本发明涉及通信技术领域, 尤其涉及一种计费方法及装置。 背景技术
随着无线网络技术以及数据业务的发展,越来越多的高端智能终端出现 在了市面上。 相对于传统的终端, 这些高端智能终端的处理器、 内存以及存 储能力都有了很大程度的提升。如何识别这些高端智能终端以进行差异化的 服务, 是运营商为提高收入而首需解决的问题。
例如, 为了实现对不同类型的终端进行差异性的计费, 现有技术采用以 下两种方式:
方式一: 针对高端智能终端设置独立的 APN ( Access Point Name , 接 入点名称), 以将高端智能终端与普通终端进行区别, 从而实现对终端进行 差异性的计费。
方式二: 利用应用层协议头部的 UserAgent字段来区分高端智能终端和 普通终端, 从而实现对终端进行差异性的计费。
但是, 在实现本发明的过程中发明人发现, 无论是上述的方式一还是方 式二, 在现有技术中为区分不同类型的终端所做的设置都可能被修改, 从而 使得计费系统无法准确的区分终端类型, 造成计费系统的计费不准确。 发明内容
本发明实施例提供一种计费方法及装置, 以提高计费系统的计费准确 性。
一种计费方法, 包括:
获取目标计费终端的 IMEI号;
根据终端身份标识相关信息与终端类型的对应关系, 利用所述目标计费 终端的 IMEI号确定所述目标计费终端的类型; 根据所述目标计费终端的类型对所述目标计费终端进行计费。
一种计费装置, 包括:
第一信息获取单元, 用于获取目标计费终端的 IMEI号;
第二信息获取单元, 用于根据终端身份标识相关信息与终端类型的对应 关系, 利用所述目标计费终端的 IMEI号确定所述目标计费终端的类型; 信息提供单元, 用于向计费系统提供所述目标计费终端的类型, 使得所 述计费系统根据所述目标计费终端的类型对所述目标计费终端进行计费。
一种计费装置, 包括:
第一信息获取单元, 用于获取目标计费终端的 IMEI号;
第二信息获取单元, 用于根据终端身份标识相关信息与终端类型的对应 关系, 利用所述目标计费终端的 IMEI号确定所述目标计费终端的类型; 信息发送单元, 用于根据所述目标计费终端的类型对所述目标计费终端 进行计费。
本发明实施例的计费方法及装置, 获取目标计费终端的 IMEI号, 并根 据终端身份标识相关信息与终端类型的对应关系, 利用所述目标计费终端的 IMEI号确定所述目标计费终端的类型, 从而可使得计费系统根据所述目标 计费终端的类型对所述目标计费终端进行计费。 由此可以看出, 在本发明实 施例中, 计费系统可准确的获知目标计费终端的类型, 从而可以根据目标计 费终端的类型对目标计费终端进行相应的计费, 因此, 利用本发明实施例的 计费方法及装置提高了计费系统的计费准确性。 附图说明

下面将结合本发明实施例中的附图,对本发明实施例中的技术方案进行 清楚、 完整地描述, 显然, 所描述的实施例仅仅是本发明一部分实施例, 而 不是全部的实施例。 基于本发明中的实施例, 本领域普通技术人员在没有做 出创造性劳动前提下所获得的所有其他实施例, 都属于本发明保护的范围。
如图 1所示, 本发明实施例一计费方法包括:
步骤 11、 获取目标计费终端的 IMEI ( International Mobile Equipment Identity, 国际移动设备识别码) 号。
在此实施例中, 所述目标计费终端指的是需要由计费系统进行计费的终 端, 例如可以是手机等。
当目标计费终端激活数据业务请求时, 目标计费终端通过激活请求将它 的 IMEI号发送给接入网设备。接入网设备在获得目标计费终端的 IMEI号后, 通过 Radius ( Remote Authentication Dial In User Service, 远程认证拔 号用户服务)激活消息将所述目标计费终端的 IMEI号发送给 NAS (Network Access Server, 网络接入服务器), 所述 NAS 设备,包括但不限于 GGSN ( Gateway GPRS Support Node,网关 GPRS支持节点), PDSN (Packet Data Serving Node, 分组数据服务节点), AGW (Access gate way, 接入网关)。 所述网络接入服务器解析所述 Radius 激活消息获取所述目标计费终端的 IMEI 号。 之后, 所述 NAS 还可将所述目标计费终端的 IMEI 号发送给 GW (Gateway, 网关)。 NAS或网关还可通过触发计费消息将所述目标计费终端 的 IMEI号发送给计费系统, 由所述计费系统获得所述目标计费终端的 IMEI 号。
