量,分配给该终端的V-SIM卡没有剩余流量,综合计费服务器通知终端释放该V-SIM卡信息,并重新申请V-SIM卡信息。如果该终端用户没有剩余流量,综合计费服务器给终端发送释放V-SIM卡信息消息。
步骤405:终端向V-SIM卡服务器发送释放V-SIM信息请求消息,V-SIM卡服务器回收该V-SIM卡信息,并向终端返回释放V-SIM信息成功消息。
步骤406:终端断开V-SIM卡建立的网络连接。
图5为本发明实施例的包月用户的V-SIM释放流程示意图,如图5所示,包月用户的V-SIM释放过程包括以下步骤:
步骤501:终端在用V-SIM卡信息建立的网络连接上进行业务数据的传输。
步骤502:综合计费服务器周期判断包月用户套餐是否到期。
步骤503:如果包月用户套餐到期,综合计费服务器向终端发送包月用户套餐到期信息。
步骤504:终端向V-SIM卡服务器发送释放V-SIM信息请求消息。
步骤505:V-SIM卡服务器回收该V-SIM卡信息,并向终端用户返回释放V-SIM信息成功消息。
步骤506:终端断开V-SIM卡建立的网络连接。
图6为本发明实施例的断开连接V-SIM释放流程示意图,如图6所示,断开连接V-SIM释放过程包括以下步骤:
步骤601:终端在用V-SIM卡信息建立的网络连接上进行业务数据的传输。
步骤602:当终端要断开数据连接时,先释放申请的V-SIM信息。
步骤603:终端断开V-SIM卡建立的网络连接。
图7为本发明实施例的终端的结构组成示意图,如图7所示,所述终端包括:
请求获取单元71,配置为当检测到终端由本地漫游至异地时,从V-SIM卡服务器请求并获取所述异地的V-SIM卡信息;
建立连接单元72,配置为断开利用SIM卡建立的网络连接,利用所获取的V-SIM卡信息建立网络连接;
业务数据单元73,配置为利用所建立的网络连接传输业务数据。
在本发明一实施例中,所述终端还包括:
第一发送单元74,配置为利用终端本地的SIM卡信息向网络服务器发送网络接入请求消息;
第一接收单元75,配置为当所述网络服务器对所述SIM卡信息进行鉴权认证成功后,接收所述网络服务器发送的网络接入接收消息,并建立本地网络连接。
在本发明另一实施例中,所述请求获取单元71包括:
发送子单元711,配置为向所述V-SIM卡服务器发送V-SIM卡信息请求获取消息;
接收子单元712,配置为当认证服务器对所述终端的身份进行认证合法后,且当综合计费服务器确定出所述终端具有资费时,接收所述V-SIM卡服务器发送的所述异地的V-SIM卡信息。
在本发明另一实施例中,所述终端还包括:
统计单元76,当利用所建立的网络连接传输业务数据时,统计上网流量;
上报单元77,配置为将所统计的上网流量周期性上报给综合计费服务器;
重建单元78,配置为当所述综合计费服务器根据上报的上网流量计算出终端用户的流量有剩余且所述V-SIM卡的流量无剩余时,接收所述综合计费服务器发送的释放消息并释放所获取的V-SIM卡信息;利用重新获取的V-SIM卡信息建立异地网络连接;
释放单元79,配置为当所述综合计费服务器根据上报的上网流量计算出终端用户的流量无剩余时,接收所述综合计费服务器发送的释放消息并释放所获取的V-SIM卡信息;当所述综合计费服务器回收所述V-SIM卡信息后,断开所建立的异地网络连接。
在本发明另一实施例中,所述终端还包括:
第二发送单元710,配置为当综合计费服务器检测到所述终端申请的套餐流量到期时,向所述V-SIM卡服务器发送释放V-SIM卡信息请求消息;
断开连接单元711,配置为当所述V-SIM卡服务器回收所述V-SIM卡信息后,断开所建立的异地网络连接。
在本发明另一实施例中,所述终端还包括:
第三发送单元712,配置为接收到断开异地网络连接请求消息时,向所述V-SIM卡服务器发送释放V-SIM卡信息请求消息;
断开连接单元711,配置为当所述V-SIM卡服务器回收所述V-SIM卡信息后,断开所建立的异地网络连接。
在实际应用中,所述终端中各个单元,均可由位于终端中的中央处理器(Central Processing Unit,CPU)、微处理器(Micro Processor Unit,MPU)、数字信号处理器(Digital Signal Processor,DSP)、或现场可编程门阵列(Field Programmable Gate Array,FPGA)等实现。
本领域技术人员应当理解,图7所示的终端中的各单元及其子单元的实现功能可参照前述业务数据传输方法的相关描述而理解。图7所示的终端中的各单元及其子单元的功能可通过运行于处理器上的程序而实现,也可通过具体的逻辑电路而实现。
