Abstract

In this absorbent article, the area of an overlapping portion of a back-side belt member and an absorbent main body is equal to or greater than the area of an overlapping portion of a stomach-side belt member and the absorbent main body. The stomach-side belt member and the back-side belt member overlap portions of extended leg-encircling elastic members and leakage prevention partition elastic members in the thickness direction. The length of the overlap of the portions of the extended leakage prevention partition elastic members and the back-side belt member is greater than the length of the overlap of the portions of the extended leg-encircling elastic members and the back-side belt member. At least one or both of stomach-side waist-encircling elastic members and back-side waist-encircling elastic members are cut in a region extending in the transverse direction between a pair of the leg-encircling elastic members and between a pair of the leakage prevention partition elastic members so that a portion thereof extending in the transverse direction outwardly from the cut site beyond the leg-encircling elastic members and the leakage prevention partition elastic members contracts.

Description

Absorbent articles
The present invention relates to an absorbent article.
Conventionally, a three-piece type pants-type disposable diaper as shown in Patent Document 1 is known as an absorbent article that absorbs urine.
At least the following matters will become apparent from the description of the present specification and the accompanying drawings.
An absorbent article having a longitudinal direction, a transverse direction and a thickness direction orthogonal to each other, wherein the absorbent body is disposed along the longitudinal direction with the longitudinal direction being provided along the transverse direction, An abdominal band member that is fixed to one end of the absorbent body in the longitudinal direction by being overlapped from the non-skin side in the thickness direction, and a separate member having a larger area than the ventral band member in the lateral direction. A dorsal belt member that is provided along the other end in the longitudinal direction of the absorbent main body and fixed from the non-skin side in the thickness direction. By connecting each end portion in the lateral direction and each end portion in the lateral direction of the dorsal belt member, one waistline opening and two leg periphery openings are formed, The ventral belt member is provided with a ventral waist elastic member for applying the lateral contraction force. The dorsal belt member is provided with a dorsal waist elastic member having an inclined portion that imparts a contracting force in the transverse direction and is inclined from the transverse direction, and the absorbent main body has the absorbent property. A pair of leg-hole elastic members for applying a contraction force in the longitudinal direction to both ends in the lateral direction of the main body, and a leak-proof wall standing on the skin side on both sides in the lateral direction of the absorbent main body in the longitudinal direction. A pair of leak-proof wall elastic members for applying a contraction force, and an area of a portion where the back band member and the absorbent main body overlap is an area of a portion where the ventral band member and the absorbent main body overlap In the thickness direction, the ventral belt member and the back belt member, the leg elastic member and the leakproof wall elastic member are overlapped with each other, and Elongated portion of leak wall elastic member The length that the back belt member overlaps is longer than the length of the stretched portion of the leg elastic member and the back belt member, and the ventral waist elastic member and the back waist elastic member At least one of them is cut between the lateral directions of the pair of leg-hole elastic members and the pair of leak-proof wall elastic members, so that the leg-hole elastic members and the leak-proof wall elasticity are cut from the cut portions. An absorptive article characterized by contracting to the outside of the transverse direction rather than a member.
According to such an absorbent article, the waistline elastic member is contracted (cut back) so that the absorbent main body does not interlock with the movement of the abdominal / dorsal belt member while adjusting the tightening force on the waistline. Thus, the movement of the wearer's leg can be made difficult to be hindered. Moreover, even if the waistline elastic member is cut back, the underbody elastic member and the leak-proof wall elastic member of the absorbent main body are arranged so as to express the contraction force with respect to the belt member. Suppression of the sex body is suppressed. Accordingly, it is possible to provide a pant-type diaper that gives comfortable wearability to the wearer and hardly hinders movements such as leg movement.
In this absorbent article, the leg elastic member is extended to a position outside the longitudinal direction of the absorbent main body from the position where the ventral waist elastic member and the back waist elastic member are arranged. It is desirable that they are arranged in a state where they are in contact with each other.
According to such an absorbent article, by the leg-hole elastic member (and the leak-proof wall elastic member) up to the region where the tightening force around the waist is ensured outside in the longitudinal direction from the position where the waist-line elastic member is arranged. Contractile force can be applied. Thereby, an absorptive main body becomes easier to be supported by a belly side (back side) belt member, and it becomes easy to control that this absorptive main body slips down at the time of diaper wear.
In such an absorbent article, a pair of first articles can be obtained by adhering an adhesive to a region outside the lateral direction of the absorbent main body of the abdomen side belt member and the back side belt member in the lateral direction. 1 adhesive region is formed, and at least one of the abdominal waistline elastic member and the back waistline elastic member contracts from the cut portion to the region where the first adhesive region is formed. It is desirable.
According to such an absorbent article, when the waistline elastic member is cut and contracted back to the outside in the lateral direction (cut back), at the position of the first adhesive region provided on both lateral sides of the absorbent main body. Shrinkage can be stopped. As a result, the shrinkage of the waistline elastic member can be accurately controlled, and the tightening force on the waistline is adjusted with high accuracy, so that the fit of the diaper can be further improved.