步骤 12、根据终端身份标识相关信息与终端类型的对应关系, 利用所述 目标计费终端的 IMEI号确定所述目标计费终端的类型。
在此实施例中,终端身份标识相关信息为 IMEI号段或 IMEI号。相应的, 终端身份标识相关信息与终端类型的对应关系可以包括 IMEI 号段与终端类 型的对应关系, IMEI号与终端类型的对应关系。 其中 IMEI号段指的是一个 IMEI号码区间, 例如 359084010545300—359084010545400; IMEI号指的就 是一个 IMEI号,例如 359084010545300。终端类型指的是实际应用中各种终 端的类型, 例如 Nok ia N97 , App le iPad等。
在此实施例中 NAS、 GW、 计费系统或者运营商的运营维护设备(例如运 营商的客服中心 /营业厅, 运营支撑系统等)都可获取目标计费终端的类型。
当 NAS或者 GW或者计费系统存储有终端身份标识相关信息与终端类型 的对应关系时, NAS或者 GW或者计费系统可查找自身存储的终端身份标识相 关信息与终端类型的对应关系, 根据所述目标计费终端的 IMEI 号确定所述 目标计费终端的类型。
具体的, 当 NAS或者 GW或者计费系统中存储的是 IMEI号段与终端类型 的对应关系时, NAS或者 GW或者计费系统查找自身存储的 IMEI号段与终端 类型的对应关系, 根据所述目标计费终端的 IMEI 号确定所述目标计费终端 的 IMEI号所属的 IMEI号段, 并将所述目标计费终端的 IMEI所属的 IMEI号 段对应的终端类型作为所述目标计费终端的类型。
当 NAS或者 GW或者计费系统中存储的是 IME I号与终端类型的对应关系 时, NAS或者 GW或者计费系统查找自身存储的 IMEI号与终端类型的对应关 系, 根据所述目标计费终端的 IMEI号确定所述目标计费终端的类型。
当运营维护设备存储有终端身份标识相关信息与终端类型的对应关系 时, NAS或 GW或者计费系统可利用所述目标计费终端的 IMEI号向所述运营 维护设备查询所述目标计费终端的类型。 具体的, NAS或 GW或者计费系统向运营维护设备发送查询消息, 当运营 维护设备中存储的是 IMEI 号段与终端类型的对应关系时, 运营维护设备查 找自身存储的 IMEI 号段与终端类型的对应关系, 根据所述目标计费终端的 IMEI号确定所述目标计费终端的 IMEI号所属的 IMEI号段,并将所述目标计 费终端的 IMEI所属的 IMEI号段对应的终端类型作为所述目标计费终端的类 型; 当运营维护设备中存储的是 IMEI 号与终端类型的对应关系时, 运营维 护设备查找自身存储的 IMEI 号与终端类型的对应关系, 根据所述目标计费 终端的 IMEI 号确定所述目标计费终端的类型。 然后, 所述运营维护设备通 过一响应消息将所述目标计费终端的类型发送给 NAS或 GW或者计费系统。
步骤 13、 根据所述目标计费终端的类型对所述目标计费终端进行计费。 在此步骤中, 计费是由计费系统来完成的。 如果是 NAS或网关来获取目 标计费终端的类型, 那么可由 NAS或 GW向计费系统发送触发计费消息, 在 所述触发计费消息中携带所述目标计费终端的类型,使得所述计费系统根据 所述目标计费终端的类型对所述目标计费终端进行计费。 或者, 如果是计费 系统通过自身来获取目标计费终端的类型, 那么可直接由所述计费系统根据 所述目标计费终端的类型对所述目标计费终端进行计费。
由此可以看出, 在本发明实施例中, 计费系统可准确的获知目标计费终 端的类型,从而可以根据目标计费终端的类型对目标计费终端进行相应的计 费, 因此, 利用本发明实施例的计费方法提高了计费系统的计费准确性。
以下结合实施例二-实施例五详细描述一下本发明实施例的计费方法。 在实施例二中, NAS或者 GW中存储有终端身份标识相关信息与终端类型 的对应关系, 由运营商的客服中心 /营业厅或者运营支撑系统同步该对应关 系给 NAS或 GW。
如图 2所示, 以在 NAS中存储终端身份标识相关信息与终端类型的对应 关系为例, 本发明实施例二的计费方法包括:
步骤 21、在目标计费终端激活数据业务请求的时候, 由目标计费终端将 它的 IMEI号通过激活请求上报给接入网设备。
步骤 22、接入网设备通过 Radius激活消息将目标计费终端的 IMEI号发 送给 NAS设备。
