背景技术
量规结构设计简单,使用方便、可靠,检验零件的效率高。材质一般都是合金钢,应用最广泛的高碳铬轴承钢。由于对材料的精度要求非常高,加工好的量规在运输和放置过程中受到很小的外力的冲击或温度变化的影响,都会造成微笑的变形,致使失去测量功能;另外钢制的量规耐磨性能降低,使用寿命短;同时在测量的时候容易发生磨损,导致测量精度下降。

为克服现有技术的缺陷,本实用新型提供一种改进的纳米晶体复合内螺纹量规,本实用新型的技术方案是:改进的纳米晶体复合内螺纹量规,其特征在于,包括同轴设置的套管、和测量管,所述的测量管安装在套管的内部,并与套管紧密的贴合在一起,所述的测量管的内壁设有内螺纹,所述的测量管采用晶体制作而成;所述的测量管的两端的内壁上设置有台阶槽,所述的台阶槽内嵌有金属圈,该金属圈的内壁设置有内螺纹;所述的金属圈的内径与测量管的内径一致。
测量管管壁的厚度要厚于套管管壁的厚度。
本实用新型的优点是:利用晶体较高的硬度和较低的膨胀系数的特性,提高了量规的耐磨性能,降低了受温度变化导致的精度变化,提高了的使用寿命和测量精度。
