Description
本发明要求2015年4月29日递交的发明名称为“背光模组及显示器”的申请号201510216541.2的在先申请优先权,上述在先申请的内容以引入的方式并入本文本中。
本发明涉及液晶显示技术领域,特别涉及一种背光模组及显示器。
目前,液晶显示装置作为电子设备的显示部件已经广泛的应用于各种电子产品中,随着电子产品轻薄化的发展,电子设备的边框被设计得越来越窄。而背光模组则是液晶显示装置中的一个重要部件,其灯条的入光效率势必要求越来越高,光学品味要求也越来越高。
现有技术中的背光模组,包括导光板、设于导光板上的背光模组、设置于所述背光模组周围的胶框、灯源柔性电路板以及遮光胶带,所述灯源柔性电路板通过所述遮光胶带固定于所述背光模组和胶框上,背光模组也通过遮光双面胶带固定在胶框上,液晶显示屏则通过双面胶与背光模组四周固定。
然而,由于窄边框的设计要求,胶框位于入光侧边框变窄,灯源与背光可视区距离较近,导致入光侧的可视区很容易出现亮区,影响背光模组的光学效果。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题在于提供一种述背光模组,避免光背光模组入光侧的可视区出现亮点,保证背光模组的光学效果。
本发明还提供一种显示器。
为了实现上述目的,本发明实施方式提供如下技术方案:
本发明涉及一直背光模组,所述背光模组包括胶框、导光板、光学膜片组及至少一个灯源;所述至少两一灯源与所述导光板装于所述胶框内并与胶框固
定;所述导光板包括入光面及与入光面相邻设置的出光面,所述灯源与导光板的入光面相对设置,所述光学膜片组包括第一膜片,所述第一膜片设有第一侧面,所述第一侧面上设有至少两个缺口,所述第一膜片设于所述出光面上,所述第一侧面与所述入光面位于同一平面上,所述至少一个灯源位于所述至少两个缺口之间的位置。
其中,所述第一膜片包括板体及位于板体的延伸板,所述延伸板由板体一侧平行且远离板体延伸形成,所述第一侧面为所述延伸板远离板体的一侧面。
其中,所述光学膜片组还包括数个层叠设置的第二膜片,所述数个第二膜片的同一侧为第二侧面,所述数个第二膜片设于第一膜片上,所述第二侧面与第一侧面朝向相同且与所述第一侧面成阶梯式设置。

本发明的背光模组中多个灯源间隔装设于胶框内位于所述导光板入光面的一侧,所述光学膜片组的第一膜片与所述入光面平齐设置,所述每一个灯源位于每两个相邻的缺口之间的位置且与所述灯源相对,所述每两个相邻的缺口之间的第一膜片将所述灯源遮蔽,因此可降低灯源位置的部份的正向辉度,而
改善背光模组靠近灯源的一侧可能形成局部的亮点的问题,使本实施例的背光模组具有出光较为均匀的效果。

下面将结合本发明实施方式中的附图,对本发明实施方式中的技术方案进行清楚、完整地描述。
请参阅图1,本发明的较佳实施例提供了一种背光模组及显示器。所述显示器包括所述的背光模组和液晶面板,所述液晶面板设于所述背光模组上,且所述液晶面板与所述背光模组之间通过双面胶固定,所述背光模组用于供应显示器充足的亮度与分布均匀的发光元件,使其能正常显示影像。
请参阅图2与图3,所述背光模组包括胶框10、导光板11、光学膜片组12及至少一个灯源13。所述至少一个灯源13与所述导光板11装于所述胶框10内并与胶框10固定。所述导光板11包括入光面111及与入光面111相邻设置的出光面112。所述灯源13与导光板11的入光面111相对设置,所述光学膜片组12包括第一膜片121,所述第一膜片121设有第一侧面122,所述第一侧面122上设有至少两个缺口123,所述第一膜片121设于所述出光面112上,所述第一侧面122与所述入光面111位于同一平面上,所述至少一个灯源13位于所述至少两个缺口123之间的位置。
本实施例中,所述第一膜片121包括板体124及位于板体124一侧的延伸
板125,所述延伸板125由板体124一侧平行且远离板体124延伸形成,所述第一侧面122为所述延伸板125远离板体的一侧面。更进一步的,所述至少一缺口123的形状为弧形、半圆形、椭圆形、三角形、多边形中的一种。本实施例中,所述缺口123为N个,N为大于等于一的自然数。N个缺口123之间具有一定间距;所述灯源13数量为N-1,所述每一个灯源13位于每两个相邻的缺口123之间的位置。
具体的,所述板体124与所述延伸板125为一体成型,且共同形成一矩形板体。所述延伸板125包括上表面1251及下表面(图未标)。所述第一侧面122连接所述上表面1251及下表面1252。所述缺口123为梯形。所述N个缺口123间隔设于所述第一侧面122上并贯穿所述上表面1251及下表面。
本实施例中,所述N个灯源13间隔装设于胶框10内位于所述导光板11入光面111的一侧,所述光学膜片组12的第一膜片121与所述入光面平齐设置,所述每一个灯源13位于每两个相邻的缺口123之间的位置且与所述灯源相对,所述每两个相邻的缺口123之间的的第一膜片将所述灯源13遮蔽,因此可降低灯源13位置的部份的正向两度,而改善背光模组靠近灯源13的一侧可能形成局部的亮点的问题,使本实施例的背光模组具有出光较为均匀的效果。同时缺口位置不影响灯源13的光线进入所述导光板11内。
进一步的,所述光学膜片组12还包括数个层叠设置的第二膜片126,所述数个第二膜片126的同一侧为第二侧面127,所述数个第二膜片126设于第一膜片121上,所述第二侧面127与第一侧面122朝向相同且与所述第一侧面122成阶梯式设置。本实施例中,所述数个第二膜片126设于所述所述第一膜片121的板体124上,所述延伸板125伸出所述第二侧面127并露出上表面1251。从第一侧面122方向看上去,所述第二侧面127与第一侧面122成阶梯设置且第二侧面127低于第一侧面122。
进一步的,所述延伸板125上位于所述第二侧面127与第一侧面122之间的位置为第一台阶128,即所述延伸板125位于两个缺口123之间的上表面为第一台阶;所述胶框10内侧相对所述第一台阶设有第二台阶101,所述所述灯源13包括灯源电路板131及设于灯源电路板131的发光元件132,所述灯源电路板131固定于第一台阶及第二台阶101上。本实施例中,所述发光元件

所述背光模组还包括背板15,所述背板15包括底板151及侧板152,所述胶框10及光学膜片组12通过双面胶16与所述背板15的侧板152固定。所述底板151与所述背光模组之间设有反光片17。

- 如权利要求14所述的显示器,其中,所述延伸板上位于所述第二侧面与第一侧面之间的位置为第一台阶,所述胶框内侧相对所述第一台阶设有第二台阶,所述所述灯源包括灯源电路板及设于灯源电路板的发光元件,所述灯源电路板固定于第一台阶及第二台阶上。
- 如权利要求15所述的显示器,其中,所述第一台阶位于两个缺口之间的位置。
- 如权利要求16所述的显示器,其中,所述背光模组还包括背板,所述背板包括底板及侧板,所述胶框及光学膜片组通过双面胶与所述背板的侧板固定。
- 如权利要求17所述的显示器,其中,所述底板与所述背光模组之间设有反光片。