步骤 23、 NAS查找自身存储的终端身份标识相关信息与终端类型的对应 关系, 根据所述目标计费终端的 IMEI 号确定所述目标计费终端的类型。 同 时, NAS将所述目标计费终端的类型保存在用户数据业务激活会话中。
例如,在此实施例中 NAS存储有如表 1所示的终端身份标识相关信息与 终端类型的对应关系。

假设目标计费终端的 IMEI号 359084010545284 ,通过查找表 1所示的对 应关系, NAS 即可确定该目标计费终端的类型为 Nokia N97。 又^^设目标计 费终端的 IMEI号 359084010545399 ,通过查找表 1所示的对应关系, 目标计 费终端的 IMEI号位于号段 359084010545300—359084010545400中, NAS即 可确定该目标计费终端的类型为 Blackberry 8800。
步骤 24、 NAS向计费系统发送触发计费消息, 在所述消息中携带目标计 费终端的类型。
步骤 25、 计费系统根据目标计费终端的类型对目标计费终端进行计费。 在此, 所述计费系统解析所述触发计费消息, 获得所述目标计费终端的 类型, 并根据目标计费终端的类型对目标计费终端进行计费。 例如, 如果目 标计费终端的类型为 Nok ia N97 , 计费系统将利用为 Nok ia N97这一类型的 终端所制定的计费策略进行计费。
在上述过程中, 如果在 GW中存储终端身份标识相关信息与终端类型的 对应关系, 在上述步骤 22后, NAS设备还需将目标计费终端的 IMEI号转发 给 GW设备(未图示)。 而由 GW根据目标计费终端的 IME I号确定所述目标计 费终端的类型的过程, 与步骤 23-25的过程相同。 不同的是, 此时的执行主 体是 GW。
在实施例三中, 建立一个终端类型数据库, 在该数据库中存储有终端身 份标识相关信息与终端类型的对应关系, 由运营商的客服中心 /营业厅或者 运营支撑系统维护该数据库。
如图 3所示, 本发明实施例三的计费方法包括:
步骤 31、在目标计费终端激活数据业务请求的时候, 由目标计费终端将 它的 IMEI号通过激活请求上报给接入网设备。
步骤 32、接入网设备通过 Radius激活消息将目标计费终端的 IMEI号发 送给 NAS设备。
步骤 33、 NAS设备将目标计费终端的 IMEI号转发给 GW设备。
步骤 34、 NAS或 GW向运营商的客服中心 /营业厅或者运营支撑系统发送 查询请求, 在该查询请求中携带目标计费终端的 IMEI号。
步骤 35、 运营商的客服中心 /营业厅或者运营支撑系统根据目标计费终 端的 IMEI号, 由该终端类型数据库中获取该目标计费终端的类型。
还是以实施例二中的表 1为例, 在终端类型数据库中存储有表 1。 假设 目标计费终端的 IMEI号 359084010545284 , 通过查找表 1所示的对应关系, NAS或 GW即可确定该目标计费终端的类型为 Nokia N97。 又^^设目标计费终 端的 IMEI号 359084010545399 ,通过查找表 1所示的对应关系, 目标计费终 端的 IMEI 号位于号段 359084010545300—359084010545400 中, NAS或 GW 即可确定该目标计费终端的类型为 Blackberry 8800。 步骤 35、运营商的客服中心 /营业厅或者运营支撑系统向 NAS或 GW发送 响应消息, 在该响应消息中携带该目标计费终端的类型。
步骤 36、 NAS或 GW向计费系统发送触发计费消息, 在所述消息中携带 目标计费终端的类型。
步骤 37、 计费系统根据目标计费终端的类型对目标计费终端进行计费。 在此, 所述计费系统解析所述触发计费消息, 获得所述目标计费终端的 类型, 并根据目标计费终端的类型对目标计费终端进行计费。 例如, 如果目 标计费终端的类型为 Nok ia N97 , 计费系统将利用为 Nok ia N97这一类型的 终端所制定的计费策略进行计费。
需要说明的是,在上述实施例中, NAS或者 GW都可单独的向运营维护设 备获取目标计费终端的类型。 如果单独由 NAS来完成的话, 则步骤 33不是 必须的。
在实施例四中, 计费系统中存储有终端身份标识相关信息与终端类型的 对应关系, 由运营商的客服中心 /营业厅或者运营支撑系统同步该对应关系 给 NAS或 GW。
如图 4所示, 本发明实施例四的计费方法包括:
步骤 41、在目标计费终端激活数据业务请求的时候, 由目标计费终端将 它的 IMEI号通过激活请求上报给接入网设备。