In such an absorbent article, a second adhesive region is formed by adhering the adhesive between the pair of first adhesive regions in the lateral direction, and a unit area in the first adhesive region The weight of the adhesive per hit is preferably larger than the weight of the adhesive per unit area in the second adhesion region.
According to such an absorbent article, since members, such as a nonwoven fabric, are joined in the state where they were overlapped with each other by the second adhesive region, the abdomen / dorsal band members are peeled off during use of the diaper, etc. Is suppressed. Further, the waistline elastic member is contracted in the second adhesion region, and the contraction of the waistline elastic member is stopped in the first adhesion region, whereby the cutback operation of the waistline elastic member can be stably performed.
In such an absorbent article, the ventral waistline elastic member is cut between the lateral direction of the pair of leg-hole elastic members and the pair of leak-proof wall elastic members, and from the cut portion. The leg-hole elastic member and the leak-proof wall elastic member are contracted to the outside in the lateral direction, and the back waistline elastic member includes a pair of the leg-hole elastic members and a pair of the leak-proof wall elastic members. It is desirable that there is no cut between the lateral directions.
According to such an absorbent article, the leg-side waistline elastic member is cut back and the back-side waistline elastic member is not cut back, so that the leg-hole elastic member, the leak-proof wall elastic member, and the belly-side waistline elastic member are interlocked. It becomes easy to adjust the tightening force of the entire waistline by weakening only the tightening force on the abdominal side while making it difficult to perform.
In such an absorbent article, the back waistline elastic member is cut between the pair of leg-holes elastic members and the pair of leak-proof wall elastic members between the lateral directions, and from the cut portion. It is desirable that the leg-around elastic member and the leak-proof wall elastic member are contracted to the outside in the lateral direction.
According to such an absorbent article, by cutting back the back waistline elastic member, the leg side elastic member, the leak-proof wall elastic member, and the back waistline elastic member are unlikely to interlock on the back side (the buttock side). Can be. The dorsal belt member is easy to move due to a large force acting by the protrusion of the buttocks, but by making the absorbent main body difficult to interlock, excessive movement of the absorbent main body is suppressed, and a good fit is provided to the wearer. Can be given.
In such an absorbent article, the lateral distance between the laterally inner end portion of the back waistline elastic member in the contracted state and the leg periphery elastic member is the backside waistline elastic member and the backside elastic member. It is desirable that it is smaller than the distance in the longitudinal direction between the side band members and the inner end in the longitudinal direction.
According to such an absorbent article, compared to the longitudinal distance between the end edge of the back band member and the back waistline elastic member, the laterally inner end of the back waistline elastic member and the leg periphery elastic member It becomes easy to suppress giving an impression that a fit property worsens to a user. Moreover, even when the adhesion between the nonwoven fabrics is peeled off at the hem portion of the back band member and “turning” occurs, it is easy to suppress the turning from propagating upward than the back waist elastic member.
Such an absorbent article, wherein a plurality of the back waistline elastic members are arranged side by side in the longitudinal direction, and the laterally inner end of the back waistline elastic member in a contracted state and the leg periphery elastic members It is desirable that the distance in the horizontal direction is smaller than the width in the vertical direction of the plurality of back-side waist elastic members arranged.
According to such an absorbent article, while the vertical width of the plurality of arranged back waistline elastic members is easily visible to the user, the laterally inner end of the back waistline elastic member and the leg periphery elasticity By making the distance between the members in the horizontal direction inconspicuous, it is easy to suppress giving the user an impression that the fit is deteriorated. Since the plurality of back waistline elastic members are arranged side by side in the longitudinal direction, even when “turning” occurs, it is easier to suppress the turning of the turning upward.
In such an absorbent article, a grid-like squeezed portion is formed on the non-skin-side surface of the absorbent main body, and a laterally inner end portion of the dorsal waist elastic member in a contracted state and the legs It is desirable that the distance in the lateral direction between the rotating elastic members is smaller than the diagonal distance of the lattice-shaped pressing portion.
According to such an absorbent article, the squeezed portion of the rhombus pattern formed on the absorbent main body is easily visible to the user in appearance, whereas the laterally inner end portion of the back waistline elastic member and the leg periphery By making the distance between the elastic member in the lateral direction inconspicuous, it is easy to suppress giving the user an impression that the fit is deteriorated.
In such an absorbent article, it is desirable that a distance between the longitudinal directions of the plurality of back-side waistline elastic members is smaller than a diagonal distance of the lattice-shaped compressed portion.
According to such an absorbent article, since the pitch between the back waistline elastic members is narrow, it seems that the back waistline elastic members are closely packed and firmly fixed to the back band member. Thereby, even if the back side waistline elastic member is in a state of being contracted by the cutback, it is possible to give the user an impression that it is difficult to separate from the back side belt member.