图8为本发明实施例的计费系统的结构组成示意图,如图8所示,所述计费系统包括:
V-SIM卡服务器81,配置为接收终端发送的请求获取异地的V-SIM卡信息,其中,所述终端由本地漫游至所述异地;
所述V-SIM卡服务器81,还配置为向所述终端发送所述异地的V-SIM卡信息,以使所述终端断开本地连接后利用所述V-SIM卡信息建立异地网络连接并传输业务数据。
在一实施例中,所述计费系统还包括认证服务器82、综合计费服务器83;其中,
所述V-SIM卡服务器81,还配置为接收终端发送的请求获取异地的V-SIM卡信息后,向所述认证服务器82发送终端身份合法性判断消息;
所述认证服务器82,还配置为判断所述终端的身份是否合法,当对所述终端的身份进行认证合法后,向所述V-SIM卡服务器81发送终端身份合法应答消息;
所述V-SIM卡服务器81,还配置为收到终端身份合法应答消息后,向所述综合计费服务器83发送查询终端资费消息;
所述综合计费服务器83,还配置为向所述V-SIM卡服务器81返回终端的资费信息;
所述V-SIM卡服务器81,还配置为根据所述综合计费服务器83返回的资费信息判断所述终端是否有资费;当所述终端具有资费时,查找所述异地的V-SIM卡信息。
本发明实施例中,网络服务器接收终端利用本地的SIM卡信息发送的网络接入请求消息;然后对所述SIM卡信息进行鉴权认证成功后,向所述终端发送网络接入接收消息,以使所述终端建立本地网络连接。
本领域技术人员应当理解,图8所示的计费系统中的各网元的实现功能可参照前述业务数据传输方法的相关描述而理解。
本发明实施例上述业务信令跟踪的装置如果以软件功能模块的形式实现并作为独立的产品销售或使用时,也可以存储在一个计算机可读取存储介质中。基于这样的理解,本发明实施例的技术方案本质上或者说对现有技术做出贡献的部分可以以软件产品的形式体现出来,该计算机软件产品存储在一个存储介质中,包括若干指令用以使得一台计算机设备(可以是个人计算机、服务器、或者网络设备等)执行本发明各个实施例所述方法 的全部或部分。而前述的存储介质包括:U盘、移动硬盘、只读存储器(ROM,Read Only Memory)、磁碟或者光盘等各种可以存储程序代码的介质。这样,本发明实施例不限制于任何特定的硬件和软件结合。
相应地,本发明实施例还提供一种计算机存储介质,其中存储有计算机程序,该计算机程序用于执行本发明实施例的业务数据传输方法。
在本申请所提供的几个实施例中,应该理解到,所揭露的设备和方法,可以通过其它的方式实现。以上所描述的设备实施例仅仅是示意性的,例如,所述单元的划分,仅仅为一种逻辑功能划分,实际实现时可以有另外的划分方式,如:多个单元或组件可以结合,或可以集成到另一个系统,或一些特征可以忽略,或不执行。另外,所显示或讨论的各组成部分相互之间的耦合、或直接耦合、或通信连接可以是通过一些接口,设备或单元的间接耦合或通信连接,可以是电性的、机械的或其它形式的。
上述作为分离部件说明的单元可以是、或也可以不是物理上分开的,作为单元显示的部件可以是、或也可以不是物理单元,即可以位于一个地方,也可以分布到多个网络单元上;可以根据实际的需要选择其中的部分或全部单元来实现本实施例方案的目的。
另外,在本发明各实施例中的各功能单元可以全部集成在一个处理单元中,也可以是各单元分别单独作为一个单元,也可以两个或两个以上单元集成在一个单元中;上述集成的单元既可以采用硬件的形式实现,也可以采用硬件加软件功能单元的形式实现。
本领域普通技术人员可以理解:实现上述方法实施例的全部或部分步骤可以通过程序指令相关的硬件来完成,前述的程序可以存储于一计算机可读取存储介质中,该程序在执行时,执行包括上述方法实施例的步骤;而前述的存储介质包括:移动存储设备、只读存储器(ROM,Read Only Memory)、磁碟或者光盘等各种可以存储程序代码的介质。
或者,本发明上述集成的单元如果以软件功能模块的形式实现并作为独立的产品销售或使用时,也可以存储在一个计算机可读取存储介质中。基于这样的理解,本发明实施例的技术方案本质上或者说对现有技术做出贡献的部分可以以软件产品的形式体现出来,该计算机软件产品存储在一个存储介质中,包括若干指令用以使得一台计算机设备(可以是个人计算机、服务器、或者网络设备等)执行本发明各个实施例所述方法的全部或部分。而前述的存储介质包括:移动存储设备、只读存储器(ROM,Read Only Memory)、磁碟或者光盘等各种可以存储程序代码的介质。