步骤 42、接入网设备通过 Radius激活消息将目标计费终端的 IMEI号发 送给 NAS设备。
步骤 43、 NAS设备将目标计费终端的 IMEI号转发给 GW设备。
步骤 44、 NAS或 GW向计费系统发送触发计费消息, 在所述消息中携带 目标计费终端的 IMEI号。
步骤 45、计费系统查找自身存储的终端身份标识相关信息与终端类型的 对应关系,根据所述目标计费终端的 IMEI号确定所述目标计费终端的类型。
还是以实施例二中的表 1 为例, ^^设目标计费终端的 IMEI 号 359084010545284 , 通过查找表 1所示的对应关系, NAS或 GW即可确定该目 标计费终端的类型为 Nokia N97。 又^^设目标计费终端的 IMEI 号 359084010545399 , 通过查找表 1所示的对应关系, 目标计费终端的 IMEI号 位于号段 359084010545300—359084010545400中, NAS或 GW即可确定该目 标计费终端的类型为 Blackberry 8800。
步骤 46、 计费系统根据目标计费终端的类型对目标计费终端进行计费。 例如,如果目标计费终端的类型为 Nokia N97 ,计费系统将利用为 Nok ia N97这一类型的终端所制定的计费策略进行计费。
需要说明的是, 在上述实施例中, 步骤 43不是必须的。
在实施例五中, 建立一个终端类型数据库, 在该数据库中存储有终端身 份标识相关信息与终端类型的对应关系, 由运营商的客服中心 /营业厅或者 运营支撑系统维护该数据库。
如图 5所示, 本发明实施例五的计费方法包括:
步骤 51、在目标计费终端激活数据业务请求的时候, 由目标计费终端将 它的 IMEI号通过激活请求上报给接入网设备。
步骤 52、接入网设备通过 Radius激活消息将目标计费终端的 IMEI号发 送给 NAS设备。
步骤 53、 NAS设备将目标计费终端的 IMEI号转发给 GW设备。
步骤 54、 NAS或 GW向计费系统发送触发计费消息, 在所述消息中携带 目标计费终端的 IMEI号。
步骤 55、 计费系统向运营商的客服中心 /营业厅或者运营支撑系统发送 查询请求, 在该查询请求中携带目标计费终端的 IMEI号。
步骤 56、 运营商的客服中心 /营业厅或者运营支撑系统根据目标计费终 端的 IMEI号, 由该终端类型数据库中获取该目标计费终端的类型。
还是以实施例二中的表 1为例, 在终端类型数据库中存储有表 1。 假设 目标计费终端的 IMEI号 359084010545284 , 通过查找表 1所示的对应关系, NAS或 GW即可确定该目标计费终端的类型为 Nokia N97。 又^^设目标计费终 端的 IMEI号 359084010545399 ,通过查找表 1所示的对应关系, 目标计费终 端的 IMEI 号位于号段 359084010545300—359084010545400 中, NAS或 GW 即可确定该目标计费终端的类型为 Blackberry 8800。
步骤 57、 运营商的客服中心 /营业厅或者运营支撑系统向计费系统发送 响应消息, 在该响应消息中携带该目标计费终端的类型。
步骤 58、 计费系统根据目标计费终端的类型对目标计费终端进行计费。 在此,所述计费系统解析所述响应消息,获得所述目标计费终端的类型, 并根据目标计费终端的类型对目标计费终端进行计费。 例如, 如果目标计费 终端的类型为 Nok ia N97 , 计费系统将利用为 Nokia N97这一类型的终端所 制定的计费策略进行计费。
需要说明的是, 在上述实施例中, 步骤 53不是必须的。
由以上实施例二-实施例五可以看出, 计费系统能够准确的识别出终端 类型, 并根据终端类型对用户使用的数据业务进行差异化的收费, 从而避免 了用户使用非指定终端而骗取针对指定终端的优惠移动数据业务计费套餐, 同时上述实施例中可以根据获取到的准确的终端类型进一步细分计费套餐, 进一步提升用户的移动数据业务体验以及增加用户的粘性。
如图 6所示, 本发明实施例六计费装置包括: 第一信息获取单元 61 , 用 于获取目标计费终端的 IMEI号;第二信息获取单元 62 ,用于根据终端身份标 识相关信息与终端类型的对应关系, 利用所述目标计费终端的 IMEI 号确定 所述目标计费终端的类型;信息提供单元 63 ,用于向计费系统提供所述目标 计费终端的类型,使得所述计费系统根据所述目标计费终端的类型对所述目 标计费终端进行计费。