In such an absorbent article, in the ventral waistline elastic member and the dorsal waistline elastic member, the extension magnification of the portion arranged in the region overlapping with the absorbent main body does not overlap with the absorbent main body It is desirable that it is higher than the expansion ratio of the portion arranged in the region.
According to such an absorbent article, in the region where the waistline elastic member is cut back, the waistline elastic member can be sufficiently contracted by increasing the degree of extension of the waistline elastic member and fixing it to the nonwoven fabric or the like. It becomes possible. Thereby, it can suppress that a part of waist elastic member remains in the horizontal direction inner side of a leg elastic member and a leak-proof wall elastic member at the time of cutback.
=== Embodiment ===
<Basic configuration of pants-type disposable diaper 1>
FIG. 1 is a schematic front view of a three-piece type pants-type disposable diaper 1 as an example of the absorbent article of the present embodiment as viewed from the ventral side. FIG. 2 is a schematic plan view of the unfolded diaper 1 as viewed from the skin side, and FIG. 3 is a schematic plan view of the unfolded diaper 1 as viewed from the non-skin side. 4A and 4B are a cross-sectional view taken along line AA and BB in FIG. 2, respectively, and FIG. 5 is a cross-sectional view taken along line VV in FIG.
This pants-type disposable diaper 1 (hereinafter also referred to as diaper 1) has a vertical direction, a horizontal direction, and a thickness direction as three directions orthogonal to each other in the pant-type state of FIG. And have.
Further, since the diaper 1 is a so-called three-piece type, in the unfolded state of FIG. 2, the diaper 1 has an absorbent main body 10 that is applied to the crotch portion of the wearing subject as a first part and absorbs urine, It has a ventral band member 30a that covers the abdomen of the wearing subject as a part, and a dorsal band member 30b that covers the dorsal side of the wearing target as a third part. Specifically, in the state where the abdominal belt member 30a and the back belt member 30b are arranged in parallel with a space between each other, the absorbent main body 10 is stretched between the two 30a and 30b, and the absorption is performed. The longitudinal end 10ea and the end 10eb of the main body 10 are bonded and fixed to the ventral band member 30a and the back band member 30b, respectively, and the external shape is substantially H-shaped in plan view.
From the substantially H-shaped developed state, the absorbent main body 10 is folded in half with the longitudinal center position C1 of the absorbent main body 10 as the folding position, and the band members 30a, 30b facing each other in the folded state. The two members are connected to each other by welding or bonding at portions 30ae and 30be (that is, respective end portions in the lateral direction) that should contact the wearer's flank. The band members 30a and 30b are connected in a ring shape, thereby forming a diaper 1 in a pants-type state in which a waist opening 1HB and a pair of leg openings 1HL and 1HL as shown in FIG. 1 are formed.
In addition, about the concept of the horizontal direction and thickness direction of the diaper 1 of an unfolded state, it is the same as the concept of the horizontal direction and thickness direction of the diaper 1 of the underpants type state of FIG. Therefore, these are simply referred to as “lateral direction” and “thickness direction” without distinguishing between the unfolded state and the pants-type state.
On the other hand, the lateral direction and the direction orthogonal to the thickness direction in the developed state of FIG. 2 are the same as the longitudinal direction of the absorbent main body 10. This longitudinal direction is aligned with the longitudinal direction of the unfolded diaper 1 in FIG. 2 and is along the longitudinal direction in the pant-type state of FIG. However, strictly speaking, the longitudinal direction is slightly different from the longitudinal direction in the pants-type state. Therefore, in the following, in the unfolded state, the direction orthogonal to the lateral direction and the thickness direction is referred to as “longitudinal direction” or “diaper longitudinal direction”, and is distinguished from the longitudinal direction in the pants-type state. Moreover, regarding the thickness direction, the side in contact with the wearer is also referred to as “skin side”, and the opposite side is also referred to as “non-skin side”.
As shown in FIGS. 2 to 5, the absorbent main body 10 includes an absorbent body 11, a top sheet 13 provided to cover the absorbent body 11 from the skin side, and the absorbent body 11 from the non-skin side. The provided back sheet 15 and a pair of three-dimensional gather sheets 17 and 17 for forming three-dimensional gathers 17g and 17g on both sides in the lateral direction are provided.
The absorbent body 11 has a liquid absorbent absorbent core 11c and a core wrap sheet 11r that covers the outer peripheral surface of the core 11c. The absorbent core 11c is a molded body obtained by molding a predetermined liquid absorbent material into a substantially hourglass shape in plan view as an example of a predetermined shape. As a liquid absorptive material, liquid absorptive granular materials, such as liquid absorptive fibers, such as pulp fiber, and a superabsorbent polymer (what is called SAP), can be illustrated, but it is not restricted to this at all. The core wrap sheet 11r may be a liquid permeable sheet such as tissue paper or non-woven fabric. However, the core wrap sheet 11r may be omitted. Moreover, the shape of the absorptive core 11c is not limited to the above-mentioned substantially hourglass shape in plan view, but may be other shapes.