以上所述,仅为本发明的具体实施方式,但本发明的保护范围并不局限于此,任何熟悉本技术领域的技术人员在本发明揭露的技术范围内,可轻易想到变化或替换,都应涵盖在本发明的保护范围之内。因此,本发明的保护范围应以所述权利要求的保护范围为准。

Claims (18)

  1. 一种业务数据传输方法,所述方法包括:
    当检测到终端由本地漫游至异地时,从虚拟用户识别模块V-SIM卡服务器请求并获取所述异地的V-SIM卡信息;
    断开利用SIM卡建立的网络连接,利用所获取的V-SIM卡信息建立网络连接;
    利用所建立的网络连接传输业务数据。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的业务数据传输方法,其中,所述从V-SIM卡服务器请求并获取所述异地的V-SIM卡信息之前,所述方法还包括:
    利用终端本地的用户识别模块SIM卡信息向网络服务器发送网络接入请求消息;
    当所述网络服务器对所述SIM卡信息进行鉴权认证成功后,接收所述网络服务器发送的网络接入接收消息,并建立本地网络连接。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的业务数据传输方法,其中,所述从V-SIM卡服务器请求并获取所述异地的V-SIM卡信息,包括:
    向所述V-SIM卡服务器发送V-SIM卡信息请求获取消息;
    当认证服务器对所述终端的身份进行认证合法后,且当综合计费服务器确定出所述终端具有资费时,接收所述V-SIM卡服务器发送的所述异地的V-SIM卡信息。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的业务数据传输方法,其中,所述方法还包括:
    当利用所建立的网络连接传输业务数据时,统计上网流量;
    将所统计的上网流量周期性上报给综合计费服务器;
    当所述综合计费服务器根据上报的上网流量计算出终端用户的流量有剩余且所述V-SIM卡的流量无剩余时,接收所述综合计费服务器发送的释放消息并释放所获取的V-SIM卡信息;利用重新获取的V-SIM卡信息建立 异地网络连接;
    当所述综合计费服务器根据上报的上网流量计算出终端用户的流量无剩余时,接收所述综合计费服务器发送的释放消息并释放所获取的V-SIM卡信息;当所述综合计费服务器回收所述V-SIM卡信息后,断开所建立的异地网络连接。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述的业务数据传输方法,其中,所述方法还包括:
    当综合计费服务器检测到所述终端申请的套餐流量到期时,向所述V-SIM卡服务器发送释放V-SIM卡信息请求消息;
    当所述V-SIM卡服务器回收所述V-SIM卡信息后,断开所建立的异地网络连接。
  6. 根据权利要求1至5任一项所述的业务数据传输方法,其中,所述方法还包括:
    接收到断开异地网络连接请求消息时,向所述V-SIM卡服务器发送释放V-SIM卡信息请求消息;
    当所述V-SIM卡服务器回收所述V-SIM卡信息后,断开所建立的异地网络连接。
  7. 一种业务数据传输方法,所述方法包括:
    V-SIM卡服务器接收终端发送的请求获取异地的V-SIM卡信息,其中,所述终端由本地漫游至所述异地;
    V-SIM卡服务器向所述终端发送所述异地的V-SIM卡信息,以使所述终端断开本地连接后利用所述V-SIM卡信息建立异地网络连接并传输业务数据。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述的业务数据传输方法,其中,所述V-SIM卡服务器接收终端发送的请求获取异地的V-SIM卡信息之前,所述方法还包括:
    网络服务器接收终端利用本地的SIM卡信息发送的网络接入请求消 息;
    网络服务器对所述SIM卡信息进行鉴权认证成功后,向所述终端发送网络接入接收消息,以使所述终端建立本地网络连接。
  9. 根据权利要求7或8所述的业务数据传输方法,其中,所述V-SIM卡服务器向所述终端发送所述异地的V-SIM卡信息之前,所述方法还包括:
    V-SIM卡服务器接收终端发送的请求获取异地的V-SIM卡信息后,向认证服务器发送终端身份合法性判断消息;
    认证服务器判断所述终端的身份是否合法,当认证服务器对所述终端的身份进行认证合法后,向所述V-SIM卡服务器发送终端身份合法应答消息;