在此实施例中, 所述终端身份标识相关信息为 IMEI号段或 IMEI号。 其中, 所述第一信息获取单元 61 包括: 消息接收模块, 用于接收接入 网设备发送的 Radius激活消息,在所述 Radius激活消息中携带所述目标计 费终端的 IMEI号; 消息解析模块, 用于解析所述 Radius激活消息获取所述 目标计费终端的 IMEI号。
根据前述方法实施例的描述,根据存储的终端身份标识相关信息与终端 类型的对应关系形式的不同以及该对应关系存储位置的不同, 在此实施例中 所述第二信息获取单元 62可有不同的结构来获取目标计费终端的类型。
例如, 所述第二信息获取单元 62可包括: 第一查找模块, 用于查找自 身存储的 IMEI号段与终端类型的对应关系, 根据所述目标计费终端的 IMEI 号确定所述目标计费终端的 IMEI号所属的 IMEI号段; 第一信息获取模块, 用于将所述目标计费终端的 IMEI所属的 IMEI号段对应的终端类型作为所述 目标计费终端的类型。
又例如, 所述第二信息获取单元 62可包括: 第二查找模块, 用于查找 自身存储的 IMEI 号与终端类型的对应关系; 第二信息获取模块, 用于根据 所述目标计费终端的 IMEI号确定所述目标计费终端的类型。
又例如, 所述第二信息获取单元 62可包括: 第一查询模块, 用于利用 所述目标计费终端的 IMEI号向运营维护设备查询所述目标计费终端的类型; 第三信息获取模块, 用于由所述运营维护设备获取所述目标计费终端的类 型; 其中, 所述运营维护设备查找自身存储的 IMEI 号段与终端类型的对应 关系,根据所述目标计费终端的 IMEI号确定所述目标计费终端的 IMEI号所 属的 IMEI号段, 并将所述目标计费终端的 IMEI所属的 IMEI号段对应的终 端类型作为所述目标计费终端的类型, 或者所述运营维护设备查找自身存储 的 IMEI号与终端类型的对应关系,根据所述目标计费终端的 IMEI号确定所 述目标计费终端的类型。
其中图 6所示的装置可位于 NAS中, 其工作原理可参照前述方法实施例 的描述。
由此可以看出, 在本发明实施例中, 计费系统可准确的获知目标计费终 端的类型,从而可以根据目标计费终端的类型对目标计费终端进行相应的计 费, 因此, 利用本发明实施例的计费装置提高了计费系统的计费准确性。 如图 7所示, 本发明实施例七的计费装置包括: 第一信息获取单元 71 , 用于获取目标计费终端的 IMEI号;第二信息获取单元 72 ,用于根据终端身份 标识相关信息与终端类型的对应关系, 利用所述目标计费终端的 IMEI 号确 定所述目标计费终端的类型;信息提供单元 73 ,用于向计费系统提供所述目 标计费终端的类型,使得所述计费系统根据所述目标计费终端的类型对所述 目标计费终端进行计费。
在此实施例中, 所述终端身份标识相关信息为 IMEI号段或 IME I号。 其中, 所述第一信息获取单元 71 具体用于由网络接入服务器获取所述 目标计费终端的 IME I号。其中网络接入服务器获取 IMEI号的方式可参照前 述方法实施例的描述。
根据前述方法实施例的描述,根据存储的终端身份标识相关信息与终端 类型的对应关系形式的不同以及该对应关系存储位置的不同, 在此实施例中 所述第二信息获取单元 72可有不同的结构来获取目标计费终端的类型。
例如, 所述第二信息获取单元 72可包括: 第一查找模块, 用于查找自 身存储的 IMEI号段与终端类型的对应关系, 根据所述目标计费终端的 IMEI 号确定所述目标计费终端的 IMEI号所属的 IMEI号段; 第一信息获取模块, 用于将所述目标计费终端的 IMEI所属的 IMEI号段对应的终端类型作为所述 目标计费终端的类型。

其中图 7所示的装置可位于 GW中, 其工作原理可参照前述方法实施例 的描述。
由此可以看出, 在本发明实施例中, 计费系统可准确的获知目标计费终 端的类型,从而可以根据目标计费终端的类型对目标计费终端进行相应的计 费, 因此, 利用本发明实施例的计费装置提高了计费系统的计费准确性。
如图 8所示, 本发明实施例八的计费装置包括: 第一信息获取单元 81 , 用于获取目标计费终端的 IMEI号;第二信息获取单元 82 ,用于根据终端身份 标识相关信息与终端类型的对应关系, 利用所述目标计费终端的 IMEI 号确 定所述目标计费终端的类型; 计费单元 83 ,用于根据所述目标计费终端的类 型对所述目标计费终端进行计费。