The top sheet 13 is a flat sheet that is formed of, for example, a liquid-permeable nonwoven fabric and protrudes from both the longitudinal side and the lateral side of the absorbent body 11. The back sheet 15 is also a planar sheet that protrudes from both sides in the longitudinal direction and both sides in the lateral direction of the absorbent body 11. The two sheets 13 and 15 are joined to each other by bonding, welding, or the like at portions protruding from the absorbent body 11 in the longitudinal direction and the lateral direction, whereby the absorbent body 11 is held between the two sheets 13 and 15. Has been. As an example of the material of the back sheet 15, as shown in FIG. 4A, a liquid-impermeable leak-proof sheet 15 a such as a polyethylene (PE) film or a polypropylene (PP) film, and a non-skin side of the leak-proof sheet 15 a are attached. A laminated sheet having a two-layer structure having a laminated nonwoven fabric exterior sheet 15b can be given, but the present invention is not limited to this as long as it has a certain leak-proof property.
Moreover, in this example, a part of the leg gathers LG is formed by the exterior sheet 15b. The leg gathers LG are the stretchable parts LG formed at the leg leg openings 1HL and 1HL of the diaper 1. As shown in FIG. 4A, a part of the leg gathers LG is formed. The exterior sheet 15b largely protrudes from the leakproof sheet 15a on both sides in the lateral direction. The protruding portion 15bf is folded back inward in the lateral direction with the position corresponding to the lateral end of the absorbent main body 10 as the folding position 10es, and a rubber band is provided in the vicinity of the folding position 10es. A pair of leg-hole elastic members 19 made of, for example, are fixed in the longitudinal direction under extension (FIG. 2). Therefore, the contraction force in the longitudinal direction is applied to the vicinity portion, and thereby the vicinity portion contracts in the longitudinal direction while forming a plurality of ridges, and functions as a part of the leg-gather gather LG. To do. In addition, the front-end | tip part 15bfr of the horizontal direction of the turned-up part has covered the edge part of the horizontal direction of the solid gather sheet 17 from the skin side.
The three-dimensional gather sheets 17, 17 are formed of, for example, a non-woven fabric, and correspond to the respective end portions so as to cover the respective end portions in the lateral direction of the top sheet 13 from the skin side, as shown in FIGS. 2 and 4A. A pair is provided. And each sheet | seat 17 and 17 forms the three-dimensional gathers 17g and 17g which are a leak-proof wall standing up from the skin side surface of the top sheet 13, respectively along a longitudinal direction. That is, each three-dimensional gather sheet 17 is fixed to the top sheet 13 with a hot melt adhesive or the like, and has a strip-like base end portion 17k along the longitudinal direction that cannot stand up, and the base end portion 17k as a fulcrum in the thickness direction. It has the standing part 17s which can stand on the skin side in the horizontal direction. A pair of leak-proof wall elastic members 17r made of thread rubber or the like is fixed to the front end portion in the lateral direction of the upright portion 17s by a hot melt adhesive or the like in an elongated state. Moreover, as shown to FIG. 4B, each edge part of the longitudinal direction of the upright part 17s is respectively laid down to the top sheet 13, and is fixed to the said laid-down state with the adhesive agent etc. Yes. Since the upright portion 17s is given a contraction force in the longitudinal direction from the leak-proof wall elastic member 17r, the upright portion 17s contracts in the longitudinal direction while forming a plurality of wrinkles, and thus in the thickness direction. By standing on the skin side, a three-dimensional gather 17g (leakage barrier) is formed. As a material suitable for the three-dimensional gather sheet 17, an appropriate non-woven fabric can be exemplified, and an SMS (spunbond / meltblown / spunbond) non-woven fabric is used here. Not limited to this.
As shown in FIG. 2, the ventral side band member 30a and the back side band member 30b are both sheet members having a substantially rectangular shape in plan view made of a flexible sheet such as a nonwoven fabric. Here, as shown to FIG. 4B and FIG. 5, each strip | belt member 30a, 30b is formed by joining the nonwoven fabrics 31 and 32 on 2 sheets. Then, the central portions 30ac and 30bc in the lateral direction of the band members 30a and 30b are overlapped and joined to the respective end portions 10ea and 10eb in the longitudinal direction of the absorbent main body 10 from the non-skin side.
In addition, the plane size of the two nonwoven fabrics 31 and 32 may be the same size as each other or not. For example, as shown in FIG. 5, in this example, the nonwoven fabric 31 positioned on the non-skin side protrudes outward in the longitudinal direction from the nonwoven fabric 32 positioned on the skin side, and the protruding portion 31 f is the diaper longitudinal direction. It is folded inward in the direction and is superposed on the skin side nonwoven fabric 32 from the skin side.