    V-SIM卡服务器接收到终端身份合法应答消息后,向综合计费服务器发送查询终端资费消息;
    综合计费服务器向V-SIM卡服务器返回终端的资费信息;
    V-SIM卡服务器根据综合计费服务器返回的资费信息判断所述终端是否有资费;当所述终端具有资费时,查找所述异地的V-SIM卡信息。
  10. 一种终端,所述终端包括:
    请求获取单元,配置为当检测到终端由本地漫游至异地时,从V-SIM卡服务器请求并获取所述异地的V-SIM卡信息;
    建立连接单元,配置为断开利用SIM卡建立的网络连接,利用所获取的V-SIM卡信息建立网络连接;
    业务数据单元,配置为利用所建立的网络连接传输业务数据。
  11. 根据权利要求10所述的终端,其中,所述终端还包括:
    第一发送单元,配置为利用终端本地的SIM卡信息向网络服务器发送网络接入请求消息;
    第一接收单元,配置为当所述网络服务器对所述SIM卡信息进行鉴权 认证成功后,接收所述网络服务器发送的网络接入接收消息,并建立本地网络连接。
  12. 根据权利要求10所述的终端,其中,所述请求获取单元包括:
    发送子单元,配置为向所述V-SIM卡服务器发送V-SIM卡信息请求获取消息;
    接收子单元,配置为当认证服务器对所述终端的身份进行认证合法后,且当综合计费服务器确定出所述终端具有资费时,接收所述V-SIM卡服务器发送的所述异地的V-SIM卡信息。
  13. 根据权利要求10所述的终端,其中,所述终端还包括:
    统计单元,当利用所建立的网络连接传输业务数据时,统计上网流量;
    上报单元,配置为将所统计的上网流量周期性上报给综合计费服务器;
    重建单元,配置为当所述综合计费服务器根据上报的上网流量计算出终端用户的流量有剩余且所述V-SIM卡的流量无剩余时,接收所述综合计费服务器发送的释放消息并释放所获取的V-SIM卡信息;利用重新获取的V-SIM卡信息建立异地网络连接;
    释放单元,配置为当所述综合计费服务器根据上报的上网流量计算出终端用户的流量无剩余时,接收所述综合计费服务器发送的释放消息并释放所获取的V-SIM卡信息;当所述综合计费服务器回收所述V-SIM卡信息后,断开所建立的异地网络连接。
  14. 根据权利要求10所述的终端,其中,所述终端还包括:
    第二发送单元,配置为当综合计费服务器检测到所述终端申请的套餐流量到期时,向所述V-SIM卡服务器发送释放V-SIM卡信息请求消息;
    断开连接单元,配置为当所述V-SIM卡服务器回收所述V-SIM卡信息后,断开所建立的异地网络连接。
  15. 根据权利要求10至14任一项所述的终端,其中,所述终端还包 括:
    第三发送单元,配置为接收到断开异地网络连接请求消息时,向所述V-SIM卡服务器发送释放V-SIM卡信息请求消息;
    断开连接单元,配置为当所述V-SIM卡服务器回收所述V-SIM卡信息后,断开所建立的异地网络连接。
  16. 一种计费系统,所述计费系统包括:
    V-SIM卡服务器,配置为接收终端发送的请求获取异地的V-SIM卡信息,其中,所述终端由本地漫游至所述异地;
    所述V-SIM卡服务器,还配置为向所述终端发送所述异地的V-SIM卡信息,以使所述终端断开本地连接后利用所述V-SIM卡信息建立异地网络连接并传输业务数据。
  17. 根据权利要求16所述的计费系统,其中,所述计费系统还包括认证服务器、综合计费服务器;其中,
    所述V-SIM卡服务器,还配置为接收终端发送的请求获取异地的V-SIM卡信息后,向所述认证服务器发送终端身份合法性判断消息;
    所述认证服务器,还配置为判断所述终端的身份是否合法,当对所述终端的身份进行认证合法后,向所述V-SIM卡服务器发送终端身份合法应答消息;
    所述V-SIM卡服务器,还配置为收到终端身份合法应答消息后,向所述综合计费服务器发送查询终端资费消息;
    所述综合计费服务器,还配置为向所述V-SIM卡服务器返回终端的资费信息;
    所述V-SIM卡服务器,还配置为根据所述综合计费服务器返回的资费信息判断所述终端是否有资费;当所述终端具有资费时,查找所述异地的V-SIM卡信息。
  18. 一种计算机存储介质,所述计算机存储介质中存储有计算机可执行指令,该计算机可执行指令配置为执行权利要求1-9任一项所述的业务数据传输方法。