在此实施例中, 所述目标计费终端的 IMEI 号为所述目标计费终端的 IMEI号, 所述终端身份标识相关信息为 IMEI号段或 IMEI号。
其中, 所述第一信息获取单元 81 包括: 消息接收模块, 用于接收由网 络接入服务器或网关发送的触发计费消息, 在所述触发计费消息中携带所述 目标计费终端的 IMEI 号; 信息解析模块, 用于解析所述触发计费消息获取 所述目标计费终端的 IME I号。
根据前述方法实施例的描述,根据存储的终端身份标识相关信息与终端 类型的对应关系形式的不同以及该对应关系存储位置的不同, 在此实施例中 所述第二信息获取单元 82可有不同的结构来获取目标计费终端的类型。
例如, 所述第二信息获取单元 82可包括: 第四查找模块, 用于查找自 身存储的 IMEI号段与终端类型的对应关系, 根据所述目标计费终端的 IMEI 号确定所述目标计费终端的 IMEI号所属的 IMEI号段; 第四信息获取模块, 用于将所述目标计费终端的 IMEI所属的 IMEI号段对应的终端类型作为所述 目标计费终端的类型。
又例如, 所述第二信息获取单元 82可包括: 第五查找模块, 用于查找 自身存储的 IMEI 号与终端类型的对应关系; 第五信息获取模块, 用于根据 所述目标计费终端的 IMEI号确定所述目标计费终端的类型。
又例如, 所述第二信息获取单元 82可包括: 第二查询模块, 用于查找 自身存储的 IMEI 号与终端类型的对应关系; 第六信息获取模块, 用于由所 述运营维护设备获取所述目标计费终端的类型; 其中, 所述运营维护设备查 找自身存储的 IMEI 号段与终端类型的对应关系, 根据所述目标计费终端的 IMEI号确定所述目标计费终端的 IMEI号所属的 IMEI号段,并将所述目标计 费终端的 IMEI所属的 IMEI号段对应的终端类型作为所述目标计费终端的类 型, 或者所述运营维护设备查找自身存储的 IMEI号与终端类型的对应关系, 根据所述目标计费终端的 IMEI号确定所述目标计费终端的类型。
其中图 8所示的装置可位于计费系统中, 其工作原理可参照前述方法实 施例的描述。
由此可以看出, 在本发明实施例中, 计费系统可准确的获知目标计费终 端的类型,从而可以根据目标计费终端的类型对目标计费终端进行相应的计 费, 因此, 利用本发明实施例的计费装置提高了计费系统的计费准确性。
本领域普通技术人员可以理解实现上述实施例方法中的全部或部分流 程, 是可以通过计算机程序来指令相关的硬件来完成, 所述的程序可存储于 一计算机可读取存储介质中, 该程序在执行时, 可包括如上述各方法的实施 例的流程。 其中, 所述的存储介质可为磁碟、 光盘、 只读存储记忆体 ( Read-Only Memory, ROM ) 或随机存储记忆体 ( Random Acces s Memory, RAM )等。

Claims

权 利 要 求
1、 一种计费方法, 其特征在于, 包括:
获取目标计费终端的国际移动设备识别码 IMEI号;
根据终端身份标识相关信息与终端类型的对应关系, 利用所述目标计费 终端的 IMEI号确定所述目标计费终端的类型;
根据所述目标计费终端的类型对所述目标计费终端进行计费。
2、 根据权利要求 1 所述的方法, 其特征在于, 所述获取目标计费终端 的 IMEI号包括:
网络接入服务器接收远程认证拨号用户服务 Radius激活消息, 在所述 Radius激活消息中携带所述目标计费终端的 IMEI号;
所述网络接入服务器解析所述 Radius激活消息获取所述目标计费终端 的 IMEI号。
3、 根据权利要求 2所述的方法, 其特征在于, 所述终端身份标识相关 信息为 IMEI号段或 IMEI号;
所述根据终端身份标识相关信息与终端类型的对应关系, 利用所述目标 计费终端的 IMEI号确定所述目标计费终端的类型包括:
所述网络接入服务器查找自身存储的 IMEI号段与终端类型的对应关系 , 根据所述目标计费终端的 IMEI 号确定所述目标计费终端的 IMEI 号所属的 IMEI号段,并将所述目标计费终端的 IMEI所属的 IMEI号段对应的终端类型 作为所述目标计费终端的类型; 或者
所述网络接入服务器查找自身存储的 IMEI 号与终端类型的对应关系, 根据所述目标计费终端的 IMEI号确定所述目标计费终端的类型; 或者