Moreover, in this example, as shown in FIG.2 and FIG.5, the dimension of the diaper longitudinal direction of the back side band member 30b is made larger than the dimension of the diaper longitudinal direction of the abdominal side band member 30a. The inner edge 30be1 in the longitudinal direction of the diaper in the diaper longitudinal direction of the diaper longitudinal direction of the diaper 1 in the developed state of the diaper 1 in the deployed state of the diaper 1 in the longitudinal direction of the diaper 1 It is approaching close. And the part which approached to this close functions as the buttocks cover 30bn for covering the lower part of a wearer's buttocks in the back | dorsal band member 30b, and taking out underwear.
A plurality of elastic members such as rubber thread are inserted along the lateral direction between the two nonwoven fabrics 31 and 32 related to the ventral belt member 30a, and the nonwoven fabrics 31 and 32 are stretched in the lateral direction. It is fixed to the joint. The plurality of elastic members include a ventral waist elastic member 35a and a ventral waist elastic member 36a. As shown in FIGS. 2 and 5, the abdominal waistline elastic member 35a is disposed along the lateral direction at the end edge 30ae1 of the abdominal band member 30a, and applies a contracting force to the leg opening 1HL. That is, the abdomen waist elastic member 35a is an elastic member that contracts the end edge 30ae1 of the abdomen belt member 30a to form part of the leg gathers LG. The abdomen waist elastic member 36a is an elastic member that is disposed on the outer side in the diaper longitudinal direction with respect to the abdomen waist elastic member 35a, and applies a contracting force to the waist opening 1HB and the waist part of the abdomen belt member 30a.
Similarly, a back waistline elastic member 35b and a back waist elastic member, which are a plurality of elastic members such as rubber thread, are provided along the lateral direction between the two nonwoven fabrics 31 and 32 relating to the back belt member 30b. 36b is inserted and fixed to the non-woven fabrics 31 and 32 under extension in the lateral direction. The back waistline elastic member 35b is an elastic member that is disposed along the edge 30be1 of the back band member 30b and applies a contracting force to the leg opening 1HL. The back-side waist elastic member 36b is an elastic member that is disposed on the outer side in the diaper longitudinal direction than the back-side waist elastic member 35b and applies a contracting force to the waist opening 1HB and the waist part of the back-side belt member 30b.
The back waistline elastic member 35b has an inclined portion 35kk that is inclined from the lateral direction at each lateral end. For example, in FIG. 2, the plurality of back waistline elastic members 35b have inclined portions 35kk at respective lateral ends so as to follow the curved shape of the inner edge 30be1 in the longitudinal direction of the diaper in the back band member 30b. And each inclination part 35kk is displaced to the inner side of the diaper longitudinal direction as it goes to the inner side from the outer side in the lateral direction. Thus, a contracting force is applied along the curved end edge 30be1 of the back band member 30b.
<About the action of the elastic member>
In the diaper 1 according to this embodiment, the contraction force applied by each elastic member such as the leg elastic member 19, the leak-proof wall elastic member 17 r, the abdominal waist elastic member 35 a, and the back waist elastic member 35 b is adjusted. By this, a good fit at the time of wearing is realized. Hereinafter, the operation of each elastic member will be described.
The abdominal waistline elastic member 35a and the backside waistline elastic member 35b are formed by an adhesive region formed by attaching (applying) an adhesive such as a hot melt adhesive in a predetermined basis weight (weight per unit area). It is being fixed to the nonwoven fabrics 31 and 32 in the state extended in the horizontal direction. In addition, when forming an adhesion | attachment area | region, an adhesive agent may be made to adhere to the nonwoven fabrics 31 and 32 side, and an adhesive agent may be made to adhere to the elastic member side. Or both may be sufficient.
FIG. 6 is a schematic adhesion area diagram for explaining a part of the adhesion area formed by the adhesive applied between the nonwoven fabrics 31 and 32. In FIG. 6, on the ventral side in the longitudinal direction, a pair of first ventral sides formed so as to overlap with the ventral waist elastic member 35a on both outer sides in the lateral direction with respect to the lateral end 10ea of the absorbent main body 10. Next to the adhesive region 51a, the second ventral adhesive region 52a formed in the region overlapping the absorbent main body 10 on the lateral inner side of the pair of first ventral adhesive regions 51a, and the side of the first ventral adhesive region 51a The 3rd ventral | adhesion area | region 53a formed in the direction outer side is shown.
Similarly, on the back side in the longitudinal direction, a pair of first back side adhesive regions formed so as to overlap with the back waistline elastic member 35b on both outer sides in the lateral direction than the lateral end portion 10eb of the absorbent main body 10. 51b, a second back side adhesive region 52b formed in a region overlapping with the absorbent main body 10 on a lateral inner side of the pair of first back side adhesive regions 51b, and a lateral outer side of the first back side adhesive region 51b And a third back side adhesive region 53b formed in FIG. Since the functions and configurations of the bonding regions formed on the ventral side and the dorsal side are substantially the same, the following mainly describes the ventral side.
