背景技术
对于一些精度要求较高的测量,对量规的要求非常高,但是,对于钢制的量规而言,在实际应用过程中,耐磨性能降低,在使用一段时间后,容易产生磨损,使用寿命短,致使失去测量功能。
发明内容
  针对现有技术存在的不足,本发明的目的在于提供一种塞规,包括主体,其特征在于,所述的主体整体呈T字形结构,包括支撑杆和安装在支撑杆一端的圆柱体,所说的圆柱体为石英玻璃、水晶体或水晶石的一种制作而成,所述的支撑杆为金属制作而成。
本发明的优点是:提高了塞规的耐磨性能,降低了受温度变化导致的精度变化,提高了的使用寿命和测量精度。

参见图1和图2,本发明涉及一种塞规,包括主体1,所述的主体1整体呈T字形结构,包括支撑杆11和安装在支撑杆11一端的圆柱体12,所说的圆柱体12为石英玻璃、水晶体或水晶石的一种制作而成,所述的支撑杆11为金属制作而成。水晶玻璃的硬度(莫氏7级)好于合金钢材(一般为莫氏5-6级),大大提高了耐磨性能,进而提高了使用寿命,其成本大大低于现有合金钢。由于水晶玻璃为晶体结构,膨胀系数低,受温度影响小,不易变形,测量精度高.

  1. 一种塞规,包括主体,其特征在于,所述的主体整体呈T字形结构,包括支撑杆和安装在支撑杆一端的圆柱体,所说的圆柱体为石英玻璃、水晶体或水晶石的一种制作而成,所述的支撑杆为金属制作而成。