所述网络接入服务器利用所述目标计费终端的 IMEI 号向运营维护设备 查询所述目标计费终端的类型, 并由所述运营维护设备获取所述目标计费终 端的类型; 其中, 所述运营维护设备查找自身存储的 IMEI 号段与终端类型 的对应关系, 根据所述目标计费终端的 IMEI 号确定所述目标计费终端的 IMEI号所属的 IMEI号段, 并将所述目标计费终端的 IMEI所属的 IMEI号段 对应的终端类型作为所述目标计费终端的类型, 或者所述运营维护设备查找 自身存储的 IMEI号与终端类型的对应关系, 根据所述目标计费终端的 IME I 号确定所述目标计费终端的类型。
4、 根据权利要求 1 所述的方法, 其特征在于, 所述获取目标计费终端 的 IMEI号包括:
网关由网络接入服务器获取所述目标计费终端的 IMEI号。
5、 根据权利要求 4所述的方法, 其特征在于, 所述终端身份标识相关 信息为 IMEI号段或 IMEI号;
所述根据终端身份标识相关信息与终端类型的对应关系, 利用所述目标 计费终端的 IMEI号确定所述目标计费终端的类型包括:
所述网关查找自身存储的 IMEI 号段与终端类型的对应关系, 根据所述 目标计费终端的 IMEI号确定所述目标计费终端的 IMEI号所属的 IME I号段, 并将所述目标计费终端的 IMEI所属的 IMEI号段对应的终端类型作为所述目 标计费终端的类型; 或者
所述网关查找自身存储的 IMEI 号与终端类型的对应关系, 根据所述目 标计费终端的 IMEI号确定所述目标计费终端的类型; 或者
所述网关利用所述目标计费终端的 IMEI 号向运营维护设备查询所述目 标计费终端的类型, 并由所述运营维护设备获取所述目标计费终端的类型; 其中, 所述运营维护设备查找自身存储的 IMEI号段与终端类型的对应关系, 根据所述目标计费终端的 IMEI 号确定所述目标计费终端的 IMEI 号所属的 IMEI号段,并将所述目标计费终端的 IMEI所属的 IMEI号段对应的终端类型 作为所述目标计费终端的类型,或者所述运营维护设备查找自身存储的 IME I 号与终端类型的对应关系, 根据所述目标计费终端的 IMEI 号确定所述目标 计费终端的类型。
6、 根据权利要求 1-5任一所述的方法, 其特征在于, 所述根据所述目 标计费终端的类型对所述目标计费终端进行计费包括:
向计费系统发送触发计费消息, 在所述触发计费消息中携带所述目标计 费终端的类型,使得所述计费系统根据所述目标计费终端的类型对所述目标 计费终端进行计费。
7、 根据权利要求 1 所述的方法, 其特征在于, 所述获取目标计费终端 的 IMEI号包括:
计费系统接收由网络接入服务器或网关发送的触发计费消息, 在所述触 发计费消息中携带所述目标计费终端的 IMEI号;
所述计费系统解析所述触发计费消息获取所述目标计费终端的 IMEI号。
8、 根据权利要求 7所述的方法, 其特征在于, 所述终端身份标识相关 信息为 IMEI号段或 IMEI号;
所述根据终端身份标识相关信息与终端类型的对应关系, 利用所述目标 计费终端的 IMEI号确定所述目标计费终端的类型包括:
所述计费系统查找自身存储的 IMEI 号段与终端类型的对应关系, 根据 所述目标计费终端的 IMEI号确定所述目标计费终端的 IMEI号所属的 IMEI 号段, 并将所述目标计费终端的 IMEI所属的 IMEI号段对应的终端类型作为 所述目标计费终端的类型; 或者
所述计费系统查找自身存储的 IMEI 号与终端类型的对应关系, 根据所 述目标计费终端的 IMEI号确定所述目标计费终端的类型; 或者
所述计费系统利用所述目标计费终端的 IMEI 号向运营维护设备查询所 述目标计费终端的类型, 并由所述运营维护设备获取所述目标计费终端的类 型; 其中, 所述运营维护设备查找自身存储的 IMEI 号段与终端类型的对应 关系,根据所述目标计费终端的 IMEI号确定所述目标计费终端的 IMEI号所 属的 IMEI号段, 并将所述目标计费终端的 IMEI所属的 IMEI号段对应的终 端类型作为所述目标计费终端的类型, 或者所述运营维护设备查找自身存储 的 IMEI号与终端类型的对应关系,根据所述目标计费终端的 IMEI号确定所 述目标计费终端的类型。
9、 根据权利要求 7或 8所述的方法, 其特征在于, 所述根据所述目标 计费终端的类型对所述目标计费终端进行计费包括:
所述计费系统根据所述目标计费终端的类型对所述目标计费终端进行 计费。
10、 一种计费装置, 其特征在于, 包括:
第一信息获取单元, 用于获取目标计费终端的 IMEI号;