In the first ventral-side adhesive region 51a and the second ventral-side adhesive region 52a, an adhesive is applied to the entire region using a coating means such as spiral coating, control seam coating, or full surface coating by a slot coater. . On the other hand, in the third ventral side adhesion region 53a, a plurality of adhesives applied substantially linearly along the vertical direction are formed side by side in the horizontal direction. However, the basis weight of the adhesive forming each of the adhesive regions 51a to 53a is different, and in this example, the basis weight of the first ventral side adhesive region 51a is the highest, and in this region, the ventral waistline elastic member 35a is The nonwoven fabrics 31 and 32 are firmly fixed. The basis weight in the second ventral side adhesion region 52a is a basis weight that does not fix the ventral waist elastic member 35a while joining so that the nonwoven fabrics 31 and 32 are not peeled from each other.
In the diaper 1, the contraction force in the lateral direction is adjusted by cutting at least a part of the ventral waistline elastic member 35a and the backside waistline elastic member 35b. FIG. 7 is a diagram illustrating the arrangement of the elastic members. In addition, in FIG. 7, the diaper 1 of the unfolding state is shown for description.
The abdominal waistline elastic member 35a arranged in the laterally extended state is between the pair of first abdominal side adhesive regions 51a, more specifically, the pair of legline elastic members 19 and the pair of leak-proof wall elastic members. It is cut by a cutter or the like between 17r. In the present embodiment, the ventral waist elastic member 35a is cut at the position of the horizontal center line CL shown in FIG. However, the cut portion of the ventral waistline elastic member 35a is not limited to the position of the center line CL, and may be cut at a position deviated from the center line CL, or the pair of leg-hole elastic members 19 and the pair of legs It may be cut at a plurality of locations between the leak-proof wall elastic members 17r. Further, the ventral waistline elastic member 35a may be cut in a plurality of cutting steps instead of being cut in a single cutting step (cutting operation). The cut ventral waist elastic member 35a contracts from the cut portion to the laterally outer side of the leg elastic member 19 and the leakage barrier elastic member 17r. Hereinafter, this operation is also referred to as “cutback”.
In the present embodiment, the ventral waist elastic member 35a and the nonwoven fabrics 31 and 32 are not fixed in the second ventral adhesive region 52a, but are firmly fixed in the first ventral adhesive region 51a. Therefore, the ventral belt member 30a (nonwoven fabrics 31 and 32) does not contract during cutback, and the ventral waistline elastic member 35a is displaced relative to the ventral belt member 30a while the first cut from the center in the lateral direction. It shrinks toward the ventral side adhesion region 51a. And shrinkage | contraction is stopped in the edge part inside the horizontal direction of the 1st ventral | adhesion side adhesion | attachment area | region 51a which is a fixed end.
Thus, by accurately controlling the position where the ventral waistline elastic member 35a is contracted and cutting it back, it is possible to adjust the tightening force on the waistline with high accuracy and further improve the fit of the diaper 1. it can.
Further, since the above-described cutback occurs, as shown in FIG. 7, the leg-hole elastic member 19 and the leak-proof wall elastic member 17r and the ventral-side waist elastic member 35a do not intersect with each other, and mutual contraction force acts. When the diaper 1 is worn, the wearer can easily move the leg and the like. If cut-back of the abdominal waistline elastic member 35a is not performed, the contraction force in the lateral direction by the abdominal waistline elastic member 35a and the diaper longitudinal direction by the legline elastic member 19 and the leak-proof wall elastic member 17r. The contraction force works in conjunction with it. For example, when the wearer of the diaper 1 tries to move the leg forward, the absorbent main body 10 is interlocked with the lower end of the ventral belt member 30a (that is, the portion where the opening 1HL is formed) moving forward. Pulled to the front side. In this case, the movement of the legs may be hindered, or the absorbent main body may bite into the buttocks, causing the wearer to feel uncomfortable or uncomfortable. On the other hand, in the present embodiment, the ventral waistline elastic member 35a, the legline elastic member 19 and the leak-proof wall elastic member 17r are not easily interlocked by the cut back. Thereby, even if a wearer moves a leg etc., it is suppressed that the ventral | abdominal band member 30a and the absorptive main body 10 are pulled more than necessary, and it can make it hard to produce a sense of incongruity.
In addition, the effect by such a cut-back is the same also about the back side waistline elastic member 35b. However, the back waistline elastic member 35b does not necessarily need to be cut back, and only the abdomen waistline elastic member 35a may be cut back to adjust the tightening force around the waistline.
Moreover, the expansion | extension magnification of the part arrange | positioned in the area | region (namely, area | region which an elastic member cuts back) overlaps with the absorptive main body 10 among the abdominal waistline elastic member 35a and the back side waistline elastic member 35b is the abdominal waistline. It is higher than the expansion ratio of other regions of the elastic member 35a and the back waistline elastic member 35b and other elastic members (for example, the abdominal waist elastic member 36a and the back waist elastic member 36b). Here, “extension ratio” means the degree of extension when each elastic member is fixed to a nonwoven fabric or the like in an extended state. The higher the extension ratio, the greater the elastic member can express a contracting force. it can. Therefore, when the expansion ratio of the abdominal waistline elastic member 35a and the backside waistline elastic member 35b is low, the cutback may be insufficient. For example, after the abdominal waistline elastic member 35a and the backside waistline elastic member 35b are cut at the center line CL, the abdomen waistline elastic member 35b does not contract sufficiently, and a part of the elastic members 35a, 35b may be There is a risk of remaining inside the wall elastic member 17r in the lateral direction. Therefore, in this embodiment, by making the expansion ratio of the abdominal waistline elastic member 35a and the back waistline elastic member 35b in the region overlapping with the absorbent main body 10 higher than the expansion ratio of other elastic members, etc., by cutback Shrinkage is properly generated. Thereby, it can suppress that a part of the belly side waistline elastic member 35a and the back side waistline elastic member 35b which shrunk in the horizontal direction remain | survives in the horizontal direction inner side of the leg periphery elastic member 19 and the leak-proof wall elastic member 17r.
By the way, when the abdominal waistline elastic member 35a (back side waistline elastic member 35b) is cut back, if the tightening force around the waist when the diaper 1 is worn decreases, the absorbent main body 10 may be easily displaced downward. is there. In particular, when defecation or the like is performed and the weight of the absorbent body 11 is increased, the weight may not be sufficiently supported. Therefore, in this embodiment, the absorbent main body 10 is prevented from slipping down when the diaper 1 is worn by using the contraction force of the leg-hole elastic member 19 and the leak-proof wall elastic member 17r.
As shown in FIG. 7, the stretched portions of the leg-hole elastic member 19 and the leak-proof wall elastic member 17r (portions shown by solid lines in FIG. 7) are respectively the ventral belt member 30a and the back belt member 30b. It arrange | positions so that it may overlap in the thickness direction. That is, it arrange | positions so that the contractile force by the leg periphery elastic member 19 and the leak-proof wall elastic member 17r may act on the ventral | abdominal band member 30a and the back | dorsal band member 30b. Thereby, the longitudinal direction both ends of the absorptive main body 10 are pulled upward (outside in the longitudinal direction) by the abdominal band member 30a and the dorsal band member 30b, and the absorbent main body 10 is suppressed from slipping off during wearing. .
However, in the vicinity of the hem portions of the abdominal belt member 30a and the back belt member 30b (that is, in the vicinity of the edge portions 30ae1 and 30be1), the abdominal waistline elastic member 35a and the backside waistline elastic member 35b are cut back, so that the waistline is tightened. In this region, the force that pulls up the absorbent main body 10 sufficiently does not act. Therefore, as shown in FIG. 7, the stretched portions of the leg-hole elastic member 19 and the leak-proof wall elastic member 17r are above the positions where the ventral waist elastic member 35a and the back waist elastic member 35b are disposed ( That is, it is desirable to reach the outer side of the diaper longitudinal direction). Since the abdominal waist elastic member 36a and the back waist elastic member 36b that are not cut back are disposed in the region of the leg-hole elastic member 19 and the leak-proof wall elastic member 17r on the outer side in the longitudinal direction of the diaper (FIG. 7). (Not shown), a sufficient tightening force around the waist is secured in this region. Therefore, the absorbent main body 10 is supported by applying the contraction force of the leg-hole elastic member 19 and the leak-proof wall elastic member 17r to the outer region in the diaper longitudinal direction of the leg-hole elastic member 19 and the leak-proof wall elastic member 17r. It can be made easier.
Moreover, in the diaper 1, in the belly side belt member 30a and the back side belt member 30b, it arrange | positions in the state in which the leak-proof wall elastic member 17r was extended | stretched rather than the length arrange | positioned in the state in which the leg periphery elastic member 19 was extended. The length is longer. In other words, the end position of the leak-proof wall elastic member 17r in the extended state is arranged outside the end position of the leg-hole elastic member 19 in the extended state in the diaper longitudinal direction. The contraction force by the leg-hole elastic member 19 acts as a force for pulling up the absorbent main body 10 and also acts as a force for tightening the wearer's buttocks. For this reason, if the contraction force of the leg-hole elastic member 19 is too strong, the wearer is likely to feel uncomfortable. Therefore, the contraction force of the leg-hole elastic member 19 is suppressed from acting excessively, and the force that pulls up the absorbent main body 10 by the contraction force of the leak-proof wall elastic member 17r is increased accordingly. If it does in this way, the slipping-off of the absorptive main body 10 can be suppressed efficiently, without giving a wearer a discomfort.
Moreover, the fitting property of the diaper 1 can be improved by making it easier for the force to act on the absorbent main body 10 on the back side than on the ventral side. As described above, in the diaper 1, the dimension of the diaper longitudinal direction of the back side band member 30b is larger than the dimension of the diaper longitudinal direction of the abdominal side band member 30a. Can be covered widely. Accordingly, when the diaper 1 is worn, the back band member 30b is pushed backward by the protrusion of the buttocks, and the absorbent main body 10 is pulled to the back band member 30b side by the tension generated at that time. That is, the force which pulls up the absorptive main body 10 on the back side of the diaper 1 acts. In that case, as FIG. 2 shows, the area of the part which the back | dorsal band member 30b and the absorptive main body 10 overlap is larger than the area of the part which the abdominal band member 30a and the absorptive main body 10 overlap. Thus, the force generated by the protrusion of the buttocks can be efficiently applied to the absorbent main body 10 from the ventral belt member 30a. Thus, it is possible to efficiently suppress the slippage of the absorbent main body 10 by positively using the protrusion of the human body's buttocks on the back side.