第二信息获取单元, 用于根据终端身份标识相关信息与终端类型的对应 关系, 利用所述目标计费终端的 IMEI号确定所述目标计费终端的类型; 信息提供单元, 用于向计费系统提供所述目标计费终端的类型, 使得所 述计费系统根据所述目标计费终端的类型对所述目标计费终端进行计费。
11、 根据权利要求 10所述的装置, 其特征在于, 所述第一信息获取单 元包括:
消息接收模块, 用于接收远程认证拨号用户服务 Radius激活消息, 在 所述 Radius激活消息中携带所述目标计费终端的 IMEI号;
消息解析模块, 用于解析所述 Radius激活消息获取所述目标计费终端 的 IMEI号。
12、 根据权利要求 10所述的装置, 其特征在于, 所述第一信息获取单 元具体用于由网络接入服务器获取所述目标计费终端的 IMEI号。
13、 根据权利要求 10或 11或 12所述的装置, 其特征在于, 所述第二 信息获取单元包括:
第一查找模块, 用于查找自身存储的 IMEI号段与终端类型的对应关系, 根据所述目标计费终端的 IMEI 号确定所述目标计费终端的 IMEI 号所属的 IMEI号段;
第一信息获取模块, 用于将所述目标计费终端的 IMEI所属的 IMEI号段 对应的终端类型作为所述目标计费终端的类型。
14、 根据权利要求 10或 11或 12所述的装置, 其特征在于, 所述第二 信息获取单元包括:
第二查找模块, 用于查找自身存储的 IMEI号与终端类型的对应关系; 第二信息获取模块, 用于根据所述目标计费终端的 IMEI 号确定所述目 标计费终端的类型。
15、 根据权利要求 10或 11或 12所述的装置, 其特征在于, 所述第二 信息获取单元包括:
第一查询模块, 用于利用所述目标计费终端的 IMEI 号向运营维护设备 查询所述目标计费终端的类型;
第三信息获取模块, 用于由所述运营维护设备获取所述目标计费终端的 类型; 其中, 所述运营维护设备查找自身存储的 IMEI 号段与终端类型的对 应关系,根据所述目标计费终端的 IMEI号确定所述目标计费终端的 IMEI号 所属的 IMEI号段, 并将所述目标计费终端的 IMEI所属的 IMEI号段对应的 终端类型作为所述目标计费终端的类型, 或者所述运营维护设备查找自身存 储的 IMEI号与终端类型的对应关系,根据所述目标计费终端的 IMEI号确定 所述目标计费终端的类型。
16、 一种计费装置, 其特征在于, 包括:
第一信息获取单元, 用于获取目标计费终端的 IMEI号;
第二信息获取单元, 用于根据终端身份标识相关信息与终端类型的对应 关系, 利用所述目标计费终端的 IMEI号确定所述目标计费终端的类型; 计费单元, 用于根据所述目标计费终端的类型对所述目标计费终端进行 计费。
17、 根据权利要求 16所述的装置, 其特征在于, 所述第一信息获取单 元包括:
消息接收模块, 用于接收由网络接入服务器或网关发送的触发计费消 息, 在所述触发计费消息中携带所述目标计费终端的 IMEI号; 信息解析模块, 用于解析所述触发计费消息获取所述目标计费终端的 IMEI号。
18、 根据权利要求 16所述的装置, 其特征在于, 所述第二信息获取单 元包括:
第四查找模块, 用于查找自身存储的 IMEI号段与终端类型的对应关系, 根据所述目标计费终端的 IMEI 号确定所述目标计费终端的 IMEI 号所属的 IMEI号段;
第四信息获取模块, 用于将所述目标计费终端的 IMEI所属的 IMEI号段 对应的终端类型作为所述目标计费终端的类型。
19、 根据权利要求 16所述的装置, 其特征在于, 所述第二信息获取单 元包括:
第五查找模块, 用于查找自身存储的 IMEI号与终端类型的对应关系; 第五信息获取模块, 用于根据所述目标计费终端的 IMEI 号确定所述目 标计费终端的类型。
20、 根据权利要求 16所述的装置, 其特征在于, 所述第二信息获取单 元包括:
第二查询模块, 用于查找自身存储的 IMEI号与终端类型的对应关系; 第六信息获取模块, 用于由所述运营维护设备获取所述目标计费终端的 类型; 其中, 所述运营维护设备查找自身存储的 IMEI 号段与终端类型的对 应关系,根据所述目标计费终端的 IMEI号确定所述目标计费终端的 IMEI号 所属的 IMEI号段, 并将所述目标计费终端的 IMEI所属的 IMEI号段对应的 终端类型作为所述目标计费终端的类型, 或者所述运营维护设备查找自身存 储的 IMEI号与终端类型的对应关系,根据所述目标计费终端的 IMEI号确定 所述目标计费终端的类型。