Moreover, in the diaper 1, since each elastic member arrange | positioned in this back | dorsal band member 30b becomes easy to visually recognize because the area of the back | dorsal band member 30b is large, it seems to give a user a relief building on the external appearance of a product. Various ingenuity has been applied.
FIG. 8 is a diagram for explaining the positional relationship between the elastic members arranged on the back band member 30b. As shown in FIG. 8, three back waistline elastic members 35b are arranged side by side in the diaper longitudinal direction (direction corresponding to the longitudinal direction in FIG. 1). Of these three back side waistline elastic members 35b, the innermost one arranged in the longitudinal direction of the diaper and the inside end portion of the diaper longitudinal direction corresponding to the hem part of the back side belt member 30b (the back side belt member 30b). The distance in the longitudinal direction from the end edge 30be1) is represented by L. Further, the lateral distance between the laterally inner end portion of the back waistline elastic member 35b (that is, the end portion of the cutback back waistline elastic member 35b) and the leg periphery elastic member 19 of the absorbent main body 10. Is represented by S. Moreover, the width | variety of the diaper longitudinal direction of the back side waistline elastic member 35b located in a line with 3 is represented by L2, and the space | interval (pitch) of the diaper longitudinal direction of each back side waist elastic member 35b is represented by p ( In the case of FIG. 8, p = L2 / 2).
In FIG. 8, first, comparing the positional relationship between the lateral distance S and the longitudinal distance L, the distance S is smaller than the distance L (S <L). If the distance S between the back waistline elastic member 35b and the leg periphery elastic member 19 contracted by the cut back is too large, the contraction force by the back waistline elastic member 35b does not act on the portion, and the fit property at the leg opening 1HL. It is easy to give the user (including the wearer) an impression that the quality is worse. Therefore, in the diaper 1, the interval S is less noticeable than the interval L between the leg opening 1HL (end edge 30be1) and the back waistline elastic member 35b, thereby giving anxiety to the user. Suppressed. Further, by reducing the distance S as much as possible, the region where the back waistline elastic member 35b is disposed in the lateral direction at the skirt of the back side belt member 30b can be lengthened. Thereby, for example, even when the joint portion with the nonwoven fabrics 31 and 32 is peeled off at the skirt portion of the back band member 30b and the “turning” of the nonwoven fabric occurs at the skirt portion, the back waistline elastic member 35b The “turn over” can be stopped at the position. That is, it is easy to suppress the “turning” from being propagated to the upper side (outside in the longitudinal direction of the diaper) from the back waistline elastic member 35b.
Further, in FIG. 8, the lateral distance S is smaller than the width L2 in the longitudinal direction of the three dorsal waist elastic members 35b arranged side by side (S <L2). Since the width L2 is easy to be visually recognized by the user, it is possible to suppress giving the user anxiety such as a deterioration in fit by making the interval S less conspicuous than the width L2. Moreover, even if the above-mentioned "turn-up" is caused by arranging a plurality of the back side waistline elastic members 35b arranged in the lateral direction in the longitudinal direction of the diaper (three in FIG. 8), It becomes easier to suppress the turn-up from propagating upward (outside of the diaper longitudinal direction).
Further, in the diaper 1, the non-skin-side surface (that is, the back sheet 15 side) of the absorbent main body 10 is formed with a pressing portion in which a plurality of substantially rhombuses are arranged adjacent to each other in a grid pattern by embossing. Has been. Such a rhombus-like lattice-shaped (rhombus-like) compressed portion can easily hold the absorbent body 11 in a substantially hourglass shape in plan view, and can improve the appearance of the diaper 1. In FIG. 8, when the length of the diagonal line of the grid | lattice-like (rhombus-like) pressing part is set to V, the space | interval V of a pressing part is larger than the above-mentioned space | interval S (S <V). In this case as well, by making the interval S less conspicuous with respect to the interval V that is easy to be visually recognized by the user, it is possible to suppress giving the user anxiety such as deterioration of fit.
Further, the interval V between the compressed parts is larger than the interval p in the longitudinal direction of the back waistline elastic member 35b (p <V). By reducing the interval p between the back waistline elastic members 35b to be smaller than the interval V between the compressed parts, which is easily noticeable by the user in appearance, the back waistline elastic members 35b are closely packed and firmly fixed to the back band member 30b. Will appear to be. Thereby, even if it is in the state where back side waistline elastic member 35b contracted by cutback, an impression that it is hard to detach from back side belt member 30b can be given to a user.
